Review Goldees Amardeep Restaurant - Siliguri

Had visited the restaurant and tried the Butter Naan with Butter Chicken and Chow mien. Butter chicken and Naan was very tasty but Chow mien was OK. North Indian cuisines lover will love the food here. The sitting place is little congested. Staffs are good. Can try once and experience the taste. BON APPETIT!!!

Age old restaurant standing firm serving their customers with same quality and taste. The sitting area is extended now. Can accommodate more 10 people more than before. The taste is so good and the food is so affordable that you will have to keep coming back here again and again. The biriyani might not satisfy your taste buds rather try the north Indian cuisine here or the Thali, which are so fulfilling.

Tried chicken biryani and chole bhature here I must say this is must go place if you visit siliguri. Chole bhature was amazing here and biryani was just ok Rating Chicken biryani- 3/5 Chole bhature- 5/5

Food quality is Moderate not too good, but one positive side is they even open on Sunday where every market is being closed .

the best value for money restaurant in Sevoke Road for authentic punjabi cuisine dishes, the quality of food at that price-point is just unbelievable, have been visiting this place since the last 10 years and I never returned disappointed.

A great place to get good food at cheap prices. Recommended items are kulcha, naan and the chicken dishes. They are located at an easily accessible place. Fast service and friendly waiters and staff. Only concern is the cleanliness. They should pull up their socks on cleanliness and hygiene.

For those who are looking for good food on a budget then this is the best place to visit.

Please improve your wifi connection! But overall it's a good restaurant! I recommend people to go there! And order your favourite dish! Oh let me tell u guys one thing that their lassi has a separate fan base! Lassi was so good! Whenever I go for a meal there I ordered lassi! Keep going.

Worst food, not satisfactory

Really opposite of what i actually thought of getting here . The restaurant didn't had that Punjabi taste which i actually desired of . TRied the Paneer Butter Masala here , and the taste was just not upto the mark.

An okayish place. They have punjabi, chinese & south indian dishes in their menu. We had tandoori roti & dal makhani. Taste was average & the place was not clean at all. Not satisfactory.

Been here several times with friends and family, the places serves authentic North-Indian dishes. The food reasonably priced is sometimes very good, but sometimes average. However the ambience is what needs attention. The tables are often very sticky and a heavy, stuffy ,sticky overwhelms during peak hours, maybe because the ceiling is very low.

A true Dhaba experience, good food, specially North Indian punjabi food.<br/>Must haves are, chicken curry and chicken bharta and tandoori chicken.

Worst food. Worst staff.<br/>We ordered 2 Naans & Boneless butter chicken (which had 6 pieces). But after some time the waiter gave us 2 Naans & Butter chicken with bone (which had only 2 pieces). When we called him, he said that we hadn't mentioned the number of pieces so wrong order has been delivered. We refused to accept the order & told him to change it at once. After a bit of argument he took away the dish. The Naan was left alone & uncovered on the table (you all know that Naans get harder soon). We managed to cover it up with each other's plates. After some time he gave us the boneless butter chicken (which had 6 pieces, as promised in the menu card). The chicken pieces were too hard to tear. We soon realised that those pieces had a coating of cornflour (like those in the pieces of chilli chicken). We asked the waiter about the same & he confessed by adding that may be the quantity of cornflour has been more than the normal. We some way or the other finished our dinner. In order to refill our glasses of water we had to ask 2 waiters, and lastly the 3rd one filled it up. After all these incidents we didn't wait for the bill to be presented on our table, instead we headed to the counter where we cleared our bills. But to our surprise the waiter was waiting there for tips. He even asked for it.<br/>Are you joking man? Do you really deserve that?<br/>Saumyajyoti Deb

Food quality is really good there. But in terms of ambiance and hygiene this place is not that good. During the ocassions like puja or diwali, they hike prices of each and every food item and also you may not find good food quality during that time

The food was good. I liked the aloo paranthas there. they were really good. ..price of the dishes are reasonable. . service is OK. .overall it was good. .

Had bharta and roti, nothing exceptional but decent quality food, did not try their Chinese dishes, had only tried indian. Located just near Sevoke more and is one of the very few shops who open till late

Visited the place for the first time. Ordered chicken biryani. Since i am from kolkata and a big fan of biryani.... I did not like it that much as the taste was not up to the mark.<br/>The menu has a good variety with reasonable price. Portion they serve is good compare to the quantity.<br/>But the cleanliness is not there as small baby cockroach was roaming on the table and also a baby rat roaming on the floor.
