It was a wonderful experience, to eat at one of the finest cuisines tasting as home.
Just a small suggestion : Please work on your space as your lady server was carrying plates full of rice and daler bora piled up one on top of the other, while serving her customers , including us. Give her proper serving trays too.
A decent Bengali restaurant within Bidhan Market area of Siliguri. Food is just like homemade authentic Bengali thali.👍🏼 Service is also quite good & prices are also reasonable. Overall a good experience.
Me and My family and visited the Kalpana hotel yesterday.
Initially the staff provided the welcome drink as per your preference. Then we were served authentic Bengali thali. Comprises of rice, aloo bhaja, ucche bhaja, mixed sagh er ghonto, achari bhendi, vegetable daal, kalo jeera diye morola mach, sorse diye pabda jhal,aar mach with full kopi, chicken kosha and lastly chatni.
All the dishes were perfectly cooked and it was not over spicy. Seems like home food . We enjoyed alot.
