Ambiance and services are good. Food quality was average, some items are good and some are not so good. Special items are available here. Accessibility is very good as it is located in cosmos mall

We went for a short snacking option here and here's what I noticed 1. The table near us was decorated with rose petals and balloons. Which means they are kid friendly as it was a baby's birthday. So they will make those arrangements on request. Good. 2. Good service and good food (yes it's super oily and deep fried items) but still very tasteful and good to eat for an outing. I attached two photos: fish Kabiraji and mutton cutlet. Both of these were tasty. Their prawn dishes are also very memorable. Pretty reasonable and you can easily enjoy a meal here. On some occasions its crowded too much so come at a time when the crowd won't be there like a mundane day.

This is one of the must visit places in Siliguri for bengali cuisine. You can find mouth watering diamond fish fry to whole roasted bhetki, Chinese dishes to traditional Bengali dishes. If you are nearby to this area, do visit.

Traditional bengali food. More than 💯 years-old restaurant chain from Kolkata.

Well, not like the original Mitra cafe. This is a fancier version of it. The decor is pretty and makes it authentic. Expected it to be more traditional although not disappointed cause food is good in quality and taste.

The interior will give you a pure bangaliana vibes inside the restaurant. Mitra cafe manei fish fry and Kabiraji(Fish/chicken). So 1st time tried their Fish kabiraji- it was amazing, especially when you dipped a portion into the mustard sauce and have a bite it was tramendously delicious. And also ordered chicken manchurian and fried rice but manchurian was not good at all in taste. We can get tastier manchurians in street food stalls. That was only very disappointing part.

Awesome place for great food. Lovely setup and helpful staff. Must try Fish Diamond Fry and Fish Kobiraji. I also loved mixed noodles which comes with chicken and prawns and egg chicken rolls.

Always been a regular customer at Kolkata Branch since ages, luckily they have opened their shop at Siliguri even few months ago. Ambience and food quality as usual remains the best. Lots of menus to choose from . . hopefully it will be one of the best food junction for the foodies !!

Really good restaurant. Quality, quantity, test, aroma of the foods are really satisfying 😋 👌. One of my colleagues suggested me to have the the diamond fish kabiraji, I tested it and the only thing I wanna say that "it was lajawab". Recommended

Being from North Kolkata, I missed Mitra Café very much since moving to Siliguri. I am a total fan of their fish roll, which even my non-fish eating sons love to eat. The location is Siliguri is very convenient to reach as Cosmos Mall is well known. I especially loved the décor of the place which tried to capture the old building vibes of North Kolkata with exposed brick walls, exposed pipes and shutter windows. The interior is very colourful and quite big. The people serving were very polite and making sure all COVID protocols were being followed. I have been here twice so far but ordered only once because the second time, we wanted Mughlai Paratha which was not available then (as it was around lunch time). The first time I ordered my favorite Chicken Kobiraji cutlet and fish roll (for taking home). The kobiraji was not too oily, and the cutlet was moist and juicy. The fish roll had the authentic taste as if from their original location in Shovabazar. Overall, it is mid range pricewise and is the best place to try out traditional non-veg especially fish based Bengali snacks.
