Review Jhelum Cafe - Srinagar

A very well maintained cafe in Kashmir , good staff and classic interiors ample seating available not much of rush here. We tried 2 types of wraps, Mince chicken wrap 🌯 which was a large in size enough for 2 people it's price 250/- was value for money same was panner supreme 🌯 warp , the best was fulfilled my craving had the best hot chocolate milk 🥛. Overall would rate the place 4.2 out of 5 , decent place for stay and food.

Stayed for 5 days and this place felt so homely. Service is so seamless plus food is super delicious. This ain’t a place to be missed and skipped. Always on my checklist whenever I’ll visit again.

One of the best coffee shops in Jhelum Cafe. I drive 30 minutes (at least) across town to come to this place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that knows their coffee. Espresso and pour over brews are always perfect. This was the first place I had nitro cold brew coffee years ago, and it is still my favorite of all the ones I have had.

A nice cafe with good atmosphere. They have some interesting items on the menu like the harissa pizza and the Hulk burger. I ordered the Lambert burger which was juicy and came with a side of veggies. The orange mojito was also good. The butter chicken was a bit on the spicy side but good for the price. Parking is very limited around this restaurant with narrow lanes leading upto it.

I'm in love with this place. It feels like home. It's both cozy and has like very open ambience. I visit this place again and again. Food is delicious. Butter chicken tastes very good(the best i have had in kashmir). Burgers are amazing. Fried rice tastes heavenly. Kanti is spicy with all perfect flavours. Shakes and coffee could be made better. Mocktails are okay. Pasta tastes good. The interior design of this place has all the essence of Kashmir. The photo gallery on one wall adds to the aesthetics of the place. The designs made on ceiling lamps and walls are eloquently appeasing to the eyes. The kashmiri cushions on those wide chairs make the place more cozy and comfortable. The fact that you can see what's happening outside but the people from outside can't see what's inside makes the place intriguing. The book collection there is less than I expected (though the collection is interesting). All the staff is amiable. The place is really adorable. Kudos to whosoever's idea it was to make the place as it is.

A beautifully decorated cafe with Kashmiri elements. Well-spaced and good seating options. We just ordered a batch of fries as it was more of a cafe exploration for us and these guys had just opened up for the day, so the full menu was yet unavailable. The fries' quantity and taste were great. However, I will remember the cafe and its manager Mr. Jan for the Noon Chai (a Kashmiri speciality) they served. I have been in Kashmir for a week and have been wanting to taste this unique variety of tea but most places didn't have it. Neither did Jhelum cafe, but when I mentioned it to Mr. Jan, he made sure I have a taste of it. He sent a person to buy the tea powder and then the cafe made it for us. A big thanks to him!

We had a cup of coffee and enjoyed this beautiful place with very nice ambience. The interior is well designed and the outlook is very good. Situated on the bank of jhelum is the touch of nature it needed. Prices are moderate.

A newly open restaurant with an awesome interior designing done with the local traditional material. This place is well maintained, managed by the very professional staff with smile always on their face. The food over here is excellent with an unforgettable taste and is eye appealing. Thank you team for your service and hospitality. Will be back soon.

When i heard about this place.. was very excited and was looking forward to pay a visit at Jhelum Cafe with family. Loved the concept and ambience.. bright and filled with positive vibes. A place to visit with friends and family... it's quite spacious too to have a small party or an event. The Menu is quite extensive and have interesting choices to choose from. A variety of Kashmiri and western cuisine fusion dishes which makes this cafe stand out from the rest. Coming to the most important part which is the taste and quality of the dishes that are served here.. it sure kept the excitement alive as the dishes we ordered were quite amazing and delicious. Would highly recommend to try out their sandwiches and pizzas.. and yes their deserts.. just outstanding!!! Unfortunately we couldn't try out other things as we got so full.. but there's always a next time. I'm sure the rest of the dishes on the menu won't disappoint. :) The service was decent and had absolutely no complaints in this department. The prices are reasonably set for the quality of the food served and for the ambience and service. To sum up in a few words.. if your in Srinagar.. would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to visit Jhelum cafe, and i will visit again for sure :)

A wonderful place to hangout with friends and to go out with family. Sweet blend of a serene ambience, an innovative menu and a delightfully welcoming staff. The quality of the food they serve is right up there with the very best. Don't miss out on their trademark "Harissa Pizza" and "Czochwaur Burger". Highly recommended!

Jhelum Cafe is undoubtedly one of the best cafes we have in Srinagar. Its the only cafe in this vicinity with an underground hall where they host events and various functions. The decor, the ambience is as amazing as the food they serve. From burgers to the unique “Harissa Pizza” everything is on point. Wishing Jhelum all the best and hoping it keeps on serving us the best too⭐️❤️

Located on the banks of majestic Jhelum, this is the place for you if you are looking for the perfect combination of good taste and a splendid view. Their harisa pizza is one thing you must try. Great ambience, great food and great service!

Harissa was nice, So was chicken kanti. Chatni was perfect. Nice place to be when u r feeling the cold during winter. It was raining, had an examination that day. Didn't know anything about the restaurant. Was looking for any restaurant to eat. Finally got a view with a sign board of harissa. I had never eaten harissa before, was eager. But the patience paid off. Enjoyed ever minute of it with my friend.

The view could have been better if they had used 1st floor instead of ground floor. The place does not use Jehlum like it should have. Food was good. Ambience was nice. Service was good too.
