One of the oldest and finest restaurant in Adajan area. Very nice ambiance on the first floor i.e. the main dining area of the restaurant. Food quality is very good. You will get punjabi, South Indian, chinese and fast-food categories of food items. Food quality is very good. Staff members are very polite and service oriented. Quick and quality service is there speciality. Rates are in line with the other restaurants in same category of business. They also have small party hall for around 25-30 people. Location is also very convenient. It is main road touch near Gujarat Gas Circle. Best place to have family dinner and small party.

The quality of food has been maintained ever since the beginning. It's been more than a decade since it opened & the taste & quality is still very good.but service is very poor

Went there with family today, we love the food and service. Awesome food, freshly prepared. Pav bhaji, tawa pulao, Punjabi sabji, roti, dal rice, South Indian. Everything was up to the mark. I must recommend everyone to visit and eat at this hotel excellent food quality you will get.

They Really have High Skilled Chef for Cooking. They also have Hygiene Environment. The Staffs having Good Manners Like Greetings and all. Location is also perfect. You dine-in comfortably without any type of Hesitation.

A good and decent restaurant with affordable rates, this restaurant delivers a nice combo of dishes at budget prices. Specially the south Indian dishes are great here. The staffs are co-operative and humble, service is good. Food quality is good and decent. The location of this restaurant is at very busy area but mostly customers are not getting any problem. But on weekends there are usually waiting here.

Hotel Shiv Mahal is fantastic place to have a meal. They provide a wide range of varieties on food. Specially the Thali which you get for 120/- it's a pretty nice deal and you get a delicious masala chachh.👍👍

Orderd 3 type dosa. First thanks zomato. Got delivery in time. Delivery man gave food with smile. I like it. Second, dosa were average. They have to need improvement in food quality & taste. Because there are many food outlet who give good quality with taste...

Yesterday i ordered paneer tikka masala from this place, they gave me paneer tikka masala not only with worst taste but they gave steal paneer inside it, the whole sabji i have to throw into the dustbin, even one can not eat such type of food, i complained it to zomato from which i ordered but they didn't take any action yet, restaurant should replace such type of food as an apology but they didn't, even amount of money wasn't return. The worst situation & service provided by such type of restaurant who took 180 Rs for a dish & without eat it we have to throw money as well as food into the dustbin, wastage of both.<br/>I ordered onion uttapam with it, it is good in taste and quality but this type of paneer tikka masala, totally wasted, bad in quality with steal peieces of paneer inside it.

Had really good Paneer tikka masala and mushroom masala along with dal makhni and rotis. The preparation was made spicy on request and service was prompt and efficient. One of the best non-Gujarati restaurants I would say!

baba aadam ke zamane ka decor,n the food is just pathetic,french fries were soggy and oily as hell,the waiters here are zombies.WOULD NEVER RECOMEND TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY

I will not recommend this restaurant  not for couple or family or functions,  taste of food was below average,  it can be good for fixed or pack lunch for hotel guys.

I went there with family.we odered punjabi food.It was ok ok.staff n service not so good.I dont think to visit this place second time ,there are better option available.

Food quality was quite ok not great as compared to its rate .... Ambience was ok ok ... Overall I would say it's not bad and not so good ...

I went to this place with family recently. I don't even care about the food, the management was that bad. We got our food almost 45 minutes late. On top of that, so much if our order was wrong. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we had an indifferent attitude thrown at us. <br/>The only thing I genuinely liked in the food was Hara bhara kabab with the coriander chatni. Everything else was just mediocre. <br/>Sad experience!

Worst restaurant with worst service...<br/>First they confirmed my booking on phone n when I had been there they said "They do not take phone bookings...!!!"<br/>The worst thing is their food Quality and Quantity...<br/>"Quality": Worst Quality I have had ever eaten...full of artificial food colors...Vegetables not chopped properly in Veg Subji...<br/>"Quantity": Quantity is even worse...only six pieces of Paneer Tikka...I was damn shocked...<br/>My wife's birthday was spoiled by the idiots...I wish not to be there ever...<br/>In short total wastage of money...<br/>
