Food is very good, ambience is amazing and sevice is prompt. There are various private dining siiting arrangements. This becomes very good option when visiting in small group. Restaurant is offering Christmas special menu. All the type of cuisines and courses, be it soups, appetizers, platters, main course and desserts were amazing. Quantity of food is good, presentation is professional and taste authentic. Staff is also polite, explains menu very well and service is prompt.

Very beautiful ambiance. This is a very nice family restaurant with ample seating space. Cabins can be used for family dinner and outings. Well lit and decorated. Service is good with minor goof ups. Food quality is good not excellent. But all in all it is recommended for family dinners and get together.

Hi, I had done one company event here in this hotel's banquet today. It's staff, it's food, it's ambience everything is so perfect.
Generally I am a person who never gives ratings but today just after the event I felt it's worth it and which might help others too.

Good place to hangout, nice ambience, rich feeling and a large variety of menu to dine in. Good options for multi-cuisine. All other food is good but pizza is terrible - never order pizza. Yes, must try Italian tiramisu …!! The mock tails are also so refreshing

We reached the restaurant around 10. It was pretty crowded but seats were still available. We did not have to wait.
We preferred sitting inside. The ambience is nice. Service is fast.
First we ordered crispy vegetables. Nicely cooked. Finger licking taste
Next we had overloaded nachos with beans. They were good too.
Jalapeno cheese balls could have been better. Cheese lovers may go for it, but the sauce served with it was melted cheese itself. Leftover Salsa from nachos still tasted better than cheese dip with those cheese balls.
Overall nice first experience..

Spice villa Restaurants is one of the best place to visit in Surat for Food / Special Moments. I visited this restaurant on Sunday and I was overwhelmed with the hospitality.
The food is very good. You can give 5-star rating.
The restaurant ambience, open lawn, play area, parking all are of 5 star standards.
Staff was super friendly and courteous; one will feel really special here.

Amazing experience. Food just awesome. Ordered starter fantastic. Service was too good. They gave some ice cream for my daughter at end as surprise. Its not about free ice cream but its about great gesture. They also gave a balloon to my daughter as we sat down. Very accommodating atmosphere. All their restaurants are my go to places. Pavallion and Leonardo including spice villa.

The place gives you a vibes of 4 star hotel premise and has beautifully designed. Staff is helping and courteous. Food is just above the average. The main issue is reading menu. You need to scan a QR code and see it on your mobile screen. For elderly people and not so techno freek people it deters the experience of visiting and ordering food.

The place has lovely ambience. Very cushy and comfy. Good place for family dinner. Make prior reservations as the individual areas are full. The food was good. Good portions and taste. But considering the prices, it misses the wow factor.

Very poor service. For small things we have to ask staff again and again. After asking they provided spoons and fork. Crispy honey chilli potato is the worst dish I have ever eaten, it was so hard that my mouth started aching. I ordered for Paneer Khurchan costing near to Rs 400 and there was nothing special about it inspite of being marked as Bestseller. There are many good restaurants in Surat in affordable prices and good taste. I won’t recommend Spice Villa to anyone.<br/>Very bad experience!!!!

I had visited here on my Husband's birthday for the 1st time when i visited surat. Ambience very nice. Its a Lavish Place.The staff was very cooperating too, they arranged the table with flowet petals all over and also decorated the cabin that they allocated us for Dinner. The food was nice. The place is clean and hygienic. The food quality and quantity is good. Good place to visit woth Joint Family. Price wise it is Average keeping the ambience, food quality in mind. Its one of my all time favourite restro for italian for indian for sizzlers but very disappointing experience we ordered for mexican chimichanga de queso n d steward recommended to go to goo for mexican sizzler we went for datt n it was no mexican taste but only rice n steamed veges burritos stuffed wid same tasteless rice ask them to replace no respond no ettequettes v didnt even felt like eating it no one even bother for a feedback dey juz said dis is it..didnt even remake d dish nt ready to accept d mistake ..very rude very unexpected nt fair felt really embarassed.. <br/><br/>

We were there for dinner. There was a waiting period it is recommended to book table in advance. They have merged Leonardo with Spice Villa. We ordered Italian there. Taste was good. Ambience was good. Overall experience was good except billing otherwise would have given 4*. We reedemed 2 Zomato golds but instead of calculating bill on 2 maximum amount they have considered 1st & 3rd maximum amount for the bill which they corrected after our request.

Quite an over hyped restaurant the food was extremely below average. We had ordered a pizza, Raviolis and a tiramisu and I have had better food at a way too cheaper price. And honestly I make better food at home. Not restaurant quality. Service was pathetic despite we being the only ones in the restaurant!
