It’s a nice project in Surat at prime location. I visited there so many times different cafés and restaurants are there . It’s a beautiful building and well maintained. Parking available.

Very new, very vibrant. Has some good food outlets, including Pizza Hut, KFC and some more.

International Business center is Top quality Business center no other than comparison. This building is located on main road at piplod road way to Surat airport road and this is very famous business centre and have good parking facilities and cleaning into this. also there have many Branded showroom and Fast Food Restaurant shop here. So beautiful looking and design Also.. My experience at this place was so good , like you can go with with your friends or other people just to hangout there cause there are so many cafes like - Starbucks , pizza hut , Domino's Pizza , burger King , etc. It's just a full package place . Even the architecture of the building is so good . So Go and enjoy yourself !!!!!!!

It's a good commercial place.. & best part for foodies.. outside ground floor they have KFC, Domino's, Burger King, Subway, Pizza hut, Starbucks.. it's a lovely experience.. Tho i would like to give some information.. We went to Burger king today & the burger size was too small & compressed compare to what's shown in the menu.. I'm kind if disappointed.. in McDonald's they serve what they show.. Burger King felt like a scam this time.. we ordered 1 meal which has 1 chicken tandoori burger, medium fries with a medium size glass of pepsi ; & a single chicken tandoori burger without meal & 1 coke float.. they charged 720/-rs!! Just for a single meal & a burger which was not upto the mark.. & Next there is Domino's beside in the same line which don't have a non-veg menu don't know why!! I respect vegetarians & veg food but this is soo wrong that Domino's here don't serve non veg pizza's!! Come on dude that's a franchise they should maintain that standard.. it's not a private restaurant to have authority to shut half menu!! If they can't work accordingly then why to take franchise of a reputed firm! Highly disappointed ☹️
