They have a good environment, but the food is average, the idea is very innovative regarding the theme, The food was so bland and cold, the service was good but it felt like they just wanted get it done with or they're in hurry. Almost ruined our party because of this. The innovative idea of the train was good. It is very crowded so couples will face some disturbance there.

Great place especially for kids will love it.. unlimited food makes deal.. some items can be improved like Chinese starters.. when we took lunch there... two parties were already going on so could not use train compartments for food ..but overall it was good experience... in surat its one of best place to eat pizza + salads unlimited..

Taste is very good. Quality is also good. Service is nice. Amazing experience. You can come with your family and friends. You can also come for birthday party. Unlimited food available which includes south India, Chinese, many verities of pastas, main course, rice, dessert, salads......

This is one of the best theam Resturant in Surat, vesu area, opposite to vijaya Laxmiji hall. This is on roadside restaurant but first floor. As u enter decore is like train. And there is unlimited buffet food. Price is fixed means people they charged 259 rs. And for kids it's less. Now they have vegetarian and jain meals. Two types of soup and salad which is good in taste like pasta salad. And chana corn chat. Then cheese bread. Dosa and cold drinks unlimited 3 types of pizza which comes buy hanging train. Then brownies and ice cream and kulfi is too good. Service is good. Must visit But everyone makes so much sound. Very noise on Resturant

Place is very good but like its name, interior is not that much up to the mark. They have made train coach for seating but its not that much comfortable. Let’s talk about food & train delivery. Train delivery is good concept but can only enjoy by kids. We see nothing special. Food wise unlimited package is little different from other unlimited chain which is good. They give chaat as well. In ice cream, there are various items to choose. Tomato Soup was worst but later they offered me soup with some changes :) i liked that approach. Manchurian was crispy, awesome & tasty. Garlic bread have two choices both were nice. In pizza paneer wala was so tasty. Think crust & margarita nothing special but you can have it. They serve cold drink as well but I felt they add water in it. Because power of fizz was so down. Finally a restaurant which you can try once.

Nice ambiance, good service, if you can eat different type of cuisines at same time. Taste is good for all food item. Go before 7:45 pm for dinner, after that it becomes crowdy atmosphere. At least one time one can visit.

This place is attractive due to its concept..-"Train"<br/>u'll get feeling like train and railway station there..It was crowded even on week days..The service and staff is very good.but,food was disappointing for me..Pizza was ok in taste,Garlic bread were good compare to pizza..I odered lapizza special pizza and maxicano pizza..both were average..

This place is ridiculous! These people don't have sense of customer hospitality. They treat customers as if they are beggars. They have this stupid policy where if all of your guests dont turn up and you want to reserve the table, they wont let you sit. Let alone serve you. The food is also shitty. Go to this place only if your esteem does not matter to you or it becomes inevitable. I would have given a minus rating, had it been possible.<br/><br/>Don't waste your time and money here. Surat has many retros where you may have the food of your life.

One more Unlimited Pizza amd Salad restaurant in town.... But the difference is they Serve Pizza in wall mounted Train remotely operated. Nice fancy idea and bit of a change. They have ample of options available in Salad amd they have Chaat option available too. All is unlimited. Pizza and chaat kind of weird match... To me it didn't impressed me much. 1st round of Margherita Pizza was amazing and in 2nd round the taste was completely changed. Chaats were really good. Options in drinks are local and in desserts too. Service is Ok ok and the ambience is good but the restaurant is too loud. Rate is very economic so anyone looking to throw friends party can consider this place.

This is a family restaurant. If you are someone who loves peace and privacy, this place is not at all for you. But if you are with your family or a large group of friends you should definitely go. The interior is amazing and adapted from the interior of a train. We went for Unlimited lunch meal and paid ₹230 (GST included)<br/>Alot of chat options were available. Nicest place for unlimited pizza meal by far. And also most polite staff. Although they were rushing to complete the meal and push out the customer but I guess that's because of heavy rush. Nice ambience. Clean and good smelling.(Except you are sitting near kitchen door.) Theme is interesting as well as a bit problematic as people always want to Click picture of or with it so movie to and fro starters section is a bit of a task if you choose to sit into the train.(the prop built there to appeal the theme.) My usual experience with restaurants providing unlimited meal for pizza has not been so good. But this place certainly has won a place somewhere in my tastebuds. Would visit again here soon and I'd reccomended others to do so as well.

Place is overrated.<br/><br/>Couple of things were not good.<br/><br/>1. Pizza restaurant must have good quality of pizza and not other things that they serve like chat and salad<br/><br/>2. They should have implemented different colour code of dishes for Jain and regular preparation.<br/><br/>3. Food quality is average. They are all in hurry to serve food so they mess up with food quality. Chat was served in hurry and Jain food serve with onion in it.<br/><br/>4. Pizza was served called and was not proper garnished. After asking couple of times one time they served hot food.<br/><br/>5. Arabita pasta, Manchurian, and white pasta were good in quality.<br/><br/>Overall, the place is much overrated and there is a big rush for checking out pizza train which is a main interest for people. I visited this place on the day of new year (day after Diwali) & we choose unlimited lunch.<br/>I'll start with the ambiance part, it was comfortable at some place but not at all place.<br/>Food was above average.<br/>We we're 6 people and three of us were Jain & other 3 were non- Jain.<br/>So what happened , confusion was created and instead of Jain they were serving non Jain and Visa versa and we have to wait so much for cold drinks and it came literally in end when we have almost finished our lunch.<br/>All over experience average.

Visited this place on a Friday night along with my family. The place has got well designed conceptual interiors and the serving team is polite and customer friendly but that doesn't prove to be enough. The taste of the food served is way below average and also the cleanliness standards are not up to the mark. They really need to work on food quality and cleanliness of the surroundings.

These place is based on the theme of train, so just like train, the sitting arrangement is made like that. They serve the unlimited food there but I had a paneer chilly pizza which was good in taste. The staff is very cooperative n good they ask you about the food which is good.

Coldrink was hot, soup was stale, pizza had no taste, very loud music, staff not cooperative, rice stale, Worst ever kitty because of this pathetic hotel. My mom paid the bill, i dont know why.. The unlimited food has quite a variety. The cold salads are quite good. The hot salads are also good but the french fries doesnt tastes good as it is exposed to there from a lot of time. My advice to them is that they should serve it individually. The chaats are finger licking. The garlic bread is also nice and pizzas too.<br/><br/>Tip: their garlic sticks in the hot starter is must to try.

Worst experience i ever had in a restaurant. I found a bloody hair in my garlic bread which is sticking so tightly with cheese. Food quality and taste was not up to the mark. Each and every pizza loaded with cheese only. For example they offer us paneer pizza and i didn’t found single paneer cube in pizza. Shame for them. And the focus in chaat like pani puri, dahi puri and few other stuff which is no where near to Italian cuisine. Service was okay till my meal was over and when they bring us feedback form i wrote i felt. And all of sudden their reactions was so rude and they was aggressive with their eyes. In short it’s expensive compare to other unlimited pizza place i been to and food was horrible.

Extremely unhygienic place, food quality not so good, waiters treat us badly. We asked to give starter first and after that we would like to get main course pizza, he responded like "fir late hoga to me ku6 nahi krunga, rush zyada hai. I told pizza thanda ho jayesh, and he was like to me ku6 nahi kr sakta agar aur fir garam Krnese jal jayega, fir mujse mat bolna". Heights of rudeness and carelessness. They changed the definition of pizza. Unique concept for interior though, but quality you won't get.

I had dahipiri, in some puris there was only dahi and some were totally empty .The pizzas were not authentic ,some of them were good but some of them tasted like home made pizza. Though the garlic bread was yumm.<br/>The soft drinks, they don't serve you the Standard Coke sprite or fanta they have their own flavours, I tasted three of them ( Orange lemon jeera)and all of them were tasteless .We weren't able to finish a single glass of those soft drinks.<br/>For dessert they served the packed ice creams.<br/>They have humungous of staff, the place looked so crowded with their staffs only.<br/><br/>I would just say La pizza treno along with your ambience and staff work on your core product.<br/><br/>Price : The price was reasonable.<br/>Ambience : Amazing , should visit the place for ambience Rating : 2/5<br/>Address : UG 4 Shubh Universal , Opposite Vijay laxmi hall<br/>near Western Vesu point ,Vesu Surat.<br/>

Very good experience.friendly staff.ambience is very nice,too.they have unlimted meal and limited as well.food quality was good.we ordered unlimited meal in which soup and chaat were ok ok. Rest everything is up to the mark. Pizza,salad,garlic bread,ice cream,cold drinks.everything was perfect.over all it’s a nice place for food.specialy kids will enjoy here.

Visited this restaurant during lunch time. Warm welcome from the staff, they will explain their unlimited meal interestingly. Very good and humble staff, very nice and quick service, they maintain cleanliness promptly. Almost 38 varieties of food items, which includes 2 soups, 2 garlic breads, 3 pizzas, 7 chat items, 7 hot starters, 17 salads, 1 glass of cold drink, 1 desert to choose from 8 options. Quality and taste of pizza and garlic breads was good. Chat items tastes normal. Starters and salads also have good options to choose from. Overall nice experience and value for money restaurant.

We were a Group of 9 people including 5 kids and we went there on a Friday evening. Ambience was great. The Manchow Soup was good, they serve 7 types of chaat which were equally good. But the 7 hot menu dishes including Manchurian, noodles, french fries and pasta were Cold like Ice and were tasteless. We complained to the waiters that the french fries were uncooked but they did not paid any attention. So we left our dishes without eating Anything from hot menu. Thankgod!
