It was great. Very friendly knowledgeable staff, amazing food specially Sizzlers and main dishes. parking in this area can be challenging. Beautiful seatings. Unlimited Pizza also available at reasonable price. We were fortunate to celebrate a special birthday lunch for four recently. Very nice, on the water, pleasant ambiance. Wonderful service, most attentive, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious food, salads and Sizzler. Everything was delicious. Good Food..

Sizzling bite - An imagination of sizzer food came on hearing for the first time.. But when you enter this restaurant, you will be shocked by looking at their unlimited menu as other pizza restaurants which don't feel good... Put their unlimited options aside & come to the main specialty food, they have a variety of sizzlers and are quite good in taste.. The best part of this restaurant is their outside seating arrangement. They need to upgrade their old fashioned music system as it gives road side food stall vibes..

The Food Was Really Good & Tasty. The Service Is Fast & Reliable. The Employees Have Very Good Behaviour And The Food Is Not Very Expensive And The Unlimited Offer is Quite Considerable For People Under The Budget. The Sitting is Really Nice And They Have An Outdoor Sitting Where You Can Get The Piplod Dumas View And Can Also Book Parts of Banquets To Book For Birthday Parties And Stuff Where They Have Partition Between Room With Sliding Doors To Adjust According To Your Needs.

One of the best buffet in Surat. Pros. Delicious food each and every item is made with such delicasy Cost effective Pizza is moist inside and crunchy crust outside. Garlic bread is soft and with good quality cheese. Variety of cold salads and pastas. Three beverages -TLF Chinese noodles are wok fire stirred, gives smoky touch. Friendly waiters, serves food with smile on their face. This make the environment worm. Cons- service is slow. Waiting is too much. Sometimes even after calling waiters, they won't pay heed to you. Highly recommended.

if you are foodie then you must try this restaurant this is one of the best unlimited restaurant i have ever visited .you will get variety of item there and mostly all of them are very tasty Its ambience was also very good . its perfect for family dinner or date or party with friend . All the food items are very tasty specially i liked the cheese burst pizza you will find it nearly similar to dominos pizzza there is also open garden lawn which is also very beautiful . So i have given it four star becuase i liked everything there except its service . In starting they serve you fast but later on their service became slow.So please improve you service and for food i will give 4.5 star

Never ever rely for a party. We had a booking for the whole terrace area. The manager flipped from his words. When we reached already 2 tables were full. On telling him about this , he told , cancel the party if you want. Manager's attutude is worst. He even told that we won't serve the food. Its disgusting. He spoiled the occassion of a 25th anniversary. And then he made sure that he provides the worst service he can. Never had any bad experience then this. Wont ever go to this place again.

Very bad service in the buffet section of this restaurant.. Even on a weekday they did not had sufficient staff to cater the crowd.. They dint cleaned the plates properly and there was oily spots left on the bowls and spoon... They were also using the used finger bowls for multiple customers

The setting is nice, the service is good, but the thing which matters the most, food is not up to the mark. The food lacks taste and flavor. In the menu, what they call a Khulcha is actually a small lacha paratha, need to seriously work on their food.<br/>

The food was just pathetic, and so was the ambiance. Sizzling bite used to be a giant place, but they divided it by making a partition for party hall. Now it looks really congusted. We went for lunch, and the buffet was not upto the mark. Paneer tikka was appeared as if fresh oaneer was directly served with some garnishing on it. Starters were really bad and manchurian was not upto the mark, although pizza was good. Main course remained the same, that is, really bad. Now coming to desserts, walnut brownie was okayish, but what really pissed me off was the ice cream. As you can see in the photo, it was half melt, and this pic was taken as soon as i took it straight from the freezer.<br/>Don't go for buffet, you'll regret it just like i did.

decent place with extremely poor service and food. The hygiene at this place is so bad that there were ants in my soup and accompaniments. When I pointed this out to the manager he was in different as if this was a regular occurance. They forgot one of my order and when I pointed this out, again the manager was indifferent and told me that i had told you this and you didn't listen. Now you don't blame me. There were five of us having our lunch there. Avoid this place, way better options in the vicinity.

I was dumbfounded to see the exchange mid-dining.<br/>Then the tissues came after repeated requests.<br/>The table napkins were also absent.<br/>Only a spoon (1 per head) and a damp plate were provided as cutlery.<br/>The manager did not bother to come even after repeatedly asking for him. Apparently he was too busy “serving his own tables”, as that’s what he told when I walked upto him. That too when food was served on our plates waiting to be eaten.

So the restaurant has been on my regular visits for quite some time.<br/><br/>My brother and his wife both love this place especially for the sizzlers. I am not a big fan of sizzlers but I visit anyway.<br/><br/>The Ambiance.<br/>The restaurant is located at Icon Business Tower near Valentine's Multiplex.<br/><br/>The outer deck of the restaurant is quite popular, the overall ambiance is bright and lively.<br/><br/>The Food.<br/>We ordered the Tomato Basil Soup and Burmese Khowsuey Soup, both were amazing in presentation and flavor. The Khowsuey soup was good but had no trace of Peanut Paste which is desirable according to me.<br/><br/>Then there was Peri Peri Potatoes which were good as a dish but Peri Peri sauce or seasoning doesn't have this much of acidity to their flavor which was due to the excessive use of Vinegar in the dish. Disappointing.<br/><br/>Then we ordered the Paneer Tikka Sizzler and the Smoked Garlic Pepper Sizzler where the Paneer Tikka Sizzler was good and had good flavor but the Smoked Garlic Pepper Sizzler was okayish as there was no pepper or garlic flavor, it seemed like a bland version of the same.<br/><br/>The Service.<br/>The service was fair with servers feeling kind of rushed and busy due to 2 parties at the same time during prime time and this was unfair to the ala carte patrons in my opinion.<br/><br/>Overall.<br/>The food was fair, service was good, it has a lot of scope for improvement and surely would wish to come again soon with better clarity on the products and services.

This is not an exaggeration but I had the best experience of my life at Sizzling Bite. We had kept 2 parties back to back at Sizzling Bite wherein one was Lunch of 50 people n other was dinner of 25. For 50 people they gave us whole restaurant and for 25 people they have the best arrangement wherein they convert one part of their restaurant into a private banquet. From salad to desert all their dishes were amazing and literally finger licking. All the staff members were so cooperative and serving us with a smile which added to our event. I did not hear no from any of their staff member for any of our demands. Taste of Paneer Lababdar, Pizza and crispy chilli honey potatoes was in my mouth for almost 2-3 days. They have the best party menu in town and their owner really takes care of the guests in the best possible way. <br/><br/>I recommend Sizzling Bite for your next party with 100 percent confidence 😀

It has great ambience. Also the staff is really friendly, the wind is also great on the deck which more than compensates for lack of AC. The projectors makes it a perfect destination for big game nights. In all the food was also good and worth the price. Would recommend for people willing to come with friends and family.

Worst for booking a benquet hall.... Totaly worst service for party or function.. with such a higher payment even they do not have enough servant to serve food in benquet hall. You have to look after everything even after higher payment. Food quality not at all good... They charge separate for each and all service they provide in hall which is provided free of cost by others... So dnt go for benquet.. Guests reviewed like not Worth of money you spent.

The Chinese flavours were done justice with.<br/>The italio pasta was amazing in terms of its sauce but I prefer my pasta a little under done. Al dente. This was sloppy.<br/>We ordered a tangy pepper sizzler. It was good and huge. Less veggies. Lot of fries. Manchurian and paneer. The paneer was soft and yum.<br/>All this and a masala papad costed about 1300 bucks for 3 people.<br/>The staff was friendly and all of them were smiling.<br/>The IPL was on on the big screen so it was an added attraction.

Ambience : superb... choose open deck for ur dinner,<br/><br/>Quantity : we were two and we ordered one paneer and one mix veg and it was very difficult to finish.<br/><br/>ice lemon tea, Nizaami Paneer Angara, kheema Kasturi tawa....<br/><br/>ice Lemon tea was fine., tandoori roti can still be improved, bt the paneer and veg sabji were delicious.<br/><br/>we had a great first time experience of their all new outlet on Dumas Road.<br/><br/>must try this varieties.<br/><br/>

Everything was perfect large space big table tarrace lounge mind music perfect light great servise food was really great must visit place faimly dine as well aswith friend happy eating

If we see place wise then its good place to take dinner with family.. awesome balcony view from where you can see some the great lightness of gauravpath.Food service is good and fast.. specialty in soups try different mock-tails also..now move towards main course then veg dishes are average.. <br/>Overall good place but yup li’l bit costly for what they serve. But visit at least onetime..<br/>3.7 out of 5.

Food was good. But very poor service. Table for four was like we were thrown out of the restaurant and given to eat We complained to management. They didn't give proper response.. Totally disappointed.
