Review La Terranza - Surat

It's an open terrace restaurant. The ambience is beautiful with sitting arrangement and decorative lights. The arrangement is pretty good, they have arrangement for family party, group of four or group of two beside the terrace rail having the beautiful view of City . The customer service is really good. They are courteous & welcoming . The food cooked is really good and tastes good. The price is reasonable and u get varieties of veg dishes. The photos have been attached to refer to.

Very good Punjabi food and they have good starters, environment is little bit hot if you are expecting that open area will have an AC it's not, go for the Kaju paneer sabzi butter naan but buttermilk is not up to the mark.. it was a good experience

I am sharing my experience that it is the best restaurant in surat. I liked the services and I will give 10 out of 10 for the test of food. If you want to give party to your friends you can go for it I sure that you make your impression amoung your friends.

La Terranza- Roof top restaurant for open roof top patties with green and lavish scinery around it to enjoy with nice multicuisine dine hall with aromatic romantic sound. Also a neat and clean conference hall with good in-house brunch food and very sophisticated and helpful staff and waiters for service. Also free parking with good space to park vehicle.

I would have given no stars if that was an option. Very rude staff and have no sense of how to manage a restaurantl. Food is okayish not that great. Would suggest Masala Mania if you want similiar ambienece.

During dinner you can see the VR mall which is wonderful as there is some or the other decoration happening. Food at this place is good and so is the service. Ideal place for parties as they have some good big tables where you can sit and chat and enjoy the night.

Someone from our gang suggested this place a few days back but never got a chance to go there. Recently while coming out of VR my family asked to have a dinner together. So while searching nearby outlets on Google, got this suggestion. So went there.<br/><br/>Located in a complex, this place is visible from distance, with a contemporary setup and ambiance La Terranza is once such family place.<br/><br/>We ordered some mocktails, starters and sizzler. My mom just love em. The mocktails were good, starters were also great but show stealer was sizzler.<br/><br/>The rates are comparatively reasonable. You can plan a family dinner or a friend's get together here.<br/><br/>Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended...

Overall experience was very bad , after complaining and returning the noodles , they came with exact same noodles by just adding masala on it . And the waiter couldn’t recommend things nor they had proper idea what will be in the dish , and i never knew that singapuri noodles has kaju in it , neither waiter knew where the food item on menu is ,moreover there were many spelling errors in the menu , and serving of food was not hot enough. Taste of other thing was very normal.<br/> And they even didn’t resolved our noodles problem.

Amazing food. Nice hospitality. Place is easily accessible. No parking issues. Ample space for parking. 24x7 lift available. Sizzlers, tikkas are mouth watering dishes. Service is also good...

Taste is not good ...not fresh

Very poorly maintained restaurant no fan working its extremely hot. Roti was good Paneer Angara we liked and we reorder so second time they just put on cold sizzler pot and serve paneer lababdar. This is seriously so bad to save time you serving paneer lababdar on cold sizzler pot name of paneer angara.

Been there first time with friends & family. As name suggests it is located on top floor. Half of that is open to sky and half is covered.<br/><br/>We been to there during rainy season so covered house was open.<br/><br/>We ordered Sizzlers & soups. Ambience was okay. Could have been better.<br/><br/>Service was fast and food taste was good.<br/><br/>Value for money if you have any discounts offer else little bit costly.

Look wise very good and food is OK type but there service was so slow that the person will get bored his stomach gets full only in waiting for food..

Been here yesterday with a bunch of friends and were really amazed by its charming ambience and the rooftop view. We had ordered Cheese Lahsooniya Chaap and Veg. Crispy for the starters. Both of them were delicious with a tinge of spices. For the main course, we ordered Paneer Angara, Subz Kolhapuri, Dal Tadka, Jeera Rice and Garlic Naan along with other breads. The taste is quite maintained and good. It wasn't Ultra-amazing but definitely up to the mark. The quantity served is a bit less in the given price range. Overall, it was a mn awesome experience.<br/>Do visit.

Very bad service.<br/>No management at all and no one was even hearing us .<br/>The service was very slow and also didn't provided water quickly though we asked them many times.<br/>On menu it was written that it takes them about 20 minutes to prepare food but all items came after 30 minutes though the place wasn't crowded at all.<br/>Food quality was not good. Paneer in all items was hard.<br/>Quantity was also somehow less than other places.

To be honest, service is worst. We ordered soups,6starters,2 punjabi dish..after ordering we felt that we ordered more food..we were just 6 person. After 5 minutes of ordering , we told them to postpone punjabi dish at this moment, if we need we will reorder.. but the staff and manager said that they cant cancel the order now. Already punjabi dish is in main coarse which need to be served last..but staff illiterate and inappropriate.should work on customer satisfaction. Customers are there so their restaurant is running..if you don't satisfy customers than no meaning..and the best part is we had coupon..of moctails..so first we order moctail after dinner and than showed them that we had coupon of foodsome..and than they realized that moctail they are not having because they have to give in free..wow..nice service ..not nice..pathetic service..

Strictly average food. We had ordered sizzlers which were more like vegetable and rice mixed without proper sauces. Punjabi dishes didn't taste authentic either. Service was very slow and we faced issues with accurate billing with coupons. One time visit only.

The Ambience of the restaurant is great. The infrastructure is well maintained. It is located in almost like a isolated area. The food quality of the restaurant is ok. But the service provided by the restaurant is the worst part!

I went here on a Sunday night, a little late so I got a table after 5 minutes of waiting.<br/>The place is windy and airy. The flooring is good deckwood. Gives the place a nice feel.<br/>The hot and sour soup was average. The waiter suggested a Paneer tikka. It was nice but nothing exceptional.<br/>We ordered a Veggie sizzler next.<br/>It was quite good.<br/>I have nothing to complain about this place but I have nothing exceptional to say about this place either except that it's really nice to try.<br/>All this and a cold drink cost about 800 bucks so pricing was also decent.<br/>Smiling staff.<br/>

This restaurant has the worst service ever. The staff won't respond to your call as well as the manager. The food is good but terrible experience with the service.
