Extremely happy with the hospitality. Perfect location for the hotel to be in Tawang. The views from the hotel is mesmerizing. The restaurant serves great food. The rooms are tidy and well maintained. Overall an excellent experience. Do come here. Highly recommended.

I love the hotel, which is clean. They provided me. With electric blanket. The proprietor and the whole family were so welcoming. Food was provided to room and of good quality. What I love the most is the cost family atmosphere. I felt like in my own family.
First of all I would like thank one of my friends for suggesting me to stay in Hotel Mon-Valley. Their services especially Tanjin di (owner) is the sweetest one including her family and all the staffs. Their hospitality is the best . Their food quality is too good. Affordable stay price. They are so humble and kind . Their behaviour and services are awsome

Clean room and bathroom. They provide heating if needed. The geyser keeps hot water for a very long time so you won't have to worry about hot water. Also, a plus is that they have a restaurant of their own. So you won't have to wander around for good food.

The best option if you are planning a stay in Tawang, the host is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is perfect. Most of the things are at walking distance, cafes, Buddha statue, bus stand etc. Tenzin didi helped and arranged helicopter ticket for me, even dropped me at the helipad and left only after heli seat was confirmed. Definitely going to come back and stay here again next time.
Highlights include very lovely staff, food delivered to the room from the restaurant downstairs, plenty of chai, well priced. Great for people looking for basic, clean and affordable rooms. Would advise foreigners that Bum La Pass and Holy Falls are for Indian citizens only and to consider this when planning an itinerary to Tawang. Bed was provided for our driver.
