BREAKFAST DONE RIGHT! The feeling is really good. They have a wide spread of breakfast menu starting from breads, juices, yogurt, cereals, South Indian, Gujarati Food, Punjabi Food, English Breakfast, and desserts. The food taste is good and few items they make to order. The desserts are too many to eat in a single go. You might have to visit this place again to try the dishes you have not tried during the first visit. We tried many things but still few are left untouched. So we might visit this place again. Its a good experience and hospitality.

Rainbow Exclusively Veg Restaurant is located within the Jupiter Hospital. It's a 100% vegetarian restaurant with great ambiance. You can order anything from a starter to a full course, dessert, fruits, fruit juice, and tea or coffee.The food tastes fantastic. Staff are very pleasant and attentive to customer demands. Special dishes can be prepared upon request. Lucy was one of the best employees in this restaurant.

Can't get over the lavish spread including lots of live counters at This Fantastic veg restaurant located inside Fortune park Lake City Thane !! We visited the Rainbow in Fortune park Lake City to explore the Sunday lunch .They are known for its excellent hospitality and service, so as expected it was a warm welcome by the well trained staff. Entire space was decorated so well with regional live counters set up so well. We totally loved the comfort seating which actually gives the vibe!! Along with the regular buffet including wide varieties of appetizers, mains and desserts the current lunch buffet includes live counters to get the piping hot regional varieties.. The dessert counter includes varieties of desserts which will level up your experience!! To summarize, it was absolutely worth and the spread was so huge that its a must must visit for all my foodie friends who loves to explore flavours. Food Quality 5/5

A wide spread of Vegetarian Food is treat to eyes, tongue n tummy. PAN Asian food platter from sushi to thai curry.... Sweets from besan ladoo to baklawa n pastries, kulfi. European salads to Indian chats. Starters to pizza...... U name it n u have it. Spacious sitouts fit for many families n groups. Staff is courteous, attentive n prompt. Had a wonderful time eating n chatting with friends. ❤

Very good variety of exclusive vegetarian food in a buffet format. Live stations are available for multiple items. Indian dishes certainly better than their oriental or Italian dishes. Good variety of desserts. Place gets crowded and loud.

The food taste, menu selection and choices for desserts are awesome. They will spoil your taste buds so much that you will keep remembering their food for many days. It was worth going there. Keep it up.

Buffet and Al-a-Carte options available here. Though known for its buffet spread more. The spread is huge with a variety of options. Starters, main course and deserts are worth trying. Lots of unique dishes with global flavours. Tip: The location is a bit difficult to reach via Google maps. Please enter through thr Jupiter Hospital main gate and take a right yot enter the restaurant from Fortune Hotels lobby. Ample parking space is available in the basement.

Great variety and great food. Live counters for Pasta, Chaat, One South Indian delicacy and freshly made ice cream. Huge variety of starters. Two types of soups. 6-8 sabji and curries. 4 varieties of papads, 8 varieties of pickle. Limited Lebanese cuisine. 2 types of cool drinks. 6-8 varieties of healthy salads. 6-8 varieties of sweets including pastries, pedals. Around 40 seats + a 12 seater meeting room. Ambience is ok. Valet parking available. Courteous staff and ok service.

Great place with wide variety of buffet options. We had booked for 12 people so we were given a private area which felt really nice as we could enjoy our family time. All the food options were great especially their wide range of desserts which normally we don’t see in many hotels. Must try restaurant for all.

A fantastic buffet menu with almost no repetitions each time we've been there. The ambience is great and staff are very friendly. The food tastes amazing and is definitely worth the money! Highly recommended for everyone (not just vegetarians!)

The ambience here is great, the staff is very courteous and friendly. The buffet is just out of the world ,it caters to everybody's taste young ,old, somebody who on diet or its somebody's cheat day everybody is taken care of wonderfully. The desserts are icing on the cake, too delicious. To sum up a great place and value for money. Special thanks to the chefs and the staff particularly varum ,Dhiraj and Nishant.

So I have been here for lunch, dinner and also for breakfast. And from all three I will say that I found the breakfast buffet most pleasing. They have huge variety available. Staff is friendly. Food tastes average. Everything has very subtle taste. It doesn’t excite you .. I hope they work on that.

Had a good time trying the vegetarian breakfast buffet in rainbow. The buffet has good number of options for both Indian and English style breakfast. Croissant, donuts and aaloo paratha with white makhan were the items I relished the most.

If looking for a family place with some chill buffet this is the place! Fusion of salads is amazing they have regular main course spread which consists of dal rice roti sabzis along with noodles some gravy sushi counter which is vegetarian Ofcourse! Excellent and varied spread of mainly vegetarian food - from hot starters to exotic looking mini salads; Indian curries to far eastern delicacies. Spread of live counters - pizza, paani puri, pasta and south Indian. Last but not least - mouth watering deserts and live cold stone ice cream. Kudos to entire team of Chefs, especially Chef Pawan, who personally keep monitoring the entire spread and interacts with patrons. Worth a visit!!!

Ambience is good in low lights one can visit place for salad soups they have better to any restaurants in neighborhood very satisfied with taste with nice environment. I think music is missing...!

Been here so many times now. Everytime we love their buffet selections. Me and my family are not pure vegetarian though, we love rainbow's pure veg buffet spread. Ordered from their al carte menu twice and it was equally good.<br/>I personally enjoy their salad selections most, in the buffet. So many flavours and so much healthy food to start with. Indian curries are always inviting.<br/>We love their indian breads..naans, prathas, rotis... Al of them are very good.<br/>Very good service as well. They are pretty fast at clearing up ur plates.<br/>So, i would say... Even if u r non vegetaria... Must try this all veg buffet.

A pure non vegetarian vs a pure vegetarian restaurant!<br/><br/>Since my birth may be first time I went to a pure veg restaurant and that’s Rainbow. When I start with my plates except daal, rice and breads almost all dishes were unknown to me. But after few mins I started liking those and ate almost two days meal 😆. Desserts are just awesome, Salads too, specifically mustard marinated broccoli which I actually hate the most but ate 3 bowls😱. Main course also did the justice in the middle order. As I said don’t know the names but liked it. Overall best Veg restaurant at Thane which will charge you 550 rs only for buffet lunch on weekdays. Which is quite low according to the quality they serve.

Since I wanted to visit a new place, I visited Rainbow in Fortune Park Lake city. The whole set up looks very unenthusiastic and dull. There isn't anything great about the interiors, colour scheme etc. The stuff is also not very pleasantly courteous. <br/>They looked a bit eager to upsell their "set meal" which they called a modern fusion of Indian food. Since it wasn't very attractive, I called for my own stuff. The food took very long. But must say was very delicious. <br/>A very impressive gesture was when their Chef came and offered us their new dessert item called Mango mousse. Despite not being a mousse person I agree that it was one of the best that I have eaten so far.

This is a restaurent in fortue hotel in thane, near jupiter hospital, one of the restaurents which serves completely veg buffet.<br/>Place is good and quiet. <br/><br/>Food<br/>They have sooo many variety of assorted breads, some with cheese n some regular ones, but all were good. <br/>They serve north indian, chineese, pasta n risotto in main course<br/><br/>Pasta n risotto was a live counter. This is inside the premises of Jupiter hospital in Thane. Considering the limited options in Thane for a buffet this one is decent. Not very huge. Table booking recommended. Can get noisy if even 1-2 groups are there. The spread is the usual buffet items. The chaat counter was pathetic and better to stay away. Options of salads and desserts is widespread. Pasta is served al Dante and was good. If u like it well done, pls instruct the cook accordingly. The gulab jamun cheese cake and the mango souffle. were amazing. They also have a kulfi counter. Overall a good place to go once in a while.

My family and I had a health check up in jupiter, and the breakfast at rainbow is along with the package.<br/><br/>The breakfast buffet was the most widespread breakfast I had ever seen. It had western food items like croissants, pastries, tarts, biscotti, pasta salad to Indian food items like alu paratha, chole, live dosa counter, lauki ka halwa etc.<br/><br/>Tea and coffee along with an assortment of chocolates is also available.<br/><br/>The ambiance is also very soothing for family brunches and quiet conversations. The staff was also very efficient.<br/><br/>It was very good and is definitely worth a visit.<br/><br/>Bon apetit!<br/><br/>

It's a nice restaurant for all veg food lovers.. It has both ala cart and buffet.. Buffet variety is quite a spread... Esp the dessert counter has shit loads of options... The food is mild.. Less oily and less spicy... But tastes well.. They also do have live counters...of pasta, Chinese, chaat counters etc.. And buffet Menü too keeps changing daily there are new dishes... I guess it's truly a VFM since they have multiple options and a decent food...

Scrumptious buffet meal. Good spread! Continental, Italian salads, deserts, everything is tasty. We didn't get much appetisers though & I found the deserts just too sweet. But, our bellies were full, that's for sure. Ambience is peaceful.

Finding the place was little difficult, Ambiance is good, a calm and quiet place, service is really slow, food is average , we liked the deserts and soups.

The look and feel of the restaurant was very grand in terms of the arrangements and interior decor. The staff also were cordial and interested in giving the customers a good experience.<br/>We went for the buffet tempted by the huge variety. Sadly, the quality wasn't as good as the quantity. The live counter was a plus. The rumali roti were a little like rubber and wasn't easy to eat. Few of the items to be remembered were the papdi chat, paneer subzi and of course the subzi made on the live counter. One scope of improvement is the choice of desserts. None of them were sweet enough according to me.<br/>Would've been totally worth the money if the bill was around 80% of what it is now.

Too Good. As Vegetarian restaurant there a lot of variety of food. You will definitely will confuse - "kya lu kya nahi". So a typical Saturday evening where u rack ur brains to eat out of the many many restaurants in the busy Thane district (west) , after scrolling through a ton of places most of which have been already checked out ,I and my date happen to come across this place , situated inside the compound of Jupiter hospital . A simple vegetarian restaurant with a buffet styled menu ! It's a quiet place with a beautiful Indian instrumental music playing on their disc probably sitar . The ambience is lit up and peaceful looking with a throwback photographs of our old Mumbai framed in sepia mode :) .Coming to the food I would give it a 8/10 it's a self serve styled buffet with a elaborate spread of mouth watering Indian cuisine dealers and starters.I would say it's a must visit for someone who enjoys a pleasant evening with their family or loved ones staged differently from the regular party loud disco environment :)

Rainbow is located inside the ITC Fortune Hotel next to Jupiter Hospital. This restaurant is a vegetarian cuisine place with buffet. The buffet has one of the widest spread I've ever seen in India. Right from welcome drinks, chaat, pav bhaji, misal to pasta, dosas and an unlimited serving of starters! There is so much of variety you don't miss non vegetarian food at all. Never thought there could be such a wide vegetarian menu! The quality of food is no doubt excellent and the flavours are insane! Service is quick and prompt. The dessert section has over 10 types of different foods like tiramisu, mousse, indian sweets like rasmalai, jalebis, tarts, ganache, pudding and even kulfi! Totally worth the price and a great place to check out with the whole family!

The "WORST" jain food i had in a purely veg restaurant , infact may be i can cook better jain food. The sweets were not sweet , mango kulfi didnt even have the fragnance of mango flavour leave aside the taste . who serves only 1 starter in a buffet??? had a nan with curd coz nothin else was worth eating and thank god for the fruits coz thats what i hogged on. Had to eventually go back home and have lunch.<br/>Never ever recommending anyone or going there myself .<br/> <br/>mujhe tumhara khana bilkul pasand nahi aaya...

Great variety in veg. dishes, experimenting in all kinds of categories (north Indian, south Indian, intercontinental dishes, etc.), good spread of desserts and these factors coupled with customized service by the team make it a great place to visit. It's a proper family restaurant where I have seen so many families conducting parties for various celebrations (birthdays, anniversary celebrations, get-together events, etc.)<br/><br/>Also, number of food festivals are held at this place throughout the year. All these food festivals make you realize the diversity in India, in a beautiful way! Besides, Sunday Brunch (only on Sundays, of course) is a special arrangement which is most likely held during monsoon period. Saturday dinner with my family. And what a fantastic time we had. I have eaten in so many restaurants, but the food at rainbow takes you to another world. This restaurant made me write a review for the first time on Zomato.<br/>Ohh no wait.<br/>On a bad note<br/>I had been for lunch at this place as my friend wanted to go to a buffet place.<br/>The staff here is not at all cooperative.<br/>They present their food in a very beautiful way but presentation is not everything.<br/>The taste is really not good.<br/>I and my friend, we both didn't like the taste of not even a single dish. I think this is one of the most amazing places to try out if you are a vegetarian. But even if you aren't this place will make you love veg food. The ambience and the quality of food is great. Also the best part is the hygiene standards are too good. The dessert counter especially is mouth watering. Definitely must try!

Hard to find a reason for not going all the way to 5.0!! Rainbow is a first class vegetarian buffet (as well as a-la-carte) restaurant. The ambience was not wow, but elegant and made us feel nice. Backed with warmth and promptness in service, the spread for buffet made us feel like royalty. For a vegetarian only buffet, this had a lot of options ranging from Soups, nearly 15 diff types of salads, Indian, Continental and Oriental. The food was memorable with the exception of Continental that didn't match the quality of its peers. Some of the dishes that stood out included the mushroom and tofu marinated salad, lasagna and the gajar kheer. Would recommend the place for a scrumptious lunch or a dinner.

It will be difficult to locate this restaurant from the main road coz this restaurant is part of the Jupiter Hospital building. <br/><br/>We had been for a health checkup and had an opportunity to savour the lavish breakfast. <br/><br/>The spread is quite elaborate such that one would be spoilt for choices. <br/><br/>There were salads, breads, croissants, Indian snacks and live dosa counter. <br/><br/>The staff is very courteous and the food has great taste. <br/><br/>The buffet is absolutely must have.

One of the best places to have buffet! What a menu do they have, brilliant! The taste of almost all of the preparations is fantastic! Its hard to choose from where to start the meal because EVERYTHING looks sumptuous - the breads, the soups, the appetizers, the main course and finally the deserts! The deserts will make u fall in love with this place !! The cheesecakes, tarts, fresh fruit pieces, marshmallows - all of them were beautiful!!

We went on 18h April. The food and ambience is very good. The waiters are nice and give proper assistance. But the AC were not working properly. We asked for it twice but they didn't come up with proper reply. Because of heat we could not relish the good food.

One of the best places for a buffet irrespective of whether you go there for breakfast , lunch , dinner .<br/>Went there only on the basis of online reviews which praised the only VEG place and this place is worth every bit of hype that is created online. <br/>The breakfast is something which should not be missed considering that you will have a ton of options for breakfast if u know thane .<br/>Overall the Breakfast buffet is amazing and vouch my word for it excluding the Dabeli which was very ok not bad.<br/>The Lunch buffet is equally good with nearly 12 type of desserts , 4 starters , chaat counter and the usual sabzi , continental etc , The DAL MAKHANI 😍 , it is something that should be tasted even if you are super stuffed , trust me it is something that will remind you of this place everytime you hear the word rainbow !!

Had gone there during festival time. They hav has a lovely spread and variety . Chat and pasta counter was also there. There were three types of pani puri water. Mango pani puri was d most amazing pani puri I ever had. 3 varieties of soup were there. I loved their salads and varieties of bread. There was a appam counter too n appams were very tasty. Main course was also very unique and delicious. Only minus point was d starters. Starters that day were not that good . and d happiest part was d deserts. Countless number of deserts. I loved kaju roll ,barfi and pastries ..well It was a very happy experience at rainbow with very calm ambience.. Everyone in my family enjoyed .

I have been to this many times so excited about a celebration in the family i insisted people to go for this buffet . But the worst experience was today. <br/>Today services were hopeless. They served breads which weren't fresh at all.<br/>There was no one to attend us. We my guest kept asking for stuff which they would never come give. <br/>I guess in d struggle of keeping this place reasonable they are falling to serve their customer.<br/>

Had gone for friend's birthday first the ambience was great as we reached there we had done your booking before then we had different types of bread, then went for chats which was pani puri, sev puri then went for starter which include idli chilly which was delicious then gone for main course 6 types of sabji, steam rice, hakka noodles, machurian all the things were so tasty and yummy then had pasta which was also so good then last but not the least 12 types of desserts and icecream so you should go n visit.

One of the reason to rate it so high was that i received a complimentary breakfast coupon . I had no idea about the breakfast , so at the first sight the breakfast buffet was like , shit dude this thing looks so amazing that i will have to cancel my lunch plan 🙈 ! So having a sweet tooth , i started with the deserts , they were up to the mark specially the centre filled chocolate & the strawberry cheesecake (it wasnt actually a cheesecake but a pastry ) <br/>Then the actual breakfast had a live counter for dosa & fresh idlis & appams with as much as possible chatni's sambhar etc. They had everything which a person might need in the morning . For eg. Alsi , raw walnuts , yakult , overnight soaked badaam etc. They had different cerials with milk . Fresh tea & coffe . Mango milkshake , watermellon juice , buttermilk and even carrot halwa! It was 100% veg & worth a visit for a pure Vegetarian ! The ambience was pretty well built & idk much about the service as it was self service. <br/>After this day i almost went 3 times for the breakfast & realised that these guys really do work pretty hard & provide us a new menu everyday and dont forget to make it as healthy as they can . And their pineapple halwa was the best i had till date . The greek yogurt was pretty nice too. Fortunately i have scheduled my tomorrow's breakfast again to this place ^_^

Had been to Rainbow with great expectations based on reviews and recommendations from a friend. The restaurant is on the ground floor. As we entered, no one greeted us however it didn't matter much to us as we had gone for the buffet dinner. The spread comprises of soups, breads, salads, starters, chat, Indian main course, continental, oriental and desserts. The food is pure vegetarian.<br/>We started with the three soups, all were good and my expectations rose. Liked breadsticks, other breads were ok most were hard as well as chewy. Salads were also good and my expectations rose once again. Next we tried oriental which was okayish. Korean rice was cold and tasteless. The continental main course were also okayish, ditto about Indian. Desserts were a complete let down. No wonder apart from us the only diners were attendants of patients admitted in the adjacent Jupiter Hospital. A very ordinary place.

Awesome buffet. Some kickass spread. I've been here for breakfast and lunch. The live counter does not disappoint!!! Fresh fruits and variegated salad selection is always a good sight! This place is totally worth the money it charges. Service has never been an issue here, hot naans, dosas etc brought to your table from the live counter. One can't ask more. <br/>So far I've been here thrice and have had a great time. Hope the good times roll!

One of the very good vegetarian buffets i have ever had. The ambience is perfect. Service is good and the spread is simply nice with right selection of menu. The place is pretty small as compared to other buffet restaurants around but thats doesn't take away any points.

Had buffet dinner tonight. Vast spread. Great food. There was something to suit to everyone's taste buds. Chef had gone totally innovative in continental section. To sum up it was a great experience.<br/>Service was very prompt and courteous. Price: Rs. 615 adults and 50% for kids (all inclusive). Best of the lot in thane.<br/>Note: it is a pure veg restaurant.<br/>Rating 4/5. 1 point deducted for its entry which it shares with Jupiter Hospital.

It is amazing to see so much variety in pure vegetarian food. From Indian to continental to variety of salads to amazing desserts. Real treat for vegetarians

Nice hotel quite luxurious ... food quality gr8 but the only problem is that they do not serve the roti within time and the cake is quite taste less the pudding too is not up to the mark except the above anomalies the food is great

This place has a good variety of food.. It was a last minute decision of going there, I had heard of it frm a friend and fortunately it did not disappoint.. I'm more of a non-veg food guy, but, I liked this place..<br/>The downside to it is that it's quiet Understaffed. They should do something about it. It'll be a real help to the guests..<br/>Bottomline, when I'm in the mood for Vegetarian, I wouldn't mind going there again..

Saw buffet layout and felt like lets try as the spread was mix n match. <br/><br/>Bakery foods were cold and soggy looked as if they were baked 2-3 days back. I asked the server for ice cream and he said we have two flavors on offer Mango and Butterscotch. I order one each as my brother was also with me. After 10 minutes server comes and tells me we just have Butterscotch so i ordered for one scoop of the same. But then he comes with a mango flavor and tells sorry for we have mango.<br/>Finally had it and paid the bill.<br/><br/>Service was bad because of few things. First their were no servers around when i needed some cutlery. Second some items were empty but they were not refilling it until and unless some one mentioned them again and again. Thirdly their should be a displayed menu of buffet on entrance so one can check whats on offer. I just love this place as a vegetarian as it offers so much for a vegetarian like me and there is a wide array of salads that can be enjoyed guilt free.Totally recommended for a good family meal or a quite time with friends.

Good food. Amazing buffet for all three meals. The only problem. Food is just warm, not hot. This foodie likes going there occasionally and you should give it a try too.

One thing about this place is very good it's the staff and the service it's just awesome... But it lacks the essence the food quality is maintained but the taste and variety is not good.. The buffet has varied options but still it's not balanced..

I did NOT like them at all. Food platter is nice but place is dull bore and mostly empty..At least it was when I went in.<br/>It is overpriced for menu of buffet served and dishes are mix of many things but it is not lip smacking for sure. Deserts where not like kinds.<br/><br/>I simply did not enjoy the food. I will not go even if anyone else pays the bill, It looks all fancy and all but not for me...I wonder how folks rated it on higher side. I am surprised
