Mi hi Koli since 12 years. Is a restaurant in Thane known for serving authentic Koli cuisine. From prawn shots and stuffed bombil fry in starters to surmai and prawns thali in the main course, your culinary journey seems diverse. The prawns biryani and a variety of desserts like jamun and pan shots add to the rich experience. The ambiance, reflecting Koli traditions, must have enhanced the overall enjoyment must visit restaurant for all the seafood and non veg lovers

I would give it a 3.5 The food was good did not feel that the taste was amazing and unique. It is extremely costly may b coz of the fame it has earned. Jamun shots are nice The stuffed bombil is okay they put a pinch of prawns in it. Rest was basic. Crab curry was good. Very costly

It is an amazing place to eat seafood the workers over there are very humble the taste is amazing and the ambience is superb. Best seafood restaurant in Thane. Do visit with your family and loved ones

The price of all foods is expensive as compare to quantity. Food tests are good. The location is also good, thane station is almost 1.3 km . Recommendation- Must try Jamun shots.

Everything was perfect from starter to solkadhi. I personally didn't like the main course, it was too bland though the waiters were very courteous and changed the gravy yet again no taste but the starters were drool worthy tempting❤️❤️❤️

Amezing sea food! Must try's- Prawns shots, chicken kheema bao, barbecue fish.. just awesome!! 1 star less for the chicken dum biryani! It could have been better. Service and atmosphere top notch. P.s- On weekend, if visiting for dinner reach before 8:15 pm, if little late than 815 you will have to wait for some time as crown gets popping up.

I recently visited Mi hi koli, Thane outlet.Its one of the best seafood restaurant and a must visit for all the nonveg lovers.They serve authentic koli cuisine & seafood thali. Here I tried their Surmai Thali , crunchy prawns shot , tandoori pomfret, jamun shot & mango mastani. Everything i had was delicious & satisfying! Their seafood thali consists of Options in Fry / Masala / Curry / Sukha with curry, solkadi, Jawala, raita, chatni, kanji, Choice of Bread and Steam Rice. Surely a must visit place for all seafood lovers!

Mi Hi Koli ❤️ I finally visited Maharashtra's only authentic Koli food restaurant and the food here was delicious. I enjoyed some amazing food dishes like Bombil Fry, Crunchy Prawns Shots, Mutton Kheema Pav, Chicken Kheema Bao and Surmai Thali. I loved the kheema dishes, they were excellent. We also enjoyed the Jamun Shots and the summer special Mango Mastani. A must visit place for Seafood and Nveg lovers.

I recently visited mi hi koli which is located in thane. this place is absolute delight for konakani sea food lover. I totally loved the ambience they have casual seating arrangement with good atmosphere. I waneted some refreshment drink I ordered fruit passion and jamun shots for refreshments they were amazing. Totally lovef the taste of it. For main course i ordered two different thalis which were their speciality chicken masala thali and pomfret thali that was really nice they also had sol kadi in that thali you don't have to order separately.. the meal was really good and I enjoyed myself there. The staff service was up to the mark and they were very helpful. They even recommended me few of thier popular dishes. Surely visiting this place again

Food is really tasty. Worth going at this place. The music is great, goes with the ambience! The customer service is amazing.

I had ordered a kekda curry and shimply masala. The crab and shell fish were devoid of any flesh and was quite bad. I don't know whether it's the lockdown effect which is bringing down the quality of the food.

Mi hi koli is very very exciting place. It is near panchpakhadi area in Thane west. It is a proper place for seafood lovers. If you are pure vegetarian i would recommend not to go here... because this place is special for non veg. I have ordered many more times. I had chicken shorba, crab soup, chicken kheema, chicken lollipop & wings, chicken sukkha and bhakris are too good. Do try.

I have dine out here before also ordered from here before but today I got highly disappointed with the food they served me. Kadi was stale and Chicken masala served along with Chicken thali was flavourless.

Dine in and delivery experiences (before covid) have been satisfactory. Hence my preferred option for seafood. But this experience of ordering surmai thali was disappointing. Chose curry option instead of fry but it feels now, didn't make any difference. Curry quantity was as small as raita. Not a component you should compromise on.

Well the first impression was quite great ! The ambience was really nice ! It looked so beautiful and decorative ! Talking about the seating area it is very comfortable ! We ordered chicken khemma ! Bhakri ! Chiken masala ! Chicken wings ! Chicken wings were very great ! Great for price ! Bhakri was soft absolutely perfect ! Kheema was tasty and had great quantity !

Wanted to have Crab during Lockdown period. Mi Hi Koli was the only one having it so decided to give it a try. Ordered Khekda Masala and Rice Bhakris. The Khekda Masala gravy was rich in flavours prepared in authentic Koli Masala. The crab was juicy inside and had a good amount of meat. The quantity of gravy should have been more I felt. The Rice Bhakris were soft and went really well with the gravy.

The food they serve is just finger licking good. The crab dishes are just awwwsome. The crab soup is a rockstar. Followerd by crab masala and the fish thalis are just awesome. The staffs are really polite. 5 stars to this restaurant 👍

Mi hi koli is a good place to indulge in your seafood cravings.This place has ala cart as well thali..we went for thali . Ordered Crab masala thali, mutton thali,veg pulao,dal khichdi, Virgin mojito, prawns rawa fry,bombil fry .Crab thali and the rest of the seafood is awesome.Mutton thali didn't impress much as the mutton was chewy . Virgin mojito with ginger ale is refreshing.Its a decent family place to enjoy some good seafood.

Place where you can have homemade non-vegetarian food.. specially curries and breads(vade,bhakri etc). I tried mutton keema, chicken curry, and vade as stater I ordered prawn popcorn, chicken golden fingers and prawn fry. All dishes were palatable but the chicken golden finger was bit disappointing as it was over cooked and partially burnt. <br/>They serve food in steel plates for typical authentic feel also has nice koli village theme. if you want relish homemade nonveg or seafood you should visit this place at least once.

Visit this place for tasty sea food. We had prawns curry, bheja fry, chicken wings and surmai thali. Bheja fry & chicken wings were very delicious. Surmai pc was a bigger one. prawns were properly cooked & had a flavour of the curry. We also tried veg thali which also good. We also had a chicken thali.. chicken was very juicy and tasty. Its a family place so ppl can try various thalis and taste diff fishes at one time. Cost wise its reasonable and quantity wise its more than enough. Try once..

An amazing place to eat sea food ambience is great along with the quantity. Good staff service, they still can do better and improve. Being visiting regularly from the last 4 years. Just cant get rid of the taste. Too yummy to be forgotten

Awesome place for seafood lovers. You have got variety of options. If you are going in group, try as many dishes as you can. If you are on your own, don't worry you have got lot of options in thali. The staff is well trained, polite and quick. And it's not that expensive but you can always check the menu before going. The ambience is also good. Had some great time with koli songs playing at the background . The food is yummy and tastes like homemade food. The taste is authentic Koli style. We had Surmai Fry, Stuffed bombil with prawns, Golden chicken wings , Kolshyache chicken and wade which were awesome. So a must Visit place with friends and family !

If you're a true sea food lover, you'll hate this place. Firstly for the bad service. The waiters are inexperienced and to be honest, pretty dumb. Food is very very average. Service took too long. This place is shit even for a bad experience. I'll always regret coming to this place for dinner. We waited for 15mins for one bhakri. Finally cancelled all the rest of the order and left from there and went to fishland.

Worst food quality... horrible taste... not worth a penny.. look at the crab soup you guyz serve..its worst in taste..You guys seriously need to change your chef.. will never ever visit this place again..

Dry prawn salad was not rosted properly was giving bad taste.However when we mentioned this to manager he was kind enough to serve us alternative.Loved the overall service.

Amazing place, worth the price we pay & too good in terms of staff service and ambience. I’d even kept my phone for charging there 😅 They were extremely polite and welcoming when I told them I need to charge my phone. We ordered prawns fry, surmai fry, crab thali, Ice cream & gulab jamun, sol kadi, Masala papad & Fresh Lime soda. You can use ZOMATO gold also. The service was quick and very generous. Overall a great experience!

If you guys want to experience fresh home made malvani sea food dishes. Do come to mi hi koli. They have a wide range of sea food specialities. Their thalis are very famous, wholesome and tasty. We tried crab thali and prawns thali. Prawns thali was very yummy. Crab was fresh and tasty, the curry was okay. We also tried mojito and kokum sherbat, both were refreshing and lastly we had caramel custard in dessert. Which was very delightful. The service was nice. Thankyou for inviting us. Yesterday visited this mi hi koli outlet which is located at thane panch pakhadi on lbs road. It has very beautiful ambience. As soon as you enter you will get authentic malvani vibes. Marathi koli songs are continuously play in this place. The menu include so many varieties of authentic malvani food.there are so many fish items. This place is famous for fish items. Solkadhi was very good. We tried mutton and chicken thalis. Which was totaly delicious. Thalis came up with chicken/mutton masala (thick gravy) ,extra curry, zinga fry ,solkadhi and breads. Taste of food item was very good. Quality is marvelous. In dessert we tried caramel custard which was also good. Overall great experience at mi hi koli do visit this place.

This place serves some good nonvegetarian food. It also has zomato gold on food. Ordered crab soup and fried chicken for starters(which i didnt click any pics as we were hungry :P). Crab soup is a must try here. Never tried crab soup better than this. After starters ordered masala chicken thali, chicken sukha thali and prawns thali. Tasted all three of them and it didnt disappoint. A good place to eat some good food.

This locality has multiple restaurants with same Menu Items, we opted for this one as we wanted to try something authentic malvani delicacy. The food quality was subpar but the taste was not as expected to look at the menu or the aesthetics of the restaurant.<br/><br/>I have had a good quality of malvani delicacy across Mumbai, but this one lacked flavour and was not authentic.

Nice place to have Sea food...

Last night to satiate our sea food cravings, we headed to Mi hi Koli, situated next to teen petrol pump.<br/>Ambience is quaint & soft koli & Marathi music in the background, creates a vibe.<br/><br/>We ordered a surmai thali & khekda thali (crab) .<br/>Both thali's had a bowl of solkadi , fish curry & jawla ( baby prawns dried ) in common.<br/>For drinks, we tried the mojito, which was quite refreshing.<br/><br/>The surmai fish slice was huge & fresh but it should have either marinated properly or fried in rawa. The masala did not quite held itself to the fish slice.<br/>Crab curry was spicy & tasted very well.<br/><br/>For dessert, we ordered sizzling brownie.<br/>Here, the brownie was placed on a slice of pineapple which I feel is not needed as it sweetened the chocolate sauce more than required.<br/><br/>Overall, a nice place for sea food lovers, also the service was quick.

Visited this place for lunch and was pleasantly taken aback by the food. We ordered the Surmai Thali and Chicken Sukkha Thali, of which i cannot say which one was the best cause both were extraordinarily good. Food is decently priced and service is quick as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Mi Hi Koli is an authentic Maharashtrain cuisine restaurant. They have used very nice props for their ambience which gives it more of a traditional look. Loved the concept. <br/><br/>They had Kokam sarbat/soda in their menu which was so pure and good. Also, Mojito had strong flavours of mint and ginger. Nice one.<br/><br/>We had 2 thalis-<br/><br/>Surmai Thali - It had one huge fried piece of surmai and it's curry. Also, dry fish was there. Solkadhi was good.<br/><br/>Pomfret Thali - This one had same items with a one big fried pomfret.<br/><br/>I would highly recommend both the thalis. Having visited their other outlets, i was pretty excited to visit the one at Thane and oh boy, this place stands to be my most favorite for Maharashtrian cuisine ❤.The place is easily accessible from Thane station and takes about 10 minutes by vehicle. What we had:<br/>📌Chicken Sukkha Thali: This was one humongous thali served alongwith juicy, tender pieces of chicken in ample amount in a rich gravy. Slightly on the spicier side, but tastes heavenly. On the sides were solkadhi, steam rice, tambda rassa, dried prawns mixture. Absolutely loved it to the core!<br/>📌Surmai Thali: I gotta appreciate the freshness alongwith the portion size. It wasn't heavily deep fried, but shallow fried i guess which prevented the loss of flavours. A must order when here!<br/>📌Sizzling Brownie: This was indeed a perfect end to our meal. Couldn't have asked for more.<br/>Overall,we had a very great time here. This place is a must visit when in Thane. Also, considering the quality and the quantity i feel that it is aptly priced. We ordered 5 thalis. Chicken Thai was very good. I like the chicken gravy but I m disappointed with halva Thali because serving was not good and taste was average. Chicken vada Thali was also good. I am not very impressed with this place but I have to say decoration of that place was good they were giving some retro vibes. Solkhadhi was also good I think you should try this place

Overall average for sea food, tried 3-4 items, rawas fry was nice, well cooked but little oily. Bombil fry was not good, too oily and taste was ok. Tried chicken curry which was oily & seemed like chicken was not fresh. Could be bad day, their thali's are good.

Disappointing food. Surmai fry was not perfectly fried, it was moist. Solkadi served tasted like it had nasty coconut. Gravy served in Thali was not up to the mark. Food taste do not make any justice to the prices.<br/>PS: zomato Gold is not valid on thalis.

I want to share my personal experience about Mi Hai Koli Restaurant in Thane(Panch Pakhadi). This restaurant is very popular and many people coming at this place because its food quality is very nice.I tried the chiken thali in this restaurant. All the thali items are worthful. I liked so much. This thali is awesome. I tried sukha jawala, curry, rice, solkadhi and mocktails. I tried two mocktails including fresh lime soda and kokum. Both the two mocktails are awesome. Overall thali is best. Quick service. Nice food quality. Nice ambience.<br/>Overall a good restaurant from all aspects💯

As the name suggests, the sea food is surely great. And turns out it's the only reason the review has 2 stars. The service was not upto the mark. From missing our table to mixing up our orders, the team was a tad slow on doing the catering job.<br/>Must try: Surmai Thali

This place is located just beside the Teen petrol pump. Has good ambiance. Very polite staff and great service!<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/>Crab soup- Highly recommend<br/>Pomfret Thali- It had a nice taste but we were expecting a bit more!<br/>Overall nice place to enjoy typical seafood with family.

Amazing food!

Chicken lollypop which we ordered was not washed properly and it was undercooked. Bhakri(rice) was also undercooked and so much of flour which we could taste. Coconut used for solkadhi was not fresh so it spoilt the taste of our tounge. Only food which we like was fried crispy chicken and vade. Cost is also high, but spends are not worth. Only good thing is ambience give you pleasant effects.

Amazing experience 🤩🤩 one n only restaurant for my seafood craving. Totally recommended place for seafood lovers.

This is the best place to have home style food , we ordered Prawns Thali which comprised of Prawn Curry / Sukha your choice with solkadi , dry jawala & choice of Steam rice / Bread / Bhakhri .<br/><br/>Excellent taste loved each and every item in Thali .<br/>Service was top class , server was great enough to explain each and every dish .<br/>Interiors was also eye catching .<br/>Overall must visit place .

I honestly did not like the restaurant as it was expected. There are many things to improve, first the area where no parking space, I even don’t know incase valet parking is there as no one was around to valet park the car, so I guess so.<br/>We ordered chicken tandoor fry (don’t remember exact name) was not grilled properly and was half cooked. We canceled that order. Surmai thali and solgadi was good but starters were not that great as expected.<br/>Could have been better as comparatively other nearby seafood restaurants serve much better starters.<br/>Staff politeness : 4.5<br/>Ambience: 3<br/>Food taste: 2<br/>Service: 4<br/>

We had tried surmai thali, the fish fry is big and taste good, the gravy served with it is tasty..chepati is not hot nor the rice is hot..for 390 a thali we expect hot food served in plate, we have ordered chicken thali, chicken curry taste is good but not hot, bakri was not at all good, rice is cool..though taste is good serving food hot is essential and for the price paid expect good food..not worth
