This place is awesome! I love the Waffles!😋😋 The fries are awesome too! I havent tried the the burger yet but will surely try it next time! Nutella waffle is my favourite! The dutch pancakes are nothing but just mini pancakes they're good though, however i would like to have some normal pancakes!😋😋

Its a very good hangout place on Eastern Express Highway service road near Happy Valley in Thane west. Very good coffee and food/Snacks options. Outdoor seating available. New offers and fortune wheel concept was interesting. Very good ambience. Got a Coffee free with a Spinach and corn sandwich as part of fortune wheel offer. Recommended and would love to visit again.

What I loved most about this place was the friendliness of the staff. They were really helpful. This place is in the service road opposite Viviana mall. It offers variety of dishes such as Pizza, Burger, Salads, Fondue etc. The seating arrangement is also contemporary and the interior offers energetic ambience. Food was delicious and very well prepared. I loved the Fondue. Of all restaurants offering Fondue in Mumbai, this place offered the best in my experience so far. The other dish which was unique was a Quinoa Salad. It was great in taste and less in calories. So a big thumbs up to this place.

Another amazing cafe in thane with good comfortable interiors and friendly courteous staff. Their service is quick if the cafe isn't too crowded. The food is delicious and they have a wide range of dishes from Italian to Lebanese and Mexican in their menu. Absolutely love the waffles here. They are crispy soft, crunchy and loaded with chocolate. Although the cafe serves vegetarian food it is worth a visit. Some of the dishes tried Nutella waffles Chocolate overload waffles Nachos Vanilla shake Strawberry Shake Pocket falafel Chill cheese toast Crispy spinach with cottage cheese : this is one recommended starter the cottage cheese is super soft and the spinach is crisp to perfection Cheese fondue Ratatouille Mexican sizzlers All the dishes were super tasty.

So starting with the location its located at Thane Majiwada opposite to Viviana Mall. Then the ambience was just amazing. Music was played softly which was soothing to ears. The stuffs I tried here are: Cheese fritters, Mac and cheese pizza, Oreo Shake n Strawberry shake. All were yumm😋 no doubt. They served it so well and the staff are also friendly. Incase for a quick bite to get relieved from hunger this place is really good to hang out. I really had an amazing experience. Check out the pictures posted ☺

As their name suggests they are a tea place. Their menu is full of options that are varied. They offer tea by cup or by pot which is suitable for two persons. Tea is brought in copper kettles when ordered. They do have a range of snacks and are a full fledged restaurant. I tried only the Khari biscuits which were light and crispy. Service is little slow. Prices are steep. Decor is quirky. They have looked to create a very tea oriented ambience through use of cups, kettles, art and more depicting tea. They have less traffic early on and are a good place for meetings as the waiters don't rush the patrons.

A host of vegetarian options under one roof. Across all major and minor cuisines. Also quite a few winners amongst their fare. Multiple tea options. Good for groups. And for whiling an afternoon away! Good service. A tad slow, though. Also pretty noisy.

Amazing place..... Ambience: is very nice, they have decorated the place with tea cups and kettles. Food: It was a Foodgasm experience here. We did not had tea but the food is really good. The best was chocolate waffles. Service: Quick service and very friendly staff

Coming to the ambience it was pretty cool amd all chai lovers will definietly gonna love this place. As we entered to the room , we found welcoming staff. The one who was hosting us, his name was shahnawaz and he was very helpful and supportive. We visited at evening time and tried some of tasty food of thier menu. 1. Vanilla Tea - It was looking very nice. The first thing i always notice about chai is its colour. And colour of vanilla chai was perfect. And taste good as well. 2. Irish cream - it was cool and tasted amazing. 3. Peri Peri French Fries - I am a true fries lover and i always enjoy ordering fries. 4. Schezwan Slider - It something different. We got three mini burgers in this. The burger were looking so cute and taste was delish. 5. Paneer tikka pizza - Pizza was fresh and tempting. It was bit spicy and flavourful. 6. Jalapeno Nachos - The Nachos arrived wiyh jalpeno sausce. Presentation was good enough. The nachos were crunchy and appetizing. 7. Nutella Jar Shake - this took my heart away. A jar of toothy happiness. Jar contained nutella shake with irish on top of it with one kit-kat stick. It was savory. 8. Churros - its fried dough paestry which are traditional in spain and portugal. We thought to try something new and tried this chocolate nutella churros. It was super tasty and very much sweet in taste. Everyone should try this. This place is located opposite to Viviana Mall , Thane. The Ambience is amazing and looks amazing from outside and feels good too. The staff is also very helpful of this outlet. They have good seating arrangement and also have outdoor seating. The menu is also very big. We ordered a lot of food and drinks there In drinks we had - 🔸Oreo and Nutella Tall Shakes - The shakes were not that thick but tasted nice . They had whipped cream over it. It was good but not worth the price. 🔸Hot chocolate shot - We took a hazelnut shot. It was very yummy and tasted like thick chocolate . I loved it. In Food we tasted- 🔸Bombay Sandwich - It is like local street grilled sandwich served with some fries , chutney and ketchup. 🔸 Schezwan Hargao Dimsums - it has veggies filled in a dimsum served hot with Schezwan sause. It was yummy 🔸 Paneer Tikka Roll - the roll has paneer tikka , bellpaper and some veggie in it . It had a good taste and was little heavy. One of the best places to hangout. Great food. Only downside is it's veg only. Outdoor seating available where smoking is allowed. Variety of good Lebanese, Italian food. You also have lot of options in hot beverages especially tea and coffee as name suggests. Om Tea, Kashmiri Kahwa are recommended in tea. Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse is a must. Too good. Easily located from Highway. Ambience and service cannot be better.

The place has a very nice decor. the food was good too. its a nice place to go out for a date or to have a light lunch or dinner with ur family. For me i go there for the Tea and the Waffles, they serve some really mouth watering waffles..a must have at tea villa...

They serve some amazing chai, coffe shakes and also mediterranean and continental cuisines. We had variety of dishes starting from assorted fritters which was on the special menu for Monsoon. It had four types of fritters served with perfect corainder and tamarind chutney. Onion, paneer, spinach and cucumber all were good. Do try this and it goes perfectly with this weather and some hot chai cup too. Then we had Quinoa avacado salad: perfect salad for health freaks but a bit spicy due to freshly cut chillies in it. Perfectly boiled quinoa with chopped avacado tasted well too. Recommended. Thai curry I am fond of it, so gave it a shot. They dint disappoint in this. Thai curry had perfect ample veggies and tasted very good. Just delicious. Vegetable kadai with parathas. The vegetable with red gravy was perfect in terms of taste, veggies and spiceness. Paratha was cooked somewhat in Malabari style tasted delicious. How can you miss on shakes when you are at Tea villa. We tried Mocha frappe and Ferrero rocher jar shake. Mocha frappe was a bit light in terms of consistency, jar shake was good in terms of cream, nuts The ambience is to the point, beautiful and surely will set the mood with some good food and drinks. I have tried many other Tea Villa cafés and I find this one decent enough in comparison. Service is good, I didn't like certain ingredient in my tea and they have me a fresh tea. Which was more than one can ask for. Price point is sweet, it's value for money with good ambience. It's mostly crowded but again it's good so people do visit here often.

One of the biggest chains of cafe doesn't need much introduction, so coming to the point and talking about the Ambiance: The interiors here are pretty eye catchy and you will just love the way they have used tea as light holders. Food & Beverage : In Mocktails we basically had 1) Kiwi Green Apple Minty Chiller: Well it was a water based Mocktail with the kiwi and green apple syrup garnished with mint leaves. A good refreshing drink. 2) Cookie Crumble (Highly Recommended) : If you love chocolate cookies this is a must have drink. Its a milk based drink with crushed cookies and chocolate ice-cream. 3) Crispy Coco: I found the taste similar to cookie crumble and it had kit kat served along with it. In food we had: 1) Assorted cup pizza ( Highly Recommended) : Something unique to try with. It basically had 3 cups. One was paneer tikka pizza cup. The second was pesto sauce and Bellpepper and the third was cheesy sauce with Bellpepper, my personal favourite along the three was cheesy Bellpepper 2) Quinoa balls ( Highly Recommended) : Quinoa being rich in protein is an amazing addition to their monsoon menu. The balls were deep fried and had minced vegetables with it. It was served with amazing tangy sauce which made the dish super awesome in taste. It was accompanied with cheesy fries 3) Roasted Bellpepper Burger (Highly Recommended): A whole wheat bun served with Bellpepper and cheese was something different than the typical burgers we had. The burger was divided horizontally and the stuffing was in between. 4) Chocolate Churros : Well if you are a big fan of churros it's a must have dish. Overall a good place to hangout and chill.

Reached the place at about 11.30pm and was plesently surprised to find the place open and the staff had a smiling visage inspite of the late hour. Ordered Cream of Almond and broccoli Soup and asked the staff to hold the broccoli 😂 they actually agreed without bating an eyelid. The presentation was good and got the soup in quick time. The soup turned out to be quiet nice not your run of the mill variety. For the main course ordered veg Manchurian gravy it's served with either fried rice or noodles. Chose Rice as I was hungry. Tea Villa Café is one of the new cafes in Thane. They have about many outlets in Mumbai. We had visited the one at Majiwada, Thane. The ambience is very nice. They have beautiful décor of wall hanging of cups. They have good seating arrangements. They also have outdoor seating for people who prefer smoking and enjoying a good meal. The seating arrangement is separate for everyone, for couples they have a separate spot, for meeting or reunion kind of thing, they have larger seats. We have tried Veg Burger with Mayo Sauce, Chocolate Loaded Waffle, Nutella Jar Shake, Villa Special Fries Basket. The Veg Burger with Mayo Sauce was basic burger filled with Veggies like Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Cheese and Lettuce which gives you a typical Bombay touch burger feel. The Chocolate Loaded Waffle was served on plate. It is fully layered with Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate. It is perfect desert to end your meal. The Nutella Jar Shake is fully filled with Chocolate, Nuts, Dry fruits and Whipped Cream on the top of it. It is too heavy for one person to have it; you need a partner to share this with. The Villa Special Fries Basket is being served with Mayo, Ketchup and Spicy Mustard Sauce, a perfect combination of Sweet and Spicy sauces. The fries are being sprinkled with Peri Peri Masala. Tea villa Cafe, located off eastern expressway has multiple outlets around the city. A cafe with cute decor, lovely interiors and cozy atmosphere with amazing young crowd. They have AC aswell as non AC sittings. I’ve been here several times and trust me they serve delicious food. Thier nachos, Kit Kat waffles, thick shakes are my personal favourites.and even thier hot chocolate. Tea lovers would definitely love this joint and their extensive menu .<br/>This place has lovely crowd, always jam packed with courteous staff and timely service and place with a good music .<br/>But the seating could have been bit better.

The place is known for its coffee and tea. They have separate menu for tea. And its must have. Being a coffee lover i had tried Caramel Macchiato, A best and strongest coffee had so far. The flavors of coffee was coming out well. You can add sugar depending on your taste. The preparation and presentation was really good and It's slightly on the expensive side but it's a good place for having a small gathering or meet-up with anyone you like<br/>Tbh the ambience is pretty good and I love it❤️<br/>

This place is opposite to viviana mall. This is one kind of cafe mostly you see in bandra. This cafe is quite open, sounds young and you will mostly see young people chilling. There is outside sitting as well. Since it was noon, me and friend sat inside. The interior is quite impressive, cups hanging is one of the best creative thing. Coming to food, we ordered peach and green apple mojitos. Soon after we ordered pasta and margarita pizza. It was quite yummy. Classic nachos and nutella waffle was ordered later. We had it all. Horrible experience, I ordered paneer Tikka pizza and the base sauce was bitter and the tomato sauce which they provided was expired and the manager was not agreeing as they said they refill the bottle every month...but when I tasted the tomato sauce was horrible. They try to compensate with a RS.10 vanilla ice cream. 3rd class management. <br/>Highly recommend to check and eat.

Very slow service..... menu items ordered staff comes after 20-25 mins and says sir the items u ordered are not available! I mean he took 20-25 mins to say us this! What were you waiting for? first of all table was not available in spite of getting confirmation on zomato for table booked <br/>so we sat in the porch in open air for almost half an hour and though they could have serves us in the porch ...none of them bothered to take our order or serve water. <br/><br/>terribly understaffed ....though there were lot of boys behind the order desk...they did not help taking order..lousy service. with bearers<br/> having language difficult and very in efficient<br/><br/>most of the items that we wanted to order were not available and the food was equally bad ...worst was paneer shawarma and sizzles. also place looked unclean. <br/><br/>advise not to ho at all.<br/>.

Over the period of time tea villa's food quality has decreased and there is no maintenance of the place as well. It's disappointing !!

Visited this place couple of day ago. It took almost 10 minutes for the Menu to be handed to us. Again waited for 5 minutes till the same person came across to take the order Ordered a Cranberry Pomogrannet Mojito. Was told it was not available. Then while we were pondering about what to order in its place, asked the server to recommend a good pasta. Was told that Pasta is not available. Then asked for a Pizza. Was told that was not available. I questioned the server as to why we were not informed that most of the things in the menu were not available while handing over the Menu card to us. She had no answer and sent someone else to take our order. Finally we had just a Bombay Grilled Sandwich and a Waffle. Totally disappointing experience. Service too is extremely slow with constant reminders needed to be given regarding order placed.

I heard much abt this place n so I wanted to give it a try. The ambience was at its best n the seating was too comfortable. Food is overpriced and not at all worth it<br/><br/>•we ordered pomegranate cranberry mint mojito which was tasteless,none of us couldn't identify the taste of pomegranate so we asked them to change it n get us a new one.<br/><br/>•One of the staff recommended is to have villa special hummus platter which included 5 dips and all those dips tasted the same, we couldn't make out the difference between them n they served some sort of salad in the centre which was so sour it was hardly edible.<br/><br/>•Then we ordered baked lasagne it had a base of vegetables topped with melted cheese. Just to hide the tasteless vegetables they placed a large slice of cheese over.<br/><br/>• we also order Indian spicy pizza which was not at all spicy but was comparatively better than the other things we ordered

Tea Villa Cafe is a great place for a cuppa and conversation with friends. The food is scrumptious and the atmosphere is pleasant enough to catch your attention but subtle enough to not distract you. However, this particular location needs to improve their service quality. There is a difference between relaxed and nonchalant behaviour, and that needs to be understood. The wait staff ignoring the patron is not an experience that will slip under the tasty food plates. The person waiting our table was inattentive most of the times, with us having to call out multiple times. We also had to deal with cold and curt responses (possibly his way off saying, don't teach me my job) when we asked extremely politely if he could change the cups that had been drying out on the table. Our calls for the bill were even looked at and ignored. A small gesture of acknowledgement would have been a better way to respond, if the staff was busy. My feelings towards the cafe have however remained positive, thanks to the great company of my friends, lovely tea and delicious food. I hope they consider training staff to be friendlier and courteous. This will earn the place a 5 star review!

Service was very slow, took more than an hour to serve 1 dish that was ordered even when the restaurant was empty. Also the presentation of dish was bad. A jar shake was served in paper glass with a shabby presentation in spite of glass jars available in restaurants. Staff & area head need to b tutored on courtesy lessons. Thor service staff don’t have courtesy of apologising when a complaint is raised & escalated.

Absolutely horrible service. I cannot even begin to describe the ordeal we went through today. It took presicely 2 and a half hours for our order to reach us today, and to top that, the staff had the audacity to say to us that "because of too many online delivery orders, they couldn't prepare our food." I mean, which restaurant talks to their customers like that! Had to ask for the cutlery a couple of times, and inspite of that we didn't get any. So we had to grab it from the neighbouring table then. Coming to the food, the waffle was so tiny compared to the last time we were there.(please check the pictures for better comparison)The pizza cup was so-so. The worst dish was the cheese fondue. Look at the picture and you'll see that there's such a tiny cup of the cheese dip. It was so watery! The mushrooms tasted disgusting and we had to waste them. They also had some oily discharge to them. They also left a weird after taste. Overall, one of the worst dining out experiences I've had. Pathetic service and rude behavior from the staff. Made me wait for 45-50 mins for every dish and when asked about it, got a very rude reply from them everytime. The staff is not at all trained to handle a famous brand like Tea Villa, nor do they have sufficient man power to deliver on time. Spoilt my Sunday evening.

They have really slow as well as poor service, Food preparation is worst, staff is very arrogant they dont have manners to talk with their customers for an instance if you ask them anything related to your order they won't even hesitate to give you rude answers and the main thing is prices of the food items do not give any kind of justice to the quantity they serve!<br/><br/>If you value your money please think multiple times before stepping in!

Service staff is not customer centric, they took forever to serve us our order. Quantity of food is not inline with the prices they are charging. Quality of food is not what we expected. Also the staff answering us wasn't polite and helpful to us.

The grilled shroom burger which came with salad,seasoned crispy potato wedges and spicy cheese dip was crunchy and succulent.<br/><br/>The staff were cordial and attentive behaviourwise.<br/><br/>The service received was good.

A very wide variety of teas on the menu out of which the available ones are marked with a permanent marker. The sandwiches and snacks are good. The service is decent. The teas however pretty expensive and I did try ordering cutting chai but that just elicited laughter. A good place to hangout and have long conversations. !!

I have been here couple of times, this place always makes me happy.<br/><br/>The interior is such heaven for tea lovers, and anybody will fall for the interior of this place.<br/><br/>I came here for food and drinks<br/><br/>I ordered fresh lime, hummus pita bread, pizza. As one can see in the pics it is served with some mayonnaise and some sauces. It was very fresh and crispy. Loved it.<br/><br/>The drink was also very refreshing.

Amazing ambience. Ordered lemon cilantro soup which was yum. Fries basket with fries and wedges was good too. Veggie Manchurian with noodles was yummy... And the fertilitea Green tea was amazingly refreshing. Loved the place. Mr.Tanveer was great at giving suggestions and was quick by being at his toes to ensure we are comfortable . Must visit. no doubt it is slightly heavy on pocket but it's worth it.
