You should definitely not miss the chicken salad which they offer in their buffet. Overall they have great humble staff and a very positive ambience. Best thing about The united is they offer quality food in their buffet. And That big screen always keeps us delightful.

Nice place.. Good choice of drinks and food.. They offer happy hours almost every day. The food quality is really good. The menu is filled with a variety of drinks. A nice place to hang out with your gang. The outlet is very conveniently located in the heart of thane. Pro Tip :- check the happy hour before u enter. will help you to save some bucks ;)

Worth visiting pub in Viviana mall..Prompt service.. courteous staff..Good ambience..good music..Good bar... Good food options (as compared to other pubs)..Reasonable price...Went on Monday during noon..Tried Beer and LIIT (with coconut water)..Non veg platter, Monaco canapes & drums of heaven (chicken lolipop)..They also serve buffet lunch for apprx Rs 300 and for 50% off on A-la-carte menu on Tuesdays.. Happy hrs (buy 1 get 1) are from 12 pm to 8 pm..

Since many months wanted to visit this outlet finally got a chance yesterday to visit it for a buffet lunch. The place was bit empty and we got a table real quick. We had decided that we would be having the buffet so did not much waste much time and went towards the buffet counter. The spread was not that big but it did surely make up for the quality of the food that was on offer. The buffet had the following spread 1. 2 Salads - Chicken and wheat salad 2. 1 Soup - Lemon and Coriander Soup 3. 2 Desserts - Peach Mousse and cake 4. Main Course - Hakka Noodles, Thai Green Chicken curry, Chicken Masala, Rotis, Vegetables mixed in Asian curry,Steamed Rice Every bit of whatever was on offer was so tasty that i ate till my stomach was overtly full. Absolutely loved the food and the ambience. I am definitely going to visit this outlet again at the earliest

Great youngsters joint, awesome music,decent food, For alcohol related drinks it is a value for money place during Happy hours.(So make best use of Happy hours)--Currently do not serve alcohol due to New law of government. --- Good option if Alcohol option is available.

Viviana Mall is one of our frequent hangout spot in Thane. A dome to many restaurants, we looked forward to chill at one of them. This time it happened to be The United. The United, Sports Bar and Grill has a huge dining area with some simple furnishing , few quirky quotes on the wall and a wide live screen where upon they display football as well cricket telecasts.The concept of this place is to ensure you have a good time with some sports, food, drinks and music.They also have bollywood night and other interesting events on certain days. Let’s get straight to what all we had: United 11 United 11 is the signature drink of this place. It has 11 spirits and gives a good kick. Yes it’s on a pricier size but worth a try eh? Tur’booze’ This drink come with or without the egg foam. We had both and had different opinions regarding this. The one with the egg foam had a subtle egg flavour in it. Crazy Mule It got some sweet and sour flavours hitting your tastebuds. A hint of mint is given to this drink. Chocolate infused chili chicken Chilli chicken comes in with an injection filled with chocolate.The sweetness of chocolate is balanced by the spiciness of the chicken. It’s a succulent dish. This combination may work for some. Seafood platter This has 4 variety of prawns – butter garlic prawns,shezwan tossed fish,aachari fish Tikka and sea devil (prawns skewers). Highlights for us was the butter garlic prawns and aachari fish tikka- absolutely lip-smacking. Onion rings Crispy Onion rings served with mayo was a winner. It wasn’t too oily👍 Smoked out We had the mixed sauce spaghetti smoked out pasta. Really creamy with a subtle Smokey flavour. Do try this out👍 Ranch Burger This burger has a big chunk of crispy chicken as the patty. It’s also got mayo and veggies(onion, tomato ,lettuce). 👍 Chicken skewers The skewers here were roasted and cooked well. Tasted like any other skewer. Desserts: Chocolate Volcano A volcano shaped chocolate Fondant is served with vanilla ice cream. A small chocolate surprise as you break down the mountain. Do try this out 👍 Service time is 10-15 mins. The staff is polite and prompt. Apart from à la carte they’ll also have buffet starting from 299! We feel that is a very pocket friendly price when it comes to buffet. This place is a perfect spot to catch up with your friends or family over sports or even casual finger food. Always a good place to hang out and have a few drinks. Had a couple of beers with the classic fries. Their chicken wings were tasty but a bit too sweet for my taste buds. The white sauce pasta was good. The orders came in quick without much awaiting. Service was quick, friendly staff, good ambiance, good music and a perfect place for sport lovers.

One of my all time favorite place to hangout with friends. Sip on your choice of drink, with some peanut masala while watching your favorite sport! Recommend food - Peri Peri fries, peanut masala, Nacho's, Kheema Pav! Can also try the burgers and pasta.

Buffet was quiet average and service was also not up to the mark.. Plus the manager says that service charge in the bill is mandatory and not voluntary to pay

I visited this place along with my friends, we opted for the buffet. The spread at the buffet was good against what it was priced for, at also included a complimentary mocktail. <br/>They charge the starters separately, 150 extra if you want to have the starters.<br/>We did opt for starters which has just 1 veg or non option to it. We asked for non veg, the starters arrived after 45 mins. There were 4 portions of Chicken tikka, which were cold, lacked taste. When we asked them to repeat the starters, they served us while we were having our desserts.<br/>Service is very slow, they do not refill the buffet, cutlery. <br/>Also they charge an extra 10% service charge along with GST. <br/>We did not pay the service charge,the manger insisted on visiting some other place next time, as we did not pay the Service charge.<br/>Staff is rude, can’t handle crowd properly.<br/>Not so recommended.

The United Sports Bar is my optimum choice for buffet lunch with a few beers. I have been here several times but never got a chance to write a review. They have lunch buffets available on a decent pricing of 350 (Monday to Thursday) and 450 (Friday to Sunday) exclusive of taxes n service charge...when I say service charge...10% service charge on your food and drinks individually. 5% of Tax added overall. We were charged 3900 approx of which approx 450 was additional charge (300 service charge).<br/><br/>The buffet is spread out with soup, salads, veg and non veg main course, bread as per choice, various types of sauces and dips and desserts. With an additional 100 bucks per individual they will provide starters as well. <br/><br/>They serve veg soup with boneless chicken served separately. Their salads are good. They had served Conti and Indian food. There was mutton and chicken gravy as well. I have never regretted the buffet at this place.<br/><br/>Drinks is buy one get one on specific menu. We opted for draught beers and whisky. They charge you a whooping 90 bucks if you ask for water which makes no sense. <br/><br/>Overall the Ambience, service and food is top notch. The pricing is not justified as it has hidden costs. Otherwise a must go place with friends. <br/><br/>

Skipping Soda Bottle Opnerwala During my Date ,I tried United Expecting some good Experience but a Lil Disappointed, As we were sitting at the Bar,We asked The Bartender for some Good Cocktail and He made it well but "white Chocolate Martini" require some modifications in the recipe as U say it's White Chocolate "So it shoul@d be.At the time of settlement I asked to Settle My Cheque with Zomato gold Membership and presented My ID but they Took it very Casualy and settled it without applying my gold Membership.Even after informing "Respected Manager" There was No Result.And we Simply walked out without any arguments.<br/><br/>Only best thing they Helped Us My girl 2 Use the washroom during their Closing.Special Thanks 2 U all for this.

United has been a favourite since the time they started discounts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. No other pub in this category could match that. Though I hate sports, I can't deny my love for discounts and food, especially discounted food. The only point of improvement would be choice of music (could be better with current chartbusters instead of old classics) and faster service. Thumbs-up to them.

1) Slow service, 2) then they add service charge 10% + vat 5% on liquor + gst 5% in your bill, which is very disappointing. As per the govt rule they should charge only gst but then they are adding other charges too.

I have been here for many times. But i was highly disappointed today. It was 50% off on food on drinks today as it's Tuesday today, I asked for the bill and he applied service charge on both food and drinks plus GST & VAT. I asked him to waive off the service charge as it in not mandatory now. The manager is like if you want we can waive off the service charge but then you won't get the 50% off offer. I was like what? That's completely wrong according to me. I asked him what if I'm not satisfied with your service, he's like i will deduct 10% service charge but you won't get the offer benefits. Lol. Nice logic. Not like i was not gonna give any tip to the waiter, but applying service charge is not legit now. Well that's my experience. So please be careful. Manager is pretty rude with a very negative attitude. Highly disappointed.<br/>

Bad Service. They will often have 4 to 5 waiters ask you the same questions for your order and then get you something completly different from what you ordered. Disorganised,rude and unappologetic. They have 1 screen n few teles showing the same sport/game..very annoying when you have multiple sports being shown at the same time.<br/>

Been here with my family for a b'day party. <br/>The quantity was a little questionable but again that depends on the capacity of one's consumption and also the number of people at the table. <br/>Overall a great place. The concept of the decor is fancy and a great pleasure.

Absolutely zero on service. Food is okay at best. Just 2 guys serving the whole place on a crowded day. Ambience is 5 on 10. Blah blah blah 140 done.

I visit this place regularly either with my siblings or my girlfriend. I can easily say it’s the best place to get some drinks and watch a game (that’s what it used to be earlier). It has been many times that I had to watch some less important game and the managers always managed to play it. On a Saturday evening, I visited this place without booking a table. The managers are really impressive, he promised and he delivered to get me a prime seat right before the screen in few minutes. The happy hours are always good. The seats are good, whether you want to watch a game alone or with a big crowd or just have some private conversation with someone. I wish they had some more pork dishes to go with beer, would be a perfect place.

Visited on a Saturday evening and was only half full. Happy Hours are good- U get 1+1, but u can order only one at a time . When we were there they didn't have bud Magnum pints and draught pitcher. For the food- peanut masala was good although less in quantity. Also the Anda kejriwal is a good name but okayish in taste(two boiled eggs and a half fry) .Didn't try main course. This place can be visited for happy hours, good music and live sports screenings.

Was there on 30/11/2017, the food was pretty good but the service was not acceptable. The rest was not that occupied and the server was least interested in interacting with us. Had to remind him for water, which is the first thing asked to any guest. Even when the pizza was served the chili flakes and oregano had to be reminded. Was a first timer, will not suggest this place.

Had been there on Saturday night. service was pretty slow, in spite of there was no rush. we ordered Chana Express (Big Disappointment) , Chicken wings (average) , Jerkerd Chicken (it was gud in taste). Drinks i can say are little expensive than other outlets in Viviana. will better avoid it next time onward.

I'm not a fan of loud music because it makes conversations obsolete. It goes well in a pub where people tend to get buzzed and there is a dance floor for them to enjoy. In a sports bar, I feel, it's unnecessary because enthusiasts would instead prefer discussing, cheering and even cursing in a loud voice. <br/>Coming to the food part of the review, it was pretty nice. We tried Chicken Wings, Onion Rings, Lemon Butter Prawns and Pork Sausages wrapped in Bacon. The quantity was rather disappointing except for Chicken Wings. I'd also say it's kind of overpriced for an average level of food experience.<br/>Beer fans, be prepared to be disappointed.

Ok, First things first- This place isn't a sports bar. They allow large groups of people to dance freely and the music is too loud. Not the best place for a sports fan.. However, If you're of the sort who is OK with this ambience, This isn't a bad place to visit. Me and my office group visited last friday and the starters and drinks did not disappoint.. One bit of warning- Stay away from their draught / off the tap beers. They were too watery.. Just go with the pints.. I'd say they have really good finger food. I visited this place day before yesterday with my parents The Ambiance was very amazing n loud but the food was not that good enough except chicken n mutton menu , the quantity was ok but the food quality is good but the service is very poor just for 1 glass of water I have to wait for 15 min even for the food menu I had waited for 20 min. Joke of a sports bar. Loud EDM music plays all the time. Should be named united dance bar. Very few sports fans actually there to watch the match. Rest of the crowd completely uninterested. Really disappointed.

Have been visiting this place since its inception. Previously had stopped visiting United owing to the liquor ban and then due to a complete revamp with the serving staff. A couple of days ago tried out the place once again and was pleasantly surprised that food and drinks quality is still the same. Great biting with my Drinks.<br/><br/>However the following were AVERAGE for me:<br/><br/>RANCH BURGER had a generous chicken patty but the ranch covering felt a bit burned.<br/><br/>ARABIATA PASTA lacked salt but compensated on herbs. The sauce was creamy smooth and rich so add some salt to yours as I did with mine after the first bite.<br/><br/>All in all had a good experience. I have never been to a pathetic place like this before. I called them up asking if they would screen MotoGP and they said yes. I went there just 15mins prior to the race and they said they only screen FOOTBALL & CRICKET !!UNITED SPORTS CAFE THEY CALL WITH NO UNITY IN SPORTS AND BEING PARTIAL . The staff did not even come and tell us if they will screen or no they kept us waiting for 20mins and again we had to go an ask to know what the status is .😑

Had been there on a Sunday evening. Perfectly cozy ambience with at least three to four projector screens placed strategically. Ordered Fries, Fortune Tikki, Baked Nachos and Khatta Meetha (Watermelon based sour and sweet mocktail). The baked Nachos and the mocktail were simply superb. Fortune Tikki was not upto the mark, was very much salty.<br/>Overall had a good experience, however the bill burnt a hole in our pocket, thanks to GST!

We tried out the buffet menu here twice!<br/>The buffet is cheap, and there are many food items on offer. <br/>This place is spread on a considerably large area and has broadcast of live sports which is great for a chill evening with friends and some drinks to share.<br/>Coming back to our experience, the food was great but once we ordered the starter with it you have to pay 100 bucks extra for starters and the starter was taking minimum 20 minutes to come Everytime, that was disappointing.<br/>But overall the experience was amazing. <br/>Worth a visit.

Although the service and beers were good, the food is HORRIBLE! The starters were bland and tasteless, pasta flat and chicken sausage starter super salty. The portions are also pretty small.<br/>A good place to go drink and catch some sports on their big screen, which is what gives it 2 stars.

Ordered Long Island Iced Tea to start with, and guess what, they serve a version called Bloody L.I.I.T, which replaces coke with red wine for a L.I.I.T. Then ordered some food and Draught Beer. The speciality here, Lemon Pepper Fries and Crispy Chicken for starters. And Thai Green Curry Pot Rice (veg/non-veg) for the main course. it's the best You can have alongside drinks and beer. The United, Sports Bar and Grill has a huge dining area with some simple furnishing , few quirky quotes on the wall and a wide live screen where upon they display football as well cricket telecasts.The concept of this place is to ensure you have a good time with some sports, food, drinks and music.They also have bollywood night and other interesting events on certain days.

today i really had a bad experience at united.I was with a friend and we were uncomfortable on our first table so we went on some other table and that guy who took order from us while we were on first table talked to us as <br/>if we were some fools and commited a crime.He asked us (in a sarcastic way) whether we will change one more table.I felt really bad after that.We left in half an hour as we were kinda hurt after that.Hope it doesnt happen next time.

Food here is pathetic. We ordered spiced chicken wings, it wasn't cooked properly. Though the manager replaced it with a new one still it wasn't tasty enough. Other all dishes which we ordered were also not that great.<br/>#disappointed

I am a regular visitor to this place but just after government took off the ban on liquor near highways, this place has turned out to be a havoc in rates of liquor. Also new management of restaurant is pathetic in terms of behavior . Against government norms they force you to pay service charge which is not compulsion to any customer or else they demand you to not give a second visit , if you don't wish to pay service charge.The place is not worth going as they won't allow even 10 mins to hold on to a table for your friends.In happy hours ,service is very slow , noone comes to take order. If u plan for a weekend , this place ain't worth anymore.

So this is the place to spend time with your buddies over a glass of fresh juice & some crunchy non vegetarian snacks. Honey Chilli Potatoe are worth trying. Courteous & Friendly Staff. Good & Prompt Service too.

Ok type place to have food. Taste was not upto the mark. Service was also poor. Had ordered chicken lollipop which was very less in quantity and themselves were small in size. Also had ordered Nizai biryani and steak tenderlion for main course. Biryani was ok and steak was nothing to be commented on. Also had ordered 3 soft drinks. While billing, bill was done for 2 drinks only, when confronting the server, he said there was a buy one get one offer, and one more drink was pending on us. I mean if I had not pointed it out, the 4th drink was saved by them. Very sad to see. Can give a skip and Check out other places around.

I am writing review just to aware, United bar charging GST and service tax n charge in bill, same informed to person serving us also now AC restaurant GST comes down to 12%. He is not aware of this thing so I requested him to do not charge service tax n charge different. I have no problem with service so I paid bill with no argument. <br/>Friends, please check this Everytime.<br/><br/>Apart from that no issue. The worst restaurant ever when it comes to the levy of taxes. They levy services charges which we have to pay mandatory. There is no option left with us besides paying the bill. Besides the food is too pathetic. Who the hell on this earth serves yoghurt with chicken!!! The conversation with the manager was worst than an enemy asking for forgiveness. <br/>The signed notification of government is signed and the bill is attached. If you ever have any respect for your owned and earned money, you can't afford to go here at any damn cost.

Visited this place yesterday with a friend. Our prior plans had got cancelled and had a different mood in all, but the music elevated the mood. The DJ played just perfect songs for the evening. Ambience is good for a sports bar. Being veggie (for a week), ordered the lemon tossed paneer and the Khichiya papad masala. The paneer was super soft and very fresh, and to top it off, the schezwan sauce served with it was one of the best I had since a long time. It wasn't spicy and that was perfect for me and anyone who doesn't prefer too much spice. <br/>Would highly highly recommend the Khichiya Papad masala. I have never had something like this. The masala blend on the papad has a great flavor to it with lemon on top. <br/><br/>Being a Wednesday, It was one on one free, hence my friend got a good amount of alcohol too. Not a big sports fan but yes definitely a fan of The United Sports Bar. They have this fantastic offer of 50% off on Tuesday on food. Which is really a great offer. Not just that they are really good at there service. Less wait time and cordial stewards is the best combination for great service. It's a perfect place to hangout with ur friends and have a chilling weekend's. Chilled beer pint, football match on large screen, good music and great friends. That's called a good experience.

Well I have been at this place couple of times now. Have to say these people got the prime location in Thane. Ambiance is okay. Don't expect glitz and shine. Food is good. I do have zaffarani mushroom which is delicious. Staff is courteous and helpful. One can celebrate birthdays (cake cutting). Chinese Hot Pot works great when there is ample of space in your stomach.<br/><br/>For liquors LIITE is best what they serve. But, liquors were banned for some time due to rules passed by the govt. Now, it is allowed so they have started it again. In weekends try to reach early or either book the table as it is crowded. Situated in viviana mall. Went here before Diwali to grab couple of drinks. The drinks were good.food was not up to the mark. The service was good. Tried a couple of cocktails. Overall okay it was. Had been to their Malad one earlier which was way better than this one.

To my opinion one of the best restaurants in Thane that have buffet with quite decent menu & is easy on the pocket too. I prefered lunch buffet here on weekdays which had authentic Salads, whole healthy soups & tender juicy chicken/meat in the main course followed by yummy but limited dessert options.

The food was nice. Their was a confusion on booking & needed a bit of effort to get our seats already booked earlier. Had a paneer corn dish that was good. Nachos with sour cream also tasted nice. This place is more for booze drinkers though. A great place to watch sports with friends.

This place is too good! Even though it's a sports bar, one can go there with your family too! Starting with drinks, they have got a plenty of good beer with good siders. whenever going to united just having bbq pork ribs, the meat is so melt in the mouth and bbq sauce was the perfect compliment to ribs, the ambiance is also very good.

Well i had been to United Bar for buffet on sunday that means 399+tax .. and if u want to have starters u have to add 100rs more..so basically i dont understant the concept of buffet here where they dont serve starters in the given amount ok so i was ready to pay 100 more..nd they dont have options for starters , they will serve unlimited started but no variety..how can someone eat the same starter again and again. They had chicken salad which was fortunately ok.. now coming to the main course they dont have much options. We were looking for a happy hour and we were so glad we found this place. After then, we visited this place many times with colleagues during Friday(s). <br/><br/>Recently, we had ordered fish n chips, prawns and for main course- we ordered plain rice and prawns curry. Everything that we ordered was good. <br/>Special mention- prawn curry, it was very delicious.
