Malvan is restaurant more than a bar. It specialises in Maharashtrian (Malvani) fish food. It is a treat for non-vegetarian. Plus point about the place is they also serve Alcohol. The hotel is good for food taste specially seafoods but whenever we go there was strong smell of phenyl in upper family section which was unbearable while having food. So we stopped going there.
Otherwise if you wan to order at home it's a good option.

We tried the Surmai Tawa Fry, Bombil Rawa Fry, Rawas Masala Fry, Rawas Curry, Rawas Fry and Steam Rice, Vades. Just Super and Authentic Malvani food.
