My way is the subway. Totally an healthy way of having outside food with their salads options. I had tried Tandoori Chicken Salad and it was amazing with all the flavourful sauces on it. It also has variety of subs available customized to your own choice. Veg and non veg section are separate and you have been asked to choose your sauces and toppings

Subway has always been nice. I just can try anything from here. I had their Chicken Tandoori Sub and Chicken Tikka Sub with all ingredients and sauces. I love to have when things are messed up and when it contains each and every thing in it that's when you get the actual taste and can enjoy your meal. Both my subs were good at taste.

I like open subs only...they have lots of varieties in veg non veg sub with good choices of fresh bread..they have cold drinks.they don't have Chai/coffee or other potato items..good choice for Health conscious..

Staff are very accommodating and service. oriented Stuffing was good with no compromise. Thanx to amit for his good approach to customers. Appreciate the owner of this franchise fir standardising and grooming them well.

I found the veggie delight wrap to be expensive according to the quantity being served. Rest the taste was fine.

Subway Famous healthy food chain located in food court of Viviana Mall next to Jupiter hospital on the service road, Thane West. Viviana Mall is in Thane West with lots of international brands for shopping , food outlets coffee shops etc. Mall is 4-6 KMS from Thane West station and close to Majiwada junction Subway has made to order concept which is very unique and is a healthy option for fitness freak. You can get bread of multiple sizes and different types as well. You can add Vegetable + sauces according to your taste The service is quick here There is common dining area at the food court. My Experience I had ordered honey oat bread 6 foot chicken Tikka , which was refreshing with good chunks of chicken inside it and veggie as well. Enjoyed every bite of Subway

Good place for a quick bite. Too difficult to order for a novice like me. Decent taste like any other place. Did not feel anything very special except for the quick viva test they conducted about my bread, sauce, veggies etc. for my order

It usually has a variety of breads as compared to other subway outlet that I have visited. Staff is skilled, good, and courteous. Waiting time is not much, acceptable. At times, if people ahead of you are newbies, then it might take longer time. Usually have had a satisfactory experience with subs services in Viviana Mall.

Subway is proper place for sandwiches. You can enjoy various varities. I personally liked it. I had salad and tandoori chicken tikka. Taste was nice. Do try.

Subway at viviana mall is located on the 2nd floor at food court section . A famous joint which is always crowded .<br/>The best of Subway is that they have a seperate section for veg and non-veg . <br/>Subways are mostly importantly Clean and Hygienic ,Subways are best when eaten at the outlets only because if we take a delivery they become messy,soggy as sauces oozes out on the packages.<br/>Another plus point is we can decide are toppings, sauces and veggies hence a customer friendly eatery. Thier sub of the day offers is customer friendly where they offer one sub at reasonable price on a particular day, where the price of the sub is lower than the daily MRP.<br/>My personal favourite sub of the years is Corn and Peas in Veg and Chicken Tikka/Tandoori in non veg. Thier salads are way more tasty and healthy.<br/>

Roasted chicken sub is my favourite. All the sauces and veggies are always fresh and available at the store

Subway is healthy and delicious at the same time. All the veggies give a satisfaction in the subway sandwich of being healthy. I usually prefer eating vegetarian in subway. Paneer and Mexican patty are my favourite with all vegetables without onion. Mayo, Mustard , Bbq go well with it. Double chocolate chip cookie and oatmeal cookie are heavenly.

I love subway because of veggies options. Subways anytime good to eat for young child and elder people because they give stuff of salad on bread and they have options of honey. vegetable which is very good for health basically you can say Subway provides healthy stuff it is recommended to eat for any age groups . my favorite place for quick healthy bite. The food especially the salads are very nice. The cost of extra chicken choice can be a bit more competitive. Staffs can be more polite to customers. The chocolate chip cookie is also nice to end your dinning experience.

I’m a regular customer of subway and today i had the worst experience in viviana mall, The veggies were fresh but the staff is not good they were not even listening what we want and how we want the sub and then they even gave us different cookie.

That probably makes sense as I have been to 100+ Subway restaurants in over 15 countries - I generally prefer global chains in exotic locations given the consistency of taste I am guaranteed for a reasonable price. This was probably one of the worst experiences I had. <br/>First, if you are restaurant closes at 11, stop writing 12 on Zomato. You are not doing anybody any favors!<br/><br/>Second, and this was really like a knife to my heart (forgive my Shakespearean language here), was the staff refuses to 'show any love'. Probably driven hard by an efficiency-focused management, the sandwich person on the counter made no eye contact and hence, did not honor my simple request of extra olives. When I asked twice, he added a lower number of olives than what the number of peanuts sold on the street in a 2 rupee packet. He was probably worried about the line behind me, but management should know that stores don't show love for customers, don't get love from customers. <br/><br/>Thirdly, the outlet seemed understaffed - maybe because they were making orders for the deluge of Swiggy/ Zomato riders. This really makes for a terrible experience because I have to keep waiting like I am at the RTO office. This is not the case elsewhere as many restaurants have additional staffing to make up for the high volumes - which management should take note of and prioritize ahead of being cost-conscious. <br/><br/>Having said that, Subway remains a nice, healthy option to eat so I will keep coming. I have been having Subway sandwiches for many years and have tried many varieties of their sandwiches. After the new wraps had been announced this is the first time I tried it.<br/><br/>Italian B.M.T Wrap: I had opted for spinach tortilla with tandoori mayo, barbecue and chili sauce. Wrap covering was hard and not among the good ones I have had. It must be healthy but not very pleasant to eat. Inside was the same as a Subway sandwich and taste was also the same. They have amazingly tasty variates . You can try each one of them with no regret because they all taste good . You can find the subway anywhere it's easily available . You can try and make it by your choice . Go and grab it .

Bread is not fresh ,very less chicken pices,not yammy dont like this subway outlet,i had very bad experince with this majiwada outlet ,atleast you should give fresh bread.

The ability to customize sauces and ingredients still allows to come up with unique and exciting sandwiches.<br/><br/>The Viviana branch is always crowded due to the popularity of the mall, but the service is quick and efficient.<br/><br/>Although, I didn't really like the new range of flavours they've recently introduced.<br/><br/>Some recommendations are :<br/><br/>For Non Veg - The tandoori chicken one with a lot of bbq suace.<br/><br/>For Veg - The corn and peas one with more sweet chilli and harissa sauce.<br/><br/>

The signature wrap that was order is not worth the money that was charged. Instead of bread there is wrap. The content is same no extra meat or cheese. However charge of 240 is not worthy it. Just few sprinkle of cheese that's it. The wrap was not fresh but too dry. The wrap is not worth the money spend. The management does not care for the review given and you guys only care for your business than customer. Not a customer friendly place.

I am very disappointed. Subway is one of my favourite food spot. But today u took 188 bugs and there were no great options in veggies and sauce . Just 2 sauce is not fare. Well I am very much disappointed and sad for wastage of my money

I ordered a club subway salad. Used Zomato's TASTY code and got it for approx. Rs. 190/-<br/><br/>It was well made and tasty with the usual subway flavours that we come to expect. Also came packed in a eco-friendly paper box.<br/><br/>Overall it was a good experience and worth the spend.<br/><br/>For my next order I got a 12 " sub. Everything about was very underwhelming, I think the filling was less.

Subway is a fast food chain that claims to provide healthy food. Subway is the best option to healthy food. Veggie delight is my all time favourite.that day 🔹Subway Italiana🌯(in roasted garlic bread)was the sub of the day and<br/>🔹tandoori chicken🌯(in multigrain honey oats bread)which I ordered both.<br/>With combination of all the veggies. 1. the order took nearly an hour to reach. my experience with swiggy is better related to Subway orders.<br/>2. the preparation was dry. less sauces even though the same was informed additionally.<br/>3. you have given the order to outlet in viviana mall whereas the nearest to my location is in Hiranandani Meadows. I really do not see the logic this is also the reason to delay the order and the bad preparation.<br/>4. The only thing Zomata could do is tell me that they Regret and will improve whereas this is not the first time experience especially for Subway orders.

Well if I ever book tickets through BookMyShow and I usually take coupons of Kuttu Kurri for dosa offer of buy one dosa and get sada dosa free, if it’s not Kuttu Kurri then it’s definitely Subway. It is located in food court of Viviana Mall, they could work little on the service so that the food doesn’t take time during peak hours

Like all of the subway outlets , this one too has everything on offer ! Unlike other chains where one or the other is not available. As always,Subway being a more healthier option for everyone out there this one was no different . I went there on different occasions had the double meat chicken kofta sub , the chicken Tikka sub also the corn peas sub & paneer Tikka sub . Overall they were of the standard that Subway has set up for themselves with the chicken being perfectly made into koftas , tikka's and also I do commend their ability to provide you with pretty fresh veggies that we do hardly get in any other restaurant and the fact that they make it in front of your own eyes surely is a pretty good things for the hygiene freaks lurking out there . Their veggies were spot on and the main standard that Subway has set around for themselves is due to the their n number of customizations offered like one can mix two or more into one and have them as they like , likewise their signatures are their<br/>Immense no. Of sauces offered that has made their name into everyone hunting for the best combination of sauces for their favourite subs , my personal favourites are the Chipotle,mayo,harissa mayo and the chilli-garkic sauce . I'd recommend this to anybody for having a good breakfast to choose from their 7 types of bread being available . oohhh forgot to mention.....they also serve salads for their breakfast that make up this leading food chain one of the most healthiest af !!!!! The only thing that I deducted 1 star from it is the location crowd and due to that the uncomfortability that arises due to less seating places but.....i do not blame them for that !!

very Unprofessional, bread was dry it was just placed infront not fresh, salads were dry, fillings was stale. Had upset stomach after eating.

I have ordered one subway from Zomato with proper customisation and it was not involving "ONION" in it.<br/>After 40-45 min ,when I get order it was full of ONIONS.!!<br/>Thank God I knew it before I ate..I have serious allergic issues to onions..and that's why we do customisation right?<br/>But it was not followed properly.<br/>I tried to contact Zomato support..but they do not have a solution<br/>I got a call from your customer support team who are not ready to accept that it was a mistake..and playing just a blame game to restaurant.<br/>I have just one question..<br/>Whoever did the mistake..it was I who is suffering...who has no meal..who is wasting his time and who just saved from a life threatening anaphylaxis.!<br/>The Zomato support team's response was pathetic.<br/>I want some strict steps to be taken in this matter.<br/>

Chose a subway club comprising of chicken, turkey and lamb which tasted pretty good<br/>But i was charged 100 bucks more for a single extra layer of chicken which i found impractical🤷<br/>Also....it took a lot of time for my turn to come which was disappointing

Wish they had better or trained staff so they don't mess up. The staff was making sandwich for the person ahead of me and all of a sudden asks me my sub, bread and roasts the bread and goes back to the previous customer which made my bread cold after roasting and this affected the entire sub . And their management system is also not proper unlike other subway centers. Hope it gets rectified soon

Asked for the meal which was put up on display. He fumbled something which i failed to understand. Had to go for regular sub which he assembled well as per instructions. Checkout offers before you order!

The sub was drenched in sauces. Seemed like the maker decided to make a paneer tikka gravy sub.

Given specific type and amount of sauces on d sub by mentioning it in the special instructions but they dint even take an effort to read it. Got super spicy sub where mild taste was desired! I just ended up having the worst sub of my life!

Subway has always been my go to over MacDonald's and other food chains. However, in this particular outlet some veggies like cucumber and tomatoes are not fresh and would recommend not to include them in your sub, they are also very stingy when it comes to serving paneer but I think that happens in every outlet.

Subway food standards I found slightly low compared to other outlets. <br/>Rush management is also poor. When number of people in queue increases is very poor to bad. <br/>The set up is not even good for small queues. It is more of a mess and sad experience to order sub in this outlet. <br/><br/>They can try an option of order form with tokens which would reduce the queue and ease the pressure. <br/>

Does not work order on call. One number is switched off another wasn't picked up by anyone. Would prefer not to try again. Surprisingly zomato has unverified numbers on record.

Subway has always been nice. I just can try anything from here. I had their Chicken Tandoori Sub and Chicken Tikka Sub with all ingredients and sauces. I love to have when things are messed up and when it contains each and every thing in it that's when you get the actual taste and can enjoy your meal. Both my subs were good at taste.

Experience not good. No choice of bread. Only 2 types available. No olives. The onions were smelling and bad. Didn’t expect this from subway. Why are u charging us so much when u can’t maintain standards.

The bread was stale. Even the cucumbers weren't fresh. Should not be ordered for delivery . It took more than an hour for deliver which is not even 700 meters away.

Subway is a good option if you want to try some healthy stuff.<br/>Veggie delight and Aloo patty are my favourite ones.<br/>All the sauces used are absolutely mouth watering and also the vegetables are fresh.<br/><br/>Honey and oat bread as well as parmesan bread are good to choose from.<br/><br/>For 1 person 6 Inch is enough and if you are 2 people then you can go for the 12 inch one.

Subway is my all time favourite food chain. But I am very much disappointed with this particular outlet.<br/>1. They didn't had SUB OF THE DAY.<br/>2. Almost every sub which I liked was not available.<br/>3. The staff was not responding properly.<br/><br/>Overall really disappointed with the quality of service.👎

They don't even have time to listen to what we are saying.<br/>So much confusion they create.<br/><br/>I ordered for non veg salad... But before I cud say sumthing they added chicken sheets to them..<br/><br/>I think they should improve service.<br/><br/>But overall the quality is good.

Pathetic service. When I went at the counter I was told about the 50% off. After preparing my salad on the billing counter they say there is no offer. Worse was the quantity of the salad was 50% as compared to the normal. When I asked the guy who billed me he said that he could add more veggies if I wish or demand. They are openly cheating customers by serving half the quantity and just bcoz I raised an alarm by comparing them to the other outlets quantity they agree to add more vegetables. Never visit Viviana Subway because they don't give the customer the quantity they pay for. Also not forgetting my friend who took a sub too told me the bread was hard and stale.

Do not respond properly on phone ! And don't have information about on going offers. Service is also slow compared to other outlets. Not very satisfied

This food joint is impressive and excellent for both, the foodies as well as for health conscious people. All you get is just healthy food with lots of Protein, Veggies etc.Hope you find it interesting too just like me. Enjoy!<br/>Anuja Pimplapure 🤘

Just another Subway outlet. Had been to the theatre there and had a coupon for buy one get the other at 50% off. The crew is friendly. Sandwich are just usual. The food court is one congested place. It was literally suffocating.

On a Wednesday evening, the only available option under Chicken was Chicken Teriyaki! Totally unacceptable by any standards! Since this was placed through Swiggy, an additional torture of many many calls and eventually a delayed delivery! Awesome!
