Review Cream Centre - Thane

Yummy Kulfi in matka...

Riding on its wave of awesomeness from ghosts past, creme centre is a weird place to eat at. The food is good, but it feels out of place and mismatched.
But, no Indian restaurant has followed the tradition of following a straight path. These barred, Creme Centre might have an odd menu with weird pricing and portions but , the food will not disappoint.

Very perfect place for lunch , snacks or dinner. I visited this place with friends for hangout and we loved it. I liked Asli makhan pav bhaji , herbed fries and some beverages .

Must that these guys have taken the legacy for granted. The nachos were no where close to the way they used to be a few years back. Salsa sauce was pathetic. Not to mention the over fried cheese corn balls served with cheap quality potato chips. Even a roadside sandwich guy serves better stuff. And for salad, there was just one slice of tomato and cucumber. The rate card is close some 5 star hotel but the food is no where close. It would suggest to completely avoid this place as this is a pure rip off. They also charge 10 percent service charge. Not worth the price tag and quality.

Super slow service or may be lack of staff. No great ambiance neither great food. Just a avarage place for veg starters.
Labdhi Dedhia
We had ordered for pasta which was very watery and price was 475. It was not at all good. Quantity also was very less .
Pramod Ramane

I vommited off everything that I ate upon that they never treated me good. Vada pav starter was raw. The biryani cream centre one was the worst and spoilt my health really bad. After having food I was just uncomfortable after 5 hours all the food came of. Felt like the food was stored and the staff also was rude I paid by cash the staff was like shouting that v don't have change. I felt bad in front of n number of ppl for the change thing. inspite of spending around 1400 I couldn't get good quality and quantity of food to suffice the stomach of 3 ppl.

One of my favorite vegetarian restaurants, which don’t serve thali. It’s famous for Indian & Continental cuisine & has total 8 Outlets across Mumbai. It’s a proper restaurant with nice & cozy ambience.

Icecream Soda Mocktail, Big Nachos & Vegan Sizzlers are the heart of Cream Centre and hence the best-selling items.

What we ordered?

Drinks: Tall Orange Icecream soda – Mocktail prepared with combination of vanilla ice cream, orange of flavor, and lot of soda. They provide extra soda in a flask for you to mix when half way done.

Starter: Chilli Cheese Maska Pav – Fusion dish of Mumbai Pav and cheese. Pav roasted in butter with masala on one side & melted cheese (mozzarella) on other side. Uterly Butterly Delicious Masala Pav with Cheese.. 😊

Main course: Italian Baked Sizzler – Spaghetti in Arrabiata sauce, Baked Potatoes in White Sauce, Mac & Cheese Macroni, Baked Veggies, Corn Cheese Ball and Fried Potato Slices. It was mouth watering and we were just gulping the food.

Big Nachos – Nachos as big as Papad and served with baked beans and veggies.

Cream Centre is a must visit if you are a Mumbaikar.

Ordered Nachos, Cheese ball and Pasta. All of them were below average quality. Nachos which they name something to the tune of World's most famous Nachos had pinkish cheese and capsicum alone on home baked poor tasting nacho chips. Cheese balls had too much corns and tasted only sweet. Pasta had overflowing thin water like preparation and was tasteless too. Had similar experience Phoenix Lower Parel outlet too.

We decided go here because Cream Centre has always been our go-to restaurant in Dubai, and we weren't disappointed at all.

We ordered the Big Nachos, Baked Penne Arrabiata and Baked Cheese Pasta and it was just superb. The food looked and tasted amazing. Even the portion was right sized, with more than enough for a person. We finished off with a Sizzling Chocolate Brownie, and oh it was simply divine. Ambience and service was good as well.

Overall a really great experience and I would definitely come here again.
Royston Rodrigues
Very expensive. Chole and bhatura have to ordered separately. And rs. 380 is too much for a small portion of Chole. Won't be visiting anytime soon... Or ever again.
I didn't like this place. It is a normal restaurant. The quantity is way too less than expected and shown in the pictures in the menu. I was kind of disappointed.
Umang Bellani
Order Sizzlers, Pau Bhaji, Chole Bhature and Sundaes.
Quantity given is very less. Sizzlers were very bad, tasteless. Pau bhaji & Chole Bhature were ok. Sundae's were okayish.

A place to have brunch for everyone.
Delicious cuisines ranging from pasta to iced tea. Specific needs of customers is satisfied on each step with personalised service.
Tried pasta and sizzler here and both are run to the money good.
This place has laid back staff and a very late kitchen. May be we were late there too. But not happy with the food or the service. I thinks it is issue with this branch, my experience in other branch hasn't been dissapointing at all.
Avoid going if you want good food or good ambience
It was my first visit. We went in late and they were almost shutting down for the day but they did let us in and the sever was polite and humble. Even though after hours there was a smile throughout. Service was prompt. Now coming to food we ordered American Cheese Corn Ball which I felt was reheated and was not fresh. Pav Bhaji had a unique presentation it was a fusion which looked like a fondue. Pav bhaji was good. Channa Bhatura, I felt the bhatura was too oily and channa had a lil bit more salt den the usual, but it wasn’t bad to taste. So overall came out with a mixed feeling and only if the cheese corn ball would have been I would have given 4 star but nonetheless do try this restaurant.

This was the third time that I had been to a cream centre outlet and as always I was not disappointed with the quality of food quality. The dishes that you can never go wrong with are definitely the Mumbaiya Ragada Patti's and the corn cheese balls. It's aust try. For the maincourse this time we had taken a sizzler which was not so great when it comes to taste of the flavoured rice. So I would recommend you all to just go with the regular main course of naan sabji biryani and all of that

Cream Centre has overall made its name as a brand and specializes in veggie fusion and Indian food. We tried this outlet in June 2019 and here goes..The service was slow. The pricing here is higher than regular Indian restaurants as it's supposed to be hi end fine fine but ..that's not the case with everything. Tried the following:

➡️ Italian herbed Cheese chilli toast: Was good and crunchy and had melted cheese with soft veggies.

➡️ Cheese corn balls: Round and soft balls filled with cheese and veggies like onions, capsicums and corn.

➡️ Onion rings: Tasted wierd as there was no salt in the batter and had to eat with chaat masala.. was very oily

➡️ Chole Bature : Two round sized baturas popped on the table and again salt was missing..with the famous black chole - the chole here is one thing that attracts food lovers!!!

➡️ Macaroni Magic: White sauce pasta with three cheese cheese balls had a good creamy taste.

➡️ Italian baked sizzler: Was good..Creamy potatoes with pink sauce pasta and spaghetti in red sauce served with carrot, peas and spinach.

➡️ World's best nachos: Crispy nachos with cheese sauce and good quantity ...the loaded nachos is a good one with standing walls of nachos and Mexican toppings and molten cheese.

Overall a good experience...try to visit during non peak hours..though there no such concept nowadays 😀.. Weekend dinner time usually has about 30 mins - 1 hr waiting..so..

Enjoy life 😊

Cream centre thane is very good for some quick lunch the nachos served there is very good but the taste and quantity of other paneer dishes is very disappointing and not at all value for money

Worst experience till date in any Restaurant!
A bunch of 7 people are waiting outside the restaurant at 10 pm in the night & Mr. Shelke (So Called the Man in charge) was on the verge of cost cutting. A section on the left hand side of the restaurant had 3 tables occupied but “Apparently it was shut for other people”. Unrealistic and unnecessary waiting time of 20 Minutes was given to people coming. Mr. Shelke also mentioned that he has been tracking the time since everyone had been waiting and argued we were not waiting for more than 10minutes .The unapologetic Mr Shelke shooed us away by saying that he would not be able to provide us service at a section where other customers were already being served.
No heed was given towards people who were walking away!
I am sure thats certainly not what a hotelier wants. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!

Best for Chole Bhature.... their signature dish. Cheese corn ball were also fabulous. Nice decor and good service. Menu options are limited though it’s must visit for vegetarians. Recommended 👍🏻

Hello,

Cream centre, the epitome of gastronomy ,
The best food is what you can expect but not at Viviana mall outlet,

The quality is very very poor here

We ordered chana batura here and it's the opposite of what is available at chowpatty outlet

Don't let the name fool you here

We ordered a oriental sizzler here only to be disappointed once again with corn stubs instead of baby corns in the dish served , the same was also confirmed by Mr. Kashinath of cream centre Viviana mall Thane

Pls beware before you check in here

For the kind of prices this place charges , the food and service is poor . No sugar free is provided even on request, with coffee . The wafers with the cheese toast were totally stale and soggy and had a weird smell . The only place I have seen which charges separately for the Bhatura in the dish chole bhature . And I don’t mean for the extra bhature ordered but for the very first only. Was empty considering it was a weekday but super slow and disinterested staff . Not at all worth a visit .
Food :- 4/5
Ambience :-4/5
Service :- 4/5

You can try -

1. Chole Bhature.
2. Nachos.

Located in Viviana mall this outlet of 'Cream Centre ' is family sitting fine dine restaurant which is little high on pocket other wise above average review !!!
Tanmay Kandekar
It really needs to work in pricing. And it's clear from the fact that, in a mall where every food outlet was on waiting, this one was empty.
Ambiance is good. But found hair in food.
Food quality was ok ok.
RADHIKA PILLAI
I know this is a place to be polite and friendly.
For this veg bistro, I cannot control my words.
We all deserve to get good food for the money we pay. We ending up going to this place few hours back after watching a good movie.
We ordered only chole bhature and hakka noodles. Noodles had only salt and few capsicum, noodles were less. Portion was so less and the price was 365/-
Bhature and chole were charged separately. For the first time,I came across a restaurant that charge chole and bhature separately. Small bowl of chole is 385/- and one piece of bhature is 115/-
Not only Prices are exorbitant for each item, its tasteless. Chole was tangy and reheated, just because it is one of their best selling item.
I wasted my money and spoiled my meal today evening. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Heena_foodielover
Just an authentic food.. I just love all the food i tried here. For veggie i feel this place serves very hygienic and delicious food. The service really upto the mark. Its really nice place for family dinner.
Niket Seksaria
The worst experience, I have ever had at cream centre. I am now sure that it's no more a fun to eat place as it has become place to waste money on food which is very expensive and bad with taste
Amol Surve
This is a mediocre place with an over the top pricing. First time I see a place where the chhole and the bhature are full fledged menu items in their own might and have to be purchased separately..

We started off with Onion Rings, these were severely lacking in any kind of taste. One bite and you separate onion from its batter with minimum effort. Is it worth the price? No. Is it worth ordering? Not at all..

The Bhature, one of the best bhatures by far. Piping hot. As soon as you break the crispy top half, you get face full of steam. Big with consistent shapes. Basically they were everything you would want a bhatura to be.

The chhole, they seemed overcooked or re-cooked. The pulse/bean had lost that Al dente kinda feel. Somewhat mushy. Given the price point and the hype, one would expect better.

The dessert was some kinda chocolatey concoction. Let's just say, this is not a place for desserts.

Additionally, I would say, do avoid the nachos, go for the bambaiyya ragda pattice.

Quick Ratings

Food - 3/5
Service - 3/5
Food - 3/5
Ambiance - 3/5
Went there on weekday evening.. no crowd at all so got the table immediately..
Ordered the starters and mocktails first which were very tasty and refreshing.. then ordered sizzlers.. the captain and attendant were very friendly.. served us everything perfectly... Felt Bit expensive.. but it's a worth visit once.. Apurva Marathe-Apte

Heard a lot and read a lot about this place and the world famous nachos they offer, did try it and found it quite average. Other items tried were Arrabiata Pasta, Onion Rings and Corn Cheese Balls. Disliked the onion rings as they were way too oily and not very crisp. The food here is good but not great.
Siddharth
Worst place to visit, they dont serve fresh food, beverages are duplicate, hell for vegetarians! Over rated food as per qaulity, wont eat even if it is served for free that bad
Shashank Shekhar
The place is too costly and nowhere close to being worth the price. Service is slow, food is just ok, and quantity is very very less. The main course that I had ordered came in a small bowl carefully placed in wider bowl to look more. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

Cream Center is a veg bistro which has been serving multi cusines at one roof.
.
Probably a place which is too over said to have the best nachos in a bistro setting.
Well, they surely do.
.
In Frame: Cheesy Nachos.
.
The nachos had a different after taste that not many we have ate, ever had. That is what makes it distinct (according to us)
People who ain't fan of spicy/too many sausage in their nachos, this is a good treat.
.
It is simply a blend of some very good nachos, gooey cheese which was very fine in texture and taste. The capsicums not only added vibrant color but tatsed yum in cheese-nachos combination.
.
Overall this is something how we would like our nachos to be. Not too overdone yet very oversaid.
.
This one consists of approximately 500-600 calories (per 100 grams)

Ambience and Food -
I find this place with a nice ambience and decent food variety with good taste.

Over all my experience has been pretty good and consistent.

Note for Improvement-

However but for a visit I made on 22 March 19, I had to put up with extreme delay and long waiting beyond 45 mins in the restaurant to receive a Biryani or even a plain roti. I was there past 9.15 pm.

The staff member taking the order was not at all welcoming and sternly mentioned that anything you order will take lot of time!

It made me wonder was the scale of orders, footfall and capacity not properly planned before for a customer to hear this kind of lame disclaimer while placing an order after at least 20 minutes of waiting in a cue to get a seating place ?

When I received the order after lot of time I asked two staff members what was the reason for delay to genuinely understand why I had to wait unreasonably eating side dish of free flavored onions, despite the fact that restaurant was half empty.

I received no convincing response which is why I'm writing this review to express my disappointment in the anticipation that it will be taken correctly and result in improvement of service rendered at this popular chain of restaurant.

One star just for the Staff politeness otherwise this place doesn't deserve a Single Star too 😡
I ordered Chhole Bhature here the presentation was decent but the Taste was Horrible! The bill including GST was 525 INR! It is highly overrated and overpriced! I wasted my Money.. The low priced restaurants serves More Good quality Chhole bhature than this so called posh place!

Totally Waste of Money! 😡

I made a comparison video on it you may check out on my YouTube channel "Jubee Verma"
This Saturday

Good variety of vegetarian options with different flavours tickling the palette. We ordered the cheesy nachos, pav bhai and spring soup, all deliciously distinct in aroma and flavour.

Cream Centre as its name is has dishes full of cream and cheese. So if you’re a foodie you have to visit Cream Centre and try its amazing mouth watering dishes. Their staff is polite.Dishes I tried:

1) Cheesy Nachos- Creamy Nachos are loaded full of cream and cheese which melts in your mouth and is very tasty.
2) American Corn Cheese Balls- Must say worth it. Melting cheese with corn is the best combination.
3) Garlic bread with cheese- Soft bread with cheese on it with some oregano makes your mood so nice. With cheese melting in your mouth.
4) Macaroni magic- For all the pasta lovers this is the best white sauce pasta with mushrooms in it and few cheese balls which add to the taste.
So do visit Cream Centre its worth the money you spend.

If you are looking for a veg restaurant and less spicy food, this is the place!
Good thing is the menu has the pic of each and every item which makes easy for us to choose the food
Bad thing:Slow service

Love, love, love the food here. It is so nice, delicious and good quantity that you will get up over full. Staff is nice and super friendly. Only the price point is on little higher side otherwise everything there is superb.
My favourite here is Sizzler(aloo patty, Italian & Mexican) and bhatura Channa.
Jayakrishnan Natarajan
We are vegetarians. And we loved the place. It is not cramped and is spacious. We had chole bhature which is tasty. We also ordered Tandoori paneer shashlik Sizzler. It was good.
Aishani Kumbhani
Been here on Christmas eve for dinner. No reservation was required.
Food - we ordered classic cheese double Baked macroni. It was way below expectations. It was tasteless. Have had bland food, but this was absolutely tasteless! Next we ordered sizzling paneer chilly, expecting some flavour. It was a disappointment too. It was chilly paneer with a watery gravy served with rice! 2/5!
Ambience - the ambience is standard fine dine restaurant for family dinners. 3/5
Service - the worst part of the dinner was the horrible service. We had to wait so long to even get the menu. Waiters were not interested in even coming to our table even when we called them. Horrible service. 1/5
All in all a very bad experience and don't think we will ever go back!
Priyanka
How about a perfect Sunday Family Lunch coupled with spicy Chole and crisp Bhatura’s by Cream Centre- The Veg Edge🍀
In this post -
1. Chole Bhature - Big Crisp Bhatura’s served with Chana Masala/ Paneer Masala
2. Dum Subz Biryani. (Cream Centre special Biryani is also a good option)
3. Sizzling Brownie (Waha jake yeh nahi khaya toh kya khaya😜)

Pathetic Service..... They are only interested in selling what they want or there chef can make, they are not happy to take order from menu.

The Pepsi served was flat...
To make it worst.... Hair found in food..

Avoid going to this restaurant.

Winter days + Sizzler = Bliss 😉
This is one of the favourite sizzler we ever had. It’s full of vegetables and yummy crispy patty.
Indeed this place is very nice also the service and hygiene is excellent..
Family dinning plus varieties of dishes.

"Cream Centre" more like Oil Centre. Used to visit CC regularly when I stayed in town but the quality of this outlet is horrendous & it's overpriced. Even street food is better than this garbage excuse of a place. I ordered chole bhature & the bhatura must've contained 100ml of oil as it was literally dripping oil even after blotting it with a tissue, plus it wasn't even hot, I didn't eat it fully & the waiter was least bothered when I complained. The chole lacked flavour & tasted like someone cooked it for the first time. I'm never visiting this place. 🤢
Juhi Jayaprakash
Tried cheese corn balls , pasta , paneer chilli sizzler and signature chole batura . The starter cheese corn ball was yum but the other one chilli cheese maska pav is like any other pav bhaji with cheese . Batura was good but the chole had too much masalas mixed. The pasta and sizzler were good .
Aarti Joshi
Visited this place quite few times as they serves amazing pastas...penne alfrano was yum..citurs mojito was very refreshing..staff is very polite and take good care..visit this place once..
Keep it up

Been going to Cream Centre since I was a kid but never been so disappointed. Looks like all good things come to an end if you do not strive to keep up the standards.
We ordered for pav bhaji sizzler and were disappointed to see only rice (assumedly it was pulav but with no taste whatsoever). There was soggy pav on top and only a spoonful of the bhaji. The potato chunks were hard, half done and again tasteless. This utter nonsense was for over 500!
The legendary chole bhature was consumed with reluctance. The chole was so bad, we actually left a lot of it and had the bhatura with pickle and onions. The Bhatura was still as nice as before- thankfully. We ordered for frozen mojito and get syrupy water which wasn't even cold. When asked what happened to the frozen version they said we stopped it because some customers got blade particles in the slush.... There you go.... Another admission to their own follies?
No wonder this joint was half empty when other joints in the mall had a long waiting.
Lesson learnt.... Next time in Viviana I'll wait but not go to the cream centre which has sure lost it's sheen and cream.

FIRST AND LAST VISIT

I have given 2 for the taste and ambience.

We had ordered for spicy spo schezwan veg sizzler, we ordered this because it has all the exotic veggies which I'm a big fan of.

Also we had already set expectations with the waiter that the veggies should be enough and we are fine if the noodles are less.

When the order arrived, I was disappointed to see that it is filled with noodles and veggies were minimal, above that there was no broccoli at all and I count the mushrooms pieces, they were just 4 small pieces.

When I asked the waiter where is the broccoli, he could not answer, the other guy came and said, mam nowadays the broccoli has worms and that's why we don't serve, but I can still check and get you some broccoli and mushrooms.
I mean seriously? Are u saying that there is no good quality broccoli in the market for such a shit expensive restaurants.

To continue about the price, the charges are almost like a 5 star restaurant and I can obviously not expect such excuses.

The worst part is some of the waiters were constantly roaming our side and listening to our conversations and then they were going around and laughing discussing our talks, this was ridiculous, it was like you are acting totally fake on our table, but saying polite and good words and laughing behind.
We just asked him if they will add service charge in the bill, he said no very politely and left standing with there colleagues talking about it and laughing.

I PITTY THEM
WOULD NEVER EVER VISIT ANY CREAM CENTER OUTLET AND WOULD ALSO REQUEST PEOPLE AND WOULD NEVER LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY VISIT, TO RATHER CHOOSE TO VISIT A GOOD FIVE STAR RESTAURANTS

Was there for my father's birthday......overall a pretty good experience to have ... except for the waiting time that took very long....but once inside the calm and soothing ambience takes out the harshness of the feeling of waiting outside....got there and ordered their signature starters the onion rings and their American corn cheese balls along with the Italian herbed chilli cheese toast . For the starters , they all deserve the title that they have i.e. signature dishes served with the best combination of their chat masala (specially for the onion rings)they were mindblowingly addictive to eat due to the combination , next on to the cheese balls - they literally had cheese overflowing from them in my opinion not for ppl who are diet conscious 😂😂😂 but nowhere did they lack in their taste and turned out to be delicious and so was the case with the chilli cheese toast ! BUT the taste could have been even better just if the dishes were served a little bit more hot (-1 for that )
Moving on to the main course we straightaway went to the sizzlers section and decided to go with a their signature ones . Sure they would be taking some time but heyyyy.....the taste was worth the wait ...
For paneer and cheese lovers along with those who crave for veggies the paneer ka baap sizzler and the Italian baked sizzlers are a must have here .....just depends what side you are on...paneer or cheese !! You'd be surprised with the amount of paneer/cheese and veggies on your dish !
So i have been this place many a time. A delight for all the vegetarian ppl. The bambaiya ragda pattice were one of the best i have tried in Mumbai and the sizzlers were amazing too.Overall a must visit place for all food lovers.
Food is delicious.
Varieties of sizlers.our favourite is Italian sizlers
Try street food make pav baji, vada pav in different look
The food is expensive if you compare the helpings served by them. The resturant should consider it
There are many like me who loves good food but also think that the cost we are paying is a little bit too high

Super food
Courteous staff
Shreya Salunke
I usually never give negative reviews but somehow this place disappointed me. The ambience is good and the staff is courteous but I was not happy with the food!! I had ordered Arrabiata pasta which was bitter in taste and the citrus mojito was okayish. Besides this place is expensive and the food was totally not worth the price!! 🙁
Vidushi Dembi
It's quite a decent place, largely a veggie paradise. Families love this place. Ambience is okay. Sizzlers are pretty good though. Hospitable service.
Amit Sabnis
World's Best Nachos are not really worlds best. I have had better. Chana Bhatura was really good. Good Service. Overall would rate it as 3.5.
Sakshi Doshi
The service was extremely slow.... The things that were ordered took more than 30 mins to reach the table... The staff did not even serve water on time.... Had to ask 10 times for one glass of water

Want to share my experience I had today at this place. We had ordered the Italian herbs chillin cheese toast. The item was totally different from the pic in the menu, to bring this to the restaurants manager I requested the server to come and meet me also explained the server about the concern I had. Despite of the server talking to the manager he did not care to stop by and talk about it.
Looks like they are not at all bothered about what customer has to say.
Well good for you guys lost 1 customer today for sure

Glad I decided to have my family function at this place. Food was without the doubt exceptional. But more than that it was the service which people liked the most. Fantastic service given the number of people they had to serve. Will definitely be back and will refer to more people.

I'm not sure why the rating for this place is not upto the mark. I happened to visit this place for a veg meal, thanks to shravan and it turned out to be so damn amazing! We had chilli cheese maska paav, which was absolutely amazing! For the main course, we tried Hyderabadi hare masale ka kofta and gehu tandoori rotis. The tandoori roti was too perfect and even the gravy was tasty. I can't wait to try more of their items👍
Riya Thete
Visited this place on a Saturday afternoon for lunch.
The best thing about this place is their polite staff.
We tried multiple items but could not click all because my friends were damn hungry. It's a nice place for a family dinner as well. Must try : Nachos with Cheese.

I am a hard core non vegetarian and there are very few veg only places that I like to visit and Cream Centre tops the list!! I have visited almost all their outlets and my most standard order is cheese chilly toast, double baked macaroni, mint mojito and American corn cheese balls. But recently I tried their Asli makkhan pav bhaji which was just amazing and amongst the best I have tried in a long long time!!! Definitely worth a visit always 5/5
Cream centre is my all- time favourite...

1. Chole Bature: The size of the batura was good and the chole tasted nice

2. Paneer ka baap sizzler: A recommended dish for all the paneer lovers. It was a nice dish!

3. Pav bhaji sizzler: A good sizzler for all the Pav bhaji lovers and fried rice lovers. The bhaji tasted good and the rice was well cooked

4. Onion Rings: It was okay-ish.

Drinks:
1. Virgin Mojito: The Flavor of mint was perfectly balanced with the lemon juice 😍

Ambience-5/5
Staff-5/5
Food:5/5

Visited this place with same expectations when I visit there branch in R- city and Girgaum chowpatty. Staff is hood and friendly no issues with that but taste of food surely differs. Not the same as served at other two branches

Their Fruit Factory Sundae is legendary, food was tasty but sorry it gave me food poisoning, have spent the better part of Sunday morning on the Pot......and I know it's their food as yesterday, theirs was the only food I had. I'm suspecting the gravy on aloo tikki sizzler was not right.
Service was pleasant. Can't say I will visit here again.

Cream centre is one of the leading vegetarian restaurant with all time favourite dishes.
The classic and still the best selling dish ‘the chana Bhatura’ is worth a try.
The combination of classic and contemporary food is very well balanced.
Their signature dishes are Innovative and tasty.
Worlds best nachos , American cheese ball, original tandoori paneer, bambayia ragas, italian baked sizzler , paneer ka baap sizzler, and punjabi dishes some of the things you can try with the triple chocolate sundae to relish yourself

This was our third time in Cream Centre. Food is amazing as usual. However, continuous push from staff to buy more items annoyed all of us. He even forgot what we ordered and despite ordering deserts he insisted us to buy one more. Such tactics are cheap and should be avoided by reputed chain restaurants.

Been here with office mates & got surprised after going over entire menue in just about 5 min. That's it. No variety in either sanction. No standard starters, just few(hardly 3&4 in total) cheese & paneer options, that too overpriced.
No complaints regarding quality of food, it's was good (specially chole bhature was awesome). To sum up, you can get very limited items which I feel are bit overpriced for the quantity & ambiance.

A good place for vegetarian food in Viviana Mall! My all time favourite- Onion rings, Nachos. I so wish that they add Tomato soup in their menu!
Vismay Khankhoje
The Food seems to be average.
Service is damn slow during rush hours.
Portion size of some dishes is enormous and some items that should be served together like Chole Bhature are served seperately-I don't know why.

Below rating is given on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being “Terrible”, 2 being “Blah”, 3 being “Good”, 4 being “Great” and 5 being “Perfect”.
Waiting time: 3
Ambiance & Interior: 3
Sitting Comfort: 2
Staff Behaviour: 1
Table Service: 1
Dining Frequency: 1
Food Quality: 3
Food Quantity: 3
It tastes: 3
Worth to spend: 3
Recommendation: 2
Overall Experience: 2
Comments: It was very bad experience not because the food was bad but the service was unexpected.
There was a waiter called Jaggnnath, pathetic service not even a smile while serving. There was a group of 10-12 people who arrived and may be they were their regular customers and he never bothered to take our order. We had to wait for half an hour just to place an order!

Been here only once and I don’t think i will be visiting again . I had heard a lot about this place but me and my friends were very disappointed when we visited this place . Here is what we had -
The big nachos - as the name suggests the quantity is really good but it does not taste as good as it looks .
Corn and spicy pizza- i really have no comments for this one cos this was really a very big disappointment, we had returned this back cos cheese smelled weird .
Macroni magic - well out if the three dishes only this dish was up to the mark . It was creamy and it tasted fine.
The place is good. Ambience also good. But food not up to my expectations.
Chilli cheese toast : This was a good dish, 6 small slices of bread topped with cheese, herbs n chilli, served with wafers. 4/5
Italian Baked Sizzler : this dish was a little bland for me. There was no spice in the dish. The macaroni n spaghetti were well cooked, and so were the baby potatoes . But the dish didnt have that great taste. The creamy texture was good but not tasty. 2/5

Visited Cream centre at Viviana Mall for lunch for the first time and was really disappointed.
Anything we ordered was either not available or the waiter said that the item that we are ordering is not good!!! I felt the restaurant was trying to play around with the limited items available.
We ordered paneer starter - the paneer and vegetables used were not at all fresh.
The waiter urged us to try the mocktails, so we ordered Honey anjeer lassi. To my surprise the waiter said they have received many complaint about this particular drink!!! I mean who says this to customers and why do you have it on your menu if people don't like it.
For main course we ordered paneer Tikka masala again paneer was not fresh and the gravy was too thick for my liking.
We had order tandoor roti alongside the main course and again the waiter comes and informs us that he will be serving us tawa paratha as roti is not available. There was no option given to us, also we were served partha made of maida even after the order was given for wheat parathas.
Really very disappointed.
Surely first and last visit to Cream Centre.

I have visited cream centre (oberoi mall) many times. This was the first time i had visited this outlet. The service was amazing and the staff was very polite and friendly. The food was delicious too. I ordered Paneer Bhuna Mughlai, Cream centre Biryani and Garlic naan. The quality of paneer was amazing. The biryani was superb. Full marks for quality of service and food.
Food is average and service is really slow . I have to wait atleast 30 min to get food and 15 min to get the machine to pay the bill . They need to genuinely work around improving their service levels

Cream center is a name that one would come across multiple times if you visit different malls in Mumbai, they are present across all major malls and have a big space for themselves in Goregaon, Lower Parel and Thane (these are the ones that i have dined at).

The place is polished and vegetarian, these are the first things you need to know of Cream Center. In terms of the menu, not elaborate at all, the total number of dishes does not go beyond 30-40 at best. But much to my surprise, the smaller menus which generally are associated with expertise in their cooking does not truly apply to the menu for Cream Center.

To name a few of their signature dishes, almost everyone and everytime people visit, their chana bhatura is one thing that is always served. Rich, tender and juicy chana masala served with oversized Bhaturas are a good start. Their other starters are not that elaborate and are the regular run of the mill.
In terms of the main course, apart from the north indian curries and breads, their bigger draws are their sizzlers. Nothing extra ordinary about them at all, but do try their unusually random Pav Bhaji sizzler which is an experience in itself in the presentation that comes with Pav Bhaji and batata vada.

Overall, a decent place but nothing extra ordinary to elaborate or go all gaga on, and yes ... Highly Overpriced for the venue, menu, taste and ambiance.

Ratings:
Ambiance: 3/5
Service: 3/5
Taste: 3/5
Value for money: 2.5/5

Overall - 3/5

the service is bad and the service provider are rude. Can't say about food as they refuse to serve me. I would never order from here again. I also advice other people not the order from this place as cannot guarantee you won't starve

Hi,
Had been to this restaurant last week. Location in Viviana Mall is good, ambience is also good.
Ordered 2 sizzlers.
1. Paneer ka baap sizzler (Their signature dish).
The provided one stick of paneer kebab with lots of capsicum and the other stick was loaded with potatoes disguised as paneer !! And if that wasn't enough ,they added about 2-3 tomatoes and capsicum each on the top of overcooked rice. Potato fries were really big chunks of fried, soft unsalted pieces.
Tried to serve wedges I guess.

2. Sizzling Teekha paneer.....except nothing was teekha....only sesame oil marinated paneer kebab with usual over cooked rice, lots of capsicum and tomatoes and potato chunks.

Spinach had stuck to the bottom....had to scrape it..Cabbage was not laid properly at the bottom.

Guys really think before even giving this place a try.

Nothing new to write about a very well known chain in Mumbai. Their Chhole Bhature are definitely worth a try and it's our go to dish when we visit Cream Centre but this time we ordered their Italian Sizzler. We were skeptical in the beginning but by the time we finished it, we were a satisfied customer. Thoroughly enjoyed what they had served. Will recommend for you all to try.

Very mediocre food that would make you part with unreasonable sums of money. Avoid it at all costs. There are better places out there. Service is poor even at light loads. And the whole place smells of smoke, probably because of a broken exhaust or something. Very disappointed.

Cream Centre of Neptune Bhandup was awesome, but @ Viviana Mall outlet is ok not that Good. Service is slow & Food is Ok. We tried Pasta, Chhole but was not that Great. Food quality of Neptune Ceeam centre was much better than this one.

Service was attentive and fast while ambience was typical for a mid-to-high priced family rrestaurants - good but noisy

Chhole Bhature was amazing as always, flavorful and non-greasy - a solid 4.75/5

Pani Puri - 2.75/5 was strictly OK. But who goes to Cream Centre for anything other than Chhole!!

This place is soo good for vegetarian food
The food is rich in flavour
In every bite you’ll feel the flavour
The quantity of the starters is a bit less
But the food is tasty
Must try the sizzler and nachos 💗

Cream centre has always been my favorite. & I absolutely love their signature dishes.

1. The big nachos: as described in the menu, perfect amount of cheese, toppings & crispiness of nachos. It was totally worth trying. although it was on the higher price range i.e. 545, but they had an offer in which we get 1 iced tea (Flavor : your choice) with the big nachos.

2. Chilli cheese maska pav: Pav loaded with Pav bhaji & other one was chilli cheese toast. Nothing special though.

3. Cheese chilli toast : Basic cheese chilli toast.

4. Peach iced tea: Free with The big nachos. Iced tea was great.

5. Khau galli vada : The image on the menu itself will tempt you to order this dish.
Mini batata vada, accompanied with pieces of pav, red dry chutney & green chutney.
Everything was upto the mark, taste & presentation. chutneys were spicy which compliments vada so well.

6.Chole bhature : Do i even need to describe this dish??? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Highly recommended:
1. Chole bhature.
2. The big nachos.
3. Khau galli vada.

Food:4/5
Ambience :3.5/5
Service: 3.5/5

Being a food chain Quantity of food is too less compared to the price charged by them. Quite unsatisfactory and not worth your money. Think before going
