Found this place through Google and read the reviews which was Great so me and my Friend planned to try this place out... After reaching the shop found out that it was a Sweet Shop... The seating capacity of this Place is very less... However, we found a place and tried the Falooda... The Falooda of this Place is Awesome... They have wide range of Faloodas, we did get to try much as we both were already full before coming in... They really did not Disappoint me at all... We also took few Sweets while returning and they were Good Too...!!!

vinod kudupudi
This is the best place in Thane for fallooda. A must place to visit for food lovers whenever they visit Thane, it's very close to Thane railway station east side. They have renovated the place. Along with the great quality of sweets served here the other thing to notice is the smile that greets you while entering the eatery. Things to try are malai kulfi fallooda for people who like regular fallooda and rabdi fallooda for people who might want to try something new. Seating arrangement has only two tables . Car parking might be difficult but after 9pm it should not be an issue.

Rabdi falooda here is the best in town. Very popular sweet shop in Thane East. Tried and tested so many times in past 15 years. Other sweets are also delicious. Kaju katli is my personal favourite.

Amazing Falooda. Whenever we visit Mumbai we surely visit this place for Falooda. Our order is fixed. And no one is done with only one falooda. No comparison to its taste. We just love it 😋

Best rabdi ever tasted yet. Must try rabdi mix ice-cream falooda.
Aswathi Menon
One of my most favorite and oldest spot for falooda and icecream. Have been coming here since childhood. One of the best in Thane area. We love to come here at night after dinner for icecream falooda. Highly recommended

Best Place in the World for Falooda. Delicious, mouth watery sweets are to die for. Offers both, in place eat and takeaway. If you are in Thane and want some cool to eat, no matter how long you are from this store, you must visit this "only". Its better than Any Amul Parlour.

The kulfi falooda is absolutely delicious!!

One of the best falooda joints ever. I am going here since my childhood. They also have a good variety of sweets. Very famous for its typical sindhi sweets like Geer during holi, etc. Must Try Here: - Big Falooda : which has a lot of rabri, falooda sev, different flavoured kulfis, rose syrup, etc. - Bombay Halwa - Geer(only available during holi) - Bengali Sweets
Mayur Hawelikar
Special faluda was really good. It is madr with the mix of all kulfies.

Try kulfi and rubdi falooda... Won't recommend kesar and rose falooda...over powering aromatic smell is not for me

Kailash sweets is the oldest one in Thane East and it's falooda is still the 💯 best.

So when in Thane East, l would recommend you try the faloodas from here.

My complaint is the portion remains the same but the price goes up.

😅😅😅

I often come here with my family. The sweets are delicious, 10/10 recommend this place. My favourites are the sev burfi which is a Sindhi special and falooda!
Foodatsight
Best falooda ever. Their rabdi is so rich and tender. Do not deep freeze the falooda if you want to try all the delicious flavours. This place has been there since I was a child and I never thought I would review it so late.

Their Barfi , chamcham and kajoo katli is to die for.

Buy anything here and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

Best.
Anuja Varadkar
I like their taste. They have variety of sweets at affordable prices. I love thier sweets. Staff is polite and friendly. You can buy sweets from here
Riya Khatri
This is one of the oldest sweets shop in thane east. It is well known for its delicious and authentic sweets. The taste is still the same. From the menu, their special ice cream falooda is worth a try. The flavours were tasty and were mixed well. A must go place for sweet cravings. Its a very small place, but two wheeler parking space is available.

The kulfi rubdi had was salty for some reason, it was very bad. Not edible at all. When complained, it was not taken seriously. Bad service, bad quality

This is the only place in the whole world where I have falooda from..
Not kidding best falooda one could ever have..I have been having falooda from them since I was ayear old..the taste is still as good as it was back then..
It's quite a nostalgic place for me..if you are even in the area..don't hesitate to order their falooda..

Decades later the malai kulfi falooda still tastes the same..... This is called quality and service... The best even today in this century too!

Munching Curvy
This is a regular dessert visit for me and my family since it is closer to my house. They have varieties of sweets including falooda's, ice creams (Kulfi) and also Kulfi falooda. There rabri is among the best ones I have tasted. They also include bengali sweets which are must try.
Tejas Sapale
Been here with my friends and had Special falooda . It comes in a small dish with loaded kulfis of various flavours and the other normal stuff that we add in a falooda . It was good enough ,especially the malai over it !
One of the most hidden and yet one of the best places to get kulfi in thane. in the 10 years that I have been visiting here, rarely have I been disappointed. Must try for all with a sweet tooth.

Their faloodas are a bliss!
Typical sindhi faloodaa!
Very different from the regular ones.
They have different types of faloodas but most of them are same with pricing differing only on the basis of size. Their faloodas comprise of falooda with rabdi at the base, different ice creams like pista, strawberry, kulfi in d middle and den again rabdi on d top! Absolutely heaven!
They also serve different types of sweets and is primarily famous for their gulaab jaamuns, singar mithai and bengali sweets!
Update on 01.08.17, Now they also apply 18% gst on their ice-creams! Which makes the already premium priced falooda even more expensive! The special falooda now costs u 100 bucks!
Honest Reviews
Pay at the counter first and then you will be served. Very basic decor and the seating is not spacious and comfortable. Rabdi was OK (3/5) . Special falooda was below expectations (2/5).

Situated in a very busy market area of Thane East, this is a fairly small establishment (though looks to have been refurbished recently). Having craved for falooda for over a week, and reading stellar recommendations over various sites, decided to try out here.
Falooda :

So we first tried out our most favorite item, Rabdi Falooda with Kulfi, costing Rs. 85 each.
Being a very big fan of Rabdi (combined with the online reputation of the place), we had (very) high expectations. If first impression was to go by, we were highly disappointed. Here comes a tiny plate, about the size of a puri, filled with some Rabdi, 4 slices of malai kulfi which were tiny bit bigger than a Rs. 10 coin. topped with a bit of rose syrup.
Dissecting it further, Rabdi was decent. A little too sweet for my liking, but still passable.
Kulfi : By the time I had second spoon of Rabdi, Kulfi had dissolved into the mixture. So quick, that if I hadn't seen it I wouldn't have believed it was ever there.
Syrup : Probably the only thing that was not disappointing or overpowering.

Still, deciding to give it another chance (and because of zero satisfaction of having had any falooda), ordered the speciality of the place, Special Falooda, costing Rs. 70 each.
Again the expecations were high (more like hopeful), and the first impression seemed better. Though the plate size was same, it contained 3 slices of ice creams, bit of rabdi on it, and some garnishing. This was an okayish thing, with good combination of ice cream and rabdi, that did its job. Quantity was still very less for the cost.

In terms of ambiance, we din't really have any high expectations, considering the size of the place and that it is not an ice cream parlor. In that sense, the seating did its job.

To conclude, I must say this place is no better than any random Falooda place (including Street side stalls). The online reviews are probably part of paid advertising. And we left from the place on half empty stomach, unsatisfied craving and an absolutely disappointed heart.

This is at 10 mins walking distance form thane railway station..This has remained our late night hop for falooda for many years.. The falooda here doesn't come with milk and Sabja. It is mixture of ice creams, dry fruits, rabdi and sevaiyan...Its kind of thick ice cream with sevaiyan...So if you are looking for regular falooda with milk and sabja, this is not the place to go to..

Our favorite here is big falooda and Malai Kulfi Rabdi...Gulab Jamun is yummyy too..They have introduced several additions in Sweets as well and during festive seasons they have sindhi sweets like Praghri available...Majorly we prefer takeaways from here as sitting area is not that great..
The Happy Gobbler !
It was during office lunch time that one of our teammate craved for falooda. Cravings can be contagious and so we all agreed to say 'YES!' to falooda. During the same falooda discussion, I heard the name of New Kailash Sweets. We always tend to order falooda or sweets from here.
There's my falooda! Packaging wise it seemed good and leak proof. Plus points there. Coming to the falooda - 'Such a colourful one!' - Was my reaction. The size of the glass was not huge. Pretty normal size glass. I loved the filling inside it. Basically the falooda consisted of noodles in the bottom after which one can find ice - cream topped with rabdi. Proportion of milk was less. I tried to mix the whole thing but somehow it just refused to do so! I gave it up after few tries! Lol! I really liked the quality of this falooda. As far as the taste is concerned - Full points there as well! It's quite a filling falooda which won't let you complain of an empty stomach feeling unless you are hungry for months!
We have tried rasgulla and they were fabulously yummy ! One big mouthful piece of rasgulla can make any sweet tooth's day!
If you are looking for quality yet tasty sweets in Thane, then you should either opt for New Kailash Sweets or Krishna. They will love you back like how you love thy sweets! 😉

This place needs no introduction as its very famous and from so many years it has maintained a high standard of Indian desserts but recently i visited this place and i like Rabri,Kulfi,Falooda and its famous pista and rose ice creams over here.

Rabdi- Thick and creamy rabri garnished with almonds and pistachios was yumm but what made it more delicious was the rose essence used..giving it a rich taste

Special Falooda- Served with rose and pistachio ice cream, royal kesar falooda along with some rabri and nuts..it was a a royal combination to die for..it was extremely yumm as there was good flavors of dry fruits. specially the ice creams both flavors were Indian complementing the falooda.
i wanted to have more over here but I did not wanted the falooda taste to go away..so i decided next time.!!

Speaking of falooda first thing that comes to my mind is kailash sweets , icecream in falooda is thick&creamy , rabaddi and gulab jamun are fine , sitting for 6 to 8 people only , price of small / large / special is very high ; hence you find very few people buying these days .

Good place, variety of desserts, value for money. Saturday nights get very crowded. Accessible from station. Special falooda is a must try.

Good place near thane station really clean and ambience is good everything is superb must try everything on the menu. This place has no parking so of you bring your vehicle you have to park near the station.
Sidharrth Saraf
A little off the highway close to the station in the by lanes is this decade old sweet shop which serves the most amazing falooda. Surely a must have. Always pop in when I'm passing this way.

I must have visited this place countless time . Amidst the buzzing thane kopri market its a iconic sweet mart. The one thing i often visited this place is the superb rabdi that is superlicious. Apart from rabdi all the sweets are nice and fresh . I also like the fresh anjeer barfi . The place is usually very much crowded during the festive period. Its the undoubtedly best sweet mart in thane east area.

Lot has changed in this sweet shop. I am eating sweets from this shop from the past 22 years and trust me the gulab jamuns and the kaju katlis are to die for. The faloodas are also good but its too sweet for my liking. But the hero of the pack is definitely gulab jamun. Kaju katli is so moist and tender that it literally melts in the mouth. Another surprising product is their cottage cheese or paneer. They sell it so fresh that it is a little warm wen you will buy it and the paneer is so tender and soft. Gulab jamun is a must try.

Best faloooda available at kailash sweets. In general sweets quality is also very good. Festival time sweets are special and very yummy. Best dishes : falooda, rubdee, holi jalebee, sev barfi, and manny more.
Prathamesh Shinde
Earlier the falooda was the main attraction. Those were the awesome days when Kailash was the first and last name when u wanted to have a falooda. But alas nowadays the falooda is as normal as any other normal shop. Secondly I once had found a big black ant in the green colored ice cream so I sometimes doubt the cleanliness in the place. Sev Burfi is a sure shot try at Kailash Sweets.
