One of the best bar in the area. Starters are good. Chicken tandoori, manchow soup, chicken Tikka and lollipop are must try. Veg starters are also good. Beer and other hard drink prices seems ok considering the location. No complimentary snacks like peanuts with alcohol. Arrangement on rooftop is good. Highly recommended. Drink responsibly.

Ramji is a very famous landmark restaurant and bar near Kokanipada Dmart. This is a very famous bar which serves good food. Below the Ramji bar there are 2 more hotels of the same owner out of which one is a pure veg restaurant where you get a good breakfast and the other is a non veg restaurant. Parking can be done in front of the bar.

Food here is good. We tried veg options and all were good in taste. Staff was polite and service was also good. They have 2 floor, ground and upper floor. They have AC family section. Upper one is open terrace kind of & is very spacious. Washroom was clean but no jet spray in western style washroom. Food waiting time was also ok, not too much waiting nor very early. They have good options both in veg and non veg. My friends tried non veg and they were also happy with the food.

Here is one place, where you can get into a pure veg section or a Non Veg & Bar section and still njoi the best the good food around. One can be sure of better than average quality food at any given point in time. It's an Ideal place for Veg food if you ask me especially for breakfast. They are there since 2 plus decade as well.

Nice place to chill with friends on its 1st floor. Some Food is excellent like kali miri tandoori. Few are just gap filling.

The tandoor served was burnt. The glass had some insect in it, the staff refused to change my drink.

However sometimes u just need a inexpensive simple place,where u can get some quick couple of drinks and dinner.A pocket friendly place for friends to mingle and have a relaxed evening. At such times u don't fancy etiquettes Or ambience of a fine dining restaurant. And exactly this need is being fulfilled by Ramoji.<br/> I particularly liked the roof top open air seating arrangements.Felt airy and comfortable. quick drinks and some snacks to munch on...We went on to order our dinner as well.Chickn Handi and Roti.Good preparation...good quality And Good taste.And reasonable price. <br/>For a No frills evening hangout for few drinks,this is a very good place around Manpada Thane.highly recommended.

Weird tasting tandoori chicken..<br/>Had gone with family for dinner... Dey took our order and later refused to serve chapatis stating that chapatis are over.. Had gone with senior citizen who find rotis difficult to eat.. Had to make do with rotis cuz were hungry..<br/>Also.. The chicken kolhapuri was to be remade cuz of the bland taste..<br/>Overall it was a complete letdown..

Had taken a parcel from this place.<br/>Packaging was normal.<br/><br/>Tried the chicken biryani. The biryani was full of spices and was very flavourful. The quatity given was good enough for two people.Thw chicken too was perfectly cooked.<br/>The raita served along too was fresh.<br/>Shall definitely try this place out once again.

went there felt like a mistake within a few minutes was planning to go to my regular garden view hotel in happy valley but the waiter came in and opened my beer bottle so had to sit there ordered a starter paneer saute and what had they made of it god knows ...finished my glass and went to garden view hotel

Though the place is Tiny and Ambience wise its not that appealing the food here is good ... Chicken Biryani here is nice and Prawns Schezwan Rice is good too. Value for money place.... Definitely giving it a Thumbs up👍

This hotel is underrated, however the non veg food is just awesome. I am coming to this place since college days. Whenever I have to order food at home, this is the GO TO place for me. Reasonable price and great taste has made this place stand the test of time. If you are into ambience and other frills then this place is not for you. You are hungry and you want to have a good non veg meal then just call them and the food will be delivered quickly.

I came here with my friend for Beer and food.... Although not ao good in ambience , the service was quick, food decent and we liked the taste ... With 3 650 ml Fosters strong, 1 chk starter 1 chk main course and parathas... The ttl bill was 1385 which is excellent bon terms of VFM

Is good for Chinese.<br/><br/>However please don't order Indian food here. Had ordered chapati which was servers cold. Their excuse was that they ordered chapati from outside. (Who orders a freaking chapati from outside?) The chicken dish we orders was extremely ok. <br/><br/>So if you give a miss to this restaurant, you won't miss anything.<br/><br/>Bon apetit!

I am a localite so know the area better.....don't go here if u want food...taste and quality both pathetic.....the quarter you drink is ok but if u order pegs it would be duplicate and give a hangover next day....guys a nearby hotel..Garden view hotel is a better option for both food and drinks they are genuine

I got the food delivered at home.<br/><br/>The stuffed capsicum tasted okay.<br/>Jalfrezi was too oily and tasted only of oil. Also, the quality of vegetables used in it was very poor.<br/><br/>Positives :<br/>-The food is cheap. The sabjis are around 130-180 bucks.<br/>-The delivery was quick.<br/><br/>Negatives :<br/>-They don't take online orders.<br/>-They charge Rs. 30 or something for home delivery.<br/>-We had ordered Kulchas but were delivered Parathas.<br/>-The breads(even the chapatis) were rubbery.<br/>-The taste is way below average.<br/><br/>I won't recommend this place to anyone unless there is no other option.<br/><br/>

A bar and restaurant with good seating capacity. Alcohol is served at the open terrace area. This place is never short of people. Seems to be a bit shady for people who are not used to the bar section.<br/>Family area is on the ground floor. The service is a bit slow here.<br/><br/>They serve some good Chinese starters. The portions are quite disappointing. I prefer only the chicken lollypop and egg fried rice. Both are amazingly tasty. Soup is also decent. Rest all seems to be a bit short on quantity wrt the rates they put on. A small amount of schezwan could cost you 30 bucks which is served as complementary in majority of restaurants.

Its perfect liquior joint ! Environment like local bar.. Would recommend not to take family or any female friend with you as everyone starts looking at you and your friend in very weird manner.

The place is cheap. But the food is of pathetic quality. I visited along with 3 of my friends yesterday. All of us are facing acidity issues. One of them even puked due to oil in food. Would recommend not to have food here.

Food and booze is cheap. Nothing great about the food to write here. The staff is very rude. The one serving us on my last visit was generous with his taunts, though we were being courteous all along despite his behaviour. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you're having one of those days when cheap booze is just what you need.

This is a bar and restaurant.. so heavy drinkers with food will love this.. it is quite big has different sections.. a small one with ac for family (in this case couples ) .. but outside garden seating is good as most couples or girls sit outside as well as there s a decent good crowd here ( not the typical bewadas ).. so i n my frnds visit often to drink mostly.. starters r good .. some of it . N food is ok..must try for drinkers.. ;)

Well I live literally within a stone's throw of this place but had never been back in the day because of no real reason...<br/>That changed last weekend as two of us needed an emergency bite before a late night binge.<br/>The place looks hygienic enough although it is the cheap joint for every drinker who can't be bothered to explore further than crossing the road. <br/>We decided to ignore the mains and choose the starters because, technically, lesser preparation time. My friend ordered a Chicken Lollipop in Schezwan sauce while I asked for Crispy chicken. Although I didn't touch the lollipop (not a big fan) the sauce was top-notch, only feeling heavenly with the well done and generously large portion of Crispy Chicken set in front of me.<br/>At around 350-odd for the two which filled us up, I'd say quantity and ambience wise Ramji has it spot on. <br/>Maybe some improved lighting and slightly lesser greasiness can make it from average to good!

Ramji has been one of the oldest restaurants in the neighbourhood. The place is flanked by hard drinkers and yes yes, NIP system indeed. The chicken tawa and biryani are great here.

This is a nice place to go to at anytime of the day if you want to drink happily and not get your pockets emptied.they have few good staff but otherwise most of them often laze around and services could be really improved.they have huge space which often gets filled by evenings because they have a vast list of great starters.i would recommend schezwan chicken lollipop,murg tikkas and also kaju fry.you can go for jeera rice and daal fry as well.they serve you wafers,peanuts and everything at a fairly reasonable price.i really love their creme of chicken soup.its a must have.they also have a air conditioned family room.but its no really a family place.it is more like drink and chill with pals

Staff is impolite, they don't know how to talk. Food quality is similar to a road side place. The good part is drinks are not very costly, but you pay the price in food items, they are far too costly for what they worth.

There was a time when I used to love Ramji. Have been frequenting this place for almost every alternate weekend since the last 3 years.<br/><br/>However, I must say, the place has gone on a steep decline! The food portions have become 1/3rd of the size, the price double.<br/><br/>Alcohol is cheaper only if you compare it to Rude or Rangla Punjab. Every place else in the vicinity has cheaper booze.<br/><br/>Also, had a very bad experience 2 nights ago. Asked for a small bowl of scehzwan sauce, alongwith the chicken tandoori and egg pakora. Was sadly surprised when I saw they'd charged Rs 50 for the sauce. This is heights, even proper hi-fi places like Ramada, or even the lowest like Swagat, situated 2 blocks away, doesn't charge.

Ramji, Sitaji must be really proud of you, although I am not too sure about the part where you serve alcohol in your restaurant but I leave that between the you two. Also, what is it with “Garden” in Ramji Garden Restaurant? Anyways...moving on!<br/><br/>On a lazy Wednesday afternoon after bunking work and sleeping like a log for 12hrs straight, all I wanted for a soul satisfying home-cooked style meal and I wanted it quick like really really really quick. Zomato indicated Ramji was less than 3kms away and I picked up the phone and ordered Naan and Kolhapuri Daal.<br/><br/>The food arrived within 20mins so yeah, 10 out of 10 for the speed of delivery. <br/><br/>The naan was thick, fluffy and super soft, exactly the way a good naan is suppose to be like. It reminded me of my days back in Delhi, the land of Butter naan and Butter Chicken. The daal was swimming in oil, there was a thick layer of oil as soon as I opened the container but the daal was spicy, well cooked and tasted exceptionally well once I got rid of the excess oil. So they might wanna go easy on the oil next time and save themselves a few bucks and the customers a few heart attacks or layers of cholesterol. Over all, it was one of the best meals I have had from a tiny place in Thane.<br/><br/>So well, done Ramji or shall I say “Waah Waah Ramji, Khaana kya banaya!”

This place has been here for a very long time. Ever since I moved into garden estate in 1999 and its still going strong. <br/><br/>Back then it was just a small place not very much furnished or anything. Just simple plastic chairs and table's. Over the years this places has slowly developed into a place where good families can come and enjoy a meal which Is a good thing :) <br/><br/>The place has a lot to offer in terms of value for money, variety, decent food and cheap booze. <br/>The food here is good, a family can dine on good, decent food and usually no complains on a normal day. <br/><br/>The service is quick, you will have food on your table within 15 mins of you ordering, may whatever it be. <br/><br/>The prices are cheap and are total value for money. If you are on a budget this is the place to come.<br/><br/>Overall 3*/5.

Tasty chicken and mutton seekh kebab and prompt service but with occasional confusion of the placed order. Crispy chicken can be avoided as it almost tasted like Kurkure! The veg starters were good too.<br/>Special mention for the schezwan sauce given with the starters!!<br/>Alcohol is cheap. They now have two widescreen TVs which usually show sports channels.
