Excellent mall. I have been to malls around the world and this mall could be rated as one of the top ones. Spacious, luxurious and fashionable. Sheer variety of stores is amazing. The food court is also expansive. You can easily spend few hours in this mall.

One of the greatest mall in thane .Its very huge from Inside parking space is also there but it paid. You can roam around with your kids therenare remote control gaming car for kids the charges are 100 per kids they will roam around the floor you have best eating option as the third floor is has specific food court. Clothes shopping would be nice there.

Viviana Mall is a busy place with loads of shops, fun stuff to do, and places to eat. You've got all sorts of shops, movies to watch, and plenty of food choices. They often have cool events happening, making it lively and exciting. Yeah, it can get pretty crowded sometimes, but it's kept clean and friendly. Jughead’s located in first floor at viviana mall is one of trending places, this place is always jam packed with youngsters and college teens. Have been a regular customer here over the years, thier food quality is amazing, this restaurant is customer friendly. The best part of this restaurant is happy hours and the offers they provide to the customers. Thier sides and sizzlers are tasty, and what attracts crowd here is thier live screening of sports. LIT atmosphere with cozy seating. Thier smoking area is big enough and this place is customer friendly

Pesto pasta was good but overall experience was below average.. I went there for Christmas and their decor wasn’t eye catchy.. Had minimal desserts to offer.

I have been here twice during the happy hours. <br/>Its a nice hang out place to chill with friends. <br/>Although, if you get the seating near the door area then there is no privacy. <br/><br/>The food served is nice and I particularly liked the paneer chilly and chicken malai kabab. <br/>This place is good value for money during the happy hours.

Viviana Mall actually has some great places for food ! Jugheads is one of them ! This place is great ! Also very crowded sometimes ! Menu is quite wide ! Burgers are worth to try ! Variety of non veg starter options ! Noodles and rice are also great ! You need to try lasagna its really tasty ! Finished up with banana split icecream ! It was really delicious too!

If I had to describe  Jugheads  1 word it will be Happy hours.. One stiop for every other teenager group. I my self have been visiting since my teenage.. Love for pizza, lasanga and burger and ofcuz beer is something I've been always visiting this place. Oh yeas service ofcuz top notch...

I have been here a several times with my friends. It is a good place to hangout with friends over drinks and good food. Absolutely love their sizzlers and pizzas.<br/><br/>I would recommend their Exotic Veg and Royal Veg Pizza and Paneer Shashlyk Sizzler. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick.

So, I visited this place after years and I thought this was their best selling dish after listening to so many people. But, to my surprise the dish was the worse dish ever. The chicken was so cold inside and it tasted like crap... I would never suggest this dish to anyone. The staff doesn't attend you until you start looking for the staff... They served stale food to me... I would never visit this place ever again...

Taste of the chicken was so pathetic. Not even it taste like chicken. This was the first time i felt regret after eating chicken. Actually it was not even chicken. This is a very serious concern jugheads.

Had tried Alfredo and pesto pasta and i must say it was subtle in flavour , non spicy and great in taste . Loved it . Recommended.

Please never try Chowmein here. It smells bad and tastes worse. Other things like manchurian, cheese garlic bread were up to the mark.

This place is ideal for beer drinking fraternity. With happy hours and multiple screens to watch cricket/football, such people would love Jughead's. It has quite a good collection of dishes. Do try their fish fingers which are amazing.

We ordered the Red Pesto pasta and the Hunters Chicken Sizzlers. The food was shared between the 3 of us. We ordered based on the recommendation of person who took our order who seemed least interested in explaining what ingredients it contained. Post lunch, my mom and me we fell sick and till now we are recovering. The loud Blasting music, the unfriendly hostile host and pathetic food sums up my visit and making our New Years Lunch and horrible experience.

This our all time favourite place when visiting Viviana Mall in Thane. Very chilled out ambience and an all time lively place to hang out with friends. They have happy hours from 2.30 to 7.30, one on one on most drinks. Our favourite starters here is Africano Chicken. And favourite main course undoubtedly is their Chicken Lasagna. These two things are a must have here!<br/>Super chill ambience, good food, happy hours and reasonable prices. Perfect hangout spot to grab a quick drink with friends!

Would never visit as the manager whose name Lobo was too rude, no response from his side when we want to change the table. We heard that ppl says he is very old so he doesn't care of it. And the food was totally pathetic and comparatively price was too high... I asked for salsa but he gave me tomato soup kind of stuff, their chef needs the training. I don't understand how ppl eat that kind of food stuff no taste and overpriced.

Don't even think of ordering fried rice. We ordered and found chunks of Ajinomoto several times.

Visited there with my friends today and ordered a pizza and pasta. At first the waiter took our order and after waiting when the dish was served, the waiter who took the order approached us by saying that the price of the dish has been increased and it was quiet a huge difference more than we could afford at that time and still asked for additional GST. He was not even sorry and we just left the table without eating anything. It is every customer's right to be informed about the price before the order is made because we decide the order based on how much money we have at that time. It is unacceptable. I Won't recommend this place to anyone.

It’s my go to place when we are at viviana. If you want to chill with friends or go on a date, booze is pocket friendly (due to happy hours) and food is great. <br/>This time, we only went for food so enjoyed more than our chilling sessions. <br/>Would recommend the place surely. The one star this outlet deserves is just for the beer and the Happy Hour and that's the only good thing about this place.<br/>That's the end of it and except that, the staff, the service and food portion size is very dissappointing and depressing<br/>They could learn something from the Andheri West or Powai outlet and get better<br/>We can only suggest this place for Draught Beer and that's it.<br/>Also, we don't know if this staff member exists now or not but, Shiva Boin or something his name was that he said, was the worst ever staff person, waiter you can ever have.<br/>Such shameful of a human being and idiotic and disappointing staff member.<br/>He behaved with so much unprofessionalism and he talked in such a rude way that he was obliging us by providing food and drinks, like they were for free and he was paying for it.<br/>We wish that he is taken off and removed from there asap but god shall know.<br/>Others things have been specified 🙌

If you need to grab a beer with your friends/colleagues, this is the best, pocket-friendly place to do so! The music is pretty lively and the ambience is of a typical American diner. Along with a draught beer pitcher, we ordered:<br/>1. Chicken Africano, which is by far their best chicken dish! It's made with boneless chicken and red chillies jn a spicy and tangy sauce.<br/>2. Beer battered chicken fries, which were crispy and flavourful on the outside and soft on the inside. They were served with a mayonnaise dip.<br/>3. Nachos with spicy salsa(vegetarian): This dish was a huge disappointment. Few nachos were floating in a bucket of cheese, which was topped with green chillies, capsicum and more cheese. Would have liked a decent ratio of nachos, veggies and cheese.<br/><br/>Overall, it was a good experience. Would definitely visit this place again to try out their famous sizzlers!

No manners no etiquettes, waited for a single dish for more than 45 mins, managers here are making fun instead of looking around the tables, no one is eager to takecare of table, really bad experience , there lemon ice tea is like more of ice watery.... Ordered chicken crispy came after 45mins still was not upto the mark, everything was messy no flavour no taste, and the funny part is stewards are busy watching television rather than giving services

Anytime walk in restaurant, always vibrant ,good variety of food and drink and also pocket friendly.However would never suggest Sizzler as it's completely bland and never sizzle.The non veg starters are worth a try.

A fun place with lively atmosphere where you can chill with your friends all the time. Happy hours are all day long which is the major reason for us to go here everytime.<br/><br/>Peshawari chicken pizza was nice. And +10 points because they give complementary chakna with pitcher of beer. I am such a beer addict that i know they the beer is diluted and this draught beer was perfectly blended. First of all FOOD was so delicious. As always I am always craving for non veg food. This is the perfect place to have it! Really really loved the Spicy Chicken Wings alot! Soft and yummy chicken. A great place for get together with long time friends where you get dim lights, comfortable seating, quite ambience and varieties of food. They have happy hours till 8.30 p.m. which is apt to enjoy drinks. Known for its nachos, we ordered the veg cheese nachos which was crispy, drowned in loads of cheese and sprinkled with veggies. Then we had french fries which were little less in quantity. Being a weekend, Judheads was packed today. Also, the India-Sri Lanka match was a major reason for friends and family to chill together and enjoy happy hours here!<br/><br/>We ordered- Cheese Garlic bread: A portion consists of 8 slices of cheesy garlic bread. The cheese is well spread over the bread, and the bread is nice, soft and warm, the only complain here is- you can barely get the flavour of garlic!<br/><br/>Paneer Chilly: Paneer stir fried with diced capsicum and onions in green chillies and chilly sauce. The paneer was tender and cooked well, loved this dish.<br/><br/>Peach Iced tea: This was a complete turn off as this just felt like peach juice. No flavour of tea and also this wasn't something we enjoyed.<br/><br/>The vibe at jugheads was great. Cricket enthusiasts enjoyed the screening of the live match.<br/>On the other hand, the service is really slow- whether to place an order or expect your order- you have to wait! I personally love this place. Wellknown and has also presence in almost every part of the city. Most go to place for lunch or dinner with family or friends.<br/><br/>Food here is very delicious and also they serve good quantity food. The staff here are very kind and friendly.<br/> Overall always a good experience whenever i visit this place.

I visited this place a week ago. Food was good and delicious. We ordered two types of sizzlers but the problem was that service was slow. Also the price point is a bit steep. Good and loud music preferring the young community.

I visited this place on one of my friends recommendation. Totally disappointed.<br/><br/>I ordered fries and royal veg pizza<br/>Fries were pathetic..had some weird taste.<br/>Pizza was over baked and had no taste at all. Failed in both quality and quantity!<br/><br/>I personally did not like the ambiance and crowd. I won’t recommend this place as there are many other options in Viviana and one should try that other then this place!

They serve best in-house beer, staff is good , smoking room is also available, best place to enjoy match with beer ,need to work on their food menu. They have attractive offers during happy hours.

It was a friend’s birthday and so we thought, what could be a better restaurant than this, because of its great reputation among many people that we know! Being a weekday, it was not very crowded and we got a good place to sit in no time. The ambience was duller than what we had imagined, and it wasn’t well lighted. The music though, was not voluptuous and unlike many similar restaurants, people could actually talk and be heard.<br/><br/>For starters, we ordered Beer Battered Chicken Fries which was something we both hadn’t tried before. The chicken was perfectly fried and juicy, and the tangy flavor in each bite was what differentiated this dish from the usual chicken fries. With the spicy yet neutral sauces and dips served, this dish was bang on, on the taste frontier. There were about 6 fried chicken pieces which was an optimum amount of starter for 2 people. The lemon mojito ordered as a side drink was nothing out of the blue. However, unlike most cafes and restaurants, this seemed to be served in a much better way with a dash of mint and coriander, and topped with a cocktail umbrella.  <br/><br/>Chicken Nachos with cheese was the next dish we tried and the quantity served was impressive. The nachos had the perfect crunch, and the whipped cream and melted cheese perfectly evened out the chicken and sauces used, but then again, not something that we hadn’t tasted before. The one thing that was not up to the mark was the fact that there were not enough chicken pieces, and it seemed like we had ordered Veg Nachos, where the chicken was incidental. We finished the dinner with one of their most popular pizzas, the Chicken Mix Oriental pizza. It seemed a few inches bigger than the average pan sized pizzas offered at most restaurants. Despite being a thin crusted pizza, it was a perfect blend of oozing cheese and different types of fried chicken and barbeque sauce, though there definitely was some scope for better toppings, given the price paid for it.<br/><br/>The total bill was around Rs. 1200 which seemed to be a little more than what should ideally be paid for 2 people’s food. <br/><br/>My rating on a scale of 0-5, based on my experience would be as follows:<br/>Food – 3.5<br/>Ambience and Comfort – 2.5<br/>Quantity – 4<br/>Pricing – 3<br/>Overall rating – 3<br/>Thus, with a little extra pocket money for a student, some more-than-usual savings for a working person and eager taste buds and cravings, this restaurant would be an almost ideal place to hang out at.

There is a big change in quality of food and service. We were regular visitor here but last 2 visits are horrible. Seems staff there are not in talking terms and are fighting with each other. Waiter was proudly asking us to complain to manager for not appearing for 15 mins. Manager was frankly confirming nobody listens to him and they have shortage of staff.. they serve food after 50 mins after reminding twice.. mashed potatoes in sizzler was stale and tasted like was ready since morning for dinner plates. On complaining captain quietly took it inside and did not return. When asked again he said chef has removed all mashed potatoes now.. he was not even regretting for feeding stale food. He also confirmed chef don't listen to them about food complains from customers.. last time we found worms in cauliflower, its size was good enough to call it caterpillar.. It looks like management is least interested in customers health and service, they are happy with short term profits.. soon they will have no customer to feed worms and stale food.. hope they take this seriously before that happens.

Worst Jughead's experience ever. Overdone fries. Stale garlic bread, spicy chicken wings and Peshawari chicken pizza. The dishes were stale. We landed here hungry at about 4 pm and were very let down. The peach iced tea was watered down too. The only saving grace was their mojito. Also, overpriced. The bill we got here for the above dishes was way too much compared to what we get at the Seawoods outlet where we usually end up eating/ordering much more. The size of their big pizza was as good as small and the base went their usual. Tasted like stale bread. My husband and I both have food poisoning because of this, now.

Visited Jugheads multiple times being in viviana mall ... Food is good and delivery time is also quick.<br/>Recommended dishes grill chicken supreme, chicken roller coaster , sizzlers and Peshawari pizza are signature dishes. Ambience below average and they might work on this.<br/>Staff and service is very good and they always been polite. I have order food also from Here many times n it’s quality is good.
