Highly recommended place if you’re in or near Gokhale road in Thane.. The most iconic place & is well known for its different types of “ Pav Bhaji “ Such as; Butter pav bhaji, Cheese pav bhaji, Cheese paneer Pav bhaji etc etc!! With pav bhaji I tried Lassi! The taste was really good , pav bhaji was tooo yum ✨✅

Best PaavBhaji in Thane. We also tried onion uthappa. Their sambar was surprisingly delicious. Schezwan fried rice was little oily. Must visit if you crave for PaavBhaji.

Everything is best here.... mostly the place is crowded because of its taste and popularity....just one thing that we can't cancel our order even if it's not prepared if we don't want that particular dish ofc we will cancel and order something else within no time..staff needs to be more polite.... But ALL OVER EXPERIENCE AND FOOD IS AWESOME 👍🏻

Had a dosa here. It was very tasty. Crisp and tasty with a tasty aloo bhaji inside. Usually, I have the pav bhaji here which is one of the best in Thane. Having it since childhood and the tray hasn't chances even after all these years.

Amruta is an old shop serving the famous Pav Bhaaji in Naupada, Thane West. We had ordered Cheese Pav Bhaaji. They served us with Raita, Cheese Bhaaji and Pav and Onion- Lemon. It was served hot and it was very tasty. The Pav was soft as it had butter, Bhaaji was a bit spicy but Cheese had its magic on it. We had also ordered Buttermilk to reduce the spicy effect. This place is always crowded as they also serve other food items and the taste of the Pav Bhaaji is still the same for more than 15 years. The staff is good. If you like Pav Bhaaji, try this place !

Miya Biwi Raazi, Toh Mast Banegi Paav Bhaaji

In Frame : Cheese Paav Bhaaji with Raita

Taste 4.5/5
Ambience 4/5
Location 4/5

Amruta is one of favourite restaurant to have south indian food and pav bhajis. This place located in Naupada and just 5 mins aways from Thane station. They serve awesome varieties of pav bhaji and their cheese pav bhaji and masala pav are my favorites. One can also enjoy their other south india dishes, biryanis, pulav, soups, chinese, main course, etc

So if you are near Thane station and looking to munching something then do visit this place and satisfy your hunger!

Amrutha snacks is a normal snacks corner/ hotel which has a variety of snacks and main course too. Let me tell, each and evry dish over here is so tempting, looks so good and smells veryyy good. I ordered the special pav bhaji and shev puri and it was sooo delicious. Like it one of the best pav bhajis I ever had. Shev puri totally looked like heaven. There are many more options like sandwiches, dosa, Idli, and resr south indian dishes. The menu also has roti sabji and rices. They serve fresh juices too. Over all its a very good place to visit if you are a hard core foodie.

The pav bhaji here is the best in town. Taste is very consistent. Lot of other restaurants claim to be the best pav bhaji, but amruta has no match.
The_Fooditor
Amruta is a good fast food as well as regular eating joint near thane station. Very fast service. Paneer bhurji and roti is nicely prepared. Pavbhaji is also good. Table space and sitting is very tiny. All is well as far as taste of the food is concern. Value for money place.

One of my favourite place to have Pav Bhaji and been going to this place since many years and this place has never disappointed me!
The restaurant is quite small with a simple ambience with good cleanliness! And yes everything is available at pocket friendly prices!
Usually this place has waiting on weekends!
My usual order

PavBhaji + 2 Pav Extra
Mausambi Juice
Tawa Pulav

Just Perfect meal I should say!

P.S- You shouldn't miss their Pav Bhaji!

Amruta has been famous in Thane mainly because of their Pav Bhaji. I have been visiting this place since a few years now specially to have their Cheese Pav Bhaji. Pav bhaji is one of the most liked dishes for almost every mumbaikar. And although it might seem a not so complicated dish, it's certainly difficult to Ace. With that said, Amruta has managed to keep that original pav bhaji taste intact over the years

What I Had :

1.) Cheese Pav Bhaji :
Good amount of cheese that mixes quite well with the bhaji and enhances its taste considerably.
4.6/5

2.) Special Pav Bhaji :
Plain old classic pav bhaji what would make you lick the plate clean. The only thing missing was a good amount of butter. Apart from that, it was quite brilliant.
4.4/5
This place is good for fast food.
I had the pavbhaji which was yum. The service was also pretty quick.
The ambience was neat and clean.
If tired shopping near Thane station, you can try out this place.

After reading reviews went to try their pav bhaji.. the best part was it was served hot... the taste was average though ..

Staff is courteous and polite

It's a quick turnaround place .. so the serving time is hardly 5-10 mins

Overall ok and can go if you are in market and are superb hungry...
One of the best vegetarian hotel near (walkable distance) Thane Station (west).
Famous for Pav bhaji, but other food items are also tasty.
Must try delicious 'Dahi vada'.

Amruta in Thane West is quite well known for their Pav bhaji. It is served with Raita and Papad and tastes really good. If you are near Naupada make sure you taste their Pav Bhai.

Hotel amruta is near to thane station, its the best place to order south Indian dishes and its very famous for pav bhaji. Amruta was a very favorite restaurant to have pav bhaji in school. Morning time uncle visit to have chai and coffee. I love pav bhaji, masala dosa, cheese masala dosa, idli and medu vada, panner subji, falooda, etc. Highly recommend this place for pav bhaji lovers
Vaishnavi Gokhale
The hotel ambience is very average. No proper ventilation facility. We had ordered one pav bhaji. It was completely disgusting. All the masala were uncooked which we could feel while eating it. While paying the bill, we told the cashier that the pav bhaji was not cooked properly. The cashier yelled out at us loudly. Very bad treatment and rude staff.
Food Villa
I would hav given excellent rating to this place for such Appetizing food bt that one star is missing only for the Ambience that is Not upto mark at this place.. may be it is because of the location bt atleast Air Conditioning should be available 🙄
Hoggermeister
Shoppers at Thane market go here after a tiring evening to refresh themselves and refill their bellies. Even though they serve VEG ONLY, it's quite a popular hangout. I had three items here on my latest visit:
1) butter dosa
2) palak khichdi
3) methi pao bhaji
The Dosa was crisp and the chutney-sambhar was well done. Methi Pao bhaji did not tasted less like Pao bhaji and more like methi bhaji.

Amruta -
Frankly speaking it serves one of the best Pav Bhaji in Thane for many years I have been going there it's a best option to have pav bhaji here if you are around Thane station.

It's a small and crowded place walkable from Thane station platform no 1.

Our last visit was on weekend evening after shopping we went there it was crowded as that was evening time but soon we manage to get table we took menucard although our order was fix which was pav bhaji 😋 we ordered pav bhaji and juice as they also provide good options of juices as well.

They serve quickly and bhaji and pav are worth taking more we took 4 pavs extra which were soft and loaded with lot of butter😀

In our next visit I am gonna try other dishes as there were lot of options I saw in menu.

Food - 5/5
Service - 4/5
Ambiance - 3.5/5
Cheese Bhaji

I have been here since my childhood days. The most favorite order is Pav Bhaji. As time passed by the taste had some variations with size of servings. Now a days it gets alittle heavier on your pocket in comparison to the size of the delivery bowl. But all in all taste wise it is yum.
Shakti Nayan
It's an amazingly compact outlet! And they offer the best fast food in Thane. Arguably so, not many can match the taste of Chole Bhature and defend the northern style of cuisines in Mumbai/ Thane as outlet. It's fairly economical like Haldirams. So whenever you are near the Thane station, grab a bite♥️
Abhishek Pitale
One of the oldest restaurants in Thane
Provides scrumptious pav bhaji out there
Though the taste has been bit reduced in upcoming year's it's worth try.
It's a basic family restaurant don't expect fancy Ambience
Ambience 3/5
Taste 4/5
Value for money 5/5

A good place for vegetarians to rejoice, with lip smacking pav bhaji's and pulao's. Good for a nice indian evening snack. One of the most iconic restaurants of Thane west.

3.5⭐
Nice and clean near Thane station...
Nothing special to offer .....
But old restaurant near crowded area....
More of Breakfast type ....
If you are confused where to eat then this can be a good option...
Pav Bhaji , South Indian , Sandwiches served here
The breakfast for 1 with tea can go up to 150/- to 200/-
😋😋😋
Best snack center near Thane station, clean and good service. Sandwiches are enough in quantity and quality. Seasonal juices like mango also available

"Ek special Pav Bhaji" is what I order before opening the menu card. Been here several times and the taste never changes.

Pav Bhaji : The buttery pav bhaji here can challenge the legendary ones in Mumbai. Medium spicy bhaji, served with equally buttery pav and onion-cucumber raita. Yum!

Paneer Biryani : People who say Veg Biryani isn't real, ought to pay this place a visit. Large quantity of perfectly made biryani, served with chole, achar and lemon wedges. This with the pav bhaji makes a great meal!

Ratings:
Taste : 5/5
Quantity : 5/5

Will I ever stop going here? No!

Archis Chhatre
One of the well known hotel I know.It also serves the best Pav Bhaaji in Thane.A very well reputed place to have food.Seating arrangements are perfect for the type of food they serve. It is light on pocket as well.It is well known for South Indian dishes too,but i have yet not tried.Pav Bhaaji is really excellent and full of flavours. It is served with curd in which there are nicely chopped onions and tomatoes.I did not like the combination of Pav Bhaaji with salad. As im not used to it.I prefer chopped onion and coriander on it.Some people may like it.You must visit this place for pav bhaaji and lassi. It is very close to Thane station.
Neha Gurale
Amruta!

One of the oldest restaurants in Thane city!
Located at just 5 minutes away from Thane station. So easily accessible. Parking is also available outside the outlet. Sitting area is quite limited.

This place has been famous for the Pav Bhaji which is served here. So I was excited to try out that. But it didn't quite stand my expectations. The flavors were not that nicely blended and it almost tasted bland. Over the years the quality has been degraded a lot. For the price, you pay it was not worth it. Also, hygiene was not maintained and the service was not good too. So improvements need to be done.

#tastentell

Very famous fast food outlet near station which is mainly known for its pav bhaji, but their south Indian breakfasts are amazing as well. This is one of the few places where you'll get 3 IDLIs in one plate IDLI.little curry leaves and coconut pieces enhance the Taste of Medu wada. Onion uttappa is very good. Sambar is to die for ...
Ambience 3/5
Food 4/5

On bucket list since a long time. The Aroma of spicy garlicky pav bhaji finally pulled us in this time.

It’s a old little restaurant serving udipi breakfast items, pav bhaji and punjabi food. Pav bhaji being their forte, we ordered for a ‘Special Pav Bhaji’. It came in pretty quick. The pav and bhaji was served with vegetable raita on the side which was new. It smelled good and we digged in. The bhaji tasted good, garlic lovers would love this. Pav however just had namesake butter(I am the sardar pav kinda person) where the dish isn’t complete without a slab of butter in there!

It’s a decent place for a quick bite when in the market area.

Hotel is quite nice. The food served here is healthy and delicious. I would recommend Pav Bhaji at this restaurant. Note : Restaurant accepts Sodexo passes

My childhood favourite place. The best Pav bhaji in the world. No joke. Pav bhaji being my favourite food i have tried my fair share of it, but have not come across which is even comparable to this. If you are a die heart fan of Pav Bhaji like me then this is the place for you. Just go and try it you won't regret it promise.

When you are walking by in the Naupada area and a strong tomato-garlicky aroma wafts from a place, you can be sure that you are near Amruta. A fast food centre reminiscent of many similar eateries of the 90s, Amruta dishes out simple Indian fare such as dosas, chaat and pav bhaaji (supposedly their USP).

The dosas and milkshakes are decent, with a special mention to their seasonal mango milkshake, with fresh alphonso pieces, as also the seasonal strawberry milkshake. The rest of the stuff is passable, but the pav bhaji to me smelled much better than it tasted. The garlic in it was so overpowering that it didn't leave room for any other flavour. Strictly avoidable if you don't want your breath to reek of garlic.

Had ordered special pav bhaji parcel the day before. It was the worst pav bhaji I have ever had. Was very bland and it seemed just as an overdose of coloured gravy.
Have had it many times before from here and it tasted good but this time it was just a waste of money.
First.V.Feast
This is one of those old style Udipi restaurant where you can find lip smacking Pav Bhaji which they serve with a special vegetable raita. Not seen this accompaniment at any place else. Love the Veg Cheese Pizza which is made with toppings of Tomato, Capsicum, Onions and loads of cheese which gets crispy as they grill it in old style OTG oven. The south indian fixes are all awesome and I highly recommend the Onion Uttapa. Service is super fast and the restaurant is pocket friendly as well.

Its a Hidden Gem😍😍😍
One of the best place in thane serving Delicious Pav bhaji. Located within hundred meters from Thane station, This place doesn't keep a stone unturned to please your yummy tummy.
Cheese Pav Bhaji my all time favourite dish here, the taste of bhaji you get here is unparalleled with pav which is full of butter.
Manchurian Idli is again their signature dish which was recommended by them, and no surprise it was complete yummm. The idli inside is soft and covered by crispy layer of marination.
Service is quick..... food is tastiest.... Comfortable stittings...What more you want from a street food joint??

For a Pav Bhaji lover, it's not that difficult to find the best eatery around and I found the Amruta restaurant for my Sunday lunch. Very convenient from thane station. Ordered Pav bhaji and it was delicious. No disappointment. Small restaurant and value for money.

Ratings
Pav bhaji: 4/5
Overall: 3/5

The Pav bhaji is finger licking good here !
Almost on every table I saw a pav bhaji plate. Went there on a weekend. Waiting queue starts after 7 pm ish on weekends.
In the evenings, pav bhaji and dosas are served, main course items can be ordered after 7.15 p.m.
But do visit this place to try Pav bhaji at least !
Pav bhaji is a bit spicy and very tasty !
Attached pics of Pav bhaji and Khada pav bhaji with this review.
A place where you can have some quick bites. This is a feasible place for people who come for some random shopping around gaavdevi road Thane. Pav bhaji is what people opt for here. Worth a try.
Madhuraa Giri
Pav bhaji is the best food item in here to opt for.
But the day before yesterday wen I ordered Cheese Bhaji, he used unhygienic water which had a layer of oil, topped with few corainder leaves and also the water wasn't crystal clear it had turned into brownish yellow and with the help of this water he made my bhaji into gravy form.

Best cheese pavbhaji EVER! Been going here since I was a lil girl and still till date the taste of pavbhaji is the same. Pavbhaji with their yummy juices is the ultimate combo. Except that, all of the other items are really good for their price. Be it snack items, South Indian and chinese, I really like this resto for its simplicity and affordability. Must go for the cheese pavbhaji though ♥️♥️♥️

If you are in Thane, and feel like having Pav Bhaji, this is the place for you.
This is perfectly located near Thane station west
Usually crowded at lunch and dinner time, but it's worth waiting even if you are hungry.
I have been here multiple times just to satisfy my taste buds for Pav Bhaji only.
Resto is bit small.
Service is above average.
Cost is average, not felt like overcharged.
Ambience: average.

P.S.: 4star only for maintaining that quality taste of Pav Bhaji.

¶ Try Pavbhaji, which is of course their speciality.

¶ Other than that opt for South Indian food which is also their speciality.

I usually prefer south Indian food over pavbhaji whenever I visit this place.

Service : 4/5
Food taste : 4/5
Price : 3.5/5
A famous place to have pav bhaji in thane. It is small restaurant near Thane station and always crowded. Ambiance is simple and service is fast. Here you dont have to wait to get pav bhaji.
It is famous for pavbhaji but They have good south Indian food too.

Things we ordered:

🔹 Special Pavbhaji -
Pavbhaji was delicious but for 140Rs they provide less quantity. They served raita, onion and lemon with pavbhaji. Pav was buttery.

🔹Idali sambhar- Idali sambhar was tasty. For 55 rs they provide 3 big idalis with lots of sambhar and tasty chutney.

If you are near Thane station ,try atleast once.
Prathamesh Madkaikar
Please ignore the ambience and seating arrangements... go there for one of the best Paav Bhaji in Thane. It's just perfect... and you can get it till 1 am.
There South Indian dishes are also famous.
And it doesn't take a toll on your wallet. It's very reasonable

Pav Bhaji... So delicious it was !
For Rs. 140 per plate, the quantity wasn't enough.. perhaps they charge for the treat they give to your taste buds !
Also, I felt the cheese quantity was more for the Bhaji which made it taste all cheesy giving less feel of the Bhaji itself !
The other thing we tried was Dahi Puri which all o my friends loved..and I just liked ! I mean it was ok ok.. not bad !
Service was great! Quick!
It's a congested place.. but didn't feel like suffocating inside !
Near station and hungry ? Grab your google maps and end here. At a walking distance of 5 mins from the station. Amruta is special for its Pavbhaji - perfectly spicy, buttery and delicious! Chat lovers do try their dahi sev batata puri.

The name that you can blindly trust. This place has been famous for it's finger licking delicious pav bhaji since long time . The perfect blend of spices makes it amazing. There is no other place in Thane which would offer such a buttery pav bhaji at such a cheap price . Biryani tastes equally good.
Also they serve a great variety of south indian delicacies
Aniruddha Pawse
didn't deliver order after confirming it on zomato. They are not interested in doing serious hotel business. During personal visit whenever we ask for some menu they don't have it or say it will take time. In past it was good.
Sweta Chatterjee
King of Pav Bhaji since years. This was a go to place for hanging out since years. Before the advent of numerous cafes where youngsters flocked. Situated near station and hence is always buzzing with activity. Apart from their pav bhaji which is world famous in Thane, there puri bhaji, Dahi puri & Paneer Bhurji are worth mentioning. I have rated this so high because they are prompt in service, priced fairly & maintain a healthy kitchen. (you can actually go through their kitchen)
Aaranka
After hearing alot about this place and its famous pav bhaji i thought to try it out. They have varieties of pav bhaji like paneer, cheese and tukda pav bhaji but i thought to taste the Special one and added more spicy.

SPECIAL PAV BHAJI - i didn't find anything special about it, tasted just normal. Also after having said to make it spicy it was normal.Anyways it tasted good and they served it with raita but the bhaji taste was not what i expected it to be.(something yummy or finger licking good)

Overall
Its okay to try it out the place is also good and pocket friendly just like normal restaurants.

Food - 3/5
Ambience - 3.5/5
Value for money - 4/5

Whenever you are hungry some places have a certain pull which takes you towards them. Such is Amruta on the busy Thane West road when you smell the divine smell of pav bhaji being cooked nothing stops you there. Me and my family are fans of these and we always find reasons to take pav bhaji a s a takeaway from here. The taste is absolutely spot on and just keep you wanting more..They serve Raita along with it which just goes perfectly with it😍

One of the oldest restos in town which serves delicious pav bhaji..also all of their south indian dishes on menu taste good..their malai kulfi is my fav..quick service..budget friendly...

Best Pav Bhaji in Thane!
We come here on a weekly basis. They prepare the food the way we want it. Staff is super friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

This is my "Friday Man" restaurant whenever im stuck at Naupada. If you want some reasonably priced vegetarian food coupled with fresh fruit juices, this is the place to go.
Tried
1. Dal rice meal - fultoo paisa vasool
2. Snacks such as wada sambhar etc - fresh and best
3. Pav bhaji - piping hot and fresh
4. Fresh juices - cannot complain

Cons
1. Tight and limited seating
OmiOnFood
The restaurant is famous for its late night operations. Its vicinity to station and bazaar area gives it an edge. Though it cater to masses, i find the place shabbily kept. I have been there many times, but the last time I was here, i had somewhat bad experience. Tables being cleaned with same old clothe, gave the place very bad smell. The uttapa, i ordered was also burnt.

I suppose the customer volume may amount to delay in service, but cannot justify unhygienic practices and shabbiness.
Amruta Bhosale
Locate at very busy road in Thane .The pav bhaji here is very famous and popular .But when it comes to service it is very poor and staff ,waiters are very rude with no manners to talk with customer
Must try veg pulav and pav bhaji
Atul Sawant
Easy to locate this place. Average food, famous for it's paav bhaji but didn't find anything interesting about it. Other foods are also average. Ambience is also not that good, so is the service..
Shraddha
This place only has one advantage that it is located in busy area otherwise nobody would like to visit there... This place is not at all hygienic.. we orders food and waiter gave us some dirty dishes which was having blakish water on it and addition to that he was cleaning that in front of us with dirty cloth..when I ask him to change plate he was telling us that he only only these plated which are relatively clean ...Can u imagine the Staff and hygiene...Its pathetic

I went to this hotel today cz the smell of pav bhaji was very tempting.I thought to give it a try.so I ordered one.First thing, they did not serve it hot,as pav bhaji should be served.Secondly the taste was bitter, literally bitter.last bt not the least quantity was very very less. The cost was Rs.110 and the food was nothing worth it.Do not try pav bhaji over here.

Amruta (Naupada) - My Food Journey
Review No. 813

An unknown food outlet and a totally new place for me in Mumbai. Went here with an old school friend to this commercial (mediocre) shopping arcade as my friend stays nearby. While I was wanting to have some Bombay vada pavs but we ended-up having his favourite 'pav bhaji' of this place. I simply loved its taste and must say that these guys make authentic pav bhaji and one of the serving staff said, without butter, taste of pav doesn't come out well so our pav bhaji was a calorie climber but loved enjoying our mid day meal here. They have lots in store with South Indian as well as Maharashtrian menu listing. Its a small place but service here is good.
Till now, the best of pav bhaji I have tasted in Mumbai is at Govindashram in Dombivai East and perhaps, I havent checked out the best of pav bhaji places in Main Mumbai till now (hope to do so in times ahead).

This is one of the place to eat good pavbhaji. They serve pavbhaji with raita which is good too. They dont add any colour in pavbhaji. Other items dosa, biryani, shevpuri etc are good too. Food in cooked in double refined oil. Food is tasty and hygienic too. Juices are very good and fresh.

V unhygienic pav bhaji I used to be a regular visitor fr south Indian and pav bhaji one day found a cockroach n dish when asked the staff they were so rude and arrogant.stopped visiting from that time

The signature dish here is pav bhaji be it regular or cheesy. The tables and sitting arrangement are a bit congested. Main course and other snack items are just fine.

It is one of the oldest outlet near station. They have good Pav Bhaji. Worth a try! Rest is regular menu like every snack restaurant. Better than Aalok and Shiv Sagar though!

My second day in Mumbai and a friend ordered Dal Khichdi Tadka and Masala Pav in dinner. I never knew that Marathi cuisine is not just spicy but fiery in taste. Masala Pav was appetizing and hot at the same while Dal Khichdi Tadka was smooth with a little extra garnishing of garlic.
In my opinion, Amruta has a long menu covering a variety of choices at nominal prices.

One of the oldest veg hotels in the area, Amruta is located on the very busy main Gokhale road just behind the street florists, this location is its biggest advantage apart from its good simple food.
Its a small place but unmissable due to the mouth watering aroma of pav bhaji that comes from here day in n day out.

Must have is ofcourse the very famous pav bhaji and its spin off the masala pav.
The bhaji is mashed mixed veggies done on the tava, mixed with generous amounts of butter. Served with pav (local bakery breads) soaked in butter and absolutely tasty ! Its mildly spicy and very filling.

Its other variations worth trying are the cheese pav bhaji (good if u love anything topped with cheese), Jain pav bhaji (sans the onions n garlic) and paneer/mushroom pav bhaji.

Prices having gone up over the years, 2 piece masal pav 110/- but the rates of South Indian dishes are value for money and they are fine taste wise as well especially medu vada sambar, idli sambar (3 pieces), onion uttappa, etc.

Overall good old Amruta snacks worth trying whenever you are in the vicinity.

A major crowd puller owing to its proximity to Thane station. Serves Punjabi, South Indian, the typical menu. Pav Bhaji is one of my favorites (the amount of butter he puts is staggering). Medu wada, idli, dosa are decent. Don't venture to the rear side (kitchen is located here) or you may stop coming because of hygiene presumptions.

PS: I have never fallen ill after eating here.

Located on the Gokhale Road of Thane, is this restaurant which has been serving some decent food for many years. I came across a lot of praise for their Pav Bhaji & Masala Pav on a couple of blogs & on Zomato as well.

Since I was in the vicinity today, I thought of dropping in and having a reality check by myself.

WADA SAMBAR [INR 65]
Wada’s are big in size and crunchy as well with bits of coconut in them. The Sambar is a blend made with too much of jiggery / sugar added to it. The spice is very minimalistic but the sweetness messes up the Sambar big time. The chutney is made from coconut shavings & is of a running consistency.

PAV BHAJI [INR 110]
This place does serve a subtly flavoured and mildly spiced Pav Bhaji. The Bhaji is pretty good actually and is counted as the BEST Pav Bhaji served in Thane.
The Bhaji is made like any regular but has been spared the overdose of Garam Masala or Pav Bhaji masala. The only thing that they overdo is the butter content. The Bhaji is also devoid of any colour.
Only thing to complain is the quantity, which I found to be pretty much less than most places. They serve Pav Bhaji is moulded steel plates and serve the Bhaji in the slot where most restaurants serve the Pav i.e. in the smaller shaped mould; the reason for this "out of the plate thinking" is unknown.
They also serve a nicely prepared Raita with the Pav Bhaji. Unlike most restaurants where the Raita is the most neglected preparation and is usually watery, this restaurant uses a good amount of curd to prepare a nice Raita of thick consistency.
RECOMMENDED.

CHHASS [INR 25]
I had asked for plain chaass; I detest the Chutney Chhass, as I call it, which is made adding too much ginger, pudina & green chili to the plain Chhass. It was made nicely made using fresh & creamy curd, it was nice coolant in the sweltering heat.

Service is efficient and they ensure customer turnover happens at a decent pace.

Price wise I found the Wada to be very expensive and the quantity of the Bhaji to less than what ought to be served for the price charged.

They have a quite a few varieties in the Pav Bhaji section and are known for their Masala Pav as well. I would surely visit again for the Masala Pav & Pav Bhaji.

Food Quality – 3.5/5
Food Quantity – 3/5
Ambience – 3.5/5
Service – 3.5/5
Price – 3/5

Another place i just had to try the Paav Bhaaji.

After an afternoon in Gokhale street shopping, we decided to drop in for snacks and fueling up.

The place is crowded quite a lot, so we ordered Paav Bhaji so we get served quickly and head back out.

As it was busy we got a bit delayed but it was worth it. The paav bhaji is excellent.

Swarms of people outside means its good. so take my word and head on over atleast for the PAav Bhaaji

Tasted one of the worst pav bhaji. Was so disappointed. Will not be ever ordering from this one. Experienced how a simple dish loved by most can go horribly wrong.

Have Pav Bhaji! You won't need anything else. And even if you go for something else you would be equally pleased! Foodies, pav bhaji a must try!
