Review Cream Chills - Thane

The place is huge. They have constructed a sitting area for around 12-13 tables. We had ordered Willy Wonka, an Oreo milkshake and a Strawberry milkshake. Except for the Oreo milkshake, I was satisfied with the other two as the quantity of Oreo was less and that of milk was more. I could get the taste of milk more than the combination of both. Usually, the other outlets of cream chills do not take as much time to serve as this outlet took.

A new Look, New Branding and some new Menu.. What more can Ice Cream Lovers As For.. My Recent Visit to Cream Chills Was Really Good.. After Really Long Time i Had Yummiest Ice Cream in Town. This Place was really Spacious enough The place was well maintained. Enough space proper sitting Arrangements. At Cream Chills i had my most amazing experience with my family. Quality wise it the best option to choose from. It have wide varieties of ice creams to try from.. Staff was well maintained.. and the service was quiet fast.. Loved the ambience of Cream Chills.. 🤩✌

Cream Chills as the name sounds really a chilling place to have different kinds of Ice creams at Thane. The place is located on main street. It has 2 seating areas for approximately 50 people. Both areas are air-conditioned, so that you'll have a good feel of eating ice cream here. Interior is also good. Staff is nice & service is also good. Nice place if you want to have an ice cream party with family & friends.

Had this casaata ice cream, one of the best I've ever had.. it's really tasty with Rich flavors and the bread at the bottom is really juicy and soft. The other other item I had was the kulfi fondue with variety of kulfi bytes and chocolate sauce to pour on then and also white cream on the kulfi pieces And lastly.. the sitafal cream is the best seasonal item you can have.. this item always wins the heart❤️

What a place with plenty variety of ice creams with their unique style, always crouded even in rainy season, very quick service and nicely maintained, many outlet's are opened in all corners of City. Been regular here since i can remember! Eating ice creams makes me happy. It's mouth watering dessert for everyone!! Cream Chills Icecream is one of the bestest Icecream parlour and it's prepration itself is simply amazing. I am a big fan of cream chills. One of the most loved and star product for me is Gadbad Icecream and Sizzling Brownie followed with Gulkand icecream.

Place is Situated in good accessible location. There is even Timed parking spots there, though all the spots are mostly filled and parking gets a little difficult. The interior is clean and well air conditioned. The Sitting arrangement is also proper. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Ice cream quality as shown in their menu is not the same. Little bit of difference in what u see and what you get. Otherwise the taste is good and Presentation is also good. Serving time can take upto 10 to 15 min.

They provide varieties of Icecreams right from varieties of scoops, fruit salads, kulfi, chocolate special icecreams, shakes, smoothies, brownies, Gadbad special and many more. Also they have two cone options one is the regular one and another is the waffle cone. I tasted a lot of scoops Chocolate Chip being the favourite. Always ask for the Waffle Cone💯 I also had Sizzling Brownie it was very good. Fruit Salad is also a good go. Gadbad is a must try. It is served with three diffrent scoops, jelly and various other things. Also Death By Chocolate is a good option if you are a choclate lover just like me. they have varied options of ice cream i really loved the taste of willy wonka! it had white chocolate waffle balls, chocolate waffle sticks and what not😍 chocolate fudge was awesome with loads of choco chips 😋 but i would say that taste of ice cream was moreover like khulfi but overall great taste! must visit this place to experience amazing ice creams!

A very old and popular icecream parlour near to Talao Pali on the Ram Maruti Road, known for its variety of icecreams with pocket friendly rates. Definitely recommended to visit once. The Gadbad icecream is very popular and in the summer, the mango icecream becomes trending.

I and my friends came to celebrate Birthday of my friend on 5th Aug 2019 at around 11 pm. As always we were interested in ordering some Exotic icecream dishes. But then we changed our mind and we tried to order Sundae Special which is worth Rs. 200. When we tried to order, they said that we Cant Serve the Icecreams which are already Packed ( for eg:- Family pack ). But after requesting them to serve, they said we will serve u, but u have to Pay Rs. 30 Extra other than CGST & SGST. I said CGST & SGST is Ok bcoz u are serving Family pack in Restaurant, but why Rs. 30 more other than that. Also they said we will give u only Spoon and No Plates. We asked the Manager and he too said the same. So we were disappointed, but we dont want to ruin my friends Birthday and so we ordered other icecream dishes. But this is the way that Creamchills treat their Customers. Also they said that Rs. 30 extra will Not be Mentioned in Bill. Do Creamchills follows Illegal Money Levy Policies in Icecream Parlour? This is Pathetic and i dont think the Customer deserves such Illegal Money Leving Ice cream parlour. The ice cream was good but service policies Sucks. PLEASE CREAMCHILLS TAKE THIS ISSUE INTO CONCERN.

The staff is very polite here. They are the ones who serve one of the best ice creams in thane. A must recommend would be chocolate fudge. It comes in a medium glass properly decorated. It's great in taste and filling .

Someone special took me to this place which is near by to thane station west,this place offers a huge variety of desserts not just ice-creams but also smoothies,thick shakes, milkshakes and fudges. We ordered one Butterscotch fudge which was way too much mouthwatering,I just couldn't stop myself till the last bite of it, it was simply crunchie as the nuts takes away all your thirst for your dessert along with that we also ordered Mango Mastani which gave us an immense pleasure for this season. This place has been best joint for ice cream time since school days. It continues to serve great taste and variety in their ice cream menu. Date: 27th May - Its no more a pocket friendly parlour.. But quality is excellent. But Mango faluda and sitafal mastani was not upto the mark. Mango faluda was very diluted (milky and not creamy) and sitafal pulp was sour in taste and it had become acidic. I gave this feedback to one of the staff and told them to pass it to management so that same lot of pulp will not be given to others.<br/><br/>Pocket friendly AC icecream parlour for many years.. Though recently rates have increased a bit.. We have visited atleast 40-50 times to this icecream parlour.. We have tried Sitafal mastani, Gadbad, choco fantacy, chocolate brownie with icecream, fruitsalad with icecream, sitafal cream, kesar falooda and many more.<br/><br/>This has never disappointed us till now. Ambience wise its old and needs renovation.. Staff is courteous and well mannered..<br/><br/>They have Icecream Cakes as well for birthday parties. I am surely gonna try it some day.

Went there on weekend.. Place was pretty much bigger than it looks from outside. You can see lot of new options and choices on menu . After placing order, service was quick. Ice creams were tasty too. And brownies were too yummy. Just after changing GST and CST to 5%-5% yet they charged 9%-9% on our total bill.

So this was the first time I went to this place. A friend recommended it and took me there. We had their death by chocolate and black forest slice. The ice cream was well presented but the taste was very normal as compared to the prices. It is a place where you want to go only if you need to pass time as there are not many options nearby.<br/><br/>P.S: There were a lot of cockroaches also hanging out over there. Although we did ask the staff to get a pest control done. But please go there on your own risk only.

Too expensive compared to the cost charged. Not ready to deliver order for home delivery despite placing order above Rs. 320/- whereas they have clearly mentioned on zomato that will provide home delivery above rs. 200/- order. Despite being loyal and their very old customer, staff was quite rude and arrogant. Insisting on call to give more order if want delivery else won't take order.. Heights!! There are much better options out there!! SUGGEST YOU CHOOSE OTHER OPTIONS THAN CREAM CHILLS!!

I have been coming to cream chills since a long time... All time classics are chocolate fudge (top of my list),gadbad, dilkhush, many... Yesterday I went there after a long time tried their new ice-creams ferrero Roche, ohhh it was so yumm like eating chocolate itself... my dad ordered willy woka all chocolate browniee it was yum too all this a waffle cup... I'll recommend it to everyone try the new ice creams and new flavours

price is somewhat on the higher side for what you are getting. 70% for quality and taste. Some similarly priced items differ vastly in quantity. The cherries they use are those super sweet ones with their seeds removed (I hate such cherries).....not the actual soft and sour ones. They have a huge variety of items, which is a plus. Overall, a good, but not a great place.

Had been here...good place...perfect flavours for ice creams...one can try falooda's...milkshakes with vanilla scoop...sitafal cream and seasonal mango cream was awesome...pocket friendly...if visiting first time landmark can be PNG jewellers or else near to talao pali...a must try in summer...

Its located in one of the lanes of Ram Maruti Road and i just love this ice cream parlour. They have AC as well Non AC section. My personal favorites are chocolate fudge (its literally gives chocolategasm), parfait, kulfis (damn they are so good) also do try their natural ice cream flavours outta which i love the coconut one. Recently my dad bought some cornettos of blackcurrant and butterscotch flavours and they were good. Not a cornetto lover but i found them decent enough. Well stick to their unique ice cream creations. Their packaging is good too for take aways.

This place never ever disappoints me. They have variety of items on their menu. Quality and quantity is at its best. Good place to hangout with family and friends. Badshaah Falooda, Light house are some of the must try items. Service is good, they serve with smile. Only one suggestion, they should introduce new items as well, at least during summer vacations or festival seasons.

Awesome place to hog for Icecream, their tender coconut is not so tender. But they have a variety of Icecream flavors right from vanilla to pan masala. Their light house ice cream is a must try, very nicely presented and it tastes really good. The staff is not very cooperative and friendly, otherwise the place is wonderful.

Creamchills is 'The' place for icecream lovers!! My favourite is butterscotch fudge since its my favourite icecream flavour. The walnut brownie tastes good too. Creamchills is better known for its variety of icecreams and we have alot to choose from.

We went casually on A Sunday evening, but the experience turned out very nice. Good icecreams, good service, great experience together. Gadbad and falooda were very nice. Really enjoyed.
