Located close to Thane railway station. Good place to grab a quick bite. Place has ample seating arrangement on the upper floor. Service was quick and the staff were nice. The ambience wasn't that great.

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received! Today, I was craving a delicious burger, but I couldn't decide what to order. Luckily, I reached out to the restaurant staff for their recommendation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the customized burger they prepared for me. This outlet is very well maintained and hygiene although being crowded. Staff are very nice and polite. Situated very next to thane station west at 2min walkable. If you plan to go by personal vehicle please note there is no parking available and you wont be able to wait in your vehicle for long as the road passing by has high traffic movement.

Really good place uf you love to eat burgers! Their gourmet cheese collection is very tasty and also many food items are with reasonable price! So worth money. There is place to sit and eat and also can get delivered or takeaway option is available.safety norms were checked and overall good experience.

I had a recent issue with my order, but the way it was handled by the Thane Station outlet team was exceptional. They reached out, apologized sincerely, and even asked to redeliver my order. The store incharge, in particular, she was incredibly polite and proactive. It's this level of customer service that keeps me coming back to McDonald's. This McDonald's is pretty close to the thane railway station, this place is nice but is crowded most of the time and I've had a bit of trouble finding a table to sit other than that , this is a decent place. It's a McDonald's, so I won't be writing anything about the food, it's the same as any other McDonald's.

The delivery guy lied about reaching the location and calling us for directions. Not jus that, without delivering the order he marked the status as delivered on the app. I had already paid the money online. There was no notification or a call of the orde being taken back to the store.<br/>When I called the store to enquire about this, the replies were only filled with more lies. I am a regular McD foodie before Corona Lockdown. Now that I want to order from McD, I was going through the photos attached for showing safety measures. I was shocked to see that none of the employees packaging or cleaning or in the restaurant had face masks on them!<br/>This is a very serious concern and even though govt is insisting on wearing masks. I was about to order something from McD but now that I've seen the pics, I'm not certain that I can due to lack of safety measures. Apologies McD team.

Been there for quick bite. We order Big spicy chicken wrap, Fries with peri peri mix with soft drinks. We generally eat normal french fries becz they are cheap and affordable but at McDonald if you want to taste something new you can try it with peri peri mix definitely yes. The big chicken wrap is excellent & you really need a very good appetite to resist the hotness not for one who do not prefer or like less hotter foods.They always maintain cleanness which is most important part and that's y I love McDonald's

McDonald's is one of my very go to places for eating as it's burger and naan is very affordable for anyone . The fries are the besttt and taste like heaven ,you can't get those tasty fries anywhere other than McDonald's . The icecreams are also very affordable ,the softies are the bestt . Sorry! Bt the new whole wheat bread dsnt seem whole wheat....the taste is also real bad! The patties are no more like before nor in taste nor in size! For a 90's kid, McDonald's will always be a place that they've seen growing up along with them. The memories attached with this place are some of the best times we've had as kids. It was a luxury back in the days and celebrating your birthday at McDonald's was a big deal! Me and my friends had a crazy collection of those scented erasers in the shape of fries and all that shindig. One of my favorites is the chocolate shake and I always get it in place of the coke with every meal. The McSpicy chicken burger is another one of my favourites. A medium McSpicy chicken meal with chocolate shake (instead of coke) can make my mood go from grumpy to happy real quick!

I love your drinks especially the slushes but you advertise the burgers really big and when you get there it’s too really thin pieces of meat. If you improve on that and maybe have another flavor of ice cream I would give you 5 stars. Love your slushes, get one whenever I can. Thank you for having them!

Very close to the Thane railway station, this outlet if McDonald's is quite spacious and well lit. The staff here is very cordial and prompt. This is not a McCafe so that is a slight turnoff but you get basic cold coffee here. I have ordered as well as taken away food from this McDonald's outlet in numerous occasions and the food has always been warn, fresh and perfectly packed. All in all, a good hangout spot which is usually very crowded in the evenings (Even on weekdays)

I visited this place a few days back, I regular visit this place, but that day waiter introduced us with some new offer on McDonald's application and we ordered through those offers but while leaving the waiter asked for a tip. A DayafterYesterday I visited here with my friend,it's was a worst experience I ever had,we all know it's a self-service,they can't even follow the instructions which I given to them & they haven't given the ketchup, tissue & chilli sauce with order Everytime I have to come & ask for the same, first of all the guy who took my order he forget after punching, thank God he didn't forget take money with me, those guys need a proper training, management should look after them what they are doing in a outlet,never ever going to visit McDonald now #tumharatimenahiaayega....😠
