Review Fishland - Thane

I went to Fish Land for dinner last weekend. The overall experience was good. The food taste and quality was good. Paya soup was excellent. Bombil fry was good and so was chicken sukha. We went for vada instead of the regular bread menu - roti/naan/kulcha but vada was okay, not that great when it comes to taste. The restaurant ambience is decent and the service is quick.

I remember visiting Fish land since I was 10 years old- Today, it still has it's authenticity and the taste of the food always top notch! Nostalgic as always❤️

The waiter who took our order was very knowledgeable but the guy who served us food needs a lot of training. Waiting time for food is a lot. Waited for 30 mins for food. Ambience is good. Taste of all items is nice.

I have been here 5 times.The food is really good. The fish items are really good. Clean place good food and reasonable price. Both fish and chicken items are good. Also not much oily. I am adding following after an year later. After eating non veg at almost 20 places in Thane I can say that Fishland serves the best sea food in Thane. I just hope they keep the same quality.

If you are fish food lover then this place is 100% for you. You csn order paya soup, crab soup & lollypop in starter. For main course you can go for thr surmai thali with vade. All dishes are superb tasty. They have parking also so you can enjoy your lunch and dinner without thinking about your vehicle. The staff is polite & service is top class. The hotel serve fish, chicken, mutton & chinese dishes. Without ant second thought you can visit this hotel & i am sure you will definately love the food & you will thank me.🍤🍗🥐🐟🐠

The Prawns thali, Sukkha Macchi and bhakri, Shimple thali, Solkadi are to try for! The place is vibrant, cool and the food is tasty, good, yummmmmie and the staff is quick. 4 years later, the place remains the same - the food remain delicious. Perfect for seafood.. this time had all-time favourite bombil fry and surmai tawa fry. Hands down my favourite seafood restaurant in Thane. The prawns fry is epic and the fish curry is authentic and takes me back to goa. really love the food here. It's known for sea food only. If you're looking for authentic Konkani food, this is the place to go. Their seafood thalis are excellent. The catch is always fresh and the taste is superb. You will never be disappointed with food quality. You should visit if you live sea food

This is a gem for seafood lovers! Amazing food, you will find this place always crowded specially on weekends. We had ordered paya soup crab soup also. We tried Bombil fry, chicken liver oil fry, gabholi(fish eggs) fry. All were very tasty. They have different varieties in chicken and mutton also. Must visit place

So the Orientel kitchen by fish land is located at khopat next to the seafood fish land restaurant. The ambience is quite nice and they have AC as well as non AC seating. We opted for the AC seating. They serves Seafood,Thai and Chinese cuisine. So we ordered- 1) Beverages - A) Non Alcoholic Beer (Peach) - this non alcoholic flavoured beer was quite refreshing and they had multiple flavours too (5/5). 2) Soup - A) Veg steamed Dumpling Soup - this was full of veggies in it and one dumpling piece..it was so flavourful and healthy too (5/5). 3) Starters - A) Kung Pao Cottage Cheese - it was paneer chunks with some veggies and cashews (5/5). 4) Main Course - A) Veg Thai green curry with Steamed Basil Rice - the Thai curry was quite yumm and full of veggies and was going pretty good with the basil rice (5/5). 5) litchy trophy with butter flavour honey vanilla ice cream - it was caramelised balls which was made dates and litchy in it and on top of it vanilla ice cream which was like a cherry on a cake (5/5). Over all a good restaurant to try some good food with your loved ones.... definitely gonna try this restaurant again soon

Oriental kitchen by fishland Oriental kitchen by fishland is located near khopat thane west.! It is a Newly opened place which serves amazing oriental, Chinese, Thai and many more.! Talking about ambience It was really colourful with a warm lighting & comfortable indoor and outdoor sitting arrangement. Place was quite huge and atmosphere was cozy.! Best place to chill out with friends family and with special ones..! Staff was too polite and the service was quick too.!! We had: 🔹Bargican beer: It was non-alcoholic beer. I really love the pineapple flavour. Perfect balance of bitterness with sweetness of fruits. they have eight flavours of brews available..! Taste was good 💯 🔹Asian vegetable soup: Consistency of soup was perfect and the texture, taste and flavour was yummy 😋 Quantity of veggies was impressive.! 🔹Prawns black pepper: If prawns are your favourite seafood then you will love this appetizer. Prawns tossed in flavourful spices with veggies.! Taste and flavour was to good..! Must try💯 🔹Green Thai curry with basil rice: Consistency of the curry was perfect & veggies were well cooked. Curry with full of veggies like mushroom, baby corn, broccoli & zucchini. It was served with basil rice.! Taste and creaminess was very tempting. 🔹Honey tossed noodles: fried flat noodles tossed in a delicious honey syrup, roasted sesame seeds & Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, that goes perfectly well with it. Noodles were crispy & yummy. Highly recommended💯 Overall great experience Special thanks to the entire staff & quantity and quality of food was up to mark.! All the norms of Sanitisation And social distancing were followed.

We had gone there in peak hours on peak day.. service hospitality was good. Food was also nice. Main course Portion sizes could be bigger. They have decent spread in fish variety and dishes.

Food as usual good no complaints. However, portion size seems different in AC vs. non-AC areas. Tried crab soup, surmai tawa fry, prawns sukha, and sol kadi. If you wanna something in medium gravy just go with the sukha option. Semi or full gravy options both are more or less watery. Chatnis (red, green) are must-have. Check Zomato before payment - might get flat 10% off on the bill

Fishland located at khopat is a famous for coastal food, earlier they served amazing food but lately thier food quality and quantity has lowered down. Prawns biryani is amazing and food is good at times and not always.<br/>Staff is unco-operative , thier suggestions were not a good recommendation and this happened twice. So unhappy with the food aswell as there’s no proper space for parking around the area so it creates another unconvenience .

Had ordered paya soup in which I got to see multiple hair in it, had ordered prawns biryani and chicken biryani which was also pathetic, felt like I was eating khichdi, no taste at all...

As new to the city our driver took us to @fishland_restaurant as my father asked our driver for good seafood . Me complete vegetarian ordered schezwan fried and paneer munchurian. I came with my father on this Valentine's Day! ;)<br/><br/>We ordered a variety of dishes ranging from crab soup, surmai fry, pomphret thali, and prawns thali. Each dish had a distinct flavour to it. Even their side dishes were awesome.<br/><br/>The location of the restaurant is at the heart of Thane city (near Khopat bus stand) so it is easy to locate it...<br/><br/>The interior is pleasant and their service was up to the mark.<br/><br/>All in all, it was a great first experience at this restaurant!!

Good experience eating over here. Would suggest the bombil fry. Quantity could be increased, but overall great food and good place. Kolambi bhaat was great! Service could be improved.

Fishland is located in the Bylanes of Thane and they have numerous seating options. Their focus is on food and the ambience is bare basic. The place is clean and the staff courteous. Do ask them for suggestions and you won't be disappointed.<br/><br/>This is what we ordered<br/><br/>Prawns deep fry - yes greedy us actually me ordered it twice. It's not too oily and they have ensured that the seafood is cooked just right. Loved this dish<br/><br/>Bombil fry - again a hit, crisp fried and the chutney they give is different from the usual one. It's a red coconut thick chutney that reminds me of the dried. Fish chutney mom makes<br/><br/>Sol Kadi - some sol kadis tend to irritate the throat with spice, this doesn't. The sol Kadi continued to flow through the meal.<br/><br/>Thali - pomfret and surmai thalis<br/><br/>The thali has one veg gravy dish, fish curry with a proper piece of fish, jawla(dried prawns), sol kadhi, big pc of fried fish, rice and choice of vade, amboli, bhakri. Each dish treated well esp the jawla that can tend to be a bit smelly. And yes the seafood was quite fresh<br/><br/>Overall a good food experience. And when u have beeda (a version of paan) then ur sorted.

I have been visiting Fishland for a long time now. The sea food here is amazing. It's always fresh. The crab soup is really delicious. You must try the Pomfret tandoor thali. The thali is filling and worth the price. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try seafood. Also the service was top notch.

My go to place for fresh fish. Great taste, tanginess, tenderness. They make it less oily as per request which is great. Slightly on the higher side but worth every penny. Need to work on the restrooms.

Instead of jawla dukka in thali you should provide an alternative option.
