Great food and great ambience as well. The best part about this restaurant is that it is poolside which makes it unique and also you can enjoy a good view of the swimming pool while enjoying your meal. The only part which I didn’t like about this place is the price of the food. The prices are comparable or even more for some items than a good restaurant in a 4 star category hotel. Apart from the pricing it is a great restaurant and I would recommend that you go here for dinner or during the evening time.

Ambience was good. Food quality is good. Not so good in variations. But was shocked when they charged me Rs.30 fr a mineral water bottle.No other restaurants charged this much..as according to government..charging rs 30 is illegal

Worth visiting, good ambience. Faster Delivery. i would like to visit this place again. Had tried home delivery as well a couple of times. Appreciate Response / delivery time. Chicken Tandoori is one of the dishes which I liked most from their cuisine.

We have ordered boneless chicken amritsari and lahori.even boneless chicken pieces was not cooked. <br/>2 points r only for location. Beside the hiranandani club house swimming pool.rest food quality , taste, service not at par.roties also like rubber.

Extremely overpriced, but decent indian food. I wouldn't order any other cuisine. Their chicken biryani is pretty nice. <br/>Why do I recommend to stick to Indian? Once ordered a Stroganoff. Instead of buttered rice, got peas pulao! Apparently, that's what they serve over there! 😱

I was planning to go to this place from a long time. I live very close to the place and had seen good crowd arround the place. On 27th November I got an opportunity to visit with family to celebrate post my birthday. I planned for a lunch and called up the restaurant a day before to be extra sure about availability of table. They said table will be available so no need to book in advance. I also went through the menu given on zomato and was craving for some mutton n sea food cuisines as mentioned on the menu. On 27th we reached arrond 1:45pm and found that only one family is having lunch rest of the place was dead silent. I dont have problem with that as i picked up my choice of table facing the pool. There was no music as well, didn't bothered me as I was completely focused on ordering some delicious non veg food. I asked for packaged drinking water, had it and waited for the staff to come and note down the order. But alas! As i ordered for mutton biriyani i came to know that there is no mutton preparation available. I quickly switched my order for sea food to avoid spoiling my mood but to my shock there was no sea food also. Only chicken dishes were available. I was devastated as i was in no mood to have chicken. On top of this the person started publicizing chicken dishes. I thought but didn't said to him that " i wont set my appetite as per your availability". I simply said "thank you I want to take your leave", paid for the water and went out. To my rescue there's another restaurant nearby called Trsna, i went there and Trsna relieved my crave by having mutton and other dishes. I just want to rate you with 1 because zero is not available as you didn't had anything which i wanted to have and which was mentioned on your menu and it was a Sunday the day when most of the customer step in wirh variety of requirements.

Ordered chicken lollipop and veg manchow. Lollipop was half cooked and smelling so complained them. Expecting replacement shortly. Manchow soup was more like a ginger n chilly soup. Would not try it again.

They're quite new and kind of lonely on the weekdays, so don't really be surprised with the strange smell inside despite the stunning decor. The food though, very well balanced and perfect for family dinners and large parties!

Have only ordered parcel from this joint...located in hiranandani estate club house...food is decent nothing great...prices are reasonable and so is the quantity..have eaten tandoori and Chinese items..<br/>Can order once in a while !!

Visited this place last week with my wife and kid. As mentioned in the other reviews this place is really difficult to locate. The Restaurant's Board is on front side but entry is from back side. It's located beside the swimming pool of Hiranandani Complex . Ambience is ok ok type so is food quality. Service is also slow. We won't be visiting again.

Ultimate decor ..good food ..but late service...overall nice ....need more of marketing...place still unknown to junta ...I hope their imagination Will run for it...

Located in the dark corners of Hiranandani estate, this place is a bit difficult to locate. I must say the place is very bright and colourful with frames having witty quotes hung up on the walls. I also loved the combination of red and black that they have adopted. We had ordered chicken crispy and the quantity and price both were reasonable. As far as the suggestions are concerned, I would ask the managers to put on some nice music as one enjoys the delicious food. This place can be more lively if the music is good. The service was good. Overall it's a great place to hang out!

Pirates of Kitchen is a stone's throw away from my residence and at 8:30 PM I was ravenously hungry for some Chinese delight. I ordered classic Chicken Hakka Noodles & Chilly Chicken and since I am allergic to eggs I specifically told them to make it egg-less and reminded him thrice that it should be without egg . The food arrives after 40 mins(again my residence is the next to restaurant building) and to my horror it was with egg and on the bill it was mentioned "no egg"...so the person who took the order did his job. I knew I can call them and they can send me without egg but again 30 mins?? .....most displeasing part was when I called them to make then realize their mistake, nobody picked up for 5 mins. It might seem small duration but at a peak time like 9:10 PM is highly irresponsible for a restaurant. After numerous calls they finally answered and they sent the without egg noodles in 15 mins(BRAVO). When I answered the door the weird delivery boy stretched is hand forward instead of handing over the food to me...I couldn't understand  ... what does he want from me??? he's the one who has to deliver the food.. but soon i realized that he wants the unwanted dish back...WOW...seriously??.. and he asked..."taste to nahi kiya na madam?" Anyways I am giving 2.5 stars just for the good food.

In love with the amazing chicken biryani👌🏻. The spices and the flavors are just perfect. The tandoori chicken is also worth a try. Sometimes they can take to long to serve the food , be patient and just enjoy the food.! <br/>Bon appetite.<br/>

Okay kind of place for food quality and service . For a home delivery a good option because the delivery is fast enough. Very well done on the taste to maintain in to Indian standards.

Warm people who have managed to keep serving this closed community. The tandoori and asian spread is always recommended. No need to hurry. Take ur time and keep reading the catchy lines on the wall. It will keep you engaged till the food comes. Recommend home delivery in case u live around the neighbourhood.

Was in the wish list for quite a long time. If I recall it right, it was the summer of 2013 when I missed to visit the place. Though, it was just the next block to the place where I stayed. But as they say, if it ends better, everything fall in place automatically.<br/>So, it was a lazy Sunday, though, I woke up quite early for a Sunday and Yes it was the first Valentine after my Marriage. But as I already had made all the tantrums the day before, it was going to be a normal one. But then, for what friends are being made, they made your day and this is how, we end up visiting this place on a day which was meant to be a re;axed and peaceful day, turned out to be a day full of memories.<br/>So, we went there for the lunch and ordered quite enough item for a group of 4. Also, we reached there by 2 and they close their kitchen by 3. So, we ordered everything in one go, just instructed them to serve in intervals. And they did quite a good job.<br/>Food : We started with Lime soda, followed with Mushroom Coriander soup. Which was quite good and we promised to each other that we will replicate the same taste at home when we meet at home party next. The Mushrooms which was used to make this soup was canned and the use of herbs were quite perfect that it made it just delicious to the core. Next came the Tandoori Aloo and Sesame Chicken. Both the starters were well cooked and carried a different  taste altogether. The use of Mustard in the Tandoori aloo while made it tangy, but also enhances the overall taste to a different level. Sesame Chicken was just awesome and amazing. The use of black sesame along with the black made it look perfect and the taste was off course the best I have ever had. <br/>Then came the main course, where we had ordered Chicken Lahori, which is their specialty so the veggie within our group also ordered their Paneer Lahori with Butter Garlic Nan. And both the cuisines were just awesome to the core. Chicken was well cooked and it was kinda melts in the mouth, same goes with the Paneer one and Garlic Naan was okayish, not the best and frankly speaking, if you had naan once in Lucknow, you would not like it anywhere else. <br/>Service: Their best part is the service, they are at your disposal the moment you enter the restaurant. All the people have visited this place earlier including my wife and had almost all of their cuisines in the menu, but above all, they are the huge fan of their service and the main part of discussion within the restaurant evolves around that only. :)<br/>Overall, an awesome and peaceful restaurant with a mysterious name, mouth watering food and an awesome staff. Thanks for being a part of making memories for the day and I am sure, lots more are yet to come.

Pirates of the Kitchen! Sounded a little cool and innovative than the existing cliched concepts. So we planned to try this one out for our Saturday dinner. Totally lived up to our expectations.<br/>To sum up the entire thing into one statement - TOTAL VALUE FOR MONEY.<br/>Starting from the amazing ambience, warm service, super quantity and great quality. Lives up to the theme, with the proper seating arrangement to everything, even the menu card fonts! Loved the place and we're for sure going to be their regulars, hereon. Goes without saying.

Nice restaurant by the pool....... Ambience is also good..... Food is amazing too.... In short a nice dining experience just around the corner.

nice & clean.. good ambience i'll give 3/5, in starter, i ordered "manchow soup" very good in taste spicy yum, next starter was fish chilliii it was awesome, i love to eat fish nowdays n they serve it very well 4/5, after that i went for main course "chicken pan fried noodles" n seriously guys it was awesome, superb taste awesome quantity 4/5, very nice..i found that service was bit slow for water you have to wait for a long time, but problem is you have to search the restro, cause there is no BANNER OR BOARD outside.. nothing else to say, nice place to hangout with friends n family...enjoy

It's an awesome place.. With good ambience.. My friends n myself always prefer dis place for partying.. As its not tht noisy like other restaurants. I will rate dis place 3.8 out of 5. :D

Finding this restaurant is a kind of treasure hunt in itself as the restaurant is situated inside Hiranandani club house with no name or banner at the entrance. The ambience is dark with red and black colors which some what manages to give you pirates kinda of feel. We were group of four and ordered drums of heaven which is basically lollipop dipped in Chinese gravy, lollipop's were just ok lacked that signature taste. Than we ordered murg Reshmi kabab which was average. Than we ordered two Chinese rice which were again just ok. The quantity of rice served was pretty good. Even though we were the only customers in the restaurant the service was slow. Many of the dishes mentioned in menu card were not available. Overall good ambience with average food, like a treasure chest with hardly any gold in it.

Definitely a MAJOR improvement from the former Oasis. Liked the idea of a Pirate ambience blending into the lighting, tables, flooring and walls too! The food is VERY good, with a nice twist to the usual Indian food. Top of my list was the Murg Reshmi Kebab, with its exquisite taste and unique plating. Service is decent, though it could use a little speeding up. :-)

Irony you may call it but this place is difficult to find just like how a pirate is difficult to. Having said that, its tucked away inside the club house of Hiranandani estate. <br/><br/>Dark and complete with red and black interiors but nothing spooky. We had a serving of mutton rogan josh and romali Roti's. Food was good and fairly priced as well. <br/><br/>I would be going there again to try their continental menu as im on a mission to find the best steaks in and around thane!!

Ordered Malai Kofta today  , the dish delivered at home contained sweet cream over the Vegetable Kofta ,it tasted like it wasn't cooked together,the chef had just put the two ingredients together.<br/>                                Called the manager to explain the same ,manager seems like a very rude guy,instead of listening to me starts explaining how  Malai Kofta is made and they are very popular restaurant ,can't make any mistake. <br/>                                  Previously had order some Paneer dish which were up to expectation, but going forward will avoid ordering from this place.

Located right at my doorstep in the Hiranandani Estate Club House for years now, however, for some reason I did not know they had an indoor seating area. Finally decided to give this place a visit, thinking I will have to sit by the pool side and bear the afternoon heat, but was pleasantly surprised to find an indoor restaurant. In fact, the red and black decor, combined with all those quirky one-liners on one of the walls gives it a very funky look. Unfortunately, the place does not have a liquor license yet, else might have been a great party place. Well they still do have the teetotaler parties as I hear. Found an iteresting item on the menu, mutton khichada but  unfortunately the waiter informed its unavailable. Tried luck with the next interest daal ghosht, again unavailable. Ok ok lets just have the plain old hyderabadi mutton biryani, and whoa that too is not available. Seems no mutton items, not sure if it was a day-specific glitch or whether that's a trend. Finally settled for fish tawa fry, hyderabadi prawns biryani and fresh lime soda. The lime soda wasn't really thirst quenching and the sweet-sour mix wasn't upto the mark. We got rawas for the fish and that was decent. The biryani was decent too, however, the gravy wasn't really too uniform or consistent across the rice spread. Service was quite ok, however, can't really conclude much as there was hardly anybody else on that afternoon. Also need to mention that we had some houseflies for company which was definitely a dampener. For those interested in swimming, you get a good view of the pool and you are free to enjoy watching people swim as you are having your meal. Overall, I would rate this visit as an average experience. That said, I have tried their deliveries multiple times, and off late, I have been quite happy every time, the food has fared well both on quality and taste. For Estate residents, who do not have too many restaurant choices, this is definitely a decent option.

Good Food. Most of the items are prepared well. I have ordered food from this place multiple times and most of the times, the food was good. The home delivery is very slow at times. They are open to feedback and ready to implement changes. They have improved a lot. Once there was a confusion about a dish due to incorrect description in the menu card but they readily replaced it when I complained.

Food is good. Decent place to celebrate small functions like birthday parties. I loved the writings on the wall and the view of the swimming pool from my table.

Great place for casual dineouts... The place has no bar.. The food taste is very good! The menu doesn't contain exotic dishes but the standard dishes that are there are all very tasty.. It offers Chinese , Indian, continental.. The theme is great ! And the sidedrop of the pool gives a great ambience ..

I had my dinner at Pirates of Kitchen on Thursday 3rd june and requested to pack the leftovers as i was full.<br/>The next morning while i was serving the rice (a part of chicken stroganoff) i noticed a pin in it (the one that is used to pin up cheque leaflets).<br/><br/>First of all, i can't imagine how can a pin can land up in the restaurant food while it is been packed.I would have still understood if it was just a slimy hair which could have given me a sick stomach or made me feel queasy, but in this case it could have led to choking, punctured tongue and even a surgery.<br/>It's totally unacceptable in my opinion, I imagine I would have had to head up to emergency to get that thing out of my throat if I swallowed it and I would hate to think what would happen if my toddler choked on it.<br/><br/>I did speak with the manager Ritesh on Friday itself and although he took my phone number saying he would look into the matter and call back and of course there were no calls for the next two days.<br/>When i called back on Sunday, i was told that the owners did not respond and hence he did not call me back.All that manager could do for me is apologize or even tender a written apology.<br/>I was expecting a sincere apology without having me to call back for causing this health hazard and atleast get a refund.<br/>Unfortunately, in this case I was also left with an experience I will not forget and would never eat again at this so called reputed restaurant.BEWARE!

Ordered just a Veg Crispy, received it over half an hour later, not crispy at all, with a quantity not worth the cost. All on a Friday evening.

We went on week days so there was no crowd only two tables were booked rest was empty.<br/><br/>Ambiance OK. <br/>Service OK. It was empty but still service was real SLOW<br/>Food DECENT!!! we tried all sort of foods there chinese and indian mostly. They were good

Great food, good selection. I have had the spagetti, lasagne, creamy pesto pasta and the sizzling brownie. I would say that most of their food is great, they have recently introduced Thai which I am yet to try out.<br/><br/>Friends have said the smoked chicken, golden fried chicken is amazing.<br/><br/>Service - no hassles, all good. The owner is very friendly, he recommends and asks for feedback often.<br/><br/>Price wise: It was very reasonable till last week, their new menu has seen some steep rise!

Time for a revised review!! :) Over the years the food quality has always been supreme, not to mention their attention for detail. The ambience is good, and the service is decent though it could be improved. Variety in dessert options speaks highly of a restaurant and that is what this place is lacking in. I think you must keep pushing and try to make your presence felt by extending to at least one other outlet anywhere in Bombay.
