Review Ocean Grill Multicuisine Family Restaurant And Bar - Thane

This place i did got through Google search and based on reviews thought of trying and would say was worth it. The location of the restaurant is good and not on crowded road. They have good family AC section and very clean and elegant. The service was good and food served was very tasty. Spring rolls were so dry and loaded with veggies, chicken crispy was awesome, rest food items which we tried were manchow soup, chicken pahadi kabab and chicken tikka dum biryani also were tasty. The quantity was good and taste also very good. Drinks also are served. Reasonable prices. Did try this one as wanted one lunch away from usual mall food outlets and was really good.

All items of fish are very tasty. The chicken starter and fish starter that I tasted were tasty. Chicken hot and sour soup is very tasty, overall very nice place. Staff behavior is quite goodStaff behavior is quite good

A very classy nice restaurant. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you. No word to say that it was awesome. The service always with a smile and very patient with us. Conclusion, if you have the opportunity to go eat there, do not hesitate !

Went in on a for a weekday dinner. The dishes were all very nice & beautifully presented. the menu has a good selection of drinks and foods. The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and I would highly recommend for a nice fine dining dinner with great seafood.

Ocean Grill or OG as it's popularly called is a value for money restaurant. It's newly refurbished Family dining area is very well done. The wide range of menu gives ample variety, the Taste is authentic, the food portion is more than sufficient, the service is pretty fast and courteous. And above all it's very pocket friendly as far as pricing is concerned. OG also takes orders for group booking and parties though I have not experienced the same as yet. Certainly a place that can be recommended for a quiet family dinner.

Good place to catch up with friends on a work day. Soft music playing around and food is also good. Although chai was not in the menu but they served on our request. Staff is also very friendly.

Perfect place to go for a nice quality food! I have been going to this restaurant since last 3 years and it has never failed to surprise me with new additions in menu and bar options. Ambiance is good and it has two seatings, outdoor and ac indoor. The bar serves Verity of good drink options and cocktails. The food quality is really good. Recommend eating select fish dishes. Recommended for decent family lunch or dinner. The weekends are full, so book a table and enjoy meal!

Its ok good place to dine in wid family and frnds. Nice ambience, food was tasty and yes service was very good. Won't mind visting again to try different cuisines.

So gr8 delivery tht u guys COULDN'T deliver the order of (1 chkn kabab & 1 gravy) in 1& HALF HOUR ( even though u say it'll be deliver in 40,45mins ). And then i didnt accept (whn u deliver aftr 1 & HALF HOUR)as it was too late & my hunger died, all thanks to ur delivery. About food review well that I can't give cz u wer not able to deliver whn i wantd. Hope food is atleast not like delivery POOR. THANK YOU for so called DELIVERY. As it is a multi cuisine restaurant, I tried Chinese there. The taste of the food was just awesome. The quantity and quality is also great. I had also visited the restaurant. The seating is comfortable and air conditioned. Service is great.

One of the best places in Thane for family dining. We were a group of 6 adults & 1 kid. We ordered masala papad, red tandoori, pahadi tandoori, basa tawa fry, pomfret malwani rassa, chicken agri handi, dal fry tadka, steam rice and rotis. The food was sufficient for all and we paid around 3200/-. The quantity is good and the food is outstandingly delicious. Special mention is their tandoor. Although, my father was annoyed with the slow service, he loved the food. If going with family, AC section is the best, too many smokers in the non AC section. Their starters are extremely delicious. This is definitely a place on my go to list.. :)<br/>We were so busy eating didn't click pictures.. :p

Tandoori chicken they served was the best tandoor I have ever had. It wasn't regular one, but Ocean Grill special tandoori chicken with thier different flavour. Simply awesome, Just loved it😍. Chicken malwani was ok ok type but, Butter chicken and cheese naan is add on😋. Ambiance was good.

Food is pretty ok. No matter what is ordered it’s more towards punjabi flavour. Further lots of vinegar is used which spoils the taste. Recommend if your are interested in sour taste food.

This restaurant is a multi cuisine restaurant as the name says . What we love the most is being they prepare your food, when you place an order - so basically they do take a while to deliver but when they do and fresh and totally worth. Do go once it's really nice.

This place is good to go with family. Dishes are reasonable for the quantity served. Food was tasty however we had ordered kebabs which was tasty but little dry . Not a bad place at all , value for money.

Good place. The food tastes good. However, I found it a bit expensive for the overall experience we get. The menu card pics here, are old. The prices have increased. The outlet must take the effort to keep their menu card on Zomato updated as this can be considered as misleading the people. The menu options are also just ok and do not offer an overwhelming variety of cuisines. Overall the experience is just fine.

Ocean grill is a very convenient placed restaurant on ghodbunder road. The place has an overall good decor. Except a family section could be more appreciated as you seee it is heavily dominated with males. So if you are taking women with you . Might as well go early. <br/>The food is descent. We ordered chicken tandoori snd chicken garlic, which were pretty well dressed up. Chicken lollipop had a lot of batter but it's dealable. <br/>Chopper rich is a delicacy that saves a lot of money as it comes with chicken gravy and to the expectation the quantity is pretty good. <br/>The service is descent again. Drinks are normal... no experiments such. <br/>Overall I had a healthy experience as they don't charge extra taxes which burns no hole in the pocket.<br/>

Our gang visited this place on a recommendation of few friends. ..initially found a bit difficult to locate this place then I used my GPS and landed straight in front of this restaurant. ...Ambience is too good. .very cosy. ..We had few Mocktails along with couple of starters. ..Chicken in Barbecue sauce. and Chicken Gulmohar kebab as suggested by the Steward.. ..yummy!! .We had to wait for a little long for our orders but was worth it and finally with mouthwatering Gajar ka halwa & Caramel Custard.....that made my day.....strongly recommend place in thane ...keep it up

This restaurant is very isolated but very special. We have tried veg patiyala which is awesome and lip smacking. Roti's are very soft irrespective of your choice which woos me alot. In starter manchurian veg is also very good. Staff is nice.

As the name say this place is specially for sea food lovers. So do try the sea food here. I loved prawns. But this place is a total thumbs DOWN for vegetarians. My vegetarian frens ordered some paneer starter in tandoori, which they not at all liked.

So I went here on a Saturday night for a family dinner. I decided to go to this place after reading the reviews about the quality of food. What I didn't expect was the service. <br/><br/>Absolutely pathetic. <br/><br/>To begin with, every table but ours had a tissue stand. Moving on, after we finished our water, the glass was refilled before we left. When we ordered for biryani, we didn't have a spoon and fork. <br/><br/>The service was absolutely below par. There were three different people taking my order. Adding to it, they took almost 15mins to get a second round of tandoor rotis. My food had already become cold. My dad got really irritated and told them to reheat our biryani because it had already become like rice pudding since we were waiting for so long for our roti. <br/><br/>Before leaving, I told the manager that I'm writing a review on zomato. He said we didn't expect so much crowd. Which didn't make sense to me. If you don't expect crowd, don't open a restaurant. Also, rather than making people wait, he was setting up more and more tables outside the restaurant to increase business. But his service was horrible. <br/><br/>They couldn't prioritise between dine in services and take out services. To me, take out was their priority. And what really surprised me was that, I received this service when I was close to their counter. Imagine if my table was away. <br/><br/>Though the food was above average, the service was too bad for my liking to rate this place. <br/><br/>These guys need to step up or should shut down!

Based on zomato reviews, we ordered from this place Fish pulimunchi, Mutton sukka and Chicken fried rice. <br/>We have eaten better Fish pulimunchu than what we had from this place. This dish was way too sour and we could feel the spices which were roughly ground. The fish was bland and the gravy lacked salt.<br/>Mutton sukka also wasn't great. Again,the masala was not ground well and the taste wasn't like the sukka we've eaten down south (it's basically a manglorean dish).<br/>The Chicken fried rice was quite oily.<br/>We have decided never to order from this place again.

This is a regular place for my family. More of an extended kitchen for us. Good food, good service and consistently good quality. Each recipe has a distinct taste. I recommend the Chicken Patiala. Do visit and order and experience first hand.

This hotel is hidden behind rutupark virndavan.. Heard lot about the place so decide to order nonveg on weekend.. Taste is good..quality and quantity is also good..I ordered chicken Hyderabadi and some chicken starter which was preparation of pure ghee.. Loved the taste .. was Would definitely try new stuff here..😊

We ended up this restaurant with some of our friends late night, the food is tasty, nice ambience with open space sitting arrangement as well with an AC. Value for money.
