Excellent Misal! I tried their signature dish "Suruchi Misal" & "Kolhapuri Misal." I must say.. Kolhapuri Misal is just awesome & damn spicy! Suruchi Misal (attached image) on the other hand is a mild but tasty misal good for all age group. My personal favorite for now is their Kolhapuri Misal. Waiting to visit the place again soon! 👌

Suruchi misal is our favourite breakfast spot after our Sunday morning activities. They offer a variety of misal dishes, such as Kolhapuri misal, Puneri misal and options for spicy or medium spicy levels. If you’re opting for a spicy misal, I highly recommend trying the pineapple sheera or Kharvas to cool down the spice level.

This Misal is unlike any other you’ve ever had - it doesn’t choke your senses because of extreme spice, but in fact it reveals different tastes the more you enjoy it. Suruchi Misal, Thane's very special, a well-known now. Unlike a lot of the regular Misals you would've had elsewhere, this is very very different. They say it's very much tastes homemade, sweet and spicy, which is true to their words. You can actually taste the sweetness from the Misal. From my childhood days to now, mamledar’s misal has remained my most favorite misal. But Suruchi’s unique taste of spicy, tangy and tiny bit sweetness, - you don’t find anywhere else. It is still a small hole-in-the-wall kind of shop with seating of dozen people. You find people waiting for half hour to get in on some days. We tried Kolhapuri and Suruchi Special flavors and loved the taste of Suruchi Special. They have two levels of spiciness. One should try medium if trying for first time. We also tried sabudana kichadi, taak and pineapple sheera. All of them were matching the quality and taste. Authentic taste. The ambiance is cool & cozy. They serve six different types of misal’s under one roof. Their Kharvas and Piyush are must-try dishes. The restaurant is pocket friendly, and delivers authentic taste with extra satisfaction. They have an superb ambience, vibe and well maintained place. There misal served is beyond words and expression it's just an emotion to the great food it taste. If you like a bit of spice in life and likewise in your palate, then you should try this eatery.

The best misal in Thane. We went early morning to avoid any crowd so it is ok busy street where parking might be problem for four wheelers. I am attaching a picture of outside with my nexon Parked so one can get an idea. Seating capacity - they have small seating capacity may be 6-8ppl can sit comfortably. But I guess most of their orders are delivery only Now what we ordered- Their special Suruchi Misal - Taste was good they ask you how much spicy you want and I asked for medium spicy and to my surprise it was spicy so just wondering how would be actual spicy. Someone please try and let us know :) Kolhapuri misal - It was better than Suruchi Misal. Pineapple Sheera - it was nice hot and good Total cost with 1 Bisleri - 220

Good food!! Location: It is located at 10mins distance from thane station, near malhar cinema. Place: This place is relatively small and has capacity to accomodate apprx 25 people at a time. Place is not that posh but has been maintained good and hygienic. The plus point of this place is there are no long queue most of the times so one can sit and eat. Management and staff: When i visited on 04/Sep/22, the customers were managed by single lady. She took orders and served too. But she did it efficiently so no complaints. Payment options: one can pay hard cash or by upi. Taste: Taste of suruchi misal is very similar to that of mamledar or amantran misal. Kolhapuri misal is good too. Quantity: Quantity i found satisfactory. One can order additional side dishes like batata vada rassa, chaas etc. Overall good place to satisfy your misal cravings.

Limited variety but awesome typical Maharashtrian taste! We tried Kolhapuri & Suruchi Special flavors and loved the taste of Suruchi Special. They have two levels of spiciness. Suruchi Misal House serves the iconic Misal in 3 flavours/variants based upon spiciness. Located near Naupada opposite Malhar cinemas its small eatery with seating capacity for around 20 25 people. Piyush was little bland n too diluted compared to other places in Mumbai. Overall a nice place for grabbing quick bite of misal.(P.S. Parking can be an issue)

One of the best Missal Pav you can get in Thane. You can dine in as well as do take away. Mouthwatering taste it had. Have Buttermilk with it.

Because in current times missal has only just got an wrong image of "More Spicy, More Better, More Fancy" which is totally wrong. It's all about proper blend of spices which provide you different flavour profiles & suruchi missal has got it just right. Don't think twice if you come accross this outlet, just visit & enjoy your meal.

Visited again on 7th October 2023. This might be 4th visit here. The place is famous for their Misal. Located just opp Malhar Cinema in thane west. The taste of Misal is very good. Must try. Given 1 star less as the place is too small to accommodate many people. If there is a rush there is not even enough space to wait in queue outside. Barring that the food quality is excellent. The ambience was also dull this time. As previously the walls were well decorated. But now they were dull. Overall you can visit the place to satisfy your Taste buds for Misal cravings.

As I am misal lover, I want to visit this place from longtime. Place is good for quick bites. Sitting arrangements are short, but they have classy interiors. only 20 people can adjust. We tried suruchi special misal. Medium and spicy one. It is spiciest misal I ever tried. Now there is good competition to mamledar misal. 😄 We also had piyush, which is thick exactly the way I love. Love to visit again.

I ordered from zomato. The misal pav is better than many other places i have eaten in mumbai. I would not say the misal is as good as you get in few places in Pune or Solapur but yes by Mumbai standards its probably one of the best. I must say its better than Mamledar Misal without doubt. Piyush is also good.

Seeking an actual spark in our quest for some authentic Indian spicy taste, we ordered Kolhapuri Misal Pav following up with "Tikhat" (Spicy) when asked, "Feeka, Sadharan, Tikhat?" (Bland, Normal, Spicy) by the waiter.<br/><br/>A minute later we recieved our Pav and Misal which is quite an impressive pace. The Pav was soft and looked fresh; chopped onion and slice of lemon lay with it in the same plate. The spicy Kolhapuri Misal was as expected, topping a crimson oily layer called tarri which is meant to be mixed with the rest of the thing (rassa). The hot Misal contents didn't lack any usuals, and was spicy. It could've used a bit more flavor but we were happy with what we got. While in Thane we had to try some misal for sure, which led us to this placee!<br/><br/>Honestly the ambience and everything is average.<br/><br/>We called for the special misal which was nicely spiced and had potato pieces in it which was a bit unusual but the taste is nice and spicy with the tari served on top.<br/><br/>All in all if you wanna have tasty misal in not so fancy place then this is it.

If someone blindfolded you and took you to this and made you eat their Misal you would rate it 5/5 but sadly that can’t be done. I went to this place on a Sunday evening and it was quite basic in terms of the interiors and the menu is also fairly limited. Tried their suruchi special Misal pav and boy oh boy is it spicy! They have a different way of serving the Misal, in the bottom they put batata ki bhaji then they put peas and then the tari with farsan. Taste wise it’s great but hygiene and ambiance wise not so much. The staff is very active and helpful and plus 1 for them.

As the name suggests, their menu card is full of different misal options. Suruchi misal which their own special recipe, Kolhapuri misal which is super spicy (medium spicy option is available) and a Puneri misal which is sweetish and sour.<br/><br/>We had the Kolhapuri misal that had us with runny noses 😅 but the misal had a good amount of sprouts, which is a rarity these days.<br/><br/>Batata wada was good too, just that they didn't have hot ones. Very tasty varieties of Misal, not just hot and spicy but really tasty. Food is always fresh, probably stuff does not remain till closure. Though misal is supposed to be a very hot item, Suruchi offers three grades - Hot, Medium and Light to suit different tastes. Another attraction is Vada Usal - same gravy of misal is poured on Big batata vada.<br/>Staff is very friendly. Its a small and simple but neat and clean place.

This dude called Chavan had a very bad approach to service - right from getting no extra spoons to ignoring on calling with lack of willingness to serve - even the good spicy Misal lost its flavour.

Very good place located in Thane Naupada area for misal. If you want to avoid the rush at Mamledars then this is the place to be. Its a simple place with simple interiors and is moderately priced with great taste.

Never did I think, I’d love misal ever. I love spicy Misal and this is the place you could have as spicy as you want. I’m not a fan of pav but the misal here is to die for. The gravy is just perfect. I have always ordered in misal. My first time trying out here and I loved the experience.

I have ordered 2 suruchi misal one with medium and one with light in spices. However only one misal got delivered. I have contacted the owner of suruchi misal but he is not responding us correctly even he is not ready to accept his mistake. Such a pathetic service and the staff as well... I ordered Two plate Misal Pav. But I didn't like the taste because it was only spicy. I everytime order spicy misal but I didn't like misal from this place. I heard good reviews about this place but I don't know what happened. Misal was not hot that is just fine. Misal was so spicy which I liked. Quality and quantity wise good. They maintain the quality of food and packaging was even ok. The even send little bit batata bhaji and chivda to eat with misal. But I was expecting more from this place.

Small place to sit but very much hygienic snack centre.Try suruchi misal there are other options also available like kolhapuri and puneri misal also there is an option to make it available if u want to make misal spicy medium or light.In desert there is pineapple Shira ,kharvas, buttermilk.

I ordered a suruchi misal and kharvas..Kharvas came in an cute tiny box and had kesar and elichi added which really gave an flavour to it. Misal was bomb and lip-smacking should give a try. I have also tried kolhapuri misal but I like suruchi one more.

Visited after reading a lot about this place and it's misal. Ordered the Suruchi special misal with medium spice which was served hot with chopped onions, lemon and fresh pav.. It was great with a different taste and is a must try. Buttermilk was good but was too sour to taste and was not garnished to build the taste with jeera powder, salt like chhaas. They also serve puneri & kolhapuri misal.

Really good misal. Had a suruchi misal pav with medium spice level. Enjoyed it very much. Was a bit put off due to extra charge for the small katori of rassa, but it is nothing major. Service was prompt and place was clean.

No frills restaurant with some kickass missal. Ask for medium spicy with tari on the side if you don't know whether you will be able to handle the spicy version. This place is primarily known for its missal and once you have you will know why so. Along with it also had Piyush which is like liquid shreekhand served in a paper glass. Goes well to compensate for the spicy missal. A major negative about this place is the fact that they don't keep tissues at all. For the kind of food they serve, I think tissues are extremely important.

The quantity is not enough. If you parcel it, then they will probably give you less as compared to dine in.They are literally trying to recoup the money they invested by charging ppl more. Pls check ur parcel before leaving the place

Once upon a time, the best Misal in Thane was Mamledar. From the time Suruchi opened up, I've switched my loyalties to Suruchi Misal House. I found it tastier than Mamledar. Though Mamledar is still good, I would prefer to order in from Suruchi. The Best Misal I had in Thane.<br/>On my daily commute I had the opportunity to try Suruchi misal for the first time after hearing good things about this restaurant and their Misal Pav, couldn't start my day off better than this.<br/>I had their medium spicy Misal pav and Taak.<br/><br/>Misal Pav: Tasty and good consistency, the curry was not too thin, I had medium spicy because I wanted to taste the quality of the curry.<br/><br/>Taste and quality wise curry:5/5<br/><br/>Taak: The taak they serve is really delicious and thick, you can taste the pureness and butter in the taak, it doesn't feel artificial or manufactured in a company, feels fresh and natural.<br/><br/>Interior and service: Good service polite people, nice interior however the space can be increased so the customers don't have to wait for long.<br/><br/>Overall:5/5

Tried Suruchi Misal, Taste was OK. Service was prompt. Misal isn't oily. They don't offer curd. Next time will give a try for other item's..

If you want to try spicy as well as tasty misal one should visit this place near malhar talkies.Not the spicest one but yet amongst the best.I have also had piyush and kharvas.There are amazingly good.Piyush just fills your stomach after having misal.It is must to have a sweet dish after having misal pav.There are a few other oprions on the menu depending upon the days.But it is well known for Misal pav.The seating is bit small for tall people but yet serves the purpose as well as is light on pocket.

Big on taste and extremely light on pocket is how I would rate this place. For Rs 50 you get delicious fulfilling misal pav. The Kolhapuri misal was delicious, but the Suruchi special has to be a standout. However, the Puneri misal needs work on taste and can be skipped. The batata vada was also just OK. Worth visiting again and again for misal lovers.

Quite close to the highway.<br/><br/>Ambience - quite a small place and it stays true to its small beginnings.<br/><br/>Menu - only 8-9 items on the menu. 3 types of mishal and each mishal can be ordered in the medium and spicy variety.<br/><br/>Service - good fast service and courteous staff.<br/><br/>Food - i tried the spicy spl mishal and it was quite good. Could have tried the kolhapuri and puneri mishal but would need some more ppl with me for that. Sure place to come back to.
