The items are over priced for such a substandard taste and quantity. Kolkata roll had a Kerala lacha paratha wrap. The tikka was very dry and over cooked.

Extremely dissatisfied about the food quality! I met the bong owner few months ago, being foody bong ( have my food business as well) have thought of trying my luck first time here. And it's a mess. The worst part was that I have even called up and introduced myself to him after placing the order through Zomato. I thought this introduction would rather help me to get a best quality food. But alas! The overall quality was so bad that it had instigated indigestion. Pathetic.<br/><br/>We have ordered for 3 items -<br/>1. Kolkata style special Muttun Biryani with egg. I failed to discover what is the 'special' about it frankly. If you been to Central Kolkata, probably you would get better one in Deckers Lane. There were 2 pieces of Mutton 1 large and 1 small; which were hard and full with bones; flesh part was minimal.<br/>2. Chilly Chicken dry. During my call post order to restaurant, I have categorically told him to make it dry and more spicey. But when I recieved it, it was a gravy based Chicken with hardly any chicken pieces and not spicey at all. Immediately after opening the box I called up the restaurant again to complaint about it. He said he will check and come back. He did come back, will talk about it little later.<br/>3. The last item that I have ordered was Fish cutlet. Don't ever try this here. It was not even half baked, internally it was completely raw that we had to throw it to dustbin. And by d way, I have not even seen a mini piece of fish there. It was more like veg cutlet.<br/>I have opened the packed item 2 & 3 earlier because that was supposed to be a starter for me. And basis on my initial understanding, when I called up, the owner did check internally and return back the call after 5 mins. He apologized and commited to waive cost of food during my next order. He said that he was busy on certain work and so could not focus on food preparation and hence all these happened. He assured that next time he would personally cook it for me. Great. But that raises few questions -<br/>1. Why the owner needs to cook personally for me? Just because I am known to him. Does that mean prima facie the food quality would not be right. Aren't the chefs are trained ones?<br/>2. Don't you have the basis processes defined while foods are being prepared. How can you send 'not even half cooked food' to customers.<br/>3. You heard me patiently and then sent me gravy based chilli chicken instead of dry one? I asked you to make it spicey and you have not even made it accordingly.<br/>He offered us to waive off bill on next order. The biriyani only smelt like Kolkata but tasted nothing as close to any Kolkata biriyani. The mutton was dry & felt like heated in oven too many times. Quantity was good. Really dissappointed with the quality & taste. I guess Sunday evening orders are mainly leftovers. Please order with caution & no high expectations.

The food from Tummy Makeover is yummy. Kolkata Chicken Biriyani is one of our favorite dish from here. It comes with an egg and potatoes. The food tastes great, quantity is good for 2 people. Chicken curry is also tasty but the quantity is less for 2 adults. Priced moderate the Food is worth trying out.

We have tried Chicken Dum Biryani from Tummy Makeover on 29th Mar 19. I apologize for late review.. Well this particular biryani they use to serve in Kolkata style so it's combined with egg and potato along with 5-6 small to medium pieces of chicken and they also provide raita, rasa and salad as siders..<br/>Now coming to the taste, Biryani smells awesome just like Calcutta Biryanis but a bit different from the taste of those biryanis.. But it was good.. Quantity : almost sufficient for two.. Delivery was on time.. Cost is 279/- and with tax it comes to 293/-.. Overall good experience just a little suggestion.. Please increase the quantity as per your rate because other restaurants charge less for the same quality and quantity of Biryani or you can decrease the rate a bit.. However I rate tummy makeover 4.5 🌟 will try some other dishes from you soon..

I recently order briyani from tummy makeover. I could say it was amazing, I would highly recommend the anyone to order briyani the taste was good as well as pieces were tender, the sliders offer were amazing too. Very poor and rude service. The food is very average, definitely not authentic. But the worst part is their terrible ethics. The restaurant was trying to cheat through false billing and once highlighted, there was no signs of any remorse. So please be careful and avoid.

I have ordered a few times from tummy makeover and they have been generally decent except today when i have probably ate the worst mughlai paratha possible. It was raw from inside undercooked and extremely salty. Wouldnt order ever from this restaurant. Seriously a let down for a foodie that too looking for decent bengali food

Finally an authentic Bengali cuisine option in Majiwada and nearby. I had ordered macher matha diye daal, shukto and mutton. Have to say all three dishes could satisfy my Bengali palette. It was like homemade Bengali food. Keep it up guys :)

My rating :- 3.5<br/>To begin with, Tummy makeover is a delivery outlet specializing in Bengali cuisine. Apart from the Majiwda outlet, they also have an outlet at Hiranandani Estate. I had ordered for overflowing cheese potato, kadhai vegetable, and paneer Tikka masala paired with some roomali rotis. My delivery came late by half an hour. Thankfully the food was hot and had a decent packaging. The Kadhai vegetable was slightly on the oilier side, and cauliflower was dominating the other veggies. It was very spicy, even difficult for the spice lovers to handle. The paneer Tikka masala tasted delicious with the soft paneer making justice to the dish. The roomali rotis were soft and warm, nothing to complaint about. The overflowing cheese potato was loaded humongous amounts of cheese, and coated with noodles. The quantity of the dish can be improved, potato and cheese won't let you down anyday! However I felt the noodles should have been a less oily. I look forward to order some new dishes from Tummy Makeover.

The quantity of rice was great.<br/><br/>-Paneer Starter -<br/>The paneer starter I ordered was made tasteless, with only paneer cubes and onion and tomato pieces in between. I had ordered veg fried rice, chilly lamb and chicken moghlai paratha. Food was very tasty and quantity was good too. Being a bengali I enjoyed the moghlai paratha...It was nicely made with good flavours.<br/><br/>Just one thing I want to point out: While having the moghlai paratha and chilly lamb we got small fragments of bones, which should not have been there. Please be take note of this and ensure it doesn't happen again.<br/><br/>I really enjoyed the food and will definitely try other items😊<br/><br/>P.S: Please introduce Kolkata style biriyani. The potol posto turned out to be totally bitter, though I had taken it once previously, it wasn't so, the app refuses to accept & on the other hand blames me why didn't you report immediately as if we are at their beck & call. I had found this place while searching for Bengali food in Thane. It's a multi cuisine takeaway joint located at Dhokali area. Katla shorshay bhapa<br/>3. Murgir jhol<br/><br/>All the three curries were good. I liked fish ones more. Macher jhol was based on rohu fish. The fish was really fresh. Me being a non-bengali have no idea of how these curries are actually prepared but I loved the taste. I would have given zero , if there is an option. The food is pathetic, the chef don’t have idea of any of the bengali dishes. I have order one chicken momo, all of them came broken. I had ordered mutton mughlai paratha, the guy has put mutton pieces in the paratha, don’t even know that minced mutton are used in mughlai paratha. My entire experience with food is very negative. Cant give more than 1 star.

I had ordered 2 items Dal khichdi and noodles.<br/>noodles tasted good however, dal khichdi was a disappointment as there were peas in it and also did not taste that great was hot and fresh though. overall I would say was an OK experience to kill the midnight craving... Biryani was like any other chcken dum biryani which is available for Rs.80/- at local Biryani centers.<br/><br/>Biryani was completely dry and can be checked from the photo.. I received only Raita and not the gravy in seperate container.<br/><br/>Had 2 big chicken pieces and tasted bland as masala was very less. Tastewise for masala i would give 3.5/5 but it was very less.
