Review Mothers Veg Plaza - Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum)

Charvy Shah
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The food was extremely amazing with varieties of Kerala special items that were all vegetarian. I missed their special Sadhya Thali which is only served during lunch but yet I'm happy with their Jain food options. The staff is super polite and friendly, they give the best recommendations to try new items. I am so glad that I decided to visit this place despite it being far away from the hotel.

This hotel offers Sadhya as lunch priced at Rs.240 on all days. Sometimes customer will have to wait to get a seat during peak hours. Excellent food, very tasty and three varieties of payasam. During evening varieties of dosa are available, which is also tasty. Parking available for about 20 cars. Which is not at all enough. People coming inbetween our dining also was uncomfortable. Food is undoubtedly the best meals in TVM.

Adipwoli sadhya!! The sadhya is served in a huge washed banana leaf with 4 payasams (adaprathaman, paruppu, pal Adaprathaman, semiya) and boli at 250 rupees!! The food is served hot and has quite a spread (literally!) The only difficulty is finding seats, and finding parking. It’s sooo paackedddd!! It’s insane!! It’s all worth it tho!! Delicious food!! Highly recommended!!

Must visit place Your Kerala visit is incomplete without visiting and trying the Sadhya thali here 250Rs and I would say it is worth the price They had almost at least 5 pickles, 5 chutneys, 8 subji, 2 rice, sambar etc 3 types, 4 paysums They also go by sequence teaching what to be eaten with which items Just that the paysums are kept linked qty which I didn't expect and didn't really like Too crowded and service is just ok, not great No management and arrangement for space/table allotment
Ansil Sha
will get authentic Kerala sadhiya here. Good service 275 for one sadhiya, including four types of payasam. The negative thing is that the restaurant is too crowded. minimum of half an hour is required to obtain a seat.
Saijo George
The food was okay. It's all about individual perception. So many varieties of side dishes and stew. It's okay for those who really like food and sweets. The ambiance inside the restaurant was nice. The food service was really great. It is more expensive than other normal restaurants near it. Parking is a real challenge here.

One of the best vegetarian restaurant in Palayam. I ordered Chana battura and butter masala Dosa. The food was just superb. I liked Chana battura more. There is abundant parking option for your car and bike. If you are coming on bus, you have to get off at bakery junction and then walk. The cleanliness of toilet and restroom are also good. The service and ambience was also very good.

It is undoubtedly one of the best all vegetarian restaurants in all of trivandum. It was well recommended across different websites on internet & we found it to be true. We tried different things here including South Indian dishes to simple paneer preparation with roti. Coffee deserves a special recommendation, we all loved the coffee served here. We went here twice, one during dinner & the other in the afternoon. At dinner time, all the items are served while during lunch, many options are restricted & mostly lunch meal is served. Lunch meal is most sought after also. Both of the times, we found people waiting for tables. It contains different items served in banana leaf.

One of the best place to have vegetarian cuisine in trivandrum. Their service and taste is really worth the mentioning. Situated near bakery junction, easily accessible. They serve sadya everyday. Tried their breakfast varieties and meals various times during my stay in trivandrum for the past few years. This was the first time I visited the restaurant though. Their consistency in service the dishes with the same taste and quality is commendable. Really nice place and good service as well.

This best Onam Sadya Kerala Lunch in entire Thiruvananthapuram. It is available 365 days a year and priced at ₹250, it’s a great value for money as well. It gets so crowded and you have to stand in queue to get token. All the items served on traditional banana leaf were delicious and adequate. The best part is 4 types of payasam along with the instructions to eat them. The flavours were so good. We absolutely loved it! Highly recommend to add this experience to your Thiruvananthapuram bucket list!!

Ordered a Meal.and got a cockroach from mango pickle ..😠

We had heard so much about the place. But unfortunately found that it was not up to the mark. The masala dosa was not the typical south indian masala. Chutneys and sambar was if limited quantity. There are many other good veg restaurants which serves authentic South Indian food.

Very bad dish and exaggerated price. Never ever buy anything from this hotel. A shame to the Godful name Mother

Great food espcially masala and jini dosa.....keep it up

Actually i have ordere for “White rice “ varient in which option was given as customisable.. but the rice varient was wrongly sent. Regrets to the parcel since we wasted the rice since it was a wrong item sent!

If you believe that dosas can only have aloo, paneer, pyaaz and all. You are mistaken. I believe you have never been to this place.
This place offers almost 100 varieties of dosas!
So I discovered this place during the last few of days of my visit to kerala and I am happy that I did.
The dosas were the highlight of the day. We ordered paneer manchurian dosa, pizza dosa, maggi dosa and a few more. We also ordered a few shakes. Both the dosas and shakes were satisfying and stomach filling. The only thing that wasn't up to the mark was the kerala sadya in which two of the vegetables were smelling rot. We complained about it and the manager did come to us and apologized which I really liked.
So all in all this is a must try place !

this is the cockroach i got with the pickle..

Tasty good, overpriced but the wait time is more for both delivery as well dine in. Should work on the that

Super & tasty & Best & clean food is provided at reasonable rate

Provide with mango pickle

Ordered 4 plates of Dosa and received only one small packet of chutney and sambar each which was just enough for a person. For the price they charge at least they could add two packs if not for four plates.

Quick service,
Veg friendly,
Parking facility
And
Nice taste.

We have visited this place which is near to padmanamswamy Temple and it is pure veg and traditional Kerala complete meal.. Must visit place.. All food are so tasty.. best food I have eaten during my Kerala journey. Specially is all types of deserts served and at last butter milk and rasam.. Too good food...

They used to sell Malai Kofta and Chilli Porota. My whole family simply loved it. When it be back ?.

The waiter here was very bad, sarcastic and impolite and we just left the place after we sat there for 5 minutes. We complained to the incharge but she was spineless too. The same waiter came to us unapologetic. I had come to this place 1-2 years back for a sadhya and had an awesome experience. The staff may have changed. This waiter behaved as if he was doing a favor. Even when we insisted on something he was leading us to ordering something else (probably more convenient). He also quite rudely asked us to only call him for any questions (isn't that obvious, what's the point of stating that). He was more concerned about his own score than serving us. A very bad experience.

One of the most amazing Dosa’s I have tried in Kerala. i.e. Jini Dosa
Usually Dosa’s are sleeping but these set of Dosa’s are standing tall and the taste is also amazing.
Having The Thali was like having A day’s Meal at once.

#roaringstomach #gastronomelanos #am2pmfood #panchphoron #kerala #winter #backwaters ##lunchtime #deliciousfood #dosalove #keralathali #keralafoodie

Lovely traditional food Kerala sadhya. Hot, freshly cooked
Sumanth Suryanarayan
Very crowded, but quick service. Despite the crowd, folks took time to explain the details of Sadya, what is what and what order each needs to be had. Overall very good experience...
Prasenjit Sinha
Amazing food and great taste. Multicourse traditional Ayurvedic Kerala thali is must. I had Jinni dosa which was also an unique concept
Vivek Subramaniam
This place has a lot of hype in the Trivandrum circle. While there are tons of dosa options the food itself is greasy. So if that works for you then go for it. I do like the sadya here though. A filling lunch the least to say
Nishad
Authentic Traditional Malayali Food :) many varieties of dosas are also available . It's quite near to station also , must try on your trip to Kerala
Saurabh Jajodia
I would start with a "MUST VISIT" for this restaurant. I would suggest one should order the special veg thali which is served in banana leaf and they serve tons of varieties of pickles veggies chapatis rice, many varieties of dal and mamy else. My server was USHA JI who was a very polite and soft spoken lady who gave her 100% effort in serving the food with utter selflessness. She is a gem must say. The owner is an aged Lady who is also v soft spoken. Everything else was v good.

Good place to have sadya. Lunch time is always crowded . Worth the wait.
But their dosas and other items are just normal. So prefer not going for dinner n all

After a lot of brag from my relatives ,headed to this place.took token for five sadhya and waited.
Papad was served firstly thrown to the person nearby to pass the same..and on top of all, they slam food on the bananaleaf .
Thoran was served but it didnot have any vegetables ,instead it was just of mustard and Dal within .
Aviyal was not cooked and as well service was worst
Alas after all hastle served rice and dal
There my aunt get small and big hair out of Dal ,then ofcourse whoever sees will loose appetite.
We had called up the senior most person within restaurant and requested him to take off this part off from our leaf.
Later came sambar, which was not even sambar -it was just again dal cooked with red chilly powder and kaayam.Again we made issue and like a hero from nowhere ,real sambar had come.
Staffs are not having the presence of mind, they don't even care what we ask for and look into what they serve as well
Really disappointing.not coming back to such places again.

Sadhya (feast) is famous here. We reached there around 1pm. As expected, there was a huge crowd. Full feast is 180/-. Purchase the coupon and wait for empty seat. This pary again is bit of a problem as you have to wait beside people who are having food. As there are no coupon system at the moment, this is the only way to get a seat. (Not sure abt reservation option). We can ignore all these hurdles as feast/sadhya is really good. Itz kind of unlimted, but I am damn sure that we wont be able to ask for second serving as single serving itself is really filling. When we think food is over, they start serving payasam/gheer. 4 varities will be there. We got a nice guy who realized that we havent seen payasam for long time :D so he stood there patiently and served us with a smile .. that was a best meal we had in recent time.

A place where us malayalees can enjoy a full fledged Kerala Sadya anyday and not to mention the different types of Dosas available. Mother's Veg plaza is definitely one of the best vegetarian restaurants available in Trivandrum. I've tried their Sadya as well as some of their fancy and signature Dosas while dining there. The place gets pretty crowded during the afternoon for all the obvious reasons. I am highlighting some of the dosas that I've tried down below( Left to right numerically) -

1. Pizza Dosa
2 Paneer Masala Dosa
3. Gini Special Dosa ( my personal favorite)
4. Mother's Special Dosa
Mukundan Pillai
My family ordered the sadhya via home delivery yesterday afternoon!!!! The order came on time!! The meals were good and tasty especially the inchi curry, pal payasam etc.

I have a suggestion regarding the packing system. It is hard to find which packages contain pickle curry, sambar or payasam!!! Either the packages should contain names/identification tags or special arrangements such as grouping of pickle curries or desserts together!!! This could prevent the unnecessary opening of all packages and could be later used!!!

We regularly order the meals and was thinking of writing this point for some time!!!
Hari
Good.Food is nice and very tasty.Nice hotel atmosphere.Very fast in food delivery.Variety food is available. Can try for variety Dosa and have nice sadhya
Kishore Iyer
Food was awesome......... 100 varieties of dosa in the evening and Onasadhya the one of its kind in Trivandrum( 4 kinds of payasam) stands out...
The Sadya is fabulous.
Kids love the Dosa varieties.
Not the place to be watching calories or carbs 😋
Food gets served fast and the staff are friendly.
One of the best restaurants in Trivandrum city. Ambience decent, a bit crowded which is justified by the quality of the food. The service was really good, there was a person (I think it was the owner) who attended to each table and made sure that each and every group were properly seated. The menu was great with a wide range of dishes to opt from. Variety of dosas was the highlight. We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa, Normal Masala Dosa and Pista Shake. The way dosas are served was really diffirent from the normal way of presentation in other restaurants. Dosas were cut into 4 pieces and served similar to street food dosas in Mumbai. The food was really tasty and worth the money both in terms of quantity and quality. The milkshake was also great. They serve bananas after the food which I felt was unique. Overall, a great and reasonably priced place to eat out.
Sakthi Priya
The place serves Best sadya on all days.ordered sadya online.sadya tasted excellent with varieties of vegetables and payasam.liked the assortment of pickles.
Greeshma Rawat
This place popped up in every 'places to eat in Trivandrum' list. And it was disappointing. Firstly, I instantly judge places with 100 items in the menu and only few to offer in real. I visited Mother's Veg Plaza at 11:30 in the morning and only the dosas were available. The waiter suggested Jini dosa (it has onions, capsicum and lots of cheese) which turned out to be sweeter than my liking. With it i ordered a mango shake, which happens to be one of my favourite drinks in the world. I could not finish it. It wasn't bad but not how i like my mango shake to be. The taste of milk was way more dominant.
The only bright side - the service was quick and the staff seemed helpful.

After reading all the good reviews, I finally decided to go here; to a veg joint, something I don't usually do. Thank God I did.
We had the Sadhya. An Onam and wedding lunch staple, the sadhya is a tradition and only worth it if done correctly.
This one has everything a sadhya has and more. So many pickles, curries, avial, thoran etc. Plus parripvada and 4 types of payasam. I absolutely loved it.
The service was beyond excellent. Ms Usha was so nice, almost like a family member encouraging you to eat more and eat the right way(correctly mixing various parts of the sadhya in right proportion). Very nice person.

Will surely visit again.
Nandu Surendran
The best place in Trivandrum for sadya and dosas. Accessable from various places including aattukal temple, Sree Padmanabha temple etc. Pricing is also great.
Gopika Gopal.S
Nice place for vegans who love dosas and sadya. More than 100 varieties of dosas available. Special masala dosa is a suggested one. Parking space also available.

Best place in Trivandrum for sadhya.
My friends have been talking about sadhya for a long time. And this was one of the best place according to many of my contacts here. Definately noone was wrong, this is an awesome place. No ambiance, but very nice staff the explained the tradition and were very happy to surve.
While in Trivandrum, checked out on Google where to find good, tasty vegetarian 'Sadhya' in the city. My search led me to Mother's Veg Plaza.
It's very crowded but you need not wait too long for a seat. You can pay and collect your coupon. Once you are seated a sumptuous 'sadhya' on a plantain leaf is served. Finally 4 payasams along with boli will fill your tummy to satisfaction. Shall surely come again when visiting Trivandrum next time.

Ordering online is very good. In my experience, going there and waiting for parcel took long time. Hope this will make good convenience for the customers and a good job opportunity for those engaged in the delivery field. Zomato is a very advanced in this.....
George Allen
Food is good here. But worst customer service. Don't even bother to order take away. They are least bothered about the customers. Zomato have to review this place and they haven't added most of the menu items for take away.

Had a hwavy breakfast here. Food is good and tasty but it didnt live up to its hype. Had a lot of options to choose from even it is a vegetarian only.
Benny Fullonton
It's a really good place if you're a vegetarian in Trivandrum. Food is tasty and lots of good options; especially for dosas. Do try the Kerala meals though. Place gets crowded during peak times and weekends.

I came to this place looking for some good food and I found some really good food

Kothu Paratha - I did not know what I had ordered when the food was served the paratha was broken into pieces and sauteed with vegetables and spicy masala.

Veg Kurma - Was pretty sure about this one and it was really good.

Food 4.5/5
Service 3/5
Value for Money 5/5

If you were born to eat and relish vegetarian food with the same love you give to meat, and are looking for an authentic south indian spread. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE!
Rethi.arvind
The Gobi Manchurian was quite like a curry though it was under the starter section.
There were hardly any mushrooms in the mushroom masala. Both the dishes were a let down and hvng had other dishes from mother's veg I expected it to be up to the mark. Hence the low rating. Sorry guys!
Parvathi Vikraman
I ordered mushroom noodles today,it was very bad. It was like cooked in ghee and too much ghee. The ghee was leaked all over. Bad food. Will not order this food again. The food tasted rotten.
Haroon Marikar
If you like kerala sadya this is one of the best places . Really tasty food and fast service and their number and taste of payasams is very good . Service when i went was very good . Counter staff was average in service as its super crowded . Sadya is costlier compared to ordinary hotels but this one is sadya and not the routine meals with less number of dishes . During festive times there are more number of payasams . Ambience is average .
Swati Marru
Food is a pleasure at mother's . Sadya to Dosa , every thing turns into an experience. A little heavy on the wallet, bit it's worth the try .
Subramaniam Mani Dharmarajan
A wonderful place to have authentic keralaaaa food. 365 days Saadya if you have everyday, there is no scope of any diseases and no need to have gooligas 😂😂 balanced food. Enjoy. Enjoyed 😂😂 home delivery system of sadyaa, surprised me. Great packing 🤗🤗😇😇

Vera lvl sapadu ... Plz do eat here ! Try the different payasam here !!! The best food ever tasted in kerala !!! One of the finest food and very good serving !!!

The local Rickshawalas are not familiar with its name, so you need to mention its location as Near Bakery Junction. I had tried their sadya during my last visit to Trivandrum in July 2018. The lingering taste made me return a second time.

Being single I did not have much difficulty in sharing a seat alongside a Russian couple on a four chair dining table, though it was a Sunday and the restaurant was crowded but not half as crowded by Mumbai standards. They also serve a variety of dosas and my neighbors at the table, were savoring one against my recommendation of Sadya which they said would be too heavy for them.

I always consider a wholesome meal, a litmus test for any restaurant, so I order it wherever available. Sadya is a full course meal served on festive occasions like Onam, but here they serve it all year around. The pure vegetarian restaurant probably has a Christian Proprietor Mr Sanal , but in a linguistically secular Kerala it really doesn’t matter and you find a hungry diaspora of food lovers here. Mr Sanal is a good marketer and is present at the table of perceived new visitors to give subtle tips and information that add to your culinary experience

The food marathon starts the moment you place your prepaid coupon for Rs 180 (Pretty reasonable for an unlimited meal) on the table, A full size plantain leaf is laid out followed by Heap of brown rice with dal, sambar, puliseri, Rasam , Variety of pickles including the Puli inji, Papadam ,a plethora of side vegetables not to mention the traditional Avial ,Thoran, a banana, 3 types of Payasams of the day. The staff is prompt in ensuring that the sequence in the marathon is relayed and you do not miss even a single item on the Sadya menu…. And you leave the restaurant with a satisfied Burp.

Will never miss whenever in Trivandrum.

The chappathi is good but Gobi dry was full of oil and very mild taste.. No masala at all..plz use less oil.. The packing was good..please use less oil
Meetsats80
This is my first visit to Trivandrum for my business visit and found this lovely place for a good Sadhya feast. The spread is awesome with. 4 different payasams. The other curries are also to have .People from outside Trivandrum should not miss this place for Vegetarian meals
Rejivkoshy
The ambiance is very basic. The afternoon Kerala sadhya is good, but it’s not consistent. They serve 3/4 payisams and boli at the end.
For breakfast I tried their special masala dosa and it was disappointing. The owner tries to make everyone comfortable.
Sajay Shinu
This is hands down the best Dosa place (vegetarian) in Trivandrum. I suggest that they add more cheese based dosas to the menu. The Mexican Dosa is pretty nice.
Vijo Varghese
I tried their butter masala dosa and it was good. The sambar with the dosa was delicious..I just loved it. But I the kadai paneer I ordered was too bland and tasteless. It was like a paste of some ingredients, no taste at all. Gobi Manchurian was also not up to the mark. The place is good for South Indian dishes and north indian dishes are not recommended here.
Nixia Hassan
I’m glad I tried Mother’s veg plaza. Delicious food and wonderful menu. I never thought the desserts they provide would be amazing too. I had the best falooda of my lifetime. And I’m kinda addicted to it now.
Karthik BaBa
Pathetic tomato fry with so much oil ..didnt expect this from mothers veg. Ordered appam also.. but that was fine....Scared of repeating this order..
Varu M
I ordered veg biryani 😋😋 yummy! Best in the city.. taste is superb quality.. delivery is super fast and packaging is with great care.. loved it 👌😍
Bala Murali Krishna Bolisetti
taste is fine , but this is not exactly a curd rice. mixed rice with curd raita
Rahul.S Nair
I ordered paneer butter masala from mother veg plaza via swiggy platform. It was very tasty. But packing was too poor comparing another restaurant. Try to improve your packing..
Dhanya S
I dunno about other dishes, but the Sadhya they provide 365 days is yummy and worth the money. It's a delight for anyone who wanna taste traditional dishes with 4types of payasams.
Riyan Parvez
Best experience ever. If you’re in Trivandrum must visit this restaurant & have sadhya meal 🥘 which they serve in lunch time from 1:00 to 4:00 🕓 mothers is the only restaurant in kerala which serve sadhya that is their traditional meal all week.
Shankar Prabhu
Was in Trivandrum for a couple of days celebrating our Anandhi Arumugham second anniversary. Mother's Veg Plaza was the obvious choice (for Sadhya) from friends/relatives who have visited earlier and also from the reviews in Zomato..

Still was worried a bit because of some mixed reviews about the service, but have a shot for the Veg Plaza..

Entered about 1:10 PM on Sunday, all the tables were already occupied and few were waiting to collect their parcels. Somehow found an empty table within couple of minutes and started our meal.

1. First positive I noted was the availability of 'White Rice' apart from traditional Kerala rice. Since I am from other state, I was really looking out for this.
2. The items were filled again and again even when there was unimaginable crowd. The service was just awesome, no complaints at all. Service staff should be really appreciated for their care here in timely presence and ensuring to have the meal in right order.
3. Varieties of dishes - haven't had such a complete variety meal in my entire life. Be it 3 varieties of Pachadis, 3-4 varieties of pickle, 4 varieties of payasam..

The Quality and Quantity, Variety, service were unimaginable! Please start out franchises 😁

Obviously, a never to miss place in Trivandrum.
Rakesh Shah
Great place to taste the kerala meal. Designed on the Ayurvedic principle.. The serving staff and the owner himself too good care to help us in having the food in the right order. Food was very tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and the food.
Ranjit John Varghese
A top class restaurant for vegetarian meals in Trivandrum and one of the most crowded spot as well. Although the meals is a bit pricier than other regular meals restaurant, this one has got something else in it which fills your heart to the core.
FooDaddie
Decent vegetarian outlet in Trivandrum. Not that great. The place was bustling with people on a Sunday night. I felt the place was under staffed to the expected turnout. There was no management of the customers. You're at your own initiatives to find a place to dine.
The food was good. We ordered gheeroast, onion roast and a paper roast. The sodas were good but the accompaniments were not up-to the mark.
We also ordered a fruit salad which definitely didnt look fresh.
Would I go again to try other items in the menu? Definitely yes.

This was my first visit to trivandrum for some office work. I just checked zomato and found mother's veg plaza in must visit places so thought to go there with some friends. It's a very busy restaurant with ok ambience.

We ordered sadya which is their local food and it is served on banana leaf. Awesome food I liked their different curries specially pineapple curry. In the end they served 3-4 types of paysam which was too good. Just loved it.

We also ordered their ginni dosa which I found little spicy and ok ok not too great for me.

If you are travelling to trivandrum for first time and not sure if you should go for sadya or not then do try it. :)

This place is a must must visit. One who loves South Indian food can definitely not miss to visit this place atleast once for the wonderful experience. They give you such mouthwatering dishes with really low cost.

Food: 5/5

The best Sadya in authentic Kerala flavours. You will want to keep eating even when you are completely full. The dessert they serve are finger licking. The best food I have ever had.
The food is unlimited. It is served in the banana leaf and you can enjoy eating it in traditional style that is using your fingers. Food lovers should not miss on this place.

Service: 4/5

Is quick and perfect. You need to take the coupon for the Sadya and fetch a table. However there is tough time to find a table for your self as it is definitely a popular place and very crowded. But it is worth investing your time.

Price for the quantity and quality is definitely 5/5

Ambience: 3/5

Is simple and sober. They have not focused much on ambience as I believe they know that their food and taste quality will cover it al.

Overall: 5/5 Best place for Sadya. Guys it is a must visit place!!
Swathy Vijay
This place serves the best sadhya than any other restaurants in tvm! Even their dosas are mouth watering 😋! Loved it! They also have very friendly staffs
Aju Arjun PraBhu
They serve different types of dosas in the evening..
But what they are more famous is for the sadhya in the noon..
365 days sadhya..
Sadhya with 4 types of payasam for ₹180 is a good deal !

Dosa's are never in my thought except when someone else presses for the same. But..the dosa's that you will have in mother's veg plaza, will result into a craving for dosa! They are specialist in more than 💯 variety of dosa.
Machurian dosa is wow, a unique fusion. Gini dosa is not only high on concept but also very delicious, it's an upward facing dosa with cheese grating! Another must try dosa is mother's special! But main Attraction of this place is Sadhya, the Kerala feast , which is only available during lunch time. It's a must have delicacy in traditional Kela patta thali. Too many items on plate and all delicious!!
Their veg biryanai also needs mention , as it's unique and full of dry fruits, fried onions, and aplenty of vegetable.
End your appetite with the any variety of Payasam , that's delectable!!
Shru
One of the only place in Trivandrum that serves just veg and their speciality would be Authentic Nadan Sadhya. The place is quite full during lunch and on occasional days. The service is impeccable, food is amazing. No bookings needed. Place can get loud, and food ofcourse is buffet. Reasonable rates, best food. Will love to visit again.
Umesh Mohanty
A popular restaurant in Trivandrum, the USP being 100+ varieties of dosa. The restaurant is heavily crowded and finding a place during peak time is a challenge. Ordered jini dosa (recommended by the staff). Also ordered a paneer curry, tasted good, but unlike a typical paneer curry that you get in a Punjabi restaurant. Jini dosa tasted good, not great though. The sambhar tasted great. Service was good. It’s a crowded restaurant so don’t expect ambience. Recommend if you are a vegetarian as you have unlimited choices
Sujith Rajagopal
we had breakfast and lunch on the same day.The breakfast was really good and with unique taste. The jini dosa was fantastic. In the lunch we had the sadya with 4payasam,that also was nice.
