Review Maha Chips - Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum)

Maha Bolo at Padmavilasam Road in Trivandrum, and I must say, it's a true gem for anyone with a sweet tooth. This place is renowned for its mouthwatering boli and luscious paayasam. The paayasam, in particular, is an absolute delight – creamy and exquisitely sweet. During my visit, I decided to get a half-liter parcel of their paalada paayasam along with a packet of boli. The paayasam, priced at 170 Rs for half a liter, was more than enough to satiate the taste buds of 3 to 4 people. Its richness and sweetness were truly satisfying. As for the boli, a single piece costs 16 Rs, and it perfectly complemented the paayasam. However, it's essential to note that Maha Bolo only offers a takeout option, which works well considering their swift service. Although the place tends to be quite busy, the service remains impressively fast. Locating Maha Bolo is a breeze, especially since it's conveniently close to the Pazhavangadi Ganapathy Temple, making it a walkable distance. Despite its convenient location, parking can be a bit of a challenge. Nevertheless, if you're a fan of delectable sweets, I highly recommend giving Maha Bolo a try. The quality of their paayasam and boli, along with the efficient service, certainly make it worth a visit.

Yummy combination, a must-try. The payasam is so creamy and rich. I’ve taken a parcel of half litres payasam with a cover of boli which is sufficient for 2-3 people. Happy tummy and happy Me!😍

Paayasam and boli is one of the main combo of trivandrum.. Maha boli is one of the main spot that serves paayasam along with boli in the traditional manner. Along with this a lots of other sweets are also available here. It's a must try spot if you are visiting trivandrum... The spot is easy to reach since it's near the pazhavagadi Ganapathi temple.. everyone who visit trivandrum goes to padpanabhaswami temple this spot is near the temple too .. there is only a short distance that can be covered on foots 👣 Highly recommended

A shop with wide variety of high quality tasty snacks and savouries. Bit pricey. Clean and well kept interior. Helpful and courteous staff. No parking space. Easy accessibility. Crowded during festival times and evening. Been there for quite sometime. A must visit for foodies. Take away facility available.

One of the best places in Thiruvananthapuram city for buying Boli and payasam. Maha Boli is situated opposite to Maha Chips shop. The shop is at a walkable distance from Pazhavangadi Ganapathi Temple , East Fort.
