The person who served us was the best the enhances with service. Though the person was wearing a mask we could feel his polite face. Very considerate in doing what we had requested. All over the good food tasted better cos of the service. Keep up the good work.

Good food !! Good service !! Convenient location !! Limited parking facility !! Easy access. vast and expensive menu. Surely recommended if you are looking for good food without considering the price.

Available different food varieties. Taste wise also good. Price is bit high but that food it is ok. The main problem is customer service. Customer service is very poor. Wait one hour after that they give food. No proper staff available.

On my first time, they had good service. Yesterday on 26th November 2023 I visited the same place with the same expectations, they took more than 50 min for simple veg and non veg meals

Absolutely lovely. Great food, ambiance and service. Price is not on the cheap side but not over expensive as well. The food is worthy of the amount. I'm not giving 5/5 because of any problem but only there's always room for improvement.

I love their chicken biryani. When we ordered lemon tea they have a tea bag and lemon piece, which i did not like. Their staffs are from other states, therefore had problem explaining things to them. They were behaving as if they dint like us visiting the place.

Never ever in my life I will visit nor will allow my friends to visit this place again. very bad experience me and my friends had today 24th Aug 2015 around 2:00pm SELEX MALL. We were around 6 people and had ordered food worth of 1600rs approx.. The food was very good (fish curry,beef curry and other things). But all our mood and occasion was spoiled by the arrogant back talking Waiters. They really spoiled the entire ambiance. The waiters over there were so arrogant and not even making any eye contact while talking to us. At one point we had ordered chicken sizzlers for a lady with us,we just asked him if he can serve as it was a big single piece which is quite difficult for the person to cut using a fork and knife. The waiters could have politely turned down if they did not want help on the request,but we could clearly hear them mocking on our request at our back,at this point we did not want to shout back as I did not want to spoil our mood. We were just visiting Thrissur from Chennai for the first time. Not sure if all the hotels are like this in Thrissur or this place is one of cases. Worst case was I was trying to give feedback and was looking for a feedback form or something there was none. Over all good food. But very bad service, really they will spoil the mood. Please keep away from going in over there unless things are put in order by the owner soon. Note: I was looking for forms like ZOMATO to provide the feedback but could not find any.

Quantity being served is too less. Chicken chettinad ordered worth 200 rupees was served in plate (not even in a bowl)...and hardly had 3 small pieces ...

We had a family get together of our college batch mates who were in town with Fr. Biju Chathely..they arranged tables inside their buffet room and we had a great time..the food and service were great..Thank you Team Copper Spoon..

Ambience was perfect... Food was delicious... Great amount of space for a large gathering and yes the service was of top quality...the Lassis ordered although tasty was not cold enough was one drawback..

Pretty good place. Good service. Only wish there had been a high chair available for my little kid as it's not easy having little children at the table with all the breakable stuff already on it. Apart from that pretty good experience.

ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് തന്തൂരി ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി Order ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ എൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായാണ് ഇത്രയും വ്യത്തികെട്ട ബിരിയാണി കഴിക്കുന്നത്... ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റാതെ ഞങ്ങൾ അത് വീട്ടിൽ വളർത്തുന്ന പട്ടികൾക്ക് കൊടുത്തു... പട്ടി പോലും ഒരു തരി തിന്നാതെ എണീറ്റ് പോയി... ബിരിയാണി നിങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണമെങ്കിൽ പറഞ്ഞാ മതി... ഞാൻ leave എടുത്തിട്ട് ആയാലും ഉണ്ടാക്കി തരാം... ഇത് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ വ്യക്തിയോട് 2 വാക്ക് " നീ ചായ അടിച്ചാ മതി, ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കണ്ട😡😡😡

Ordered biriyani, chicken piece are rotten and entire rice was mixed with stale rice or something. I ate only 1/3 of biriyanibut it was enough to get food poison

Copper spoon is located next to Jayalakshmi silks which is a convenient location.i had gone to the place several times and also ordered a lot times. The pasta available is pretty. Also the mixed fried rice and noodles are pretty well cooked which also has beef,prawns etc. And I also had ordered pothichoru which is was actually pretty amazing.

Feeling cheated by a delivery from Copper Spoon.. we ordered Barbecue chicken strips on a bed of buttered rice, French fries and vegetables.. but there was no rice, fries or veggies in the pack , but only the chicken pieces.. we have had this same dish at the same restaurant several times and we like it very much. They should deliver what we order from their menu , exactly as they have described the dish in it. Didn't expect such a bad behavior from Copper Spoon.. feeling furious

Ordered fried rice and mushroom Manchurian<br/>... Very disappointed with food...Had so much of artificial ingredients in it.. Fried rice had a different taste :(

Located adjacent to jayalakshmi silks . The restaurant offers a variety of cuisines. The one thing which is the draw back is the appearance . Torn seats curry splashed on the curtains in short it’s not well maintained . Food was tasty tried the poratta which was soft and fluffy the beef roast too was well cocked and spicy which went well with the poratta.... the chciken biriyani which comes in a pot was soo over powered by the escemce ...the chciken well cooked blended well with the rice ...

Quality of food and packaging is excellent but quantity is too poor than expected <br/>I ordered “pothichoru” that was very delicious I got my favorite taste .<br/>All sub dishes are good to each other but I didn’t get any curry in there like sambar , fish curry, curd, Rasam ..etc

Potion size was very small. There is no pieces in the dish. The taste was horrible. The gravy was very light. The ingredients were not Included properly.

food is good in quality. and the packing is good for parcels. ita bit highly priced but the food worth its price. the delivery was good and fast.

Pathetic food with pathetic service,just want to share a small incident after having that pathetic dishes which we order hoping it to be nice,was totally different of what we expected not worth having it,and after fishing our dinner i asked them for finger bowl waiter was like ok sure,we paid our bill till they didnt gave me finger bowl,now you guys could judge it from that,what im trying to say.
