Had a great time with my family. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They explained the concept and where ready to assist any time during our dinner. They even printed out our group photo and gifted with a frame which was very cool😍.
Good experience with barbecue nation thrissur. Excellent service by Mirag, Hiro and bijesh. Startres was very good. Also the sweets and culfee was excellent.
May be a little more active exhaust system would be great since there is alot of smoke inside the restaurant...due to the "ever-burning" grills at each table.... apart from that, great food.. great staff...great service. The staff even tried engaging & playing with my toddler baby boy so that I could enjoy the food & eat properly. Latheef & Raman, you guys are the best.. such awesome service..!! I'm so happy.. excited to go back there... Must try for all foodies...

Though this is not my first visit to Thrissur outlet, this time it was really awesome. Staffs were super friendly and we were the last customer went out of the outlet at night. Till then all the staffs including housekeeping came to us and danced with us. It was such a fun day for all of us. Definitely we will come again for such an enthusiastic team. As the famous words of Chef Marco Pierre - when we visit a restaurant and put value on the whole experience, 40% is the food but it's the 60%, the service we received that makes us want to go back - Mr Saddam, you made our day. The food was incredible but it was the service you and your team gave us. It's the best in thrissur. You made us feel like royalty. Thank you... not one and I mean not one restaurant in my 41 years of existence in thrissur can match the level of service you gave us today and take it from someone who been in this business for 2 decades. I will be visiting you soon. Thanks for the experience.
Really recommend all to try it atleast once...I tried and enjoyed it..their starters are the major highlight especially the prawns.and the potato wedges...and of course chicken...
Rest courses too are nice..but in terms of taste the starters are just above the level!!
Main course taste levels are normal nothing wow... We had biriyani and it just a normal pain biriyani..nothing spcl...

Excellent customer service and Grill quality is the best in town. Mr. Prabhas made us feel like home and Mr. Saddam is an exceptional manager. This is our second birthday celebration here and we would love to come back when we are in town next!!
