Eat Out & Travel Vibes
The most suitable choice for vegetarian food. The food is very tasty. The staff is also helpful. They served the food immediately and were prompt. Ample parking facilities available.

A good option for vegetarian meals. Food is tasty and the staff is polite and courteous. There is enough parking space for a few cars, but it would be fill during busy hours, esp during weekends. The dining hall is a bit congested with very little space around tables.

Being a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for good vegetarian restaurants, and I must say, this restaurant exceeded my expectations! The dosas, pulav, and paneer dishes were all delicious and authentic. The restaurant has a descent ambiance, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!

If you are looking for a Veg restaurant near Thrippunithura i will prefer this restaurant . During noon time there will be a rush . Good hospitality and great parking space .

The newly revamped Sharvana Bhavan is a good and now it includes an AC room (whose charges are different from non-AC) The food and service is good although they could be improved( I recall the old Sarvana having better food, or it could be the case that places like Udupi upped their game).
Vatsa Koda
Good ambiance. Tasty food. Good service

Good food and always crowded , masala dosa is not good
Nitin Mathew George
Good food and people, maybe they should place trash containers and tissue paper at every desk. If paper saving then atleast a small trash paste. Parking lot is pretty much but still at rush times we may have to park outside but security staffs are very helpful to guide appropriately. Right diagonally opposite to vadakekotta junction metro entrance towards Petta.

Very crowded during dinner time... Small parking area available... Should be lucky to get a parking spot,... Food is tasty... Price is reasonable.... Hygeinic and polite staffs
Aswath Sadasivan
Good variety in vegetarian. Price is on higher side for few of the dishes. Butter Naan costs 80 which is too high. Tamil flavor felt in most of the north Indian dishes

Last 5 days I have tasted the South Indian food at Saravana Bhavan Kanyakumari, Chennai and now in Kochi. I must say that food always taste good and prompt service. Even though the owners mat differ but it is really good place for Pure Veg lovers. Just adjacent to metro station.

Satisfied vegetarian food❤️ Well behaved staffs and very fast service. Highly recommended for vegetarian food options.

I like the restaurant by it's food and serving . The food I used to like much is the chillyporotta and the noon meals is very satisfactory for a normal man . The people used to serve was giving us a heart full satisfaction to eat the food .

Hands down the best vegetarian restaurant in tripunithura. Will get hot crispy vadas all day long. Had tried their Chinese menu also which has their typical style but taste is good.

Have been here so many times mostly in the morning and couple of times in the evening. Pongal is my favourite. Evening snacks was also great. The only thing disappoints me is their watery TEA.
Have ample parking space and the aquarium inside is good pass time till we receive our food.
Mukund Rajesh
Nice and clean atmosphere ....good food .
Saravanbhavan had been operating here for the past 5 or 6 years and had always been the most affordable go to Veg restaurant in the city.
Dhanya Chowar
Typical veg hotel. viewing as such, Recommendable vegetarian hotel in thripunithura.
You can have good veg dishes here. Masala dosa is yummy 👌 Don't ask for ambience here.
Food : 4/5
Service : 3/5
Money : 4/5
On time : 4/5

Just came here for an evening appetite and found stuff pretty interesting. The chole poori should be pretty good although we had ordered onion tomato oothapam and kothu porotta coupled with some strong coffee. The outlet has both family rooms and general space and is pretty laid out with orders getting placed and food on the table in a jiffy. There is a no nonsense menu card that strictly limits itself to good vegetarian food and this will suffice.

Parking is available and this could also be a good option for lunch i believe.
Anu Saraogi
Loved the dosa .the chutney is quite spicy though . Sambhar was cold .clean place fast service.coffee was good. .A special mention to the green coconut chutney which was quite good

Food is ok...But not that much good. I think it's a bit overpriced. If u r looking for a good vegetarian restaurant nearby tripunithura, this would be the ideal place. But nothing to try again

Quick service. Ample parking space. Tasty vegetarian food. Need I say more? The best place to have breakfast. Do try their Chole bhature for a change from the usual masala dosa. The place is always crowded, but due to their quick turnaround you will not need to wait longer.
Darshan Mukundan
Beef loving, born non-vegetarian like me gives this place 5 stars.
The perfect puri’s in the puri masala.
The ghee roast is as a ghee roast needs to be.
Also rice items and meals are also commendable although I prefer the puri and dosa items.
Shan
My favorite is their masala dosa.It tastes really good and better than any other hotels in this case.
As regards lunch, which is charged at 85/non ac,it is good with service person coming and asking you for anything many times. As taste is concerned, it is average for me.you will get both options of plain and boiled rice.curd and payasam also.

Ample car parking space.
Sachin Menon
This place has ample parking space and provided with tasty food is a must stop for all those weary travelers or foodies to have a nice vegetarian meal.

Shree Saravana Bhavan is great for vegetarians. Food is tasty and service is quick .If you want to taste the local food ,this place is worth a try.
The ambience is good and there is parking place too
Aiswarya
Food is not that good.this is not the original saravana bhavan.this is their copied one.a salesman nearby this restaurant told me.i ordered paneer dosa and masala dosa.did not like both.
VISHNU VYAS G
Visited in Sunday afternoon for take away. Ordered Meals and Paneer pulav. Meals was above average with all side dishes including payasam, Mulak etc. Panner pulav was average one with less pander in it. It tasted little dry. Veg meals and paneer pulav costs 90 rs and 120 rs resp. For that price it's definitely VFM.

Saravana bhavan is a name that is very much famous for vegetarian cuisine. The masala dosa available here is one of the best in town. Especially the crispy uzhunnu vada is very good. The ambience is average. It also has ample parking area.
Reejan Raju
Plenty of parking space for both 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers.....had their masala dosa which was pretty average, you can get better ones around though...good service.....
Sreenath Krishnankutty
Good vegetarian food, the Tamil way, Spacious parking and great customer service. Been here couple of times and every time the place is jam packed.

It's one of my most frequently visited places especially for a breakfast or lunch on a Sunday. Decor is basic. Meals are sumptuous served on the banana leaf for that authentic experience. Tiffins have a lot of variety to choose from so one doesn't get bored of repetition. There is no exclusivity of space in the outer wing though they do have a family wing too which can be a buzzkill for some. Service is prompt and I usually end up finishing my meal in less than 20 minutes. This is a place for serving your palate n tummy and not to hang out. So keep that in mind and enjoy.

One of the favourite spot of Veggies. My favourite is Chilly porota. They serve a Tasty yummy and bit crispy one and i really liked it. And as usual Chappathi, Masala Dosa all are good . Good service too. Nothing more and nothing less ..
Nidhi
Restaurant is very good for vegetarians, reasonable price. Best service. Good place for tourists to enjoy Kerala food. Paper dosa was best. The staple food of rice is a good experience for tourists.

The name saravana bhavan is not a new thing to the foodies out there, especially to the veggie lovers. The chapathi set, bhatoora and the varieties of dosa items are really a treat indeed. The service is average for a fast food joint.
Debadyuti Karan
Saravana Bhawans never fail to delight. Their hearty meal on the banana leaf is sure to leave you satisfied. It is also a great value for money. One great recent discovery however was the range of sweets that they offer. Be it Milk or the Carrot Halwa or the various kinds of laddoos and Barfis- Orange, badam, Pista and numerous others, they all look very colourful and taste... well, very sweet. Some other items include a Tirunelveli Halwa, a Ghee Laddoo and a Saravana Special laddoo that's huge and tasty.

It's a great experience to go to Saravana Bhawan and yes did we forget to mention their super efficient service and their insistence on top quality hygiene. Works all the time for us.

A decent place to have proper breakfast. The place is located at a prominent location and has parking space for around 10 cars. The food was tasty and the place was hygenic. Overall a 4/5

A very crowded Saravana Bhavan outlet in tripoonithura. Ambience is normal. Good vegetarian food and reasonably priced menu. Service is pretty good. Try it out. :-)

Feels like eating dosa items in tamil nadu. Authentic tamil nadu style vegetarian restaurant. Kochi is lacking from good vegetarian hotels. This restaurant offers good vegetarian meals in Tripunitara region. Little pricy comparing other vegetarian hotel. But the foods are tastiee ones.

Been here a couple times for breakfast..
A small place but definitely a fair call..the humble service needs a lot of appreciation..
Nothing exceptional about the hotel..a normal place serving dosas puris and other south indian delicacies!!

Food-3/5
Service-3.5/5
Ambience-2.5/5

During the initial time of the hotel it pulled large crowd towards it.Parking is a greater problem for this hotel.Food is above avg still does'nt score with anything special. Similar to other hotels like Aryas,Aryabhavan etc. When busy on schedule and does'nt have enough time to have food you can go there on your way.

Recently started. You get good, fresh food from here. This place offers free home delivery too for purchases greater than 250Rs. The varieties of dosa, chapati, paneer butter masala, wheat porotta is great. This is usuallg crowded with customers most of the time (especially in the afternoon and at night)

I had a chilly gopi from them recently and it was bad. I am rating it a two star. In just a year it has gone from good to worst. They mainly target the passers by as they have a huge parking space. I would stay clear of this.

Sree Saravana Bhavan at Thripunithura is quite renowned for their authentic, traditional vegetarian food. Two things I particularly loved about them - their delectable Tamilian sambar and their filter coffee! The coffee was just too good and you probably can't do without having a second cup of it! :) I had the paper masala roast and it was well made, and not to mention, huge! :) The staff were very courteous and kept serving me as much chutney and sambar as I wanted, without any hesitation. I'm sure this is one place I'll be heading back to very very soon! :)

PS: Room for improvement? Yes, the addition of an a/c section would really help in boosting their business, I think.

The place is good for Tamil cuisine. The dosa is good. The staff is very co operative. Try it if you wanna good coffee and breakfast. Meals is okay.

Good outlet for vegetarians. Filter coffee is just superb. Apart from the usual south Indian items, I found the rotis too extremely well made. Taste, location and an ample car park makes it a hot spot for veggies. Keep up the good show.

Thripunitara is famous for good vegetarian restaurants. In my view saravana bhavan tops the list in terms of taste & service. Even if you are a chai person, you will love their filter coffee for sure.

A great vegetarian restaurant. They serve a variety of dishes. The place is neat. They serve fried rice and noodles other than the usual dosa, idli, etc. They also serve fresh juice and ice cream shake. A pretty decent place.

Best place for vegetarians in thripunithura...North Indians can try mushroom masala and Kadhai Paneer. The best thing about this place is good service by waiters which is difficult to find in kochi
Anand Vijay
THE PLACE in Tripunithura for paneer dosa and those hot crispy vadas.
Go for their paneer dosa!
The vadas are really good and fried so delicately that you can feel the fried layer melting.
The south Indian food is good.
Talking about service, once i dropped my tissue on a freshly served coffee and luckily the waiter saw that and happily replaced it :)
So thats a major plus for service from my side.
Head to this place for those hot masala dosas and vadas. Preferably for those evening snacks.
And do try out the paneer dosa!
