After exhausting day of touring i decided to try my dinner here for tonight
After going through all their options in menu which were very limited i decided to order chicken biriyani
I was quiet impressed with the quantity as well as the taste compared to the cost
Even the restaurant looks good and maintained and in a prime highway location
If you want to have chicken or mutton primary dishes then here you will get it at affordable price with awesome taste
Aesthetic vise it looks good and family type
A star is less just due to their limited options in the menu
Omg !! I dont have words to describe how much carvings i have eaten from there!! Especially their parottas , appamz and gravy !! My love for their normal gravy is infinite
What to say !!! One of my favourites. Had parcels from here numerous times during our college days.
Try 1. Mutton chaps. May be their most famous or signature dish. Delicious 🤤. Superb along with paratha ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Try 2. Puttu. One of Keralas own item. Another nice item to have with mutton chaps. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Try 3. Porotta or paratha. They make very soft ones. So another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Try 4. Biriyani tea 🍵. This is another item which is famous in buhari. A must try item. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Try 5. Milk 🥛 Sarbath. They have so many varieties of sarbaths just outside the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Whenever i come from chennai to tvm, my fav place to have late night food is Bhuhari. Only restaurant that is open 24/7. That doesn't mean they serve bad food. Their food is always above par. Must tries (atleast for me) mutton chops, nalli curry, with parotta. Always wish they serve something like this on anywhere in chennai, but i can only wish. Tvm, u r blessed with mouth watering food, not only Bhuhari, but there are multiple food destination.
Authenticity brings serenity to a food blogger and I felt it true when I visited Buhari juice shop in trivandrum. I felt bad when I realised that I haven't tried the Buhari special shake from my home town. But I was extremely happy that I got the chance to try them, that too for the 1st time, the original one, from the place that it got started!♥️🤘

Tried Karikan Boost. A thick tender coconut boost flavoured shake and it was extremely delicious!🤤 Highly recommended if u ever get a chance to visit Trivandrum.😍
Buhari is a landmark hotel for TVM folks. Open almost 24 hours and serving Kerala cuisine food, this one has stood the test of time to turn into an iconic name.
Now many people would find its ambiance to be not the best or hygiene to be iffy, but I say go there and try their food. Puttu + chicken fry is my personal favourite combo. Most folks come there for their mutton chaps which is very famous. Biriyani chaya is another interesting must try item.
Do note their menu has only chicken and mutton items. It is not very veg friendly. The price is very normal and is truly value for the taste. (Many people do question this)
Personally I love this place and keep visiting very often. It’s the best place to head to if you are hungry at 1am and love non veg!
Do try the famous juice shop right outside (Buhari Juicd shop). You get some super yummy Karikkin Shake!!
