I had the opportunity to visit the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple recently, and the experience was truly mesmerizing. I was amazed to witness the strict dress code and the attention to detail in maintaining the purity and sanctity of the temple. One of the most striking features of the temple is its intricate and detailed architecture, with its traditional Dravidian style. The impressive Ananthasayanam idol is truly breathtaking. This unique form of Lord Vishnu makes the temple even more revered. There were very strict dress codes for devotees, like only dhotis for males and white-red saree for females and no photography allowed inside the temple. Overall, my visit was a memorable and fulfilling experience. I highly recommend a visit to this magnificent temple to all.

Visited on 19/12/2023, One of the most beautiful temple, early morning 05:30hrs darshan completed, we blessed and felt vibes of happiness, it is advisable to take a tour of this temple at early morning, outside view of this temple while sun raising is awesome you can see shadows in water. 4 entrances are there for dharshan, east gate is the main entrance most probably rush will be there. Tip - if you are not taken any room, want to bath at dormitory, most probably east entrance side will be too rush, it's better to go North side less rush to get fresh at dormitory.

Beautiful and historic. It is worth the visit even if you are not Hindu. Non Hindus are not allowed inside the temple, but you can go to the museum to the left of it located in the old palace. It is gorgeous and has many priceless artifacts. Definitely go see the outside of the Temple and the museum. You cannot take pictures inside the museum. Only the outside.

Very powerful temple. Kings of Travancore established this spacious temple. Very traditional place with positive vibe in the entire complex. Ladies should wear traditional dresses saree and gents Dhoti. Wearing Pant and shirts is not allowed. Luggage keeping stalls are there. Mobile strictly not allowed. Generally lot of rush will be there. 500 rupees special darsanam is there. A snack laminated photo of the deity and Prasadam will be given. The sleeping posture of the god Sri Anantha Padmanabha swamy on the serpent Anantha is extremely pleasing. Lord can be seen through three doors.

Visited on 24-12-2023 1.Temple infrastructure is very nice. 2. Men have to wear Dhoti and shirt need removed before entering into the temple. 3. For women saree is allowed, if you are wearing any other dresses like chudidar, etc. you still have wear a Dhoti on top of chudidar. 4. Free Darshan is available. It took 3 hours to complete dharshan, as I have visited the temple in the weekend. 5. You can submit your luggage, clothes, mobiles, smart watch, camera in the cloak room. They will charge 10rs for every individual items( 1 pair of clothes, 1 mobile, 1 smart watch : 30 rs total) 6. Once you enter main temple (garba Gudi) there will be no electric lights, you will have to see the lord Balaji with the lighting of Diya(oil lamp). 7. If you are visiting for the first time, better ask some one to explain how to see the god. Because the statue is huge and you won't be able to get Darshan properly with that lights, as you will get very limited time to stand in front of the god, for darshan. 8. You will have to see the god from all 3 doors because the statue is that much huge. 9. Hope you will have a nice day here with your family and friends.

Must Visit Place. I loved the serenity and vibe here. We visited in the eve hours so got to see the lighting but If you get to visit in the morning hours then the pond and architect of the temple will be clearly visible. It was crowded so we took special darshan tickets. Still, the wait time was less. You get 10 secs hardly for darshan. This temple is the richest temple in the world. This is Lord Vishnu Temple. There are Lord Ganesha and Lord Krishna temples inside the premises. You have to follow the dress code. Men should be in dhoti (no jeans inside allowed) and upper bare body. Females need to wear a saree or skirt else you can put a dhoti on your dress. Locker shops are available to keep your mobile and bags. Also, rental dhotis are available.

Absolutely divine temple! The temple is the abode of Maha Vishnu and it is divine experience to do darshan in the temple premises. Fortunately cameras and mobile phones are prohibited inside the temple which helps in preserving the serene atmosphere. This temple has a great history behind it and it is an absolutely divine experience to visit here.

Shree Padmanabhaswamy Temple is really impressive! The design outside and the peaceful vibe inside are amazing. The god's statue is beautiful, and the history is cool. Just remember to dress appropriately and be ready for some security stuff. It's a special place to connect with culture and religion.
