Review Cafe Edelweiss - Udaipur

Rohit Kumar
I tried their bakery items a couple of times during my stay in Udaipur and I was blown away by the apple pie that they served. A cozy space by the ghat that offers good quality food. The service was top notch. You'll find a few foreigners as well when you come here. Make sure you get the apple pie heated before consumption for the best experience

Delicious sandwiches! My husband and I tried the ham and fried egg, bacon and fried egg, and chicken and egg sandwiches over 2 meals. Bacon and fried egg sandwich is the best!😍 Great service, clean and fresh made foods. We kept coming back during our time here in Udaipur. Highly recommend to come grab a bite!😋

Place is just located near Gangaur Ghat and is a bliss for the tourists, probably one of the best places in Udaipur to have breakfast, also menu is wide and have multiple options to choose from. Worth a visit when in Udaipur. I tried Cappuccino, banana cake and chocolate ball, the taste was amazing and food was fulfilling. This places is having a laid back, chill and relax vibe ☕️🍰

Cafe Edelweiss is one of the best places I visited in Udaipur old city. With taste ambience and service they just wooed me with their excellence and dedication. I had ordered Palak Chicken and paratha with was nicely done and presented. They even complimented me with a choco-cake which was surprising and overwhelming too. Attaching the pics for the same. If you want to visit this place for their warm welcome you can find it very near to Bagore ki haveli.

Best place to stay in old Udaipur with a lake view room, most famous historic German bakery established by a great lover of the city, now owned by friendly Rakesh ji. Roof top restaurant is the best to have Italian and Mediterranean food made by greatest Italian chef of the city Dhanna ji. Must try- At bakery Cakes Tuna sandwich At Restaurant- Chicken Wajid Ali Shah (Secret Recipe) Rosemary Potatoes with chicken breast Home made Italian Pasta

Found this place right next to our hotel. The ambiance is good. It's quite a place to have breakfast near gangore ghat.. The food served was fresh and delicious. Do try coffee here in the morning. The rates seem a bit high but the taste will compensate for it..They serve more of English breakfast than local food. we had coffee and sandwiches here in the morning..ambiance with music is nice.. if you had enough local food, you can always visit here for a change of taste..

Flat white was good, walnut and date tart was good though the chocolate brownie was not dense and rich enough for me.

Excellent view, ambience and in reasonable prize, main owner is very cooperative and polite. Extremely close to gangapur ghat and bagore haveli... few seconds distance. 2 minutes walk to Shree Jagdish Mandir. We took 301 room facing to lake side. Better to do advance booking, they have very old German based traditional cafe, crowded by foreigners always.

If you’re looking out for the best view, good staff, amazing pesto sandwich and most of all good Americano, then cafe edelweiss is the place. I was in Udaipur for 40 days and I have been here literally every single day from 12 pm to 8 pm. Rakesh, the manager is an amazing person. He goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable and happy. Dhanraj, the cook, makes one of the best pesto pasta and sandwiches. If you’re in Udaipur and want something amazing, this is the place to be. It’s ghat facing, in the old city and is near all the famous places
