Review Rajwada Bites - Udaipur

ARNAB CHAKRABORTY
Awesome ๐Ÿ™Œ, the food was great. The Lal maas was rocking with flavour. The naan and parathas were beyond words. The ambience and the service was appropriate. Loved the live dances and the participations. One can enjoy the food while watching or listening to the so much talented artists they have in house. Value for money food the price was competitive. They were focused on the food rather than only lake view which other provide and somehow misses on the taste. Only one suggestion as a tourist to take this place a step further is to maintain and clean the washrooms and wash basins.

A must visit place if you like non vegetarian food. After trying a few places we found this gem and it did not disappoint. Probably the BEST LAAL MAAS I've had EVER! The serving staff is friendly and polite and the evening setup is better than the day time. During the day time you have to sit indoors, which is average, but at night there is a setup outdoors and even live traditional music and dance. No alcohol here though. MUST TRY!

Generally this place opens at 12 noon but we came early directly from airport. But thanks to Mr Vikram he welcomed us like in his home. The food was great and hospitality was awesome.
Tanmoy Halder
The Non Veg Combo and the Lal Maas Bati was amazing. They took very good care of us. The extra topping was the dance performance.
jaymin parmar
Very nice lively atmosphere and tasty food. We went to eat non veg food and it doesn't disappoint. The mutton biryani, soup, laal Maas was really yum. Must visit for good place and taste in udaipur.
Abhijit Pal
Excellent food, wonderful ambience. Service is top class. Music performance was superb.
Yogesh Gaur
Nice restaurant with a nice ambience. Service and food was fine. It was a bit costly. Don't try any type of coffee because they are very bad at making coffee.

Food is so delicious at Rajwada Bites! The Mutton Laal Maas and Chicken Malai Tikka is a must try. It's full of flavour and very delicious and good quantity too. The service and atmosphere was great too! Must visit restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Very nice place with great food. There is usually a folk show with music and dance around 7:30 pm. It's quite nice and worth experiencing.
Leena Thadani
I can't even begin to express the joy I felt at the ambience of this place. I visited this restaurant a few days ago & I was greeted with beautiful folk music. The group of artists did an amazing job. The folk songs with traditional Rajasthani dance was the highlight of my evening. We had traditional Rajasthani food, dal bati etc. & it tasted amazing. I left with my stomach full of delicious food & heart full if beautiful memories ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Talking about Mr Vikram, he is a gem i had never came across such a personality he is so sweet and humble. Mr manohar Singh service was really good he is very sweet and humble too. Would suggest everyone to visit here. Thank you.

We had a great time here. Mr Vikram explained everything about the specialities in Rajasthan. Dal Bhaatti choorma which we tried there was amazing. Hospitality of the staff needs to be highlighted. Amazing hospitality.

AmaIng this is my second visit to this place. The place always impresses me with its courteous service and tasty food.

Laal maans over here is one of the tastiest items I ever had. Stuffed kulchas are also nice. You can also try platter and non veg thali if you want to go for variety.

They have a good comfy seating arrangement as well
Sandesh Shetty
Kebabs were very dry and did not taste good . Laal maas was also not upto the mark
Alisha Madaan (AM)
Do polish off their non-veg Thali which serves chicken and mutton in three different curry styles, including the flavoursome Laal Maans. The staff was courteous and receptive of my requests to up the spice level in the curries. Offers one of the best culinary experiences in Udaipur, and is quite a popular tourist stop for satiation of journey-driven hunger pangs.

Beware of this eatery. The Zomato rating is surely by some paid reviews. Had a horrible experience and wasted a whooping amount.
Carry your own water bottle as they don't serve regular water, without even informing they will pour mineral water in the glass and charge 50% more than the bottled MRP. When asked for regular water, server Ram Singh denied as they don't have any regular water even if you eat for few thousands. They should be sued for such Illegal activities.
Ordered Laas Maas, chicken biriyani, chicken butter masala, jeera rice, tandoori roti.
Laal maas - Rs. 550 for 4 piece mutton, out of which 2 piece of pure Bone served, not an inch of meat. Another 2 piece with 20% meat.
Chicken biriyani - No salt at all in the dish, when complained the server informed they don't put salt while cooking, we have to mix it as we like and showed us the salt sprinkler.
Waiter Ram singh is totally unprofessional. Denied payment by card after meal was over. He said we accept only cash, bt that wasn't informed before. Since I was not carrying that much cash,I was asking with him to accept Google pay/Paytm or some other payment method. Bt he kept on pressuring for cash. Then suddenly he came with card machine and then I paid through card. Why harassing customers like this. I just wasted a few thousands and my afternoon. Never visit this fraud setup.

Visited this place in udaipur for lunch. The ambience is good. Ordered veg thali here and garlic naan and I must say the food was so yummm here. Veg thali consists of gatte ki sabzi, mixveg, kadhi, roti, salad, sweet and all the items tastes so good with full of flavours. Just love the food here. The service is also very good here. Manohar lal from the staff is very good and quick in the service. The manager mr.vikram is an awesome man who came to us to ask if everything is good or not. He also clicked our few pics which is so nice of him๐Ÿ˜‹ . The staff is very precise that the guest in their restaurant have a great time. Overall a very good restaurant with awesome food. If get
a chance to visit udaipur again will surely go to this place. Highly recommended.

If you plan to eat Laal Maas in Udaipur , don't think of any place else then this accompanied with crispy garlic naans and Missi roti .
The staff there is amazing and very comforting and do ask them for recommendations if you are a tourist/traveller in udaipur about what places or things you can visit or do while in Udaipur.
Sushmana Saxena
Very tasty food, really good family ambience and very warm courteous staff

Went there for lunch. The service was good but cleanliness wasn't at par. We ordered Ghar ki murgi, butter naan and stuffed kulcha.
The potato stuffed kulchas were soft and fluffy with a small amount of the stuffing. The ghar ki murgi was ordered on the server's recommendations to be the best but to be honest it was nothing as promoted. Chicken was not really soft, the gravy was oily and didn't taste good at all. It rather left us with a bad aftertaste.
The washrooms were also clean in appearance but had slight fowl odor.
Pankaj Sharma
amazing servic tasty food nice ambience and a prompt service by Mr Chatarsingh
The folk dance was amazing and we too danced with them
Moinuddin Sonde
Great food, courteous staff, electric ambience, great performances.
Iffat Tinwala
Awesome place with courteous staff . Mr Chatarsingh was very helpful and nice. Really good food as well.
Khush Dash
Whole staff particularly the manager was very courteous and engaged in conversation other than food. He very well explained the dishes preparation. We went by his suggestions and I glad we did that. The combination of Dhungar maas with plain white rice won my heart. Laal maas n the chicken curry were good as well. Since, the restaurant was nearly empty the service was prompt. I must say this was my best lunch during my Rajasthan visit.

Food was great, service was excellent. We're coming back to here for sure. Great food experience here
Parth Shinde
One small plate they charged for veg Manchurian but they served very little in quantity, charged high rates for food, slow and disgusting service,
Vandana Arya
Amazing lal maas. Will definitely come back. Food was good.
Asheesh
This is a good restaurant. There is outdoor sitting as well as indoor sitting available. They also have large alcoves with chowkis for the traditional feel. The thaali with dal baati choorma is good. Dal was very tasty. Kadhi chawal and chaach were also good. The choorma and halwa were very tasty. A second helping of choorma was also ordered. Fried rice was ok. The lahsuni chutney tasted a bit like chilli sauce served with momos. The lemon soda tasted like lemon squash and had jeera.
Hetal Bhanushali
We went to have lunch here. Staff was not interested in taking order and responding to our queries. We had vegetarian food and the taste was average.
Manish
Food was really delicious...lovely Rajasthani dance performance...and awesome ambience... place to visit in Udaipur city..๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ‘ very warm welcome by the staff...
Ananya Biswas
The first thing you will notice about Rajwada Bites is it's grand Rajasthani door. Step inside and you are welcomed by marvellous food, great ambience and very, very warm people.

The traditional bati was uniquely tasty, the mutton literally melts in your mouth - we sat outside with cushions though there is indoor seating as well. Highly recommend this place if you are in Udaipur.
Roshan DMello
The most delectable food served on a plate in Udaipur. Vikram (the owner) knows how to engage his guests with passionate conversations on culture, paintings, history and food. A must stop if you are longing for that missing "zing" in good hospitality and good food.
Nitish Jhunthra
Food was stale, Dancers were good, serve only bottled water and charge for it, RO water not available
Vishnu SRIVASTAVA
Good ambience and service. Good combination of spices in food. Overall worth a visit. Chicken jahangiri and lal maas was the showstopper for the brunch we had.
Tasneem Tailor
Nice place. Good staff and service. Food is ok, atleast from what we ordered. Rotis were very good. Wish yo visit more and taste other dishes too.
Anmol Proto Rikhra
We were suggested by a localite to visit this place to have good quality food. We were not at all disappointed. Infact, we had a very delicious and savouring laal maans (red meat) here. Thanks to Mr. Vikram who was polite, suggestive, descriptive in what he was talking about. We could not lick the bowls unfortunately coz dining etiquettes, but the food was all finger licking worthy. RECOMMENDED.
Tara Sharma
Came to this place specially to have Lal Maans but the preparation of special Lal Maans was worst. The place is Highly over priced. Food is too spicy. Very bad experience. Although Smoky Paneer was good.
Bharti Sheth
Our driver from Ananta =resort took us there as we wanted food parcel We ordered Veg. Biryani and Dal khichadi .. The biryani was superb and so was the khichadi. The owner was very polite . Before packing he gave a sample of khichadi as I had told him to make less spicy.
Kunal Behl
Food is just Awesome.. typical Rajasthani Reciepe.. Loved it
we cam from Delhi to Udaipur and someone referred this one.. We ordered DalBhati Choorma thali
Twisha & Shruti
Ever since we were kids we have been loving and eating Dal Baati Churma and after ages, we got a chance to eat this traditional Rajasthani delicacy in the city of lakes, Udaipur.

We went to this restaurant and ordered for this beautiful and the famous, Rajwadi dal baati thali that you can see in the picture.

This dal had a nice and smokey flavour to it and it was truly something that we had never had.

Moving on, they gave us crushed baati and poured generous amount of ghee on it making it soft and flavoursome. The kadhi, rice, churma and garlic chutney acted as perfect accompaniments too.

Also, they served us a chilled glass of chhaas with some minty flavours, chat masala and hing. And the suji ka halwa was definitely made with love.

The same thali, for non veg lovers is available too! instead of dal and churma they serve laal maas which is out of this world too!

Took a while to finish this thali but itโ€™s oh-so-totally worth it.

If there were more stars to give here, we would.
Sudha Rajan
We visited this place for dinner and quite a beautiful experience especially the staff, the warmth and the welcoming spirit.
The lalmass is a must try. The service was very quick and loved the performance of the music as well.
Must try for sure.
Mr.Vikram, you have a great team! Kudos.
We chose this place to experience the actual Rajwada thali which comes with the authentic local dish - Dal Bati Choorma, the garlic chutney, kadhi pakora with steamed rice, sooji halwa and chaas. It was an unlimited thali and the taste was worth the price. We absolutely loved trying the local cuisine. The ambience is nice and the staff is really polite.
Vidya Bharti (Traod_thefoodietraveller)
We headed to this place for Sunday lunch today...the look n feel of this place is quite Rajasthani which is quite appealing...coming to the service, it was great as they were quick and very friendly..they pay special attention to each and every customer by asking their feedback for the food and any suggestions...
We ordered two thaal one was daal baati thal n other non veg thal...both of them were good in taste and quite a lot quantity wise so if you prefer less food you can go sharing with your friend in one thal but only thing is it wonโ€™t b unlimited when you share with someone, they will charge you for extra food...
At night they have some folk dance program which you can enjoy with the dinner so you can call them n ask for this program if planning to go for dinner...๐Ÿ˜Š
Happy dinning...๐Ÿฝ

Rajwada Bites is a restraunt with big ambiance which can accumulate 60-70 people at a go ..having small and large sections for seating arrangements.

Quite a good place to hang out with friends and families..we opted to sit in air conditioning rooms since we were large no of people having lunch. Heard about this place from Zomato and Trip advisor we opted to come here and get the taste of Rajasthan..

Starting with the food we ordered the following dishes

Starters
======

โœ“ Chicken Malai Tikka 5/5
โœ“ Panner Tikka 4/5

Drinks
======

โœ“ Fresh Lime Soda 4/5
โœ“ Soft Drinks

Main Course
============

โœ“ Dal Tadka 4/5
โœ“ Lal Mass 4/5
โœ“ Butter Chicken 4/5
โœ“ Butter roti
โœ“ Butter Nan
โœ“ Jeera Rice
โœ“ Egg Curry 4/5
โœ“ Kadhai Paneer 3.5/5
โœ“ Chicken Curry 4/5

Dish of the day for me was Chicken Malai Tikka, it was tender it was juicy ..one bite and you are in heaven. This was one of the best tikkas I have ever had. The taste was amazing and the textures were great.

Main course was great too , had Lal mass which is their speciality ..the mutton was tender and juicy , also the butter chicken was well prepared. Rice with Dal also made a good combination. In all a great place to have your meal with family and friends. Overall taste is great and one should definitely come here and enjoy the food.

Last but not the least ended up with having fresh lime soda which was great and refreshing to end up my journey in Udaipur.

Thanks a lot management for your prompt service and being a great host. If Udaipur...Rajwada Bites....one of the best places for not just food but enjoy the ambience too. They greet you with the utmost pleasure and no fakeness....been to almost all the restraunts in Delhi NCR and Mumbai...and they need to have an eye on their customer service. And not to forget the Manager here Vikram his presence here and customer service is the most shining solitaire for this place
Superb!!
Keep it up!!
This place was one of the highlights of our trip to Udaipur. Lovely ambience, Awesome food, great experience. The Manager Vikram, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and have a delightful experience. If you are in Udaipur, you must visit this place. We had the Non Veg Combo meal and Tandoori Chicken, both were extremely good.

Small decent restaurant with good food and ambience located on saheli road. We had a simple meal and the food was delicious. Cost wise this place is decently priced as well.
NIKHIL
Awesome non vegetarian thali comprising of butter chicken and laal maas. Economical in sense that it is enough for two and taste of laal maas is authentic as it is famous for.
Sharmeen Vazifdar
We visited this restaurant twice on the same day since it was one of the best places we've eaten food on our trip to Rajasthan. Very reasonably priced , great value for money and prompt service . The manager Mr Vikram was extremely couteous and helpful . We strongly recommend the dhunger maas , laal maas and fish fry here. A must visit in Udaipur

It was an amazing experience to be at this restaurant.. such a homely feel.. ambience, authentic Rajasthani Thali and the hospitality made the New Year extra special ๐Ÿ˜ Special mention about Mr. Vikram (the manager) who treated us like family members and made our visit worthy.. the live music, dance performances we're cherry on the cake... ๐Ÿค— Last but not the least, don't forget to order the non veg combo thali. ๐Ÿ˜€ Thank you Rajwada Bites.. Thumbs up.
Russel Nayyar
We ordered noodles, butter chicken and a tandoori salad. The chicken was burnt, tandoori salad was undercooked. So the experience didnโ€™t start well but we shared our concern with the manager and he ensured we get good quality food - which we did.
Surender Duggal
Best hospitatily in udaipur. Amazing food. Must try laal maas, panner bhatti, aloo pyaaz paratha. Best for dinner as they have folk performances in rajasthani cultute

ROYAL EXPERIENCE AT RAJWADA BITES...Went to this amazing place on my trip to Udaipur ...Truly fascinating Ambiance.....We just wanted to get drenched in Rajasthani flavors . Hence, ordered a Rajasthani veg & a Rajasthani Non veg platter. The Non veg combo was amazing with Laal maas , Butter Chicken & one more chicken curry . The laal maas literally lived upto the expection with meat pieces cooked so well , spicy & pretty juicy. The next best were the Gulab Jamuns... so soft that they just melted in the mouth. While writing this I am still drooling . The vegetarian food was a bit disappointing ...kadhi pakoda, gatte ki subzi & mix veg all were a bit dis balanced with respect to salt & spices . A big salute to the supportive staff who took pain to explain each dish elaborately & helped us to choose the dishes. The cherry on the top was the great cultural performance which made us completely soaked in the Rajasthani air . Hence, concluding by stating the non veg combo is a must try dish .RAJWADI BITES... I can just say ...A Great example of good honest Rajasthani Non Veg food...
Madhura Jayawant
This place is very nice for non veg lovers. Restaurant serves you best quality of non veg food in udaipur city. We tried both rajsthani veg and non veg thali. Non veg thali contains laal maas (special mutton delicacy of rajsthan), Lipsmacking butter chicken, traditional chicken curry, butter roti, rice, buttermilk with gulab jamun.
Veg thali is also good. It has gatte ki sabji, kadhi pakora, rice, butter roti, mix veg sabji, gulab jamun, rice and dal.
It has very comfortable sitting arrangement. They provide you traditional seating arrangement too. I totally recommend this place for tourist. Must visit
Mayank Singh Rawat
We went there after booking in advance and after reaching there we sat on balcony seat which was offered to us by Mr Vikram. Their are three balcony seats. After sometime their manager Mr Vikram came and said said sir I request you to pls take another seat as this is booked by someone else. We said ok we will shift but what is the difference between this seat and other seat. He said they want this seat only. It was so embarassing. We especially came from Ramada to this restraunt and this was the treatment their manager is giving to customers. We didn't move and told their manager that pls ask your customer to sit on other balcony seat as all are same seats and were empty. Also Mr Vikram was especially serving food personally to those customers for whom he was asking us to shift. Sorry to say but owner should definitely look into this .

So! It's been an absolutely delicious week for me as i spent some time in three good restaurant in the town. Starting with rajwada. The location is good, but does'nt have a view. The prices are quite high for a thali but maybe that price worth the taste. The thali was completely delicious which felt like a non veg treat. Great.
Mansi Nainwal
The overall setup of the place is amazing! Very traditional and has a cultural performance in the evening.

We ordered laal maans, paneer bhatti, and rotis.
Laal maans had a very refreshing tangy taste of lemon.
Paneer bhatti was really good.

Also, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great service.

Ronak Meghani
Very pathetic in service, we waited for a hour and got very basic quality food , most of the items were not available which were mentioned in menu. It is not at all recommended
Adrita Banerjee/Thatfoodsciencegraduate
Wonderful place for a breezy lunch or dinner. Decorated in authentic Rajasthani style, serves good food. Tried dhungar Maas which was really yummy.
Sandy Mohan
Went here for lunch yesterday. The manager was very polite and courteous and suggested us many dished to try as they were restaurant speciality. Tried their laal maas , and sandwiches which were both very good. The waiters were careful in customizing the dishes and very polite as well, it's a family restaurant with indoor and outdoor sitting and good food.
Surman.singh15
Amazing food. Must try Lal mutton, Dal Makhni, Paneer tikka masala. Very different and delicious preparation. Very helpful staff and they give special attention to all the guests.
Aayushi Tanna (TanGy_TastEr)
New city.. no idea where to go... Then our cab driver tell us that this is the best place to have nasta in udaipur... Nd we tried that

Rajwada bites a very small but good place with yummy finger licking food. A must try once for those who love to try new things on snacks.. nd as far as the best place for the breakfast in udaipur I must say

We had samosa , kachori , poha , rabdi , jalebi everything they are selling. And everything is just yummy and tasteful.

Nice experience with breakfast in udaipur.

Food 4/5

Service 4/5
Som Bismaya
The restaurant has the look and feel of the traditional Rajasthani culture which is pleasing for the eyes.
We ordered the Rajwada special Dal Bati Churma which was exquisite, a real treat to the taste buds along with the feel of authentic Rajasthani food. (Special mention of the exquisite dal included in that thali).
The laal Maans was absolutely delicious and the butter chicken was also an absolute treat.
The breads were also very well done.
The service was very prompt and efficient.
A must visit.
Anushka Yadav
The food was great! I had ordered Rajwada special and Gatte ki Subji both were good to eat even for a non Rajasthani palate,
Although I want to mention that the service was very poor,
All the tables did not have salt or pepper, or even cutlery, even tissue papers were not given
It may have been peek time for the restaurant but some of these things are basic requirements
The ambience was great
Fooddiariesss (Suman)
Ps : dnt have any nonveg items here , plz dnt. We had the worst biryani ever in our lives . The management was so rude to respond the concern. Dnt go by zomato or google rating
Yogita
We wanted to have some good Rajasthani non vegetarian food in the city. Our driver recommended Rajwada bites and I am glad we went with his recommendation.
The food was fresh, clean and yummy.
Lourdson
A best Punjabi restaurant in the udaipur city. They got the live music and songs with performers .. which is awesome . They make the food to perfection . Though the cost is on little upper side the taste of food justify the cost. Worth the money and must visit.
Aman Kumar
The food was awesome, if u are a food lover a must visit place for you. The ambience is nice with music and traditional dances. We had Rajwada Dal bathi Churma thali n Non Veg thali..which was having Lal mass, Ghar ki murgi, butter chicken.. Everything was very tasty. Must Visit.
Vinita Tekchandani
Good local cuisine and live performances.
The women did the Rajasthani folk dances and the men sang and played the music. Surprisingly the little guy in their family was Dabbing! ๐Ÿ˜‚
Ordered the chicken thali with Laal Maas, butter chicken and Ghar ki murghi.
Good food, huge portion.
Quite busy for a Monday night.
Should try .
Shobhana Richa
The place serves the best Lal maas. If u want spicy do ask the waiter to make it spicy as per your need. The manager of the restaurant is very polite & good person. Knowing that we were tourist, he gave us tips to do things in the city & also took photos of us.
Ambience is also great if people want to enjoy folk dance and music.
Neha Gupta
Average ambience. Attentive staff.
I ordered bhutta kebab in Vegetarian starter and a mixed veg Paratha. Both were good.
Chicken tandoor was a turn off because the marination was too too sour taking the taste away from it. Chicken main course was better though.
The same old Rajasthani folk song and dances were not adding much glam to the atmosphere.
Can definitely give it a skip.
Shikhar Jain
Visited this place on a pleasant evening. The bhatte ka paneer is a must try here. The cheese naan and dahi ke kabab was also good. Staff was extremely friendly. A must visit place near Fateh Sagar.
Kanika Sihmar
Really amazing food to soothe your taste buds and live folk dance and music to soothe your soul. Ordered the non veg tandoori platter and the non veg thali. Ghar ki murgi was really great and a must try. Our experience was even more wonderful because of our host Mr Vikram, who won our hearts with his hospitality. From guiding us through the menu to the city of Udaipur and taking our pictures for us without even asking.
So 5/5 for their food, hospitality ambience. A must visit place in Udaipur.
Satarupa Bhaskar
Everything is just so good about this place. Be it the quality /taste of the food or the staff. Tried this place during my visit to Udaipur and it a was good decision to do so. I will recommend having the non veg combo over here, the portion of food they provide is worth the price. A big thumbs up to Rajwada bites. ๐Ÿ˜Š
Sandeep Majumdar
One of the best places for food in Udaipur. Not only the food is tasty the staff members are courteous. We happened to meet Mr.vikram there, managing the restaurant and he hosted us really well, kept taking feedback and also giving his views and along with travelling tips on how to navigate through the city. The food is really good, we had masala papad, non veg platter and thaali, and the the butter chicken and ghar ki murgi are drool worthy. If confused about what to take, get the thaali and then order further, same was suggested by Mr. Vikram. One of the best to dine in udaipur!
Kunwar Prithvi Singh Chauhan
I was craving for for some authentic lal maas when one of my friends suggested me this place.

The experience here was pleasantly surprising with the ambiance and the folk singing/dancing. Food quality was great coupled with the decent ambiance and like-home hospitality. This is a must try place if you need some authentic Rajasthani experience in food and the culture.
Krati Parashar
The food and service won't disappoint you.
Food is delicious ๐Ÿ˜Š

The staff is very courteous. They also have folk dance perfomance in the evenings which is very nice.
Its close from hathi pol market.
Prarthana Vaidya
Was recommended this place by our auto driver, while on vacation in Udaipur. We were a little unsure of it, when we saw it from outside, but since reviews online were good, we decided to give it a go. The food was tasty. We ordered kadai paneer with tandoori rotis, and a dal batti platter, which came with rice, kadhi and buttermilk. The service was very good, with the waiters repeatedly checking on whether we needed assistance. There was live folk music and dancing in the background but somehow that did not add as much to experience as one would expect.
Sahil Kapoor
Excellent food and great service.
Must try - Lal Maas, Chicken Gharwala, Suji ka halwa are worth ordering and found the taste to be excellent

Such a wonderful place for local cuisine and local culture. The dinner here was not just a marvelous one with awesome blend of local Rajasthani food but was an amalgamation of local culture at its best. The folk songs and artists all kept performing till we had dinner and stayed there and I must confess they were splendid.........
Personally recommend all visitors to visit this place once .

Very nice place having traditional seating in open as well as closed area. Food was very tasty. Had khichdi which was really good. Also had thali which had kadi rice daal bati churma and halwa it was amazing too and best part is that it is inexpensive so anyone can have a visit. Also there were dancers and singers which was an add on as we got to hear some very nice traditional songs and danced with the dancers too ๐Ÿค—

Must try Non veg combo meal. Laal maas is to die for! Will surely recommend for a great meal near fateh sagar lake. The chicken is soft and gravy is cooked well and decent staff. One of the must try places.

If there is any rating more then 5, I would give to them...
Best restaurant I tried in my 5 day stay in Udaipur.. Food is too too good... We tried Chicken, lal maas, bhatti paneer and they were simply fabulous in taste..
The manager and staff were very very courteous beyond we could have expected.. A must visit restaurant...
Ambience is fine as we from Delhi would not care for ambience / interiors when in other cities as there are all world's options for that in NCR..
We needed great taste and this place gave us that..

If you are visiting Udaipur and want to explore the non veg cuisine of the region, just hot this place..
We liked it so much that we visited this place thrice in a week..

Do definitely order the non veg combo which is sufficient for 2 hungry foodies.
This consist of Laal maas, chicken curry and butter chicken. Roti, rice chaas, and sweet ..

We also ordered fish tandoor kebab which was out of the world.
The customize your food accordingly to your taste buds for spicy food..

Just live this place, would surely visit whenever in udaipur

I can't even express my views towards this restaurant. Never had such pathetic chicken biryani.. it's criminal to prepare such worst biryani.. please it's a honest opinion it's better to starve than eating here. ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿคฎ

I visited this place today on our trip to Udaipur. We were looking for a restaurant near to our stay. Rajwada Bites menu attracted us and hence we visited this place.
It has both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to sit outdoors as there was going to be a folk dance performance.
Ambience is a bit like Rajasthani dhaba. Folk Dance enhanced our experience while having Rajasthani cuisine.
We ordered Daal Baati Churma( RS- 400/-), Laal Maas, Laccha Paratha and Masala Papad.
Daal Baati Churma had chaas, Pamchmel dal, Bati, (they were in pieces and were fried. Different from usual round baatis. ) , kadi ( No pakoda or gola), Papad, Chutney, Churma, Sooji Halwa. All the items were very tasty and quality was maintained.
Laal Maas was the star of the day. Gravy was so tasty and was made with mathaniya mirch. It was as authentic as it could get. Mutton was really succulent and was literally falling off the bone.
Laccha Paratha was soft. Papad was very light and masala was ok-ok.
Service was exceptional, seriously I didn't expected their service to be that good.

I would rate the restaurant on the below grounds:

Taste- *****
Ambience- ****
Quality- *****
Quanity- *****
I had a lunch there- Rajasthani thali with daal Baati (not daal bati churma) and the quality and quantity both were very good. Service was excellent. Since I was outsider they explained the food combinations. The service manager and the service personnel asked whether we are enjoying the meal, any suggestions etc. My friends had veg pulav and chiken ghar ka murg. Both were delicious. And the washroom was clean.

This hotel was recommended by Uber driver so decided to have lunch and order lal maans . That was the best dish I had in my Jaipur and Udaipur trip. Gravy and mutton was so amazing and tender we planned our last day dinner in same place ๐Ÿค—
