Review Picholi Bar - Udaipur

To reach here you need to take a ticket of boat from the city palace. The price for per person ticket is 400 in the morning and 800 in the evening. The boat takes only 24 people in one round. So there is a very long queue for the wait. The palace is quite beautiful but the lighting is only at night. The cafe here is very expensive. But offers alcoholic beverages as well as non alcoholic beverages. It had other variety of food as Chinese, etc. The palace had a very beautiful serenity.

Wow this place is heaven on the earth!! Situated in middle of the lake. You can go there by taking boat which will cost 600 per person. Boat will take a round of lake and drop you there. You can visit the entire place and then take any boat to come back. View is amazing !!

While visiting the city palace, I also did a boating experience and the amazing place included in it is Jagmandir Island Palace. Historical and Royal place it is. There are so many amazing spots here and the place is full of serenity.

Planning to visit the City palace of udaipur? Then don't miss the amazing Jagmandir Palace that stands on the Pichola lake of Udaipur. True example of beauty and royalty together. A boat takes you to the palace which makes a round around the lake of about 15-20 mins. The price might be on a higher scale and waiting time is also quite large. Expect your turn to come up after approximately an hour and that's the minimum we are talking about here. I would really recommend you to go around the sunset time because the beauty is doubled as the rays of the beautiful sunset falls on the lake pichola glorifying the city palace and the jagmandir. Jagmandir itself is a very beautiful island with royalty every where you look. You only have to buy tickets of the boat once which covers both you getting to the island and back to the place of pick up. Jagmandir is basically an island which has a very costly restaurant so I would recommend you to visit it just for the purpose of the boat ride on the beautiful lake and to enjoy a beautiful evening on the island. The restaurant is a bit costlier. You can even stay at jagmandir as there is some resort which you can survey at HH hotels. Overall it was an amazing experience 5/5.

Jagmandir is a wonderful place to visit. No matter, how harsh the sun is, the cool breeze from the surrounding lake will cool you down. If you visit the City Palace I recommend you to visit Jagmandir. The boat ride will cost you 600 for an adult and the kid's (up to) fare is half (year 2023). It's not out of the question to mention here that it's totally turned into a commercial business place. Half of this portion is converted into a restaurant and serves overly priced food items. Even to reach the lake, you need to buy separate tickets from the main palace courtyard. The view from the Island is very good. The garden is well maintained. And it's a plus point. The negative point of visiting the city palace is it's a costly affair. The entry tickets are outrageous. Everywhere they mushroomed restaurants, food items are very costly. And to explore each section of the palace you need to buy separate tickets.

This place is at middle of Lake pichola. This is Hotel and not Temple. You can come here to enjoy with your family and friends. Tickets to come here via boat is available at City palace. Tickets price for boat ride. 500 Till 2:00 Pm 800 From 2:00 Pm to 5:00 Pm

Entry to Jagmandir is via boat ride through City Palace. Cost to enter the City Palace is 30 bucks and the boat ride to Jagmandir costs 500 bucks for to and fro journey. The boat ride costs 800 bucks later in evening after 2-3 PM. The boat leaves every 1 hour from City Palace and while coming back there is a ride every 30 mins. The boat ride is quite beautiful where you witness many scenic views. Jagmandir is situated in the middle of the lake and has a good history. It has multiple courtyards, lawns, a small museum and the restaurant. You can spend time at Jagmandir at your own pace and then come back to City Palace where you can do other activities like the Museum, Crystal Gallery.
