Good taste and good sitting area... Some how the taste of some food is below average too but you can't expect to be champ in all manner... Owner should improve quality / maintain quality of all items ...else some bad apple are making impact on overall performance....

Above average place. Food is also above average, not much tempting that you think of visiting again. Lunch buffet is a good option, if you are looking for a budget friendly menu. Delivery is good. They have 2 floors with approx. Seating for 50 members. Good for kitty parties and office lunches. Panner tikka is good in taste.

Naan and Paratha were both nothing more than stale roti, and extremely overpriced. Channa and dal were oily and overly spiced. For the price I should have eaten a classy meal and instead would have rather eaten at a roadside dhaba.<br/>

First of all they don't know why saffron is famous for..all bullshit.do not waste your time and Money over here, soup like red water, roti is just like skin of some creature even they don't know how to serve the food..m f****ing staff with no respect. I have visited the restaurant with family. It shows Zomato gold is available in restaurant but restaurant is not accepting the Zomato gold saying we have stopped accepting Zomato gold. This is not acceptable when you go with a view to use offer. Kindly help me with this problem<br/>

Overall experience was good for North indian cuisine. We also ordered baked pineapple Macaroni which was average. The staff was good, polite and alert.

Staff appears to be not at all concerned about business. Waited for 15 minutes before leaving the hotel. At 12:30 pm, staff members were sleeping. I was the first customer it seems. They took 15 minutes washes face, with a customer waiting on a table. Finally, they said, "abhi saab aayenge thodi der mai". I concluded, and headed for another restaurant.

One of the worst place the food quality is poor I ordered unlimited thali for 330 the first serving of every item was nice buy further servings were very poor which could be seen in the appearance only and when complained they just ignored it.<br/>The staff was very bad especially those two managers in white there attitude was so bad that it will make you to leave the food in between and leave. The staff is a little rude and the ambience has declined over the years. Food is not at all tasty. If you are on a budget and looking for a buffet, you can try this restaurant. The only surviving grace is their sizzler.

Very poor service. Food was also not good. We have to wait for bill and at that time there was only two table including my table. They were not willing to serve unlimited lunch.

We went on a udaipur trip. We went to this restaurant expecting of barbeque and all stuff as qualified as served in Ahmedabad restaurant but not upto the mark. In Barbeque only paneer served. Another salad was of sweet corn that was nice in test and uniquely prepared. Sabji was not upto mark. Not authentic like Ahmedabad restaurant. Naan, dal rice was OK. So overall food was ok

The food here is quite good. Always had the unlimited meal and was amazed of their consistency in preparing the food without any fault everytime. Saffron unlimited meal is worth it only to fill your hungry tummy but for taste it is not worth it <br/>Panner tikka was tasteless and besan gatta was very sweet not good in taste and service was ok <br/>For ₹340 don't go for it just go to nearby sukhadia circle and have it you will get more quantity and quality.

Went on an official lunch, very quiet place, offers fixed menu. The server's are least interested in their job and wear torn uniforms, this giving the impression of a disconnect.<br/>Food was ok ok. Though theme is of fresh grill, it's not being grilled on the table. Rest of the menu is simple and decent in taste. <br/>Restroom are in poor shape. <br/>For cost factor you may visit as lunch is 249/- ++ per person.

Food taste is good. Ambiance and menu selection is also good. I came here with my parents and kids and they were happy. They missed 2 stars just because of the service. They must improve upon the accuracy of order delivery and reduce the turnaround time.

We didn't knew the lunch timings and when I called up on the number no one picked up so we landed up here around 2.30 and then came to know that we have only more 25mins to order the food and eat the food in 45mins. That time wasn't sufficient enough but could try to manage to eat some food. Order was taken and food came on time but the taste wasn't up to the mark, quantity served was more than expected. Rice wasn't cooked well. As I'm from South India we eat perfect cooked rice don't know about the restaurant as when we questioned the management replied we cook and serve in this manner only. A bit disappointed.

Overall good experience till i got mouse on my legs. It felt so unhygienic suddenly. Starters served with Spices is yummy to Crave for food more & more.

Im from mumbai..i was staying at a hotel in Udaipur but they refused to serve food one night..Hence I called for food from saffron aft lot of hesitation..but I was pleasantly surprised with their delivery..Great food..Prompt delivery..Good quantity..and so sweet of them to also give some mukhwas..Very pleased with this place!

Had my birthday party there @1st visit and then visited several more times. The food is delicious, their menu card sounds delicious too :p. Very good ambiance, Courteous staff, nice ambiance, good service and behaviour of staff. Music was so-so.

The reason why saffron as a chain stands prevalent is because of the standards it has always maintained. The dinning ambiance as well as preparations are at par to the other outlets in Ahmedabad. The absence of unlimited barbecue option unlike in Ahmedabad is a let down.

Pathetic restaurant. Staff is so rude and when I tried to book online they talked to me so rudely and refused to take advance booking. Apparently when there is rush they don't take advance booking and when the restaurant is empty they take advance booking. Has off to their business sense. Not recommended!!!!

Saffron has a really neat seating and ambience but you go to a restaurant for food and that is where saffron fails badly...no matter what you order it will be plain bland, and once you start eating you almost feel as if you are eating at a charity function...overall bad food at ridiculous rates so whether you are a local or a tourist you will be happy to give this place a miss

Have you ever been to a kitchen where meat is being smoked? That is how the ground floor smelled, yet I was surprised at the number of people eating there. I was with two other colleagues, both from North India, yet the food had nothing of the north Indian authenticity it claimed. Please avoid the paneer cheese whatever whatever, it has neither of the two.

I came here after a long time for lunch! This place is famous for it's unlimited system which is the best in Udaipur & no one can give you so much at a price of around 280 per head.<br/>This time I didn't ordered this unlimited love and tried the a-la-carte menu & I must say this was the best choice. In starters, I ordered Cheesy rolls & Achari paneer tikka and both were amazing. Then arrived, Paneer kolhapuri (hot&spicy) which was the best I ever tried & even the dal tadka was too good. Ended with 'hyderabadi biryani' which was supreme & I loved it!<br/>Overall, A great place with nice ambience and top-notch food with sufficient quantity. Those who didn't tried the unlimited one, must definitely go for that first! I am pretty sure, you'll be delighted.

This is one of my regular places in my hometown. I like their presentation and service. I have often celebrated my birthdays here. The starters are my favourite and of course green chuttni the most.

Good food! Specially barbeque starters! Service is prompt. Reasonable in price. Place is little bit congested when full. Parking is good. Overall good.

Overall a very good restaurant, the 1 star is deducted for the poor hygiene of Toilets. This matters as this is very integral to hygiene.<br/>Otherwise, very good location, good ambience, tasty food, courteous staff.<br/>Recommend it, certainly!!!
