Abhishek Ghosh
Moti Mahal is a stalwart of Delhi's traditional Mughlai dining scene, so it's always good to see this reliable outpost in other towns. Their Itihaas brand is basically a dressier version of the original, and that's a plus in my book. The food was on point, if unspectacular, and the service was great - our waitress had a sense of humor without losing her professionalism.
