Amazing place for pizza lovers. Food and beverages are delicious but prices are two-three times higher that of the other restaurants. Has outdoor as well as rooftop seating. Theme is classic.

They sell amazing woodfire pizza may be the best in the udaipur.The place is located near the famous fateh sagar lake.It doesn’t actually provide the view of lake if you sitting in restaurant.I ate the margarita pizza and it was awesome,the best authentic italian pizza i had eaten in my recent time.The restaurant is not air conditioned but it has bunch of coolers.The pizza of this restaurant won’t disappoint you so if you’re at fateh sagar lake this place is a must visit.

We had a lovely, evening at Steam. It felt very friendly and relaxed. The staff were very polite and attentive. I'm vegan and upon my request the chef made a vegan pizza which was very tasty! It was also very kind of the owners to meet us.

Visited as a guest in the Steam Restaurant Top Restaurant for dinner just today. We were entertaining friends from udaipur, and enjoyed view. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning . I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, owner. He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. He recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. He and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Yo!

Great food, nice ambience and very courteous staff. Wood fired pizza is a must try. Other dishes are also very tasty. A must visit place in Udaipur for great dinner. It is situated in front of Fatehsagar lake. So you can can enjoy evening walk near the lake and come here for a delicious dinner.

Wood Fire Pizza is the best, we tried Farmers Fresh pizza. Apart from that meal food like kadhai paneer, dal and aalo sabji was awsome. Overall food was really nice. Only disappointing thing was there service, lack of training & presentation in staff, everything you have to tell them to do as they don't know what a waiter is supposed to do. They took 1.5 hrs to serve the first order and its too long to wait.

This restaurant is located at the very end of the Fateh Sagar Pal on Dewali side. One can expect good food, good services and pleasant ambience. Tandoori Momos are a must have at this restaurant. The interiors are a tad bit different from regular restaurant with generous use of bamboo. The main course is good so are the starters.Pizza is disappointing

Delicious food. Wonderful wood fired pizza (very thin) and choice of tandoori momos. But food is on costlier side. Non air-conditioned sitting. And also the helping of food is not adequate looking to the price charged. Size of roti too small. Over all good in taste but they should consider their pricing seriously. Good non-veg food.

First of all many thanks to the owner of restro who allows us after closing timing. We haven been there on 31/03/18 @ 2300hrs. Since we were late for dinner we tried to convince many restros to allow us on odd timings, however no one allowed. Thenafter only steam restro owner allow us and asked their staff to stay there for us. That’s was kindness of him. Ambience is up to the mark, we ordered veg. Went to this place based on online reviews but was disappointed.. ordered pizzas since it's their specialty, and one of the pizzas served was cold, as if it was prepared but not served in time...which brings me to the bad service...only 3 of the 9 tables were occupied, but we had to ask for water, and remind them for ice and sugar for our drinks...the server serving our drinks looked like he might drop the tray holding our drinks at any moment...surely a tray with 2 filled glasses cannot weigh that much?! We're the pizzas good? No idea since the experience ruined our appetite!!<br/>We left unsatisfied to fill our stomachs with street food.

Nice property near Fateh Sagar lake however no view from restaurant... Food is good and staff is very courteous and friendly... Tried tandoori malai paneer momos, it was very nice and filling... Chinese sizzler was average, as food was blend... Must visit once, heard their wood fire pizzas are great, will try on next visit

As we were passing by so me and my husband thought of going to steam restaurant for lunch and we had a bad experience in terms of food.<br/>We ordered aloo paratha, paneer paratha, steam rice, boondi raita, oreo shake...the oreo shake was pathetic like some road side shop with no ingredients and equipments has made..I was very disappointed with the shake as it was the first thing they served us..Both the parathas were with no spices at all and one could hardly find the stuffing..The boondi in the raita has a bad smell and taste like it was manufactured two months ago or was of low quality..and the steam rice were not cooked properly.....We paid a total bill of Rs.625..<br/>The interior or the ambience was too good and the staff was very polite as they were visiting us if we need something..and yes the kitchen staff were too slow to prepare the ordered food as i have noticed that each and every person on table was waiting for their order to be served...<br/>Lastly i would say that the food was not good but we both enjoyed sitting there and clicking pics..

Bad food. Slow service. Well dressed but poorly trained staff.<br/><br/>We ordered for a beer to start with and that took 20 minutes to arrive. One Starter took 30 minutes and meagre portion size in comparison to what we paid for it. Second helping of beer was refused saying that they get beer from somewhere else. Ridiculous! Kathi rolls and cheese garlic bread were ordered as a main course. Paneer kathi roll was full of raw spices and loaded with mustard for no reason. Chicken kathi roll was decent. The waiter had informed that the kathi roll will be prepared with a roomali roti, but it came prepared with a chewy naan. Cheese garlic bread was inedible and unbelievably pungent. <br/><br/>On passing the feedback to the waiter, the chef comes out of the kitchen after fifteen minutes and tries to defend himself. No efforts to correct the blunder or no apologies whatsoever. They showed the decency to remove the charges of garlic bread from the bill but that didn't save the evening. Horribly disappointed and never going back!

Located in just front of Fateh Sagar lake this place have an amazing ambience at ground floor however rooftop restaurant is not great. Best thing to have here is woodfired pizzas.

Good location and tasty food. Just opposite the Fateh sagar. Reasonably priced. Staff very hospitable. Overall a good dining experience. Went there at at 10:30pm but the staff was very welcoming. Left at around 11:30

Though this place is itself located at lakeside but there is no such view of lake from its rooftop and also the space available for rooftop is less..!<br/>Food and Hospitality was good! 👌<br/>

The ambience was good and the staff welcomed us warmly. I ordered dal makhani, kadhai paneer, boondi raita and green salad. The owners made sure that everyone was comfortable and ensured that a heater was set up. The food tasted great and the service was quick and efficient. I would definitely go there again.

Yesterday, we all with family been to this lovely place with cozy sitting and cool ambiance. It was really a good experience. The wood fire pizza was delicious and tempting. Overall the food was excellent and topped with prompt service....Keep it up.

Nice nd decent place to visit except when we(Bhasadi's) go there😂so if you have a bad luck we'll definitely meet😛good food, waiters polite,everything that a proper restro demands and in addition can have a walk after dinner at fateh sagar pal(nice for couples😜nd also for people who have a habit of overeating 😬) <br/>But a 3.5 cz it's a bit costly for party planning as compared to others..But worth visiting😊

First of all ambience was extremely good peaceful and fresh air of fatehsagar makes it even wonderful service was extremely good staff was very curtious and helpful in deciding what to eat. And they also tell about their best sellers now comes the food part we ordered a farm fresh pizza that was tasty paneer chilli very basic but that was also very good and then comes the hero the Chinese sizzler Extremely excellent they suggested tandoori Momo's do give it a try guyys. I will try it the next time I visit there. We ordered Malai kofta and paneer tikka masala for main course the gravies was almost similar of the two. But everything seemed good because of the cool breeze from the nearby lake. It was overall a good experience. The prices was also not too high as compared to competitiors in the market. Recommended.👍👍

Best Wood fired Pizza's Ever. They prepare the pizza in front of the guests, with the wood fired oven being set in the open. The preparation looked very hygienic and the chef was too kind to explain the making of the pizza while doing so. The dough was also prepared in front of us.<br/><br/>The interior is build by bamboo structures and soothing lights. They offer two seating areas one on the ground and one on the rooftop - would suggest the ground floor area as the setting was very good for us. <br/><br/>Would highly recommend this place for pure veg food lovers.

found this restaurant on Facebook, I decided to go there as the reviews were satisfying. being a pizza lover, i had an uncontrollable urge to try their wood fire oven pizza. as i went there; i found the place cool, soothing environment with compact sitting area. wood fire oven pizza being there speciality i asked the waiter to suggest me one, he said all the pizza's are worth a try. I ordered farmers fresh pizza which was too oily to be called a pizza and even the bread tasted bad. I am even pretty sure that the pizza was not cooked in wood fire oven.

Lets start by saying that place is very easy to find & is located at the most famous locality in Udaipur. The restaurant offers two seating arrangement one in garden covered with wood roofs which gives you feel of fie dining & one is standard roof top. After hearing lot of reviews & specially about their wood oven we decided to give this a place a try... Ordered Pizza Tabasco Grande 12" Special, Special Tandoori Platter, Veg. Hakka Noodle, Kitkat Shake, Mojito, and one punch... The Mojito were good in taste, so was the punch but shake was a total disappointment.... (When told this about the management they politely accepted that it was not upto the mark & hence was not added to bill...) The Pizza was bang on.... Toppings, crust everything was perfect & tandoori platter was on same side.... Hakka Noddles were nothing extraordinary but good... Service is bit slow, even on a weekday & without any other customer being present..Overall the place is nice, staff is very polite & courteous... The food is good. The staff is really polite. Service is quick. The main thing is they show concern and ask the customers if they liked the food. This changed my perspective towards the people here. :)

We won a voucher for 300 off on our bill, in a competition held by Eat Udaipur.<br/>Since we're hardcore non vegetarians we almost never visit vegetarian restaurants.<br/>I'd say that it was a good experience.<br/>The ambiance is quite different to the usual kind. It's is all a bamboo set up with comfortable seating.<br/><br/>We ordered for Vanilla Shake, Coke<br/>(Shake was a disappointment. Plain Jane. No chocolate dripping on the insides of the glass or anything decorative. Tasted average.)<br/><br/>Bruschetta:<br/>(Was a huge disappointment. It was like<br/> pieces of tomato on garlic bread (non toasted)) with very little: absolutely no cheese on it.)<br/><br/>Tandoori Paneer Momos:<br/>Now that was some real good stuff. 😋 Heavy and Tasty- very filling.

And belive me we had an amazing experience. The owners of the place are the most humble people we have ever meet. They even offered us a free meal! Which of course we declined humbly as we always do, so that we can give an honest review! <br/>The most amazing thing abt the steam isn't thr food or ambiance, but the service. I have been to so many places but in my whole life I haven't came across a group of servers, chefs and manager as ths place. They are humble to the core and so ready to serve. It might be 2nd or 3rd best shake I had in Udp. <br/><br/>¤ FARMERS FRESH WOOD FIRE OVEN THIN BASE PIZZA. <br/>Rs. 210<br/>One of the most authentic Italian wood fire oven pizza experience. The base is freshly hand made double baked. Its thin and baked to perfection. Sauces, topping and even cheese is grated fresh. Plz do remember ths aren't dominos or pizza hut, ths are traditional pizza so plz don't compare them. Don't forget to get extra cheese, belive me its worth it. <br/>U can also make ur own personalized pizza. As wood fire oven takes some time to heat up to perfect temperature I wud recommend to visit the place after 6 o'clock in evening.

Lucky for me that I found this lovely place on my recent trip to udaipur. Its a great sojourn outside of Old City and the regular haunts. They are true to their food and commitment to serviceYou have to try the Bruschetta, The Pizzas are to die for and the Indian food is divineOne of the super surprise elements was the Tandoori Momo and the mushroom one especially was amazing!<br/>For those who are looking for a great and unique experience you should head to Steam without batting and eyelid!

Had a wonderful experience! The ambience is very nice. You must try the wood fire pizza. The f&B staff is very attentive and special thanks to Madan and Bintu for making our evening special. If your in Udaivilas its a must go place!

I have visited the place last week during Udaipur trip. We have first call them and ask about whether they will provide jain food or not. They says they will provide all items in jain food.<br/><br/>It's just small restaurant on fatehsagar lake and having seating capacity of hardly 40 people's at one time.<br/><br/>Ambiance was good but it's in lawn area so u can get bite by muskitos.<br/><br/>But when we reached at there, they don't have anything to offer us in jain food except 2-3 items.<br/><br/>They offer us only dalfry--jeera rice and paneer subji in jain food available.<br/><br/>We were very hungry so we have ordered dal fry and jeera rice.<br/><br/>Taste of dal was good and as per our requirement but the rice was not good at all. It's not even properly boiled and we ask to make it properly Then after 15 minutes they just make it more hot and not boiled again.<br/><br/>Prices are too much high for food quality they serves.<br/><br/>So it was worst experience.<br/>

Heard about this place from a friend and I've got to say we weren't disappointed. The pizza was the one thing that created a great impression on my friend and he highly recommended it to us, and I'll agree they were prepared beautifully in the new wooden oven that they have. The base was crisp, the veggies were fresh and tasted really good, it was soft and just perfectly baked, all of that at an affordable price. The menu too looked new and fresh, just like the place. It's close to FatehSagar, which ensures cool breezes by evening time and promises a beautiful view of the lake if sat upstairs. They had light music playing in the background, and a projector displaying IPL match, making it a really good hang out place for you and your gang. The overall experience was beautiful, would surely recommend a visit and would myself like to visit again to try the rest of the menu.

Visited here to try the newly opened wood fired pizza restaurant . They have a nicely designed wood fired pizza oven and do serve the best possible pizzas in town Udaipur! I tried their vegetarian pizza which had the authentic smokey flavor with a crispy thin crust base - and overall it was totally sumptuous! Easy on the pocket too! The owner, Mr tarun too is a very friendly and nice guy.<br/><br/>A must visit place for all you pizza lovers!<br/>They only serve vegi pizza...
