Review Hotel Restaurant Hanuman Ghat - Udaipur

Dip Naskar
Nights stayed : 2 Room: AC Deluxe. Whatever is shown in picture, we received the same room. Average space, with aesthetic decors, Bathroom is spacious but can be improved. Bed sheets and pillows are decent. Lake view rooms are good here. Location : absolute 5 star, all major places for sight seeing is almost 1km in radius. Behaviour: The Manager & Staff are very well behaved, we faced a problem during our stay as the bathroom tap was somehow electrified, the team immediately changed the geyser and attended to the problem very efficiently. Food: The have a small restaurant as Helsinki cafe, serves vegetarian food good for snacks and tea. Bonus point : This place is very lively after evening, loads of cafes with live music is on display. The hotel is just opposite to Bagore ki Haveli - do enjoy the cultural show at Bagore ki Haveli at 7.00 pm

A good budget hotel for accommodation in Udaipur. Its location is perfect. It's right behind Lake Pichola and City Palace is only 10 minutes of walk from there. You can also walk your way to Bagore Ki Haweli and Jagdish Temple (it wont take more than 6-7 minutes). The hotel serves scrumptious food. I absolutely loved its daal, bati, churma and mewari khichdi. PS: Since it's a budget hotel, dont look for all the amenities. It's quite clean, though. A great option for a short one/two-day trip.

If you're traveling on a budget where you know you're going to only sleep in a hotel and town around the entire day then this place is perfect. Its clean, the staff is friendly, located in the main area basically for a very reasonable price. It is around lake pichola with great restaurants around and City palace and market being walking distance too.

It was a pleasant stay. Booked here for two nights and the staff was very helpful, fulfilled almost everything we asked for. The only problem we had is because of some boys who stayed at the same time we stayed. They were so high and didn't let us sleep for the whole night. The next morning I complained about this incident to the host present at that time. He apologized on the behalf of boys.

A really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff! It is also in a great location and walking distance to most the attractions. The rooftop cafe is great for relaxing in the evening with a lovely view of the lake. The room we stayed in was very cozy with a balcony and view. Couldn't of asked for more for the price!

Best hotel for your stay at Udaipur city. Great lake-view specific rooms are available. Couple friendly! Great location, nearby all tourist places. Comfortable and peaceful stay. Superb and attractive roof-top cafe for your late night dinners !! Early morning breakfast also available. Very co-operative and friendly staff, ready for any kind of help even at late nights.

It was a budget trip for a group of boys and hanuman ghat was the best deal for us. All thanks to Mandeep bhai for tolerating our late night music, drinking and laughing which literally made our nights to be remembered and let me remind you this is not allowed in other hostels. If you're looking for a pocket friendly stay with a great view and locality 10/10 I'd suggest this place.

A good and cheap budget place to stay Good rooftop restaurant Awesome rooftop view Moderate hospitality Small rooms, good according to their price The place is in old city. Do not travel by a car there The place is nearby hanuman ghat which is very beautiful The foot bridge which connects the two sides of lake pichola is very nearby The rooms generally have a small private balcony with lake view. Would recommend this place to budget travellers

The room we stayed in cost us 600rp at the beginning of the season in October and it was really nice, great view from the room to the lake. The staff was really nice and helpfully, they can offer you what ever you are looking for. It is important to say we stayed in the hotel on the other side of the small street over dada's shop.
