Decent place in the bylanes of Ujjain, close to the Dwarakadhish temple. Went here on a Sunday evening and there wasn't any crowd. Tried the Puri thali, which was good. It came with 5 subji/ sides that can be refilled again and again. The Makkhan vada was too big and sweet for our taste.

The place is close to the Mahakaleshwar temple and Agrawal Dharmasala. Had Poori Sabji for Dinner. All food prepared in Desi Ghee. Five poori with 2 sabji were tasty. One sabji of Methi dana and other of potato was served. Sabji was provided unlimited. Additional Poori is charged extra.
Delicious and Tasty food. They only offer Puri Sabji plate. They use Ghee for Puri. Reasonable price. They are maintaining same taste for decades. One must try this once when they Visit Ujjain.

This is again another old shop. Quite famous for is Makhan Bada and Poori with Aloo curry. Gets quite busy but you get served hot pooris fried in desi ghee for exclusivity 5 Pooris were served with two curries and raita. It is more of an experience. The curry was hot and spicy and tasty too though

This is a very old shop situated 10 mins away from Onkareshwar Temple and it’s quite famous for Poori with Aloo Curry. All dishes are made with desi ghee and that’s their USP. Total of 5 pooris were served with two curries and sweet boondi raita. You can ask for refill as well and won’t mind. Rabd
Quite inexpensive and tasty food made in pure ghee. Their thali is famous around the town and consists of 2 curries, one bowl of boondi raita, one achaar and 5 pooris. Quick service and cordial staff. Sweets like gulab jamun and halwa were also tasty.
