Best Shop for shakes and Ice cream, once you get inside the shop, the design and the environment inside it will make you fall in love with it. It has an underground sitting arrangement which is quite big enough. The services and the menu they offer is superb, not to forget the interiors too. It was the very first experience in Santushti to have shakes. We ordered Mango and Ferrero rocher , but no one can best the test of Mango and this Mango was amazing I've never had a Mango shake like this, the best quality Mango shake, Ferrero rocher was little dark chocolate but no bad, the restaurant is good and well managed, both take away and setting service is available, basement setting area has a good graphics with full length mirror, you can click good selfies there, little costely,but for test and got quality product you can spend it's worth the money.

Quality and hygiene is best but service is pathetic. Service is getting worst day by day. Seems owner is not bothered about customers. A single individual taking orders and preparing the same and getting abused like hell by customers for the reason he his not responsible for. I think owner is bit cost savvy.

This is good beverage shops for all dessert’s items. Here, lot of varieties of thick shake, juice, ice-cream, waffle, etc are available. The taste wise is great. here's nothing too special about this place. With all of the competition you would think the ice cream would have more flavor. The quality is similar to Your typical "frozen section" ice cream at double the price.

NO CLUE why this place has so many good reviews, the ice cream is awful or just plain mediocre. I tried the vanilla, butterscotch and rajbhog and they were all gross. I couldn't even swallow the vanilla creme. it tasted like cheesecake and old milk. it tasted old/stale and they couldn't give me a sample at first because the worker noticed there was a hair in it and had to wait till a new batch was made. Overall bad ice cream and WAY overhyped

Inconsistent. I've been going once or twice a week for about 6 months and I always get a snickers or fudge. For a while, they were always great. Recently, I've been getting a version where the fudge isn't layered. They put all the frozen custard in at once and the fudge just goes around the outside. I call it the lazy version, and it's not nearly as good. Now it's not worth the drive.
