Fast service. Tasty south indian dishes. You need to eat and move once done with food. As this place is clean and even very under budget so I highly recommend as a go to snacking place.

South Indian is everybody's favourite.. here you can eat and repeat. Gurudev is one of the oldest restaurant in Mandavi, where you can try South Indian varieties as well as misal pav, dabeli , vadaoav kind of snacks also. Family restaurant, taste of each plate is awesome. As the quote says , old is gold. You may face waiting , but wait is fair enough when you eat.
AKSHAY CHUNARA
Great spot to experience the true flavors of South Indian cuisine and relish the incredibly delicious and tasty dishes.

Food is delicious. Busy place. Bustling with people. cheap food. I had Maisur Masala dosa and Dahi vada. Quick service.
Darshil Patel
Oldest south indian restaurant of Vadodara. Don’t judge by its interior, best South Indian taste they provide. Famous for its cutlet and pettis in breakfast. Dosa, Masala Uttapa and dahi vada are must have items. Low on pocket too, totally value for money. On weekend and festival large waiting at dinner time.

Very aunthentic south Indian outlet which I have seen at least for 50 yrs. The food quality and the taste is as nice as you wish for. There is no change in any system since yrs. Same place, same sitting arrangements, same kind of service and same tasty food. The best thing and applicable to most of the ppl is that all the items are at very very reasonable rate. You just can not think that actually that can be at so much low price. But still they have not compromised on quality. Only thing you can not get much sofistication there. All mornings and more specially Sunday mornings there is a huge crowd for breakfast which is really very very enjoyable. My only suggestion for them is to get it renovated and make it in a little more nice way.

Very old place in the main heart of vadodara. The food served is as amazing as it has to be. Wonderful taste. The sambhaar is their speciality. Many varieties of dosas. Should try dahi vada and vada sambhaar. Very reasonable price and very prompt service.
Falgun Shrivastav

Extremely popular with college students and office people because of cheap prices and quality food, this place is my favourite and serves one of the best 'Dahi Vada' I have had. I always order dahi vada there and dosa. The place is the busiest during lunch hours.

Mouth watering South Indian food. A must visiting if you're not too big on the ambience but rather focus on the taste of the food. Checks all boxes like quick service, tasty food, great menu; only let down is the ambience.
Mugdha Joglekar
It's a small, typical south Indian restaurant and the quality is superb considering their rates which have been maintained over the years..<br/>The menu is limited , the quality is good. Masala dosa, masala uttapam, idli sambhar, cutlets all are worth trying..

Great local and low key place to eat and hang out. Clean and economical place for traditional south Indian food. Close to the train station and right next to a state bank ATM. Has place to wash your hands. 30 rups for a plain dosa, you can't beat that. No AC ,but its cool and comfortable inside and at this price point AC was not expected.

It's a typical South Indian food joint located in Dandia Bazaar since decades. This was the only place in Baroda where I ate wada sambhar when I was a kid, when there were no other good places for the authentic South Indian food. It's also very cheap. Ambience is like any other small hotel in the old city. Wada sambhar n dahi wada are my top favourites. :)
