We enjoyed the flavorful Chinese Cigar, paneer 65, and tomb sizzler at the restaurant. The welcoming and well-mannered staff made our experience even more pleasant. The ambiance of the place was also quite nice. So far the best food I have tasted in Vadodara.

I visited Retro Bistro today with my extended family. We total 13 people came here for our dinner get-together. Everybody loved it everything. Food, staff behaviour, ambience... Everything. Loved it. Simply Amazing Experience. Best night.

We had a good experience dining here on our anniversary. The quality of the food was good. We ordered Quesadillas, Veg Manchurian, and Potato Wedges for starters. We loved the Quesadillas. The taste was great, and so was the decoration of the dish. For the main course, we ordered Paneer Lucknowi Tawa, Cheese Naan, and Butter Roti. All items were terrific—especially the Cheese Naan, in which cheese was stuffed inside and on top. We tried Tropical Mojito and Bomb shots mocktails, and they were terrific. Our overall experience was outstanding, and we would recommend it as well.

One of the fine dining restaurants in Vadodara has multicuisine food options. It has a wide menu offering Mexican, Italian, Continental, Chinese and Indian food varieties. We tried sizzlers, Fondue Tanduria, Italian Masala Papad, and a Mexican Quesadilla Starter. We also had the main course as typical North Indian food. The taste of the food and service were nice and the restaurant has a nice ambience.

the food was just awesome.. very exhaustive menu.. lot of cuisines.. lot of options.. the service was too good.. we ordered some type of cigar for starter which were yumm and almond brocolli soup which too was good..the texture and consistency of the soup was also great.. and we ordered sizzler, normally the waiter does not serve sizzler..but here the waiter served and so neatly he served.. it showed the skills of his service.. the sizzler was too good.. the music and ambience was also very peppy..

Hiii...This is very amazing and best place among others to have food. This is quite large and clean place. Here staff is very friendly and managed. Various items of food is avaliable and people usually try to get in this restaurant in evening time so if possible avoid this and you will enjoy this. There is special photo room for the people who wanna enjoy their anniversary and birthday. Various items are placed here like scooters and old Indian Ambassador car...Thank you very much...🙂🙂🙂

One of the best places for Indian cuisine. Everything from their starters to their desserts are super yum Have tried their food both via dining in and order online and their never disappoint! Favs: Starters - Maharaja hara bhara kebab. These are super cheesy and tasty Jalapeño cheese Cigars - Potato mixed with cheese and with a hint of jalapeño! They are super crunch and served with a mayo sauce Main course - Kaju masala, Paneer do pyaj (non-spicy yet flavourful), Paneer Angara and Shaam Savera. Their naans and roti are nice too For Masala Papad do mention without sev! With Sev and a mint curd chutney it tastes like you’re eating chaat! Avoid - Baked macaroni. This was too bland and the white sauce tasted like it had too much flour

Fabulous experience over here even we were late for the dinner (timing was around 11:30) they welcomed us and served with their best. We had Tandoori Paneer Platter & Crunchy Munchy Sizzlers along with butter milk. In which I found the best dish was paneer platter and specifically in that was stuffed cheesy paneer harabhara kabaab that I hadn't had in my whole life. Softness of each piece of paneer and also mushroom made my taste buds go crazy. Crunchy munchy sizzlers had Manchurian, fried rice, french fries, fried paneer with gravy.

Instead of manchurian noodles and fried rice, only manchurian noodles were sent, in which more of vegetables and less of noodles was there.

Amazing Thai curry, smoked garlic bread and thai platter❤️. Bloody Mary and pinacolada were good and thirst quenching. The Chinese cheese fondue is worth trying.

The ambiance is cosy and tranquil, we really loved it! They have a varied menu! The staff is cooperative and polite! They had us amazed with the fire show which caught us in the moment and we really enjoyed it! The taste and presentation of food was impeccable! Muah* We tried Chinese fondue, lip smacking* enchiladas! We’ll suggest not to order any mocktails as they were just horrible in taste! Couldn’t even have a sip!

It was an unpleasant experience.They dont have the basic format of serving complimenting items like noodles and oriental curry together.We were served our noodles (to specify it was not hot enough)first and then the manchurian was served 20mins after it and the explaination given for it was that by mistake it was served on some other table.<br/>The owner was unapologetic and no efforts were put in to resolve the issue.<br/>To add to it the main course was served before the Appetizers were given and on being asked about it we were told that the order was not placed for the Appetizer.

Nice experience at retro bistro , I visited 25 Dec . First of all it's interior is awesome. Then food is perfect from every end presentation taste both are excellent.. Staff is very friendly and helpful all staff is trained well was a busy night but all staff handle well every food served in time and perfect way .we visit again .. keep going ..

Hi <br/>Been here a couple of times , yet this time was a little disappointing. The service lacked promptness considering that the staff forgot three of the orders and we had to cancel .<br/>Also the portions and quality have been slightly on the lower side. <br/>All in all it was ok

Please do not ever come to this restaurant. We sat there for a total of 2 hours for a horrible experience. Food was cold and single dishes kept coming. The waiters were less in numbers and the overall atmosphere was of chaos

This place is such a disappointment. The paneer makhani was like tomato soup, pure liquid. I was expecting a creamy cashew sauce. Nope. All the dishes I got were just like that. Also they do not serve good naan.

The lemon and mint detox water which is kept on every table in a beautiful glass container is an absolute winner for this place. We also tried black water here for the first time. We are a Chinese meal here... the veg crispy, Hakka noodles, fried rice and exotic veg gravy were fresh and yummy, could have been slightly less oily though. The waiters, however, need to be a little more attentive while taking orders... we had to replace two dishes out of 5 that we ordered cause they didn’t take the order correctly.

The ambience, the food was great. People must try the different types of fondues. But the staff was in hurry and were not letting us eat properly. But overall the restaurant is great.

The Emerald building having more than 6-7 eateries in it. Famous Secret Kitchen on the same floor and many other famous cafes in the same complex. This one is on 2nd floor. It's a huge place divided in 3-4 parts, each part having different seating arrangement. We had table near the window looking over 'Chakli circle'. This part of the bistro has detox water dispenser on each table.<br/>We ordered Cheddar and Leek soup. It was perfect on taste and consistency. It had beautiful aroma of fresh garlic. Only missing thing is atleast a small portion of bread rolls or garlic bread as accompaniment.<br/>Next we had Veg. Florentine. It was also good but salt was more, the serving portion is good for one person.<br/>Our next was Mexican Rice. It had kidney beans and corn. Baked Mexican rice was also perfectly cooked and as per our taste.<br/>Staff was very courteous and friendly. Bengali newly joined steward was very helpful. Waiter was looking nervous in his first job but both were nice.<br/>It's a nice Cafe restaurant for variety of food when you are also with big group as they have huge seating place and range of cuisines in the menu.

Fairly good restaurant but quite over rated. I have been here once. Food quality is nice. Restaurant interior decor is impressive. Prices are very high with respect to the food standards. Also, the quantity is less offered. As the restaurant is located in prime food lovers area it will face strong competition with its neighbours having varied range.
