Review Millenium Restaurant - Vadodara

It was good experience . I ordered chicken briyani and tandoori all items were great but just a suggestion for them to provide rasa or raita as complementary. It will enhance the taste of chicken briyani

The ambiance of this place is good.Staff Behaviour was also good. Coming to the taste i would say much better than most other non veg restaurant and i wasn't much satisfied with Chicken Tangdi . Price is bit on the higher side but worth it . Overall a decent option to dine . My only concern is that the guy who was serving me the food was not wearing the mask and that's the thing we can't tolerate during COVID-19

We visited on Friendship day for lunch. We were craving for biryani so ordered chicken tikka biryani. It was delicious, the birista(fried onions) that were seasoned were crisp and crunchy, so it gave the biryani a great kick. The pieces were soft and well cooked. We also ordered masala chaas, the combo of biryani and chaas is exceptional. Must try.

50 year old restaurant at Vadodara and if you are briyani lover then this is the best place for dum briyani the qty is sufficient for two people and perfect blend of masala and dum.. Two good chicken pieces comes and value for the money..

Since decades this restaurant is serving authentic food, which feels like home made, no added oil & spices

This was the worst biryani ever<br/><br/>The rice was raw ( hard and dry) and there was no salt and looks horrible. <br/><br/>The biggest mistake to order from the university branch. The millinim in sampatrao is much much better

Underrated in my opinion. We went for dinner today for the first time. i have visited many Indian restaurants  - and this is by far the best, most flavorful Indian food I've ever had.

 I got the chicken tikka masala hot with rice and garlic naan and it was so good.

Worst restaurant ever. Mannerless reception, late service and to compound it all totally unapologetic. Took half an hour to tell that the food we asked for is not available. That too after asking if the food is ready the service guy has the audacity to say the food cannot be made. The food by the way was a humble "aloo paratha". Worst behavior. Worst service. Please avoid this place. Worst place ever

Not the real taste of biryani. I  ordered chicken Biryani, the packaging was quite good. no issue with he quantity, although chicken pieces were less, but can be understood given the fact that they were providing nice discount. Expected the biryani to be little flavourful.

We were craving for biryani in this harsh monsoon...and choose to hang on at the oldest biryani outlet of milennium...as usual biryani was up to the mark... chicken Tikka was tasty but it could be more juicy and soft.. ambience is descent so don't go on outer board...inside pictures are very beautiful for family gathering..<br/><br/>We didn't ordered butter milk..we thought it's gonna be complimentary as bottles of butter milk put by waiter on our table without our order..but when we saw it in the bill..It was unacceptable.. as this has to be informed earlier that butter milk is chargeable..<br/><br/>Overall it's good experience for nonveg lovers

This is one those places that gets famous because one of your popular friends who doesn't know what chicken should taste like gave them a good review. So with the sheep mentality, you followed the popular guy and gave Millennium a good review even though your gut told you otherwise.<br/><br/>I tried Tandoori chicken, butter chicken and naans. The Tandoori chicken was dry as an old leather shoe, the butter chicken was super spicy, obviously to hide the old chicken taste. If you want a good chicken gravy, walk next door to Rangoli. And for tandoori chicken, cross the street to Zaika.<br/><br/>

I ordered a chicken biryani from this restaurant, and it was delivered unpacked, even though while ordering, it was written that it will be delivered packed. I dont know whose fault is that, but the restaurant has got to look in to it.<br/>If the tape was removed by the delivery man or me, there should be a mark of it on the packet.

I ordered boneless chicken biryani and got with bone. It was smelly. Took 2 bites and threw it away. And now m on antibiotics for severe food poisoning. I seriously cant believe its the same millenium where i have cherished my food or does zomato get order from somewhere else instead of from.ordered restaurant

3class food.... spoil my uncle bday dinner party.... 20 min bad order leta hai... waiters nahi hai.. food quality 3rd class.... if u have no capacity manage ur restaurant plz close ur hotel.... public not a fool....

This restaurant has many Delicious food items in veg and non veg. especially veg. fried rice with mix veg. curry combination. Should try its food once

We ask for egg fried rice but we get bloody simple fried rice ..and boneless veg fried Chicken we get 3 pieces of chicken and lots of potatoes...so customer beware of this type of hotels ..

Was a regular here since my college days. They always had warm staff and warm biryani waiting for you. But this time not only were the interiors different the food and people too were different. The staff was least interested at attending the tables. They were keen on watching IPL match in phones. Food was ok.

This place is heaven for the biryani lovers especially the authentic Chicken dum biryani, you can feel the taste of spices. The quantity of chicken and rice is enough for 2 person.

We are enjoying Millenium food since 2000 and found the taste unchanged. Some of the special menu is Tengdi Masala., Prawn and Biriyani. Keep it up.<br/>One thing I want to add that I am surprised to see that Roti is missing from the Menu meant for Zomato. Paratha is oily so include Roti.

Ordered chicken chilli... Preparation nowhere near to chinese style ... it's more like an indian type chicken chilly ... With a lot of onion and oil 😫😫😥<br/>Quantity is enough for 2 persons...

Have heard a lot about it. Old is gold is what the elders say about Millennium. So during diwali, we tried ordering biriyani. It was super awesome. So much so that we ordered it for lunch and dinner both. It was just finger licking good. <br/><br/>Had ordered Egg biriyani. Very quick service. Awesum taste. Best Chicken Lollipop in Vadodara. The taste is awesome and the masala is yummy. The quantity is less should be more as in the restaurant it is served more with big pieces.🌼🌺😊🌹🌸

Owner is very cunning, since they have a loss while delivering chicken chilly and chicken lollipop, which is the best. They have removed it from online delivering menu. This is very bad, since I ordered it before.

food was delicious but masala was much than rice and coke was not there I think when we ordering Coke was there but it was missing ( we didn't order separate Coke) just take this is a doubt

The place seems to be under renovation, totally understandable. But how do you renovate the service norms? Absolutely lethargic response on a Sunday evening in a crammed up congested arrangement. In terms of ambience I'd prefer to not rate.<br/>However in terms of menu, no choice of naans or daals. Just 2-3 varieties of tawa or tandoori rotis and 4-5 varieties of daal. Veg food seems to be their least concern and so do customers who prefer to eat vegetarian. Masala Papad only had onions and tomoatoes as 'topping'. When we asked for salad, the waiter asked us to speak to their boss and request. As if the salad we requested was some gourmet speciality. Our main course dishes were kept on an adjoining table and served to us after it turned totally cold. Only thing nice was Chhaas, sort of relief from the other disappointments.<br/>For friends of mine who ordered tandoori chicken, chicken biryani and tangdi chicken, the flavours were below average seeming almost tasteless. Being an old customer, I choose to disassociate my good experience with the only feedback of this formerly famous 'Millennium' to be a classic case of Sunday dinner mishap and 'how to lose a customer and alienate dinner '.
