We tried the fusion section of this restaurant. Food and service was good.
The restaurant presents regular Indian cuisine in a fresh form. We ordered 9-10 different dishes and all of them were pretty delicious. Jaamun shot was very nice. The portion size are decent and the service was quick. Staff recommends good options if one asks for it. Overall i well recommend this restaurant for someone who desires all different cuisine in one place with a twist. Their Gujarati twists are pretty awesome.
Nice place to dine in! A restaurant on busy road! But they offer wallet parking- nice. Restaurant offers fusion dishes. This is a mater of choice. Some fusion are really nice!

Taste is also good! But quality is comparatively less to the cost!

Firangi Gujarati is a Restaurant with fusion they have customised Platter Indian food with a fusion..They do have Chinese Italian Indian cuisine but with twist..as for example khandvi with Schezwan..

They provide you the fusion of Indian food with Western style. The food taste good, ambience is lively, service is good and importantly they provide wallet parking...
They had great fusion food. Tasty and spot on taste. As someone who loves to visit various cafes and restaurants, it was really good. Portions were also really appropriate for the prices charged. However, for traditional Indian dishes, the cost seemed a little too high. The staff are really friendly. Some looked new and seemed like they needed a little more training for better efficiency. Our food took too long to come out too. I honestly wanted to give 3.5 stars but there is not an option to do so. Overall, it is worth giving a shot.
The food taste is awesome.. variety is good... The twist in taste is worth visiting here.. nice service.. Do visit if you want change in your tongue from regular dishes

Recently we have visited an amazing restaurant named "Firangi Gujarati"
Well the name itself stands for it's unique quality
Speciality :- they are serving an amazing combination of Gujarati food with Firangi (i.e. Fusion form ) taste.
So this is perfect place to have Gujrati Fusion Food in Vadodara.

1) cheese corn tomato soup
2) khandvi in szechwan sauce (Fusion)
3) panki chutney (Traditional Gujarati dish)

5) satpadi roti and gutta nu shak
6) Malpua roll
All food items are very much delicious

They have authentic dishes of Gujarati food items
Also have English - Italian food , Panjabi Shabji , Special Jain food, dal rice , different combos , Fusion food , desserts , different beverages etc.
Talk about Ambience :- It is very clean and neat , the interior is very well decorated with frames ..
The sitting arrangements are very comfortable & attractive
They have kept good hygiene.
Talk about service :- it was very appreciable and good
They are following all the guidelines of Pandemic situation like Wearing mask & gloves , proper sanitizing , total hygiene is there.
