This is a small cafe cum restaurant which is situated near Harish chandra ghat. I had ordered one Veg thali , White sauce pasta and cold coffee.

The quality of food is very good and it's tastes like you are eating at your home. The most unique thing is noticed is that this cafe is run by four ladies and they are very friendly.

If you are in Varanasi,this cafe is strongly recommended.

The place and the menu are simple. The plates are delicious, you can feel that the products used are good and fresh and the meal is made at the moment. You can ask for less spicy food if like me you love Indian cuisine even if you are not used to spicy. The owner was very kind with us. We ate once in the place and once we ordered take away. I recommend the place 100% also because of the cleaning of the spaces and the cheap prices. Don’t miss the honey ginger-honey-lemon tea next to your favourite dish! PS: if you ask for take away food is served in bags, not in box so take into account if you are ordering soups to be equipped!

Normally I would have given two stars but I am giving them four stars. The food itself is definitely 5 stars. If you want to eat freshly prepared food this is the place to go. Where they are lacking is the service part. For their lack of attentiveness to the customer I would have given them only two stars. They aught to check on the customer at least twice and not just disappear! They have two types of Thalis. One is an ordinary Thali and another is a Deluxe. The ordinary one is far better and best bang for the buck. The deluxe is way over the top. See picture. (and too expensive.) Comparable thalis with hundred times better service ( waiters circleing around you every minute for unlimited whatever you want) I ate in Mumbai and Ahemadabad for 2/3rd cost.(300) The ladies running the place are very proud of their food and rightly so. They start cooking after you place the order. So if you are in a rush this is not the place for you. But if you want to eat freshly prepared food and have the patience and time to wait, definately give it try. You will not be disappointed.

Two or three ladies running the show. They cook and serve you immediately the fresh food. The place has just three tables so not quite big therefore 3stars for the atmosphere. The service takes time as these ladies have to manage cooking and serving. So if you're in a hurry this place is not for you.

I really love this restaurant, every time I'm in the mood for something healthy and satisfying I just go there and order their thali. These women know how to handle vegetables and their meal is always light and tasty at the same time. The portions are right, not too abundant but I always feel full enough. Lastly I really love their achar and good quality paneer and curd.
